  Malheureusement, il faisait beaucoup trop chaud dans les chambres pour pouvoir bien dormir, j'estimerais plus de 25 degrés (bien sûr j'avais éteint le chauffage, mais quand même). De plus, la pièce ne devient jamais vraiment sombre, car certaines LED clignotent/s'allument en permanence, par exemple depuis les interrupteurs d'éclairage directement à côté du lit, depuis le routeur WLAN, depuis le détecteur de fumée, ... La douche de la salle de bain était totalement calcifiée et la température de l'eau fluctuait énormément. Dans l'ensemble, je ne reviendrais certainement pas, d'autant plus que vous n'obtenez aucun point Bonvoy si vous ne le payez pas vous-même (c'est-à-dire si l'entreprise le réserve). Il y a donc plus qu'assez de meilleures alternatives pour le même prix à Munich.

  Un merci spécial aux réceptionnistes et au personnel de service au petit déjeuner. Très grande sympathie pour les nombreuses mésaventures que nous avons malheureusement dû vivre. Chambre trop froide, gelé et couverture sur la tête, pas de chauffage dans la salle de bain, pas de liaison téléphonique avec la réception, pas de numéro, où ? Changé de chambre le lendemain, la propreté, le petit prix de la chambre, des chambres super, bien équipées, très bien, mais des interrupteurs en partie peu pratiques etc., il faut tout chercher. Les dames nous ont finalement réconciliés par bonne volonté. Merci mesdames et messieurs à la réception.

  Hôtel d'affaires classique, très bien situé. Service super sympa et arrangeant. Bar avec une super ambiance et des boissons savoureuses. Seule la propreté de la chambre laissait à désirer : traces de doigts sur le carrelage de la salle de bain et cheveux du précédent client dans la douche. Tu devrais regarder ça de plus près. Et le buffet du petit-déjeuner pourrait également être complété par (au moins) des œufs durs à l'époque de Covid. Je réserverais encore.

  La chambre est immense et bien conçue. le lit était grand et confortable. Les taches d'eau sur le mur n'étaient pas terribles. Pour le prix, vous pouvez vous attendre à des murs propres. Sélection de produits de soins tels que des lotions non disponibles. Le personnel du petit déjeuner était super sympa. La salle de bain n'était pas si propre. poussière sur les étagères

  Das Hotel ist ein zweites zuhause. Freundlichkeit, Sauberkeit, die Lage und vieles mehr spricht fuer das Four Points Munich Central. Die Zimmer sind ausserordentlich gross und haben super Betten. Balkone sind ebenso in einigen Kategorien vorhanden. Die neue Mall direkt am Hotelgelaende erweitert den bereits bestehenden Service. Eine Parkgarage ist direkt mit dem Lift erreichbar und ist fuer Muenchen kostenguenstig. Absolute Empfehlung fuer kurze aber auch langen Aufenthalt in München

  Bel hôtel qui vieillit un peu. Je ne sais pas pour les autres chambres mais nous avons eu la chance d'avoir une chambre de luxe qui était assez bon marché. Tout est en fait inclus en termes d'équipement, y compris une bouilloire avec thé et café instantané et une enceinte Bluetooth. Il y avait aussi une bouteille d'eau gratuite. Il y a suffisamment de prises et le WiFi est également très rapide. L'emplacement est idéal et également très facile d'accès en transports en commun. Malheureusement, je ne peux rien dire sur le petit déjeuner car nous avons pris le petit déjeuner à l'extérieur.

