  La chambre était super pour un court séjour. Meublé dans un style moderne, super insonorisé (on n'entend pas du tout la gare, les trams ou les voitures). L'emplacement est génial, malheureusement, vous devez chercher vous-même une place de parking.

  Un hôtel avec beaucoup de charme et d'ambiance. Service très attentionné et cordial, qui commence dès le check-in. La chambre est confortablement meublée. Le petit déjeuner ne laisse rien à désirer. En raison de l'emplacement direct de la gare, il est très bien situé. Le centre est facilement accessible à pied.

  J'avais réservé une chambre de jour dans l'hôtel situé au centre et j'y étais pour la première fois. La réception était très sympathique et les chambres sont petites mais joliment meublées et la salle de bain est de bonne taille. Malheureusement, le chauffage ne fonctionnait pas du tout (c'est pourquoi seulement 3 étoiles), donc il faisait un froid glacial, alors j'ai quitté l'hôtel bien avant le départ.

  Nous avons visité Adam et Eden. L'ambiance est très agréable, le service très sympathique et avenant. Ici, la demande a été satisfaite. On ne peut pas dire ça de la nourriture. Le chou rouge et les quenelles étaient froids, le magret de canard était tiède, tout comme le deuxième plat. Le rapport qualité-prix n'est pas convaincant. La prochaine fois, des tapas et des variantes de vin. Plutôt ne pas manger.

  Très bel hôtel dans un emplacement central. L'hôtel est situé dans un bâtiment historique (Gründerzeit ?). Chambres rénovées et réservables en différentes tailles. Notre chambre standard était relativement petite mais bien. Salle de bain moderne avec beaucoup d'espace dans la douche. Climatisation réglable individuellement. Wifi gratuit et assez rapide pour consulter ses mails. Très belle salle de petit-déjeuner/restaurant donnant sur la gare. Petit-déjeuner buffet copieux avec un large choix de plats et de boissons. Parking pas cher à proximité (il suffit de demander à la réception). Personnel très sympathique et serviable. Nous ne pouvons que recommander cet hôtel. Nous aimerions revenir.

  Endroit super sympa. Le bâtiment date du 18ème siècle et a été entièrement rénové. Réception, couloirs, restaurant de style classique. Les chambres hyper modernes. Petit déjeuner parfait, personnel super sympa. Nous nous sommes sentis très à l'aise.

  Nous étions dans cet hôtel pour la première fois et sommes satisfaits. Nous avons été surclassés sur place gratuitement et avons séjourné dans une chambre de luxe. L'hôtel est en MZ directement à la gare principale, mais vous n'entendez rien ! + Climatisation super silencieuse + Super resto + Personnel formidable - les oreillers sont un peu trop durs ;)

  Situé directement à la gare, parking à proximité. Le personnel est vraiment exceptionnel. Le petit déjeuner un rêve. Le tout dans une recommandation à 100% 👍🏻

  Merveilleux hôtel de ville ! Employés très sympathiques: à l'intérieur, chambres très propres avec de bonnes installations (seule la Bible dans la table de chevet m'a rappelé les décennies passées 😅), très bien situé et délicieux petit déjeuner Juste ce qu'il faut pour un city trip !

  Personnel très sympathique. Un super gentil "Bonjour" et "Est-ce que tout va bien dans votre chambre ?". De plus, la dame de la réception a même demandé à l'enregistrement si elle devait porter la valise dans la chambre. Où d'autre pouvez-vous trouver quelque chose comme ça de nos jours? L'hôtel a du charme et plus qu'à la hauteur du titre d'hôtel de charme. De jolies couleurs, de petits détails et une image d'ensemble contemporaine.

  Emplacement pratique directement à la gare principale de Mayence. C'était le premier critère de réservation. Les 4 étoiles sont plus que justifiées pour le design intérieur moderne des chambres dans le bâtiment rustique de 1887. Les fenêtres sont parfaitement insonorisées. Si vous aimez l'agitation de la gare, inclinez la fenêtre. Si vous ne l'aimez pas, laissez-le fermé et utilisez la climatisation. De plus, il y a un service courtois et amical qui ne laisse rien à désirer. Le restaurant Adam & Eden est situé dans l'hôtel. Il y a aussi le petit déjeuner buffet. Grand et varié préparé et également réservable sans chambre d'hôtel. Pour la prochaine visite à Mayence, nous savons où rester.

