  J'ai passé 1 nuit après être allé au théâtre. Chambre Supérieure de Luxe. Très grande chambre, très haute qualité - même en tant que Berlinois, une belle expérience.

  Malheureusement, je n'ai visité qu'une seule fois jusqu'à présent. L'occasion était au curling dans la cour intérieure avec vin chaud et petits plats. C'était une très belle expérience.

  Des idées créatives qui sont très bien mises en œuvre. Belle cour pour s'asseoir. Petite carte des vins mais bon choix à des prix corrects. La nourriture est également à un prix très raisonnable. Il est particulièrement intéressant de mentionner qu'il y a aussi un déjeuner d'affaires. J'appellerais ça un pourboire.

  Je peux dire à juste titre que l'hôtel am Steinplatz est l'un des meilleurs hôtels que j'aie jamais visités. Les chambres sont meublées avec beaucoup de goût et à un niveau élevé. Le service de l'hôtel était également impeccable et très attentionné. Je voudrais revenir vers vous. :)

  Ein gut geführtes Hotel, nette Mitarbeiter, die Qualität der Lebensmittel hat nachgelassen! Frühstück war einmal viel besser. Gut, es ist ein 4 Sterne Haus könnte man meinen, dafür war der Preis deutlich zu hoch.

  Die Mitarbeiter im Restaurant und Rezeption waren freundlich. Als besonders herausragend und kompetent möchte ich Herrn Daniel Schubert zum Frühstück erwähnen. Er war so, wie wir es von diesem Hotel erwartet haben.

  Nous avons séjourné dans cet hôtel dans le cadre de Visit Berlin. C'était déjà le 6ème hôtel de nos visites Visit Berin, vivez votre ville. Chaque hôtel a son propre charme. Cet hôtel était super à tous les niveaux, avec un message personnel écrit sur le miroir, un sauna joliment meublé, un bar avec d'excellents cocktails et des conseils personnels pour la maison, un personnel sympathique et le petit déjeuner déjà mentionné avec des œufs pochés.   Im Rahmen von Visit Berlin als Berlinerin ein Wochenende im Hotel am Steinplatz gebucht. Ambiente, Höflichkeit, Sauberkeit und Ruhe ließen keinen Wunsch offen. Kann ich nur weiter empfehlen.

  Das Hotel ist wärmstens zu empfehlen! Wunderschöne Zimmer mit allem, was man braucht und sich wünscht, ein großartiges Frühstück mit qualitativ hochwertigen Produkten und leckeren Eierspeisen frisch aus der Pfanne. Die Lage in Berlin ist perfekt - fußläufig zum Savigny-Platz und Ku'Damm und mit dem Bahnhof Zoo um die Ecke sehr gut angeschlossen. Besonders hervorzuheben sind die Freundlichkeit und Fürsorge des Hotelpersonals und die Eleganz dieses Hotels: klein, aber sehr, sehr fein!

  Alles sehr gut ( bis auf die kaputte Duschhalterung und die verkalkte Deckendusche - wurde aber sofort behoben obwohl es Sonnabend war ),Das Frühstück besser als vor vor 1 bis 2 Jahren - frisches Obst und Käsesorten, die nicht so übertrieben extrem im Geschmack waren, wie unter dem (anscheinend ) vorherigen Koch.

  Arrived to a very clean and sleek looking lobby. The front desk person was very helpful and so very glad to see us. It was as if they were waiting for us the whole time! Check-in was a breeze, room was ready when we arrived. The room was large and spacious and we had a great view of the Steinplatz from our balcony. The toiletries were wonderful. Room was cleaned every day, unlike the Bonvoy hotels in the U.S. There was one morning where we went down for breakfast and when we came back up, the room was already cleaned with fresh linen and towels! I will definitely stay at Hotel am Steinplatz again! Location was great and close to the train station as well was the Kudam shopping area.

  Just perfect - very well kept over all and to the detail; friendly and professional staff; spacy rooms in a classic interior design that comes with some useful luxury (bathroom; desk; closets + espresso machine!) and partners smoothly with the breathtaking building/fassade from the late 19th century. I love it!