  Have spent 4 days in Munich with family. The hotel was really good, close to the station and not far from CarlPlatz. Just next to the hotel there is a Shopping mall, farmacy, restaurants. Breakfasts were very delicious. The room was good. Staff was helpful and polite. Thank you

  This location is close to the train station (Hauptbanhof) and S-Bahn...about a 15-20 minute walk. The hotel is relatively clean, but 1 main elevator services 5 floors. So be prepared to wait for the lift, OR walk up and down many floors. Don’t expect a huge layout for breakfast (and if you’re paying the €20-€25 cost, you’ll be flushing your money away). It’s a subpar stay. And can be overpriced, depending on the calendar and local events.

  hotel location was perfect. Close to 2 metro stops. Hotel was clean and service was friendly. Not over the top but a fairly basic hotel. I paid for 4 nights with free night vouchers that I had received and the 5th night paid for. I found the cost per night quite high for what we were getting. It was comfortable and clean. We were in Munich for Christmas Markets and were surprised to find a huge Market right behind the hotel. That was an added bonus! It was on the ground for October fest...so this location would be ideal for that journey!

  Das Hotel ist weiter zu empfehlen. Freundlicher Empfang, bei dem man sich gleich wohl fühlen konnte. Sehr sauberes Zimmer, modern und doch gemütlich eingerichtet. Tolles Frühstück. Kleiner negativer Beigeschmack war, dass mein Zimmer in der 2. Etage direkt neben dem Hotelbüro war. Hier waren öfters Geräusche von den Mitarbeitern zu hören. Ich habe das an der Rezeption gesagt, was auch verständlich notiert wurde.

  Totally impressed with the Four Points in Munich for our weekend break. Rooms are huge and well equipped. Nice walking distance to the city centre. Gym open 24 hours which is great. Rooms super clean and well presented. Reception staff, particularly Christine was super helpful. It was my husband's birthday and they left a huge fruit platter and a voucher for a free drink at the bar as a nice gesture to mark the occasion. So thoughtful- those extra touches make you remember these hotels for the right reason. Would have no hesitation to stay again!

  The service by the staff was excellent and unparalleled. However, was a bit disappointed with the lack of a restaurant or room service for food. There’s no lobby or open common area so everything feels cramped, but the bedrooms are spacious. However, the bathrooms are again tiny.

  Great hotel with modern design. Nice quieter location. Good brand new mall just around the corner. Lots of food choices in the neighborhood. Might be a bit far to walk to central Munich for some, 20 to 30min depending on your pace. I had several small deficiencies but the staff was exceptional in resolving promptly. Very attentive staff. Better than most other hotels. The executive room is better than regular double room, family room is awesome. Second time staying with the hotel, would come again.

  An amazing property, in a great location close to the city center & the Octoberfest. What made the property stand out for me was the professionalism of the entire staff & the attention to detail. From the front desk folks, to the house keeping personnel, to the restaurant staff; everyone was exceptional courteous and helpful. Would definitely stay again & recommend the property to my friends..

  I would definitely recommend this hotel. The location is great with a tram down the street that can have you at central station in 5 minutes. There is also a mall underneath the hotel where you can buy food for your fridge. The room itself was nice with a big TV, good wifi and amazing air conditioning.

  L'hôtel est fonctionnel et ceux qui auront la chance d'être surclassés bénéficieront également d'une grande chambre. Malheureusement, la salle de bain est très sobre, un peu vieillotte et la pression de l'eau laisse à désirer dans les chambres supérieures.

  Our room was spacious and included a balcony and refrigerator, though I believe this was an upgrade because of being members of their rewards program. The location is close to a S-Bahn station. The staff at the front desk was very helpful throughout our stay answering our many questions and offering suggestions. Overall, this hotel is the best value for price paid of any I have stayed in Munich previously.

  L'hôtel nous a pris 150€ de caution 4 jours après notre départ sans prévenir sur une cb pris au hasard alors que j'avais donné ma cb à notre arrivée à l'hôtel pour la caution. La cause un trou dans la moquette qui étais déjà la à notre arrivée. Ils ont pris la caution sur la cb d'un ami qui avait utilisé sa carte juste pour payer un petit déjeuner (petit déjeuner très chère pour le peu qu'ils proposait 20€). Nous avons du appeler 4 fois pour savoir la raison et ensuite ils non rien voulu savoir. Déçu je ne recommande pas, dommage pourtant l'hôtel était bien.