  Nous avons des invités, un couple de personnes âgées, qui séjournent ici. Le facteur décisif pour nous était la proximité de la gare. Mais tout le reste de Mayence est accessible rapidement et facilement en bus/tram. Le personnel était super sympa et serviable. Et pour un emplacement aussi central, c'était étonnamment calme. Volontiers encore !

  I travel for work and have been to hotels all around the world. The lady at the front desk was the most pleasant person I have ever met at a hotel. She made every day a joy to come back to the hotel. The hotel it’s self was nice but she really made the stay 10/10

  Three enjoyable nights. While located above the local / regional transport hub my room, looking on to the main rail station, was extremely quiet. Very friendly staff. Room was spotless and serviced daily. Small in/room refrigerator was nice to have. Good dining choices nearby and within an easy walk of the old city.

  Cet hôtel se trouve à proximité immédiate de la gare principale. Les chambres offrent un niveau de confort adapté au prix. Point de départ idéal pour explorer la vie nocturne de Mayence. Nous reviendrons.

  The staff at this hotel are all remarkably friendly, courteous, prompt, and professional. The rooms are comfortable -- great beds, great showers. A little on the small side, but plenty large enough. I highly recommend getting a balcony room. There's no furniture on the balcony unfortunately, but it was still great to be able to get some air and watch all of what's going on at the train station. Despite being in a busy area, the room stayed extremely quiet, and we slept great. We enjoyed our breakfasts at Adam & Eve, although prices are quite high for what you get. Platinum members and above can get a $10 per guest credit at the restaurant. Without this, I wouldn't have come out of pocket for the restaurant, personally. Fitness center was closed while we there, though they did offer complimentary day passes to a gym nearby. All in all, a great stay. Highly recommended.

  Pour un hôtel à la gare, un niveau exceptionnellement bon, un service extrêmement bon et sympathique, des chambres très propres. Bien sûr, ce n'est pas un hôtel 5 étoiles, mais le rapport qualité-prix pour un hôtel de gare est excellent. bonne gestion.

  Given the current worldwide situation, I haven’t traveled as much as I had prior to Covid. Having a few days free and wanting to explore parts of Germany I stayed two nights at the AC Hotel in Mainz. Having stayed here before, I was interested to see how the hotel was after a long time away. Well, this hotel is a gem. It’s location near the Mainz train station- and a quick 10 minutes with the right train to Frankfurt airport. I love the rooms and while I’ve had a few that are cozy, my room on this occasion was perfect. Everything is so well thought out and the staff including Yasmin could not have been more attentive and intuitive (offering me a hot tea after entering on a particularly cold day). These and other touches made my two nights memorable. Additionally, one night I had a beautiful dinner at the restaurant at the hotel.

  Ma belle-mère et ma grand-mère ont passé un week-end très agréable ici. Les chambres sont très modernes et bien équipées pour les personnes âgées. L'emplacement central à la gare permet de ranger rapidement ses valises et de se déplacer facilement en tram et en bus. Vous n'entendez rien du bruit de la gare. Les gens à la réception sont courtois et serviables. La propreté était super. Réservez certainement le petit-déjeuner!

  Super accueil. Mise à niveau en raison du statut. Belle chambre propre. Les fenêtres s'ouvrent complètement. Très nouveau et moderne. lit très bien. Vous n'avez qu'à marcher jusqu'au parking souterrain. Belle vue sur la gare, qui malheureusement apporte aussi avec elle le bruit du préposé. Mais seulement avec la fenêtre ouverte.

  Wir sind sehr freundlich von einem Mitarbeiter des Hotels in Empfang genommen worden. Wir hatten ein paar sehr schöne Stunden in Mainz und in ihrem Hotel! Es war alles sehr gut.