  Das Hotel hat Flair, die Zimmer sind ansprechend und sauber. Das Personal ist nett und hilfsbereit. Zu den Preisen kann ich nicht viel sagen, da wir eine Firmenrate haben (darauf beruht auch die Bewertung für das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis).

  Très bel hôtel design, nous avons passé un excellent séjour. Le bar de l'hôtel propose de bons cocktails sans alcool et le petit déjeuner est un bon mélange de buffet et à la carte. Sinon, personnel très sympathique, hôtel merveilleusement propre et les lits les plus confortables qui soient.

  The room was nice but too hot at night. It doesn’t have a proper thermostat with any signage. You turn the wheel and “guess” what the room temperature will be. And the heat is separately controlled. I had to sleep with the windows open, which meant the curtains let all the light in. It was uncomfortable every evening.

  Un hôtel vraiment sympa ! Situé au centre et pourtant calme! Nous avons pu découvrir cet hôtel nous-mêmes grâce à "Découvrez votre ville" en tant que Berlinois et le recommanderions à tout le monde ! Les lits comme souvent déjà écrits étaient vraiment géniaux ! Mais les boissons au bar étaient exceptionnelles et délicieuses. Le délicieux œuf poché pour le petit-déjeuner a complété le tout ! Merci pour le beau court séjour dans votre propre ville 🙃

  C'est toujours une expérience formidable de venir à l'hôtel am Steinplatz. C'est l'un des endroits les plus magiques que je connaisse et dont on se souvient toujours avec affection. L'architecture spectaculaire et l'emplacement calme au milieu de Berlin sont tout simplement géniaux. Avec sa cuisine unique dans le restaurant et le grand bar, l'hôtel offre vraiment une expérience gustative complète. Les chambres de rêve et spacieuses avec vue sur la cour intérieure sont belles et calmes. Tout au niveau de classe mondiale. Mais c'est l'hospitalité que je voudrais souligner ici en particulier, elle traverse tout le séjour et se ressent partout. Je n'ai jamais rien vécu de comparable nulle part. Vous pouvez dire que les gens aiment y travailler. L'hôtel est l'un des plus individuels et des plus beaux de Berlin. J'aime toujours revenir à mon hôtel préféré.

  Ein tolles Hotel, das mitten in der Innenstadt liegt, so dass man alles fußläufig erreichen kann. Leider war das Restaurant an einigen Tagen geschlossen, so dass man als Hotelgast ausweichen muss. Sehr schade, gerade, wenn man erst am Abend anreist.

  A quirky hotel with nice staff, mostly young and therefore inexperienced which shows. No doorman, so when we arrived we had to carry our luggage into the hotel, House 'phone did not work in the room and was not fixed, even though I asked. I am not sure we would stay in Steinplatz again.

  The hotel is beautiful and we enjoyed our stay. The only issue is that we were hungry after traveling all day. We arrived at the restaurant 30 minutes before closing time and were turned away as they closed earlier than advertised. You should modify the published schedule to reflect true closing time or stay open until the time you say you are open.

  My husband and I have been fortunate to stay at the Hotel am Steinplatz on several occasions. Of late, we have stayed for at least two weeks due to family circumstances. This hotel has an excellent location in Charlottenburg. We were extremely comfortable and grateful to return each night to an immaculate room with welcoming staff. We could not ask for a more convenient and comfortable hotel. The staff at the front desk have been wonderful. We feel as though we are valued guests and our needs have been looked after. This is one of our favorite hotels.

  mein partner und ich waren zuvor bereits gäste im hotel am steinplatz - was ist eigentlich die korrekte kurzform des hotels ? - kurz nach meinem geburtstag. daher war mir bekannt, wie toll es dort ist bzw. sein wird. also schenkte ich meinem partner den aufenthalt zu unserem jahrestag. dieser zweite aufenthalt war sogar noch schöner! wir hatten ein präsent von frau sicuso zu unserem jahrestag in unserem zimmer stehen - eine wunderschöne überraschung, über die wir uns sehr gefreut haben! ausserdem erhielten wir nach meiner nachfrage eine höhere zimmerkategorie gegen aufpreis und da wir spontan 2 nachte verlängert haben, wurde für uns sogar ein gast verlegt. frau sicuso und ihr team haben unseren aufenthalt wirklich unglaublich schön gestaltet. im hotel am steinplatz ist man bestens umsorgt, es wird nach möglichkeit alles für den gast getan und wir fühlen uns einfach unglaublich wohl ! unser - mit abstand - lieblingshotel