  Rooms with very beautiful view and quite. Bed are comfortable, hotel located at a walking distance to Tram and Metro station. The reception was very helpfull in all this time, I would specially give 10 out of 10 points to Mr. Valdo who is more caring and very helpful. Breakfast serving team is good , they ask always if İ need anything , and they make me feel like at home.Thank you to all of you. See you next time and soon.

  The hotel is nice, but not a four star hotel. The rooms are specious and some with small balconies overlooking the back of the hotel. On the other hand, the bathroom was tiny -- there is only about 40 cm between the toilet and the bath, same with the sink and the bath. Very basic Amenities -- hand soap, body wash and shampoo, and watery lotion. Breakfast was very standard, not a big selection like in other hotels, but was sufficient. If you come late, some of the selections are no available any more. Public transportation is only a few minutes walk, U4/U5, Tram, and S-Bahn. Tollwood is 5 minutes walk from the hotel, which was nice during this time of the year.

  Too much noisy construction. Room not clean. Room service never removed someone else's food from our frig. Morning breakfast staff made their own hours so did not get breakfast one day. Front of hotel has construction too.

  We go to Munich every year for oktoberfest. We always stay at Starwood hotels. We stayed at westin, Arabella park, Westpark, Le meridien, aloft and now the four points. Others may be fancier, but since finding the four points central 10 years ago. We have stayed nowhere else. The staff is absolutely incredible. The beds you won't find anywhere else. It's the only room we found in all of Europe, besides airbnb, that is a full studio/efficiency apartment. Has a huge walkin closet. Kitchen with cooking area, living room, huge balcony overlooking the oktoberfest grounds and two huge double/queen beds. I haven't found that anywhere. Oh, and a bathroom with a huge tub. We love it. We have had it when we had six people in there and we have had it just for the two of us. It's fantastic and walkable to ever part of munich you would want to go. Or convenient to any train/tram or U-Bahn. It isn't cheap during oktoberfest, but it's absolutely worth it. The breakfast is amazing and the bar is a ton of fun. Love all the great little restaurants around the area. The rooms aren't decorated fancy, but they aren't run down either. You can't go wrong with this hotel. Love kove love it and especially the staff.

  Grande chambre familiale (studio) à bon prix (milieu de semaine). Bon accueil sans complication. Stationnement dans le parking adjacent à plusieurs étages (coûteux 24 €/jour, entrée étroite). Le petit déjeuner était correct, mais aussi rien de spécial.

  Chambre confortable avec une excellente literie, une enceinte bluetooth JBL et un multiprise cube avec prises USB. Excellent petit déjeuner avec des plats assez variés. Par contre il y a beaucoup de travaux dans le voisinage et le quartier n'est pas exceptionnel.

  Très bon hotel avec un bon rapport qualité prix. Personnel très disponible et coopératif facilitateur. Ma.chambre était prête a 11h sans problème. Bcp de facilité pour avoir aussi un late check out si ils ont de la disponibilité.

  Good location, breakfast & bar. No complaints except for a cleaning charge which was resolved and waived. A strange incident where photos of the sheets was soiled with some big black stain (NOT by me or roommate). A big thanks to Benno for waiving charge but take photos of clean room before the cleaners come in.

  Hôtel soigné, mais pas extrêmement spécial. L'emplacement est fantastique pour visiter le fruhlingfest ou l'oktoberfest. La vieille ville est accessible en métro à moins de 5 mètres. Tellement bien. Les chambres sont spacieuses et propres. La salle de bain est une petite cabine où vous pouvez à peine vous retourner. Meubles de salle de bain très vétustes, parfois abîmés et tous les équipements ne fonctionnent pas (défaut). Nous nettoyons parfaitement. Excellent petit déjeuner dans une salle à manger moderne et soignée. Dans l'ensemble, j'ai vu de bien meilleurs hôtels à Munich pour cet argent.