  Usually, when you find a hotel across from a train station, they tend to be sketchy. However, my mind changed from the moment I walked into the AC Hotel Mainz. I received a warm welcome and options for breakfast. The front desk staff even gave me some tips on where to go and get some dinner. Unfortunately, since my spouse and I had just arrived from the US, our sleeping pattern was out of whack. We went to bed in 2030, but I ended up waking up at 2330 starving. Thankfully, there are two very late-night options right across the street: currywurst or Doener. Since we had a Doener for lunch, I ended up getting a Currywurst, and it did not disappoint. For breakfast, we opted for the buffet downstairs, which was lovely as well.

  Es war vom Empfang bis zum Auschecken alles hervorragend. Die Angestellten sind nett und zuvorkommend, die Lage ist topp. Das Zimmer war groß und sauber. Das Frühstück war absolut ausreichend und vielfältig.

  J'ai passé une nuit à Mayence car ma femme a subi une opération au genou et a dû subir un examen le lendemain. Nous avons rarement connu des employés aussi courtois, serviables et super gentils dans un hôtel. Dans l'ensemble, une expérience positive avec la meilleure recommandation. Volontiers encore mais sans chirurgie ;-)

  Hotel is lovely, hotel welcomed me on my arrival with a card and chocolate in my room and acknowledged my platinum status, although everything is tiny including width of hall, lobby, trash can, etc. Parking is difficult as we had to walk to the public parking. Restaurant food is great but expensive. No fitness center. We had to walk to the public gym. Front desk staff is super professional and friendly, especially Oscar. Cleaning crew always misses something in my room every day. One time, there was no toilet paper or soap, other times the dirty towels were not collected away, shampoo/conditioner/body wash was always missing a few.

  Wir haben ein langes Wochenende im AC Hotel in Mainz verbracht. Das Personal ist super nett und hilfsbereit. Der Service insgesamt war ausgezeichnet. Nach dem Besuch des aktuellen Sportstudios bekamen wir um zwei Uhr Nachts noch leckeres Bier und Wein serviert. Frühstück und Restaurant sind auch sehr zu empfehlen. Weiter so!!!

  Für mich war es eigentlich nur der Aufenthalt für ein Job Termin aber es hat richtig Spaß gemacht direkt neben dem Bahnhof hier so freundlich einzuchecken. Internationationales Publikum, Tolles Team und schönes Restaurant, dass genau auf meine Bedürfnisse eingegangen ist. Und als ich am Morgen noch etwas für einen Vortrag ausdrucken wollte, war es auch flink geschehen.

  L'emplacement juste à côté de la gare est idéal, car il y a toujours une connexion parfaite au réseau de transports en commun sur place. DB avec des trains régionaux, bien sûr aussi du trafic longue distance, en plus des trams et des bus s'arrêtent à seulement 1 minute à pied. Les taxis sont juste en face et vous pouvez marcher jusqu'au centre-ville ou à la vieille ville en 15 minutes environ. Les chambres sont calmes, pas de bruit de rue, tout est moderne et propre et climatisé. Le service est excellent. Très sympathique, serviable et arrangeant. Félicitations à la dame à la réception le soir et la nuit et aux messieurs à la réception pendant la journée et dans la salle du petit déjeuner. Le petit déjeuner est bon. Pour notre goût du nord de l'Allemagne, il manque un peu plus de sélection de charcuterie / fromage. Sinon SUPER ! Nous ne pouvons que le recommander ! Notre séjour du 15.09.-18.09.21 était super.

  We loved our stay! The hotel is beautiful and clean but the best part is its staff, all of them are helpful and kind. The rooms are modern and spacious and there’s also a parking lot right next to the hotel for a good price. Will most definately repeat!

  On arrival greeted by a very pleasant and helpful lady. Room was clean and modern. Bathroom spotless and clean. City view from window wasn’t what I expected. Soundproofing very good to the street but noises could be heard from the hall the door is not soundproofed. Breakfast staff very kind and helpful. breakfast itself was a huge disappointment for the price paid. Check out was quick and again pleasant staff.