  Ich habe mich sehr wohl gefühlt im Hotel am Steinplatz. Auf alle meine Wünsche wurde entspannt und engagiert eingegangen. Der Roomservice ist ausgezeichnet und professionell. Nicht zu vergessen ist der durchgehend gute Style im zeitgemäßen Art Deko Look, der sehr auf das Berlin der 20 er Jahre einzahlt.

  Ouah. Nous étions ici dans le cadre de la campagne Experience Your City et c'est exactement ce que nous avons fait. Les lits étaient merveilleux, j'aurais pu y rester tout le week-end... tellement confortable. La chambre était pour 2 personnes. de bonnes dimensions avec vue sur la cour intérieure. Tout ce dont vous avez besoin. Le soir, nous étions au bar de l'hôtel. Il a de la place pour un maximum de 25 personnes. Tellement confortable. L'équipe derrière le comptoir était assez jeune et assez nouvelle. Néanmoins, très bon service et totalement dévoué. Le petit déjeuner est très varié, malheureusement le service n'a pas suivi et a eu du mal à débarrasser les tables. Mais toujours amical. Dans l'espace bien-être, il y a 2 saunas, parfaitement adaptés pour nous. Les deux saunas ont à nouveau besoin d'un peu d'entretien du bois, mais cela ne vous dérange pas lorsque vous transpirez. Dans l'ensemble, nous avons adoré cet hôtel et le recommandons vivement.

  My wife and I spent 8 nights at this property and now consider it one of our favorite hotels. Valeria and Frederick were welcoming hosts at the front desk and provided great recommendations for exploring Berlin. Felix and Jules were outstanding bartenders. The breakfast crew was also excellent. Overall, the quality of the decor, location and warm staff made our visit truly special. As an Ambassador-level member, I applaud the management and staff at the Hotel am Steinplatz.

  Super hôtel, bel endroit calme pour Berlin avec un personnel super sympa. Chambres très propres avec tout ce dont vous avez besoin. Au petit déjeuner, cependant, nous avons dû attendre une demi-heure pour le chef car il avait disparu. Mais nous réserverions à nouveau l'hôtel

  Je passe environ 100 à 120 nuits par an dans divers hôtels. Pour moi personnellement, cet hôtel est l'un des 3 meilleurs hôtels dans lesquels j'ai séjourné. Bon service, personnel agréable et courtois. En termes de prix, pas pour un long week-end, mais je pense que le rapport prix/performance est correct. Volontiers encore !

  My experience at the AM Steinplatz was truly a wonderful experience! The staff beyond helpful. The rooms clean, large and elegant. The daily breakfast delicious and worth the add on. I had the gym to myself and a view to enjoy as I worked out!! I would return in a heartbeat. The hotel really made my visit with my daughter studying abroad during such tumultuous times amazing! If you are lucky enough to meet Dominik at the front desk before he transfers to Australia consider yourself lucky! Highly recommend.

  The hotel itself is a beautiful piece of architecture. It was a wonderful retreat to come back to at the end of our busy sightseeing days. The service is what makes the hotel special. From the front reception, to the breakfast staff in the mornings, and the bartenders in the bar, we really enjoyed the hospitality!

  Unfortunately the property did not meet the expectations. Got the wrong room or it was very different from the pictures (junior suite without balcony). Honestly, we were too tired to change the room and decided to stay with it. That was until a servant showed knocking on our door in the afternoon. I would've ignored her but she kept knocking and was coming in with a key card. Very uncorfortable when sleeping naked. She was handing out a special gift until she realised she's in the wrong room. She quickly said sorry and moved on. Air conditioning wasn't good, the room was super hot. Water on the other hand didn't go over 38 c (not nice for a bath). The food at the restaurant was good, but a bit overpriced especially when service was lacking. We got to tell 4 different times what we were having when the waitor came to check. Breakfast was good. Bed was good. Location was good. Thats it - not worthy.