  It was really the perfect place for a nice break in Munich between Christmas and New Year's day. We had 2 rooms. Staff was really perfect! Hotel is very clean and confortable.   I stayed at the Four Points in April 2016 and when I travelled with family for vacation in June 2017 to Munich, this hotel was already my preferred choice. The hotel is about a 15-20 minute walk to Munchen HBF central station and about 10 minutes to Hackerbrucke train station. Saturn Electronics store was round the corner and Aldi Groceries and Market was also within 10 minutes walking distance. The hotel alerted me at the time of my booking and a few days before my stay about a construction nearby and that it could be noisy during the day. I booked a studio room for my family ( with 2 kids aged 12 & 8) for 4 days and my stay could not have been any better. We were greeted by a double rainbow from our balcony! My room was extremely large (for European standards) and had 2 queen beds, besides a sofa that can be converted as a bed. A nice work desk with LAN cable and multiple plug power points and a a huge balcony with cane chairs was part of the room. The best part of this room is that it has an exceedingly good kitchenette, with pans, utensils, microwave and a refrigerator. With a market close by our family was able to do some simple cooking, reheating without a fuss and were able to enjoy lightly cooked fresh vegetables during our stay. Our stay was extremely comfortable and I have posted some photos of the nice studio room that we stayed in. Highly recommended for families travelling with kids that would like to stay in the same room and great value for money! Thank you SPG and Four Points Munchen!

  From a pure picture and feature perspective, this is an excellent hotel. But currently, it is only a perfect hotel till 7:24am. At that time, the deconstruction work in the same building started, creating an incredible loud noise level. It was impossible to have a conversation during breakfast. And if you wanted to sleep a bit longer... well, this was an inevitable wake-up call. It is an impertinence that this hotel is open during these works, and it is an bigger impertinence that they charge the usual fee for the room, if they are not usable after 7:24am.

  La chambre est correcte, mais malheureusement nous n'avons pas de balcon. Mais c'est très propre, le service est assez bon. personnel sympathique. Malheureusement, l'hôtel est actuellement entouré de chantiers et si vous êtes réveillé par le marteau-piqueur à 7h57 en vacances, cela détruit malheureusement tout ce qui est positif. Ce que l'opérateur ne peut bien sûr pas influencer. L'emplacement est assez bon, parfait en octobre.

  Ich habe zweimal im Four Points übernachtet, letzten Sommer auf einem privaten Wochenendtrip und dieses Mal anlässlich einer Geschäftsreise. Für beide Fälle kann ich das Hotel empfehlen. Es liegt relativ zentral. Man erreicht den Bahnhof und den Busterminal zu Fuss in zehn Minuten. Auch die U-Bahn hält ganz in der Nähe und eine Strassenbahn gibt es auch noch. In der Umgebung finden sich einige sehr gute Restaurants. Das Hotel macht von aussen keinen besonders schönen Eindruck, und auch im innern ist es eher auf Funktionalität und Effizienz ausgelegt. Allerdings ist das Personal sehr freundlich. Es gibt kostenlose Tageszeitungen. Zusätzlich zur Bar hats eine Ecke, wo man Getränke und Snacks kaufen kann. Das Restaurant bietet ein umfangreiches Frühstücksbuffet. Mein Zimmer war sehr ruhig und sauber und durchdacht eingerichtet. Das Internet funktionierte bestens, das Bett war bequem und die Temperatur und Luft angenehm. Falls man länger als eine Nacht bleibt, kann man beim ‚Make a Green Choice‘ Programm mitmachen. Man kriegt extra spg Punkte, wenn man auf das Reinigen des Zimmers verzichtet. Eine, wie ich finde, wirklich gute Initiative.

  Un bon endroit pour résider à Munich. Proche du centre (10 minutes de marche), des tarifs plutôt abordables avec parfois des promotions. Les chambres sont calmes, confortables, et le petit déjeuner est bien fourni.