  Das Central Hotel Eden (jetzt Marriot) wurde aus dem jahrzehntelangen Dornröschenschlaf wachgeküsst. Nachdem wir dort schon oft essen waren, blieben wir erstmals mit der Familie über Nacht. Das Haus ist so atmosphärisch, das Personal so wunderfreundlich, das Frühstück außergewöhnlich schmackhaft - und das zu fairen Preisen. Eine glasklare Empfehlung für alle, die mehr wollen als Plaste-Pensionen und Glutamat-Buffets!

  Super! Meublé avec une grande attention aux détails. Bravo à l'architecte d'intérieur. Personnel très sympathique, nous nous sommes sentis très à l'aise. Beaucoup plus calme que ce à quoi vous vous attendez juste à la gare. Très bonnes liaisons de transport en voiture ou en train. Parking couvert dans le bâtiment annexe.

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Für einen Wochenendausflug sehr gut geeignet. Aufgrund der Lage sind wir sogar mit dem Zug angereist.

  Petit déjeuner très savoureux et de haute qualité, personnel travailleur et chambres propres. Beau lobby et très bon emplacement (gare à 2 minutes et centre-ville à 15 minutes à pied). La salle de bain était moderne et propre. Un point déduit car la chambre était très petite et un peu sombre.

  Ein sehr modern und freundlich eingerichtetes Hotel in einem historischen Haus. Sehr zuvorkommende Mitarbeiter an Rezeption und beim Frühstück. Frühstück während Corona-Zeit statt Buffett Bedienung am Platz (anhand Bestellzettel), umfangreiche Auswahl, sehr ansprechend angerichtet und lecker. Sehr schöne Zimmer, zentrale Lage direkt am Hbf. Fahrradabstellmöglichkeit im abgeschlossenen Innenhof.

  I am staying quite often in this hotel and must say that I am always happy about the hotel. The hotel team makes you feel special every time and is absolutely awesome. The rooms are modern and clean. The location is extremly comfortable if you travel by train. The "old twon" of Mainz is only some minutes away.

  Wieder mal ein sehr freundlicher Empfang. Das Zimmer sehr geräumig und einwandfrei. Bequemes großes Bett, Bad auch groß genug. Das Frühstück, auch wenn "a la carte" sehr üppig und alles dabei, da man alles (nach)bestellen kann, was das Herz begehrt. Alle sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Lage direkt am Bahnhof ist unschlagbar. Zwar kein eigener Parkplatz, aber das Parkhaus Bonifaziustürme ist eine super Alternative und sehr günstig. War wirklich schön. Ich komme wieder.

  Went to the Spa, mall and dinner. Train station across from the hotel. Very Clean and AC is COLD, room nice and clean. Staff helpful. and the breakfast was off the chain! So delicious and fruit was so fresh. You must stay at this location. Close to Frankfurt and Kaiserslautern LOVE IT!!!

  Bel hôtel avec une connexion pragmatique à l'infrastructure de Mayence. Les chambres sont exceptionnellement bien coupées et conçues et offrent une atmosphère de bien-être avec le certain glamour auquel on est habitué dans les hôtels Marriott du monde entier. Le charisme positif de Yasemin (concierge à mon arrivée) et l'approche professionnelle de ses invités conduisent à un accueil chaleureux et personnalisé. Merci.

  Stayed here to see something other than Frankfurt. Was not disappointed. The hotel is very nice, and a very good location just across from the Mainz railway station. Because of that location, you are within sight of trains to most anywhere in Germany or Europe you want to go, a short 20 - 30 minute trip to the Frankfurt airport or Frankfurt itself, and public transit to see more of Mainz, including both bus and tram stops. The hotel is spacious and comfortable. The rooms are nicely appointed and the beds inviting and, admittedly, difficult to get out of because they were so comfortable. The breakfast in the mornings is teriffic, offering a good variety of traditional European breakfast as well as American and English style offerings and things you could order on demand. All in all, this was a very nice place to spend a long weekend and it'll definitely be on the list of places to stay on my next trip to the Frankfurt area.