  Mitten in der Stadt (City West), trotzdem ruhig gelegen. Die Zimmer sind wunderbar geeignet zum Wohlfühlen. Den Bad/WC Bereich fanden wir außerordentlich schön. Die Atmosphäre in der Bar war sehr angenehm. Was auch auf das Personal zurückzuführen ist. Das gilt übrigens für das gesamte Personal. Es hat den Aufenthalt noch ein bisschen angenehmer gemacht. Wir würden uns über schönere Gläser für die besonderen Cocktails freuen.

  This hotel has been beautifully renovated. The attention to detail-incredible. The spirit and history of the building has been marvelously maintained. Very classy. The best part for me, though, was the thoughtful and warm staff. So close to Kurfürstendamm, but you feel just far enough off the beaten track.

  Excellent hotel. Good location near good shopping and public transport. Lot of cafes and restaurants close by. Very nice rooms - well appointed, plenty of natural light, very comfy beds. Good space. Gym is small but very adequate and open 24 hours. Good bar, with good service. Excellent breakfasts. Good coffee - made the way we like it in Australia The hotel has style - not just another hotel.

  I've been to many different hotels in Berlin over the last year. Among these I had by far the best ecperience at the Hotel am Steinplatz. Already at the check-in you'll experience the familiar atmosphere and and the valuing attitude of the front desk staff that makes you feel highly welcomed and appreciated. Besides, the hotel and alll rooms are modernly equipped and breakfast is also really nice. Overall, I can highly recommend the Hotel am Steinplatz and am always happy to come back to this very special place.

  This is an amazing hotel, great for business or pleasure. Fantastic beds, great service, really good breakfasts. Newspapers, windows that actually open and close. Cool architectural details, unique minibar selection with local producers (German cider, sekt, etc.) Super comfy furniture that's not "chain." Very closer to several subway and train stations (Zoo, Ernst Reuter Platz, Ulandestrasser, and my absolute fave, Savigny Platz.) Close to Tiergarten as well. I had lunch on a weekday , which was predictably businessy in terms of the crowd...didn't love the food (weird, considering the reviews), but my husband liked his dishes a lot.

  Tolles und herausragend freundliches Personal in einem wunderschönen Hotel mit geschichtsträchtiger Vergangenheit. Beim Check-in wurde uns freundlich mitgeteilt dass wir ein kostenfreies Upgrade in eine Mastersuite erhalten haben, was uns natürlich sehr gefreut hat. Die Suite war sehr groß mit 2 Toiletten, großer Regendusche und Whirlpool-Badewanne, seperatem Wohn- und Schlafbereich, sowie einem eigenem Balkon. Die Hauseigene Bar ist mehrfach ausgezeichnet worden, und kann uneingeschränkt empfohlen werden. Tolle klare Cocktails, die alle gleich aussehend serviert werden um die Sinne anzuregen und sich komplett auf den Geschmack einzulassen, tolle Erfahrung! Die klassische Barkarte ist auch hervorragend!

  I stayed 4 nights in a nice superior room with balcony. The building itself is from the early 20th century, I believe. However the building has been completely renovated. Everything was absolutely spotless and oozed class. The gym was spotless and was located on the top floor as was the spa...a very nicely designed space. The equipment was minimal but this is not a gym and was adequate. The breakfast (which was included for my rate) was very good. I also had one dinner at the restaurant which was a great experience...not the normal hotel restaurant. The restaurant had outdoor seating in the middle courtyard and some parts were glass enclosed. The small bar was another excellent feature with very innovative cocktails. It was nice sitting outside on the patio in the evening enjoying a drink and smoking a cigar. Service was excellent as befitting a 5 star hotel. Neighborhood was quiet. There is a small grassy park in front of the hotel and there are many small quaint restaurants in the neighborhood. You can easily walk to the Zoo station as well as Savignyplatz station from where you can go anywhere.