  Dès notre arrivée, nous avons été accueillis de manière très amicale, ce qui s'est poursuivi dans tous les domaines tout au long de notre séjour. Hôtel situé au centre. Grande chambre, très propre, joliment meublée, avec une petite cuisine, un balcon et une vue directe sur le Wiesn---Top. Aussi le petit déjeuner - très bon. Le soir au bar - un service très sympathique. Dans l'ensemble : - hautement recommandé

  Nice room. Comfortable bed. The hotel is a mile from the Hauptbahnhof (train station) which was a 23 minute walk for us everyday. The breakfast buffet is definitely overpriced (all the reviews mentioned this, so it was no surprise). Hotel front desk were very welcoming and friendly. We arrived before check in time and they had a room for us. Lisa was extremely helpful when we asked questions about what to see and places to go. Yvonne took care of a problem immediately with housekeeping. Thanks ladies, you made our stay memorable and awesome.

  Stayed in Munich a couple of days with 5 friends prior to taking a Danube River Cruise out of Passau. Location is short walking distance from Central Railroad Station (you have to exit the 'correct' side of the station, otherwise you'll add another 3 or 4 blocks to the walk) and the hotel is central to many good breakfast places and several fine restaurants. Did NOT eat at the restaurant, but the Sheraton had a very nice buffet breakfast included with the room. Check in quick and efficient; staff very friendly and accommodating to foreign visitors. Housekeeping also very efficient. Rooms neat and clean; bathrooms very nice and drains did NOT run slow as if often the case in other hotels. In my case, I especially appreciate the extraordinary effort made by the staff after I checked out of the hotel on the way to the Danube River cruise. I mistakenly left some medication in the minibar fridge and with a simple phone call by me, the hotel agreed to try to ship the meds to the departure point of the Danube River Boat. The cost would be paid by me, but upon further investigation, the timing was wrong and the meds would not make the departure of the river boat. As I didn't have sufficient information on where the river boat would dock at other ports along the way, we had to abandon the plan to ship the meds to me. No worries, managed well without them. NOW THAT'S GOING BEYOND THE NORMAL CALL OF DUTY. Room Tip: If you are sensitive to RR noise, ask for an interior room. See more room tips Green Features: Sheraton actively promotes Green practices about towels; amenities sized for proper use and not too big to waste products like soap; bath gels; shampoo.

  The front desk staff was super in helping with information, especially wher we could find late-night arrival Asian cuisine. The only glitch was breakfast. Supplies seemed a bit low on bananas and gluten free products, one day. The next, a coffee machine failure due to a cleaning function delayed breakfast by twenty minutes. Jasmin was, however tops in her service. The rooms and view were tops!

  At all we had a really nice stay in this Hotel. The only things that did not meet our expectations was that on the first morning we didnt have warm water in the shower. The Boxes with the Showergel also weren´t filled up. Everything else was great so far. People with big SUV´s should be able to drive since the driveways between the several parking levels are pretty small.

  This is one of the very few, if not the only Four Points hotel where I am very please with all its amenities and services. The staff is exceptionally friendly. At checking-in, Lisa made me feel very welcome and not only acknowledge my SPG status but upgraded me to a bigger room. Lisa was the to go person for anything, from city attractions (shopping, dining, public transportation, tours, etc.) to business needs (best place in the hotel to hold a business meeting, borrow an additional power adapter, etc.). She is a very smart young lady, always greeting you with the most genuine smile, eager to help you. The room and bathroom were super clean. The room was spacious, with a big desk and comfortable chair. Having these two was very important as I did a lot of the work from my hotel room. My main concern when staying at a hotel for more than few days is a good night of sleep and, besides its staff, this was one of the best qualities of this hotel. The bed was excellent, not too soft, not too hard. Linens smelled clean and fresh. The comforter and pillows were fluffy and cozy. Not only the bedding was excellent but also the night was quite, not even one night out of the 3 weeks that I stayed at this hotel, I was disturbed or awaken in the middle of the night by annoyances of the other guests. In few words, this hotel is the place to stay in Munich, I highly recommend it and will definitely stay here again.

  Although the hotel was pleasant and clean, the facilities were a little lacking. The mini bar in the room was empty. I signed up for a 1 hour internet access package. This expired after 45 minutes. The lift was extremely slow. On the plus side, the reception and bar staff were very pleasant and polite, and the room itself was comfortable. However, I'm not sure I will be booking this hotel again.