  Das AC Hotel besticht durch neue, moderne und saubere Zimmer und eine tolle, zentrale Lage: Fitness First, Bahnhof, zahlreiche Restaurants und Supermarktketten sind in der Nähe. Für mich ist das AC Hotel aber so besonders, weil der Service einmalig ist! Man wird stets mit Namensnennung in Empfang genommen, alle persönlichen Wünsche werden einem verlässlich erfüllt, der Service ist rund um perfekt, was dazu führt, dass man sich während seiner Dienstreise wohlfühlt und sich auf die Arbeit konzentrieren kann und keinen Rechnungen etc hinterherrennen muss.

  Wie schon eingangs erwähnt, kenne ich das Hotel von früher. Die Blütezeit war überschritten und das Hotel (inklusive Restaurant) dümpelte stets mit wenig Wasser unter dem Kiel, vor sich hin. Jetzt präsentiert sich das Hotel als schickes, modernes Hotel welche keine Wünsche offen lässt. Das betrifft die Zimmer, das Personal, den Barbereich und das Restaurant! Zur Klarheit möchte ich hier sicherstellen das ich kein Angestellter des Marriottkonzerns oder der Ac Kette bin.

  I've been with the Marriott for 2 decades or so. AC hotel by Marriott in Mainz is good example of what Marriott does right! great hotel, with very comfortable and clean rooms/beds, nice restaurant with very friendly staff, beautifully decorated in and out, great location and wonderful front desk staffs. I will definitely stay there again.

  I have stayed with AC Marriott many times and I think this is the second time I have not been 100% satisfied however at 95% I would still consider this to be one of the best hotels in Mainz. Perfect location for travel with the train station across the road and plenty of food outlets in the surrounding area. I only ate breakfast at the hotel and it was delicious, well presented and more than enough variety. Service was very good and friendly. The dining area was beautiful, comfortably heated and decorated tastefully for the festive season. I particularly enjoyed the Gingerbread house. The arrival, comings and goings and final departure were consistently met with smiling faces and friendly reception staff which in my experience is a recurring theme with AC Marriott hotel staff. Overall a great place to stay in Mainz. (Will be back next week)

  ライン川周辺で2泊し、ハイデルベルク、シュトットガルト方面へ移動の際、翌日訪問予定のマインツで途中下車してスーツケースを預けることができました。フロントスタッフの応対もとても親切でした。空港からも空港へ行くにも時間がかからずおすすめです。部屋はスタイリッシュでコンパクトに使いやすくできています。マインツ再訪の際は又泊まりたいです。

  Sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt, zuvorkommendes, freundliches Personal. Die Zimmer sind modern eingerichtet, das Bad groß mit ausreichend Ablageflächen und großer Dusche! Trotz der Nähe zum Bahnhof war es ruhig und man wurde in der Nacht nicht durch Lärm gestört. Kurzer Weg in die Innenstadt, Einkaufsmeile und Dom. Sehr gute Verbindungen mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln. In der Umgebung nette Bars und Einkehrmöglichkeiten

  Je l'ai vraiment aimé ici. Les chambres sont très propres et meublées de façon moderne. La salle de bain est de bonne taille, elle est également moderne avec des carreaux sombres et elle est propre.   Das AC Hotel Mainz hat mir gut gefallen. Das Personal war ausgesprochen freundlich und hat sich viel Zeit für mich genommen. Das Essen im Restaurant hat mir sehr gut geschmeckt und auch das Frühstück war sehr lecker. Nur der Fitnessraum war relativ klein. Insgesamt hat mir mein Aufenthalt sehr gefallen.

  Hôtel situé juste à côté de la HBF, ce qui est super si vous arrivez en train ! Les chambres sont petites mais très bien aménagées, assez neuves et en très bon état ! Le petit déjeuner est plutôt simple, mais avec suffisamment de choix et de bonne qualité. Personnel également très arrangeant. Pour mon prochain stage à Mayence, l'hôtel est à nouveau en haut de ma liste d'hébergements...

  Ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt in Mainz im AC Hotel Mainz. Wir waren rundum glücklich und zufrieden. Die Altstadt ist fußläufig sehr gut vom Hotel zu erreichen. Das Hotel ist sehr modern und stilvoll eingerichtet. Das Frühstück ist durchschnittlich und in Ordnung. Die Mitarbeiter sind sehr freundlich und sehr aufmerksam.   Leider waren mein Freund und ich nur eine Nacht im Hotel, aber die Zeit dort war sehr erholsam. Das Hotel ist direkt am Hbf, aber trotzdem sind die Zimmer sehr ruhig. Man hört nichts von der Straße. Das Personal war auch um 1 Uhr nachts sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das Hotel, sowie das Zimmer war modern eingerichtet und sauber. Generell haben wir den Aufenthalt sehr genossen und würden sehr gerne wieder kommen :)

  Das Hotel ist für Bahnreisende sehr gut gelegen. Insgesamt um ein modernes die sein bemüht, bleibt es ein alter Kasten. Die Badezimmer sind winzig und dem Preis in keiner Weise angemessen. Gerade zu zweit fehlt die notwendige Distanz zur Toilette. In der Dusche kann man kaum stehen und im Badezimmer sich kaum bewegen, so eng ist es. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und serviceorientiert.

  Das AC-Hotel hat eine sehr geschmackvolle Einrichtung. Passend zum Altbau, zeitlos, elegant, wertig. Nette Hotelbar mit guten Weinen, wo man noch einen Absacker trinken kann. Und dazu hochwertige kleine Gerichte. Auch das Frühstück war hochwertig mit guter Auswahl. Das Zimmer geschmackvoll eingerichtet mit schönem Holzfußboden.

  I found the hotel staff to be warm, welcoming, and helpful. My room was immaculate, modern, and comfortable. The location is great! Directly across the street from the train station, there were plenty of restaurants, bars, and cafes with great food. I was able to walk to the cathedral and museums in about 10 minutes (there was also the option to take a bus). I was very pleased with this hotel. I will be returning and I will definitely recommend it to others.

  Das Hotel liegt direkt gegenüber von Mainz Hbf. Wir hatte wahrscheinlich Glück dass wir über Weihnachten da waren genauere am 23.-25. und der Bahnhof Vorplatz war ruhig sodass wir das Fenstern aufmachen können über die Nacht, da das Zimmertemperatur ziemlich hoch war und von der Klimaanlage kam nur heisse Luft raus. Frühstück war auch in Ordnung. Nur .. wenn man Waffeln bestellen, dauert es über 30 min. Wir hatten am Heiligabend im Restaurant ein Abendessen mit 3 Gänge Menü. Vor- und Hauptspeise waren lecker gewesen, Nachtisch na ja.. könnte besser sein denke ich... Bett und Kopfkissen sind SUPER! so ein Kopfkissen habe ich noch nie bei anderem Hotel zuvor gesehen! Wir haben gut geschlafen! Also wir sind insgesamt sehr zufrieden. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis stimmt auch!

The area around the hotel offers a tremendous amount of options for dining, shopping, transportation, and sightseeing. The bathroom, shower, bed, and room were extremely comfortable, stylish, and modern. I absolutely loved my stay and look forward to visiting again. The hotel is not a big, commercial box, but rather a mix of vintage and modern that is impeccably maintained and absolutely beautiful.