  A rare true five star experience. A recently totally modernised and refurbished property conveniently situated in the heart of West Berlin close to the KuDam and zoo. A real oasis of comfort and a triumph of modern design. A boutique hotel as they should be but with far greater than average amenities. Superb welcoming approachable and friendly staff. Thoroughly recommended.

  整體而言，我覺得這飯店的房間設計很符合女性的需求，最起碼化妝的地方可以擺放物品，茶水間雖小但設計的很好讓它使用上並不感到不方便，床也好睡，也有我最愛的陽台！還有浴缸的大小剛好可以讓我這不高的個子舒服的泡在裡面，因為許多飯店的都太大了！早餐品項雖不多但質量很好！服務人員態度也非常親切！唯一可惜：房間煮水器是塑膠製品的，這點如果可以改成不銹鋼煮水器那就非常完美了！

  Loved the location. Smart lay out of rooms. Unless you absolutely need a bath tub then stick to deluxe room type. Upgrading not exactly necessary as the bathrooms in deluxe suite were perfect. More convenient than Junior suite. Staff needs better training in order to communicate to guests what’s included in their room types. I was only told 2 days before departure that our breakfast included items from a special order only menu. No clear understanding of what’s complimentary within your suite. Turns out only 1 bottle of water not coffee capsules.

  (2 Tage Aufenthalt in Junior Suite) Sehr schön eingerichtet, Zimmer perfekt sauber, beim Vorbereiten auf Details Wert gelegt. Bett ist eines der bequemsten die ich in Hotels je hatte. Pluspunkt: keine Plastiksäcke für Wäsche, sondern wieder-verwendbare Beutel aus Stoff. Personal sehr zuvorkommend, jeder Wunsch wird erfüllt. Kann das Hotel sehr empfehlen!

  Angefangen vom freundlichen Empfang und der persönlichen Ansprache, dem überaus freundlichen und sehr aufmerksamen Service beim Frühstück oder auch bei sonstiger Gelegenheit, über das Hotelzimmer selbst und die gesamte Ausstattung des Hotels hat für uns alles gestimmt. Das Überraschungs-Menü im Restaurant mit Weinbegleitung war einfach nur Super und die Besuche in der Bar mit den speziellen Cocktails haben das ganze für uns abgerundet. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

  Ich bin sehr oft geschäftlich in Berlin und habe sicher schon über 30 verschiedene Hotels in dieser Stadt besucht. Das Hotel am Steinplatz ist mein absoluter Favorit, da es sehr schöne und gemütliche Zimmer bietet, es ist an einer ruhigen Lage aber trotzdem sehr zentral. Das Personal ist besticht mit Freundlichkeit und super Service. Es bietet ein hervorragendes Frühstück Buffet. Alles in allem ist das einfach das Perfekte Hotel für Geschäftsreisende sowie auch Urlauber. Ich freue mich jedes mal darauf dort anzukommen!

  One of the finest hotels I have ever stayed at. Staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. Rooms are spacious, well designed, relatively soundproof, and the beds are very comfortable. It is in a perfect location in the city with many nearby attractions and restaurants, with easy access to the very efficient Berlin bus system. Five stars out of five, I would definitely stay at this hotel again.

  From the time we arrived to the time we left we felt well taken care of and the staff made us feel welcomed and special. Sarah at the front desk was incredibly helpful with dinner reservations and tourist tips and always took the time to answer all of our questions. I had a massage on the first day by Mark which was heavenly. The rooms are generous in size and the bathroom is more stylish and larger then most hotel bathrooms I have stayed in. The hotel breakfast is incredible. The coffee is so good and you can order any espresso drink as well. The service is superb and the chef who cooks the omelettes is so friendly. The restaurant is also very stylish and we loved sitting in the winter garden. Unfortunately it was too cold to sit in the courtyard. The bar is very trendy but intimate and welcoming as well. The bartenders are great and we learned a lot about German wines. The location is close to the subway and shopping and sightseeing. We could not be happier with our stay at AM Steinplatz and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Berlin.

  we regularly travel and have stayed in many hotels, this one was one of our favourites on our most reason trip! Staff were so lovely and helpful, no request went unfulfilled. The room was very spacious and the housekeeping service was amazing. We loved the bar and restaurant, hotel restaurants/ bars aren’t always that nice but we were thoroughly pleased with our dining experience! Hotel had a great boutique feel, with all the big hotel extras you could want!