  This is a conveniently located hotel with clean facilities and friendly staff. My only two issues were: 1. the two beds are essentially two mattresses connected as one bed (awkward if you plan to stay with a friend instead of, say, a spouse who likes a different mattress), and 2. I asked for two more towels and wash cloths and only received one more towel (this them was not unique, as throughout Europe I asked for two extra of each to bathe at night AND in the morning, and never received the request.. sometimes 2 wash cloths and one towel, sometimes, one towel and 2 soaps, and so on). Overall, I enjoyed my stay.

  The staff at this hotel were very friendly and helpful. The rooms were nice and quiet. I do think this is a better hotel for business travel or someone who is going to take a car or taxi. It is also fairly close to the train station. But, the walk to Marien Platz is through some very bad areas and I would not recommend that walk.

  Beautiful Hotel with nice size rooms and kitchenette. Perfect for families!!! Breakfast was worth it, something for everyone, hot food as well as your usual cold items. Staff is kind and attentive, friendly and caring. There is a playground just around the corner from the Hotel that is great to let the little ones let off some steam. It is a bit of a distance from the City Square, but doable with children who are good at walking. I am sure the trolley or the train would be easy to find too.

  The location was great for walking everywhere. Close to main train station, public transportation, parks and Marienplatz. The hotel is clean, quiet, beds very comfortable with spacious bathroom and balcony/ patio for sitting outside and letting the fresh air into the room. The birds signing and chirping was an added bonus. Elevator could be a bit larger and faster but then when on holidays it was not a big thing. Recommend to the hotel that there should be free and fast WiFi everywhere on the premises.

  Used cash and points and received upgrade to Studio with kitchen, refrigerator and safe in room. Hot breakfast was excellent but a bit pricey. Wi-fi in lobby was fast and reliable. Walking distance to main train station (10-15 min walk).Get a map of the city and the train systems in the hotel or information booth. Can walk to many attractions around Marienplatz from the main train station or take U-bahn, S-bahn or tram from the main station to anywhere in Munich. Staff was helpful in arranging castle tours. Would recommend hotel to tourists.

  For the most part, the sleeping room met my needs. The room was comfortable, there was good water pressure and hot water in the bathroom, and I felt safe inside the room. If you are going to Oktoberfest, there is no better location. If you are looking for a hotel central to downtown or the train station, you can find a more centrally located hotel. It's about a 15 minute walk from either of those locations. My only other complaint is that there is no free internet in the guest rooms. I wouldn't have minded it so much, but I had to go online in the lobby bar and at night, there were a lot of drunk people around. I would have appreciated some place quiet to go online. As a woman traveling alone, location and email access did not make this place ideal for me. But, the overall experience was fine.

  Ich habe dieses Hotel wegen der zentralen Lage Ausgesucht. Je 10 Minuten zum Hauptbahnhof und zum Zentralen Omnibusbahnhof, 5 Minuten zur Theresienwiese. Der Empfang war sehr freundlich und alles ging speditiv. Das Executive Zimmer ist riesig, mit begehbarem Kleiderschrank und kleiner Küche. Nur kann da das Bad nicht mithalten, ich verstehe nicht wie man so kleine Bäder planen kann. Auch ist mir schleierhaft warum viele Hotelzimmer eine Badewanne haben, eine Duschkabine wäre praktisch. Dies das es mal wieder erwähnt wurde. Die Sauberkeit hat noch etwas Potenzial und der Badezimmer-Ventilator/-Abzug macht zuviel Lärm. Das Frühstück entspricht den Erwartungen, ist aber eher lieblos angerichtet. Ohne diese kleineren Minuspunkte würde ich 5 Sterne geben. Ich würde das Hotel aber wieder buchen.