  Empfangspersonal sehr freundlich. Lage ausgezeichnet. Das Haus wirkt trotz offenbar erfolgter Renovierung angestaubt, altmodisch, eng und duster. Um den Empfang und sodann den winzigen Aufzug zu erreichen, müssen mehrere Treppenstufen überwunden werden, was mit etwas schwererem Gepäck sehr lästig, weil einem in dieser Hotelkategorie ja niemand beim Tragen hilft. Dicke braune Teppichböden sorgen zwar für Geräuschdämmung, wirken aber wenig hygienisch und versetzen einen optisch in die fünfziger Jahre. Bei der Sauberkeit in den Zimmern ist noch Luft nach oben. Insgesamt würde ich mich in einem hellen und modernen Zimmer wohler fühlen. Bei der Dusche wurde an der Höhe der gläsernen Duschwand gespart. Man sollte also seine Utensilien besser außerhalb des Bades aufbewahren, wenn man sich unter die Brause stellt, um nicht hinterher alles abtrocknen zu müssen. Außerdem beim Duschen unbedingt die Schiebetür zum Bad schließen, weil man ansonsten auch den Zimmerboden wischen kann. Das Bett war in Ordnung. In der Minibar befand sich nur ein Eiskübel, Getränke Fehlanzeige. Der Schrank besteht aus einem offenen Gestell. Positiv: es gibt eine stabile Kofferablage.

  Ich habe super geschlafen, die große Dusche ist toll, Internet und Fernseher waren prima. Das Personal war sehr zuvorkommend und sehr freundlich. Auch gibt es Eulchen Bier! Super! Und sehr leckeres Frühstück. Ich konnte umsonst mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln umsonst fahren, hätte manche Museen besuchen können oder eine Führung mitmachen.Ein sehr schöner Tag, das Wetter spielte auch mit. Ich konnte abends draußen sitzen, sehr schön.

  Zentrale Lage, nettes Personal.Wir hatten ein schönes grosses, modern ausgestattetes Zimmer . Schließt man die Fenster hört man nichts mehr von der belebten Umgebung. Das Bett war bequem, das Bad groß, es fehlte nur der Vergrößerungsspiegel. Gestört hat nur der Preis des zubuchbaren Frühstücks - es ist keine €19,50 wert - wir würden empfehlen in der sehr schönen Mainzer Altstadt zu frühstücken.

  Insgesamt ein guter Platz, insbesondere für Gäste, die mit der Bahn anreisen (Bhf vis a vis). Die Zimmer sind ausreichend gross, sauber, nichts ist abgewohnt. Die Fernseher sind wirklich gross. Das Bad kann leider nicht separat beheizt werden, was es kühl hält. Wer Nächte bei offenem Fenster liebt, muss sich hier einschränken, denn aufgrund der Lage ist eine durchgängige Lärmemission einfach vorhanden. Das Bett ist superbequem (Boxspring Bett) und dank der Deckenbeleuchtung ist das Zimmer immer hell genug. Das WLAN ist ausreichend schnell. Das Frühstück präsentiert sich, von der Auswahl her, sehr übersichtlich aber dafür mit ausgewählten Frischprodukten. Die Küche erfüllt in Bezug auf Eierspeisen fast jeden Wunsch. Auf Convenience verzichtet man komplett. Leider wurden während meines Aufenthaltes keine hellen Brötchen angeboten, dafür eine große Auswahl an dunklen Brötchen und div. Brotsorten. Es gibt keine Hoteleigene Parkmöglichkeit. In etwa 30 m Fußweg befindet sich jedoch ein Parkhaus wo man im 2. Tiefgeschoss für 5 Euro pro Nacht parken kann. Aufgrund der Lage ist die Auswahl an Bars/ Restaurants/ Imbisseinrichtungen unwahrscheinlich gross. „Nebenan“ befindet sich ein REWE Supermarkt mit einer Metzger-Warmtheke. Fazit: ich war gerne Gast im AC Marriott und würde es jederzeit wieder buchen. Die Kleinigkeiten, mit denen ich Kompromisse schließen musste, spiegeln nur meine persönliche Meinung wieder und werden von einem anderen Gast sicher differenzierter betrachtet.

  Il y a quelques semaines, nous avons séjourné à l'AC à Mayence. Nous avons trouvé l'hôtel très joli, le personnel très sympathique et le petit déjeuner copieux. Nous avons particulièrement aimé le café. Nous sommes très sensibles à cela. La plupart du temps, vous pouvez boire le dernier battage médiatique dans les hôtels. Ici complètement différent. Nous reviendrons.