  Fantastic hotel in fantastic location. Clean, quiet and nicely updated. Very friendly and helpful staff. This was my first stay in Berlin and I could not have felt more welcome. I have almost always experienced distinctive service at Autograph hotels and this was one of the very best.

  Loved this hotel, my wife and I spent 3 nights in Berlin here. Great location, lovely boutique hotel, excellent service. Rooms are bright and large, breakfast was great, bar was fantastic, fitness room more than adequate. A 5 star experience, will look forward to staying again if and when I am back in Berlin.

  From entering and being greeted you realise this is something special and personal. Everything is top quality and nothing is to much trouble. Small nice touches that you only find in the best boutique hotels. An oasis of tranquility in the city with the highest customer service. Unbelievable that it is part of the Marriott group - nothing wrong with Marriott but they have achieve a real individual experience.

  Dieses Hotel ist ein Juwel des Jungstils und hat eine super schöne Atmosphäre und interessante Geschichte mit Gästen wie Romy Schneider, Brigitte Bardot usw. . Die Zimmer sind stillvoll und sehr bequem eingerichtet. Das Badezimmer ist inteligent und sehr schön aufgeteilt. Das Bett ist wie eine Wolke :))) Das Frühstück esquisit und gesund! Das Personal ist nett und sehr professional. Die Ungebung ist sicher und wunderschön, man kann draußen spazieren und parken ist total sicher. Ich komme wieder!!!! Es ist eine super Adresse!!!!

  Das Hotel am Steinplatz ist ein wunderbares Hotel. Betritt man die Jugendstil-Tür ist man in einer anderen Welt: stilvoll, elegant, aber dennoch irgendwie klassisch. Ich kann es sehr schlecht beschreiben, am besten man macht sich selbst ein Bild. Uns hat es jedenfalls auf Anhieb gefallen. Der Check-In verlief erfreulich unkompliziert, der Check-Out ebenso. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und wir fühlten usn sofrt gut aufgehoben, willkommen und als Gast gewertschätzt. Unsere Junior Suite ist sehr schön gewesen. Schlichtes, ruhiges, aber hochwertiges design lädt zum Entspannen ein. Die Betten sind toll. ABER: unsere Junior Suite (Nr. 112) liegt im ersten OG direkt über dem Lieferanteneingang und wir wurden Samstag morgen um 6:50 Uhr jäh durch einen LKW geweckt, der Wäsche oder ähnliches angeliefert hat und während der gesamten Zeit den Motor laufen ließ. Außerdem hörten wir das Rollen der Container/Wäschwagen vor dem Haus und auch im Haus. Unsere Nachruhe war dadurch beendet. Das Frühstück ist sehr schön, wenn auch etwas überteuert. Für 35 € wird unseres Erachtens nicht genug erbracht. Wir kennen das Frühstück in anderen Berliner Top-Hotels, die sind für weniger, gleich viel oder auch teurer aber weitaus üppiger. Wir hatten das Frühstück im Zimmerpreis inkludiert, daher war es okay. Alles in allem aber war es ein toller Aufenthalt im Hotel am Steinplatz und wir werden sicher dort öfter zu Gast sein. Dann allerdings in einem anderen, hoffentlich dann wirklich ruhigen Zimer. :-)

  An October stay at the hotel provided a lovely end to our tour of Germany. The staff members were warm, professional and extremely helpful. They clearly understand customer service. The property has an old-school, charming 1920s vibe and it almost feels as if the staff also came from an earlier time period when civility was common place. The high ceilings and large windows in the room were wonderful. We really enjoyed the property and would recommend it to anyone looking to stay in the former West Berlin. I only wish we would have had more time so I could have enjoyed the spa.