  The hotel was nice and reception friendly. Also the cleanliness was up to scratch. convenient for EPO and Octoberfest right next door. Little things can be important though. There was a fridge but no stocked minibar. Instead, a single bottle of water. There was a kettle and one tea bag for the duration of the 4 day stay for two occupants. It would be nice to make a cup of tea in the am or after a day out without having to order room service. Sense was nobody thought too much of this essential English custom. Why tea bags were not available is a mystery there was coffee/decaff and sugar? Again no whitener or milk - we had to ask for it!!. Although this is a little thing, it is very importantI have never known it to be so poorly topped up and that goes for basic 2 star hotels. The gym is really basic but you can run around the Theriesewiese park which is right next door and it is lit at night.

  Overall, a pleasant experience at the Sheraton. The room was spacious and clean and the price we booked at was reasonable. The only negatives are not very much temperature control on the thermostat, the fridge was broken, and the neighborhood was a little dodgy and out of the way. All together, we would stay here again though.

  A well-run, comfortable hotel. My only adverse comment is that free WiFi should be provided in bedrooms. Internet access is however available from the lobby and use of a connected printer is allowed. Still my stay was comfortable and perhaps it does us all good to have a break from the Internet.

  My first visit to this hotel. Excellent staff greeting, check in was very fast and smooth. Room quality is high, spacious and nicely decorated. Bathroom also excellent. I was staying at the SPG floor and got a nice view of the city with a balcony !!! It was fantastic. Just one minor thing...why not offer free Wi Fi ??? :-)

  We just returned from an 8 night stay, and it was wonderful from start to finish. The location is great, the staff is wonderful, and the breakfast was fantastic. I would highly recommend the studio to anyone traveling with a family. We had our 2 teens with us and it didn't feel cramped at all. The balcony was the icing on the cake. If you are visiting Munich, stay at the Four Points Sheraton!

  I had a great stay at this hotel. I especially appreciated the helps of Jens, who was working the front desk. He helped me find a restaurant that my wife and I had visited years ago. I wanted to buy a bottle of brandy that is unique to this place as a present for my wife. He helped me find it, found a taxi (a sustainable taxi as well), talked to the driver to take me there and wait for me and then take me to the airport - quite important as I had very limited time before my flight that afternoon. It worked out perfectly, wife was very happy!

  Bed - too soft for us. Even worse, we asked for a double bed, but were provided with two single beds laid aside, extremely uncomfortable. Our room was not upgraded, against normal and expected experience, even though I booked my room with full payment more than one month in advance. I was informed that all better rooms were taken, whereas I could still find rooms of better sorts available for booking then. Location - far away from station Breakfast: Food - limited varieties Quality - barely up to standard Service - acceptable

  Great the staff and the spg recognition. Also the breakfast is complete and good. The hotel is not in a very good area and out of the city center. Terrible the fact that you have to pay for the wifi, in XXI century is unbeliveable, I didnt paid as platinum member, however is not acceptable. More when it was working very bad. Parking is 20 euro fee however you can pay 6 euro per day and parkingin the street. Housekeeping was not looking for customer needs, as example only two towels in the room or bath gel was finish since the first day never they put more; however a quick call to reception an inmediatly the provide. No access to the lobby hotel by car, you have to parking your car in the street and disturb the regular traffic, also with rain is a problem. Could be a good hotel if you travel in young couple or young friends and your looking price but for families is not the best quality/price hotel in the city.

  Very nice, large, spacious room... BUT bathroom too small in relation to room! The spacing between the tub and the sink is barely enough to turn around in. There IS a potential for bruising here. 19€ for breakfast way overpriced -- skipped it Annoying and loud music at bar while using wifi. Friendly staff, one even organised a replacement charger for my digicam!

  When I arrived the staff was friendly, efficient and ready for my arrival with paperwork ready to sign. They had even put a personal note in my room. The room was fine, clean and the bed perfect. But when I got into bed to finish some critical work the internet problems made for a difficult night. A call to the desk was responded to quickly, and after a time the internet began to work, but it would cycle on and off every few minutes making it impossible to get work done. I would recommend this hotel but not until this critical item is solved, unless of course this is a feature travelers don't need.

