  Positiv: Der Vermieter war freundlich. Das Zimmer war sauber. Das Internet hat sehr gut funktioniert.. Negativ: Die Tür stand immer offen, jeder hätte rein, oder raus laufen können. Es war sehr laut, auch Nachts, aufgrund eines Betriebs im Innenhof, die Fenster, waren wohl nicht gut gedämmt. Die Fliesen im Zimmer sind von der Wand abgefallen, das Bild an der Wand hing schief und lies sich auch nicht gerade rücken. Es gab ein Nachttisch mit Lampe, aber keine Möglichkeit diese Einzustecken, ein Stuhl und Tisch im Zimmer wären schön gewesen..

  Positiva: El precio, la habitacion estaba limpia y la cama es cómoda, todo y que muy calurosa y no dispone ni de ventilador ni aire acondicionado.. Negativa: Comedor, cocina y baños se comparten con otras cuatro habitaciones, al ser un precio bajo, es probable encontrarte con gente de mal aspecto que preferirias evitar, como fue mi caso..

  Positiv: Meine Erwartungen bezüglich des Preis Leistungsverhältnis wurden vollsten erfüllt und das Personal war auch sehr nett und Gastfreundlich es war kurz gesagt ein sehr guter Aufenthalt ohne Komplikationen..

  Негативный: День добрый! Картинка с сайта не соответствует действительности, запах старой пыли, не указано что туалет с душем общий. Деньги сняли с карты самовольно, хотя указывала заплачу наличными. Прожила три часа в этом общежитии. Разговаривала с хозяином о возможности возврата половины сумы, он не согласился. Собака в стрессе я в шоке. Видео могу предоставить. Спасибо за внимание. Хорошего дня!.

  Negativ: Das "Appartment" war lediglich ein Zimmer einer 3-Zimmerwohnung. Es wurde als Nichtraucher-Unterkunft angeboten, die Unterkunft war jedoch von den bereits anwesenden Bewohnern total verraucht worden, die Gemeinschaftsküche in einem katastrophalen Zustand. Daher wurde der Aufenthalt gar nicht erst angetraten und umgehend eine neue Bleibe gesucht. Vom angerufenen Service bei booking.com kam kein Vorschlag zur Regelung..

  Malheureusement la première et la dernière fois. Partira encore plus tôt. Très sale, principalement les salles de bain et toilettes communes Bruit des autres clients jusque dans la nuit, tout était mal insonorisé. Juste une télévision partagée. Quand je suis arrivé, j'ai dû attendre une heure pour que quelqu'un vienne me donner la clé

  Positive: The price is fair.. Negative: The pictures in interenet let you think it is like a hotel with bath and huge tv in your room but it is not. You share living room, bathroom and kitchen with the other guests. The bathroom is far away from your room and you have to walk over the floor. I had only a bed and a wardrobe in my room. Nothing else. If you only need a room for sleep and spend your time outside is it a fair price for that what you get..

  Positif: Chambre avec armoires assez spacieuses, bien chauffée. Joli mobilier en général. La cuisine très bien équipée ,le salon et la tv , le balcon et surtout le calme en général.. Négatif: Les matelas pas très confortables. La salle de bain et WC commun pas très propres ( ménage 2x par semaine seulement) une des douches bouchées . Pas de clef pour la porte d'entrée de l'appartement en général , qui reste ouverte toute la journée et toute la nuit. Chauffage en général pas très optimal dans le séjour, cuisine et les salles de bain..

  Positive: very good communication with the owner, nice and clean, quite quiet place, and very close to my work so I could enjoy walking again. Also close to the town center, railway station and bus stop. The nearest park was 10 minutes walk. A nice area with small restaurants and bars, supermarket around the corner.. Negative: I had to leave my room to use bathroom. Unfortunately I didn't notice it when I was booking the place that it's more like house share..