  This hotel is exceptionary beautiful. The room setting is not only modern, but also very comfortable. In the room, there is even a beautifully designed large chandler on the ceiling, giving all the highlights of our stay. Every staff is polite and care. The services were outstanding. The restaurant provides excellent and high quality dishes. The breakfast is also excellent. The hotel location is also convenient and it is easy to take public transportation. We plan to stay in this hotel again when we come to Berlin again.

  It was one of the best, if not thé best, hotel I ever stayed in!!! The most outstanding thing that really impressed me was the genuine kindness and helpfulness of every single person that works here... All happy and smiley and oh so helpful, at the reception, at breakfast, just amazing... Also a special thank you for Mr Portier, the concierge, who helped us find amazing places to eat and drink at in Berlin, thank you :) Also the hotel itself is beautiful, nice reception area, lounge area, eat and drink facilities, very comfortable SPA - which reminds me, I had the BEST massage ever had in a hotel!!! and last but not least an amazing room... Stepping into the beds was like stepping into a cloud, so comfy... And also the lay out was very good, with the bathroom with a seperate shower and WC area. A big 10, thank you for a fantastic experience :)

  We stayed here for two nights from the moment of our arrival to departure all the staff made our stay extremely enjoyable. This hotel is fantastic, central but in a lovely neighbourhood. The bar served amazing cocktails and the food in the restaurant was delicious. Our room was superb and we cannot wait to return.

  Brilliant two days at the hotel - enjoyed breakfast, lunch and dinner during my stay and the food was impeccable throughout. Fantastic, traditional 'Berlin' cuisine, but with a modern twist. The popping candy with the onion soup was the work of genius! Room service breakfast could have fed a family of 5 (alas, there was only 1 of me!) but was delicious. Hotel itself is immaculate - gorgeous design, great facilities, and one of the comfiest beds you'll ever sleep on too. Staff were all friendly & engaging - once they spoke to you, they remembered you throughout - and they were always on hand to help out when needed. Overall, a fantastic and unique experience. I can't wait to head back!

  Hotel am Steinplatz is a hotel to remember. The design of the hotel is stunning - an excellent addition to the Autograph Collection. The rooms are well designed, comfortable, and quiet - even those that are on the street side of the building. The service from the entire staff is exceptional. The breakfast both comprehensive and good quality. The bartenders are knowledge, helpful at providing suggestions, and fantastic at making cocktails (I'd highly recommend the Ramos Gin Fizz). The location of the hotel is convenient from the airport (only 20 mins, and avail via a direct bus from TXL), and close to other public transit to get around the city. It's proximity next to the gardens are nice for walking, while the other direction leads to the main shopping district, full of excellent restaurants and stores. There is a small gym, along with a beautiful relaxation area and spa on the top floor. Exceeded all my expectations - highly recommended.

  We loved our stay at the hotel. Our room was great and well appointed. We also got to try the restaurant and bar for some drinks and the service, food and cocktails were excellent. I would not hesitate to return to this hotel. The location was also great not too far to the park and the decor with the photos of old Berlin was special. Thanks for a great stay.

  This hotel was sleek, modern, and sophisticated. The front desk staff was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. They recommended lovely restaurants nearby and were eager to assist with luggage, umbrellas, or any guest requests. The area around the hotel is great for strolling and very close to a major train station. The bathrooms are sumptuous and the room was very well appointed. I would recommend this hotel to anyone traveling to Berlin for business or pleasure.

  The hotel is located on a quiet street only a few walkable blocks from the Zoo station, where one can travel to any part of Berlin. It is architecturally interested, designed in the Art Nouveau tradition. It has been beautifully restored. Rooms are very comfortable and spacious. The bathrooms have every convenience one could want. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Breakfasts are excellent.

  We had a short but really pleasant stay in Hotel am Steinplatz. The hotel has all the modern amenities but it still has some stylish old charm at the same time. Our Grand Superior Room had all amenities we needed and more (comfortable bed, bath tub, a rain shower, flat screen, free internet etc). All details were very well thought. The personnel at the reception were extremely nice and professional. I would like to keep this hotel as a secret so that there will be room for us when we come to Berlin next time. It was just perfect!