  I would recommend as the best we stayed in for our two week vacation. The ventilation system turns off at night so the room gets HOT but we just opened the door to the balcony. Breakfast buffet was very good and staff was helpful in getting the internet to work(which costs $15. E a night) and other questions. Walking to old town is a little far but there are good eating places in area.

  I have to emphasize only two issues: extremely poor Wireless access and super slow elevator. As a business user, these two are crucial and enough to consider other hotel.   I have stayed several times in this hotel over the last few months and was always very happy. Staff is exceptionally friendly and rooms are spacious, clean and quiet. I missed a bathrobe on my first visit and mentioned this, subsequently one was provided immediately. Lobby has free WiFi which is a perk when traveling on business.

  Das Hotel hat einen guten Standard und ein freundliches Receptionspersonal. Die Sauberkeit in den Hotelbereichen sowie auch in den Zimmern, insbesondere im Badbereich, könnte besser sein. Die anfallenden Zusatzkosten für das PKW-Parken in der angeschlossenen, öffentlichen Parkhaus-Tiefgarage sind nicht gerade attraktiv. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis stimmt nicht.

  Very helpful staff. Walking distance from main station and Theresienwiese. Saturn next door. Room is low average size but comfortable. TV tuner is way too slow, little choice of channels. Fitness room has only one threadmill. Also a stepper, 2 bikes, and weights, towels. Gym's water dispenser was empty. Interesting breakfast deal optional was on offer.

  My husband and I stayed at this Four Points Hotel for one night. Price is very reasonable . . . as gold member, we were upgraded to SPG preferred suite overlooking the alps and octoberfest field. Room is big for european standard, bed is super comfy, flat screen tv and very clean. Convenient location, close to the city center -- 15 min. walk or one stop train ride. Staff are very helpful, courteous and friendly. Will definitely stay here again whenever in Munich.

  I recently spent two nights at this hotel, and I was generally pleased. In terms of amenities and comfort level, the Munich Central location is similar to Four Points properties in the US. The location is very convenient to the public transport system with downtown and all the major sites 2-4 stops away. I also found the room rate to be very reasonable in relation to the quality of the room. You do need to be alert to avoid costly add-ons like a 19 Euro breakfast and 15 Euro daily Internet charge. Also the helpfulness of the staff was mixed. That said, I readily would stay again.

  4Points Munich Central is a very good hotel with a competitive price and an excellent offering. The hotel is in a quiet area (except for the Oktoberfest period!!!) and at the same time it is close to the city center and public transportation as well. The rooms are big and nicely furnished for this hotel standard. The reception is friendly and the service efficient

  Rooms were nice and big, as we paid an extra EUR 20 per night for the suites. Beds are comfy, although bedding is somewhat light. Towels were of the cheaper variety, prob as expected in a Four Points. Only concern was we were told by upgrading we would get free wifi in our rooms (EUR 15 per night). However, we wifi reception in our room was sporadic at best, so we never actually availed of the internet. We asked for a discount at the end, but we just got blank stares. Overall, positive experience for the price, but internet was very frustrating.

  The staff was outstanding, extremely helpful and friendly and recognized my gold status. The only improvement that I would recommend is the layout of the first floor lobby area. For those with kids there is not a good place to sit in the lobby besides in the restaurant or the bar. The computer area could also be expanded to allow room for those with laptops.

  A very nice little hotel with a very good staff. The location is good -- one u-bahn stop from main train station. Rooms are nice -- the larger rooms are quite large with nice balconies. The bar area / lobby is not very comfortable -- and since this is the one place for free WiFi this is a disappointment.

  A nice hotel with a very friendly and helpful staff. Rooms are bright and well appointed and the staff is quite good at seeing that Gold and Platinum get upgrades. Some of the upgraded rooms are extremely large with kitchenette. The bar / lobby area is a bit small and is not a great place to hang out. The neighborhood is kind of up and coming -- but is safe and interesting to walk around with a lot of good restaurants. Try Kao Kao (on Tulbeckstrasse) for Thai food!