  Séjour très agréable. Il faut mentionner en particulier le personnel extrêmement sympathique. Nous avons rarement vécu cela sous cette forme. Bien sûr, cela peut être dû au fait que Mainzer Art est généralement très sympathique :-). Très bien étaient les chambres, assez grandes pour un séjour agréable. Tout était très bien décoré. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour et nous reviendrions à tout moment. La cuisine est aussi impressionnante. Wi-Fi est gratuit et bon! Quelques choses pas si positives: Bien que l'hôtel ait récemment ouvert ses portes, il est probable que des clients moins attentifs ont déjà subi des dégâts qui devraient être éliminés. Le garage ne fait pas partie de l'hôtel et se trouve à quelques pas. Il n'y a aucune garantie qu'il y aura de l'espace libre. Et puis la recherche d'un parking devient très mauvaise.

  Sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt. Insbesondere zu erwähnen ist das außerordentlich freundliche Personal. Wir haben das selten in dieser Form erlebt. Kann natürlich auch an der allgemein sehr freundlichen Mainzer Art gelegen haben:-). Sehr schön waren die Zimmer, groß genug für einen angenehmen Aufenthalt. Alles sehr schön eingerichtet. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen und würden jederzeit wieder buchen. Auch die Küche kann sich sehen lassen. WLAN ist kostenlos und gut!

  Das Hotel wurde gerade erst eröffnet und liegt direkt am Mainzer Hauptbahnhof. Trotz der Züge, Straßenbahnen und Busse, die direkt vor der Tür fahren, hört man weder in den Zimmern noch im Restaurant den Straßenlärm. Es ist wirklich sehr ruhig. Das Gebäude incl. Fassade wurde mit viel Liebe zum Detail restauriert und es ist wirklich sehr gut gelungen. Die Zimmer sind schön und modern eingerichtet, trotzdem hat man versucht einige Teile des alten Gebäudes zu erhalten, wie beispielsweise die sehr schönen Wendeltreppen. Das Bad ist groß und durch eine Milchglas-Schiebetür vom Zimmer abgetrennt. Das Bett ist sehr bequem und es sind auch ausreichend Steckdosen direkt am Bett vorhanden. Wie bereits gesagt, obwohl das Zimmer zur Straße und zum Bahnhof raus ging hat man nichts gehört, auch nicht von den anderen Gästen in den Zimmern. Das Wlan war kostenlos, schnell und stabil. Wir hatten das "Romance Package", was ich nur empfehlen kann. Es enthält Frühstück, ein drei Gänge Überraschungsmenü, eine Flasche Champagner und Late Check out bis 15 Uhr. Das Abendessen war wirklich super, sehr einfallsreich, toll angerichtet und unglaublich lecker. Frühstück gibt's bis 11 Uhr, Rührei, Spiegelei und dergleichen kann man direkt frisch in der Küche bestellen. Alles andere was man sich zum Frühstück wünscht ist als Buffet angerichtet. Das Preis Leistungsverhältnis für das Paket ist prima. Parken kann man für 5 Euro am Tag im Parkhaus "Bonifazius Türme" direkt nebenan. Die Mitarbeiter sind uns besonders positiv aufgefallen. Beim Check in wurden wir etwas herumgeführt und alles erklärt, der Service beim Essen war auch sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wenn wir wieder in Mainz sind, werden wir sicher wieder hierher kommen und wir hoffen, dass das Hotel noch von vielen Gästen besucht wird.

  19 euro for this small selection of breakfast is seriously overcharge. During this my business trip, I stayed several other hotels within 2 hours distance and none of their breakfast is as poor as here. And, all of their breakfast is complimentary. Non-complimentary breakfast is fine as long as you can get wah tyou pay. Here, I don't recommend breakfast definitely. Room is in very moder style but you may find that floor cleaness is not in besy condition if you are sensitive to dust. I usually don't leave any review but this time I want to share my complaints. Overall hotel system is typical downtown in Europe. It is not convenient definitely but will be OK once get used to it. In example, you have to find parking garage which is not on site and getting used to parking system is pretty much of work. Of course parking is not complimentary.
