  L'hôtel en lui-même n'est pas mal et l'emplacement est très bon. Mais le pire personnel, impoli et bâclé. Ils nous ont facturé le séjour, presque le double et il a fallu 4 jours pour le résoudre et 10 pour rendre l'argent. Nous avons demandé des serviettes pour tous les invités et tant pis, ils ne parlent pas espagnol, à chaque fois qu'on nous assistait et pour voir lequel de tous était le plus incompétent. Je ne recommande pas du tout cet hôtel, il y a des milliers d'hôtels à New York et ils facilitent certainement le séjour des voyageurs.

  Ils n'ont pas de formulaire de réclamation, ils vous facturent plus que ce qui était stipulé dans la réservation et ils mettent plusieurs jours pour résoudre le problème. Ils ne mettent pas assez de serviettes pour les personnes dans la chambre. À la réception, ils ont des gens impolis et faciles à vivre. Seul le directeur a été à la hauteur.Je ne reviendrais pas ni ne recommanderais cet hôtel à part son emplacement.

  Je recommanderais sans réserve. Une super équipe. Nous nous sommes mariés à New York et avons immédiatement obtenu une meilleure chambre avec un balcon à NYC INCROYABLE. Tout le monde était toujours super gentil et aidé. L'emplacement est génial. C'était propre et bon service. Comme tous les hôtels plus anciens, ils sont rénovés ici et là. Mais ce n'est pas mal.   Positive: Location Negative: Expectation was for a 4-5 star hotel. This hotel is a 3 at BEST. Any one aspect of the hotel could only be given a maximum of 3 stars, and many aspects (like cleanliness and smell) were well below a 3. The 2nd floor and our room smelled like smoke.

  Positive: Price was decent and the location was solid Negative: Yes. This was NOT a 4 star hotel. Room was old and parts were pretty dirty especially the carpet which was massively stained. No lobby, my key cards stopped working at least 4 different times during my stay. The staff were great and helpful though.

  Positive: We liked the midnight crew of the hotel, unfortunately we had to work with them on multiple occasions but they were very helpful each time. The bed was comfortable. Negative: Our ceiling leaked and we were given towels to clean the mess ourselves, the breakfast was poor, the evening front desk was not helpful at all, and the air conditioners didn't work well.

  Positive: The location was the only thing along with staff member George. Negative: The rooms were small and dated. The micro fridge was full of stuff they wanted you to buy. So you could not get anything else in it. Lastly I am a 56 year old black veteran and business owner. I really do not appreciate being racially profiled by staff.

  Positive: The hotel's location is unmatched, but it is small. It is also very dark inside, and there isn't much space to linger about. The hallways were, frankly, scary and basement-looking. The room was small, and the bed was smaller. Gorgeous bathroom. Negative: It's small, dark, cramped, absurd incidentals fee, and food/snacks/room service are horribly overpriced.

  Positive: Nothing. Its run down and the staff barely speaks English. Negative: This hotel is a one star hotel. The tub, it advertises walk in showers, was on a 2 foot pedestal. The rooms are SMOKING. The beds suck, There are no USB chargers,, no outlets,, and the air didn't work. The light went out in the bathroom too.

  Positive: Location is great. Couple blocks from times square and very close to everything. Employees are very nice and helpful. Negative: Room did not have any fridge or coffee machine. It was advertised as with a fridge. It is a small room with a queen bed and a sofa. It was enough for us 2 adult and 1 kid.

  Positive: The staff. They were friendly, helpful, professional and courteous. It was surprisingly quiet based on proximity to Time Square. Negative: It needs some maintenance and upkeep done. I would get rid of the phone in the bathroom and put in some electrical outlets. I would get rid of the mirrored wall as nobody wants to watch themselves use the toilet or shower...at least not in my world.

  Extrêmement décevant Nous avions réservé une chambre King Deluxe avec vue sur ville. À notre arrivée, la chambre nous ayant été attribuée a vue sur un mur en pierre et est très petite (loin des 34 m2 promis). Nous demandons à changer de chambre et on nous annonce que plus aucune chambre avec vue sur ville n'est disponible. Nous avons donc dormi une nuit dans cette chambre où les toilettes fuyaient. Le lendemain, nous avons été changés de chambre et le tarif de la nouvelle chambre était supérieur à celui annonce lors de la réservation. Le jour de notre départ, nous avons libéré la chambre à 9h et l'hôtel a bien voulu garder nos bagages jusqu'au soir. Nous avons oublié une trousse de toilette et l'hôtel s'en est rendu compte lors du nettoyage de la chambre, mais n'a pas pensé à joindre cette trousse à nos bagages. Afin de payer pour l'envoi, le personnel voulait que nous fassions parvenir nos coordonnées bancaires par email, ce qui était évidemment hors de question, d'autant plus que l'hôtel avait déjà accès à mes informations bancaires. À notre départ, une autre cliente de l'hôtel était en train de se plaindre du bruit "infernal" de la climatisation dans sa chambre. Non recommandé pour les non fumeurs puisque l'hôtel sent la marijuana. Les deux étoiles sont pour la propreté de la chambre (malgré les craquelures aux murs) et la localisation exceptionnelle. Tout le reste n'était clairement pas à la hauteur d'un 4 étoiles.

  Positive: The location was great, it was easy to walk around Midtown and the subway connections to uptown and downtown were always short. The lobby was nice but deceiving, as the rest of the hotel was out of date. Negative: Our room was moldy and you could smell the mold as soon as you opened the door. The carpet hat red stains all over it, and the bathroom floor (faux tile) was buckled and coming up off of the floor. This hotel is not 4 stars and should not be offered.

  Positive: The location is amazing and the balcony is great! Negative: There is no parking included in hotel which ran us $55/day extra. There is also no coffee maker or microwave. There were a few great employees (housekeepers were very kind and one lady at front) but some just seemed annoyed that we had kids and a dog.

  Nous avons logé dans une chambre familiale pour 5, la chambre est suffisamment spacieuse et l'hôtel très bien situé à proximité de toutes les attractions. Le personnel est très sympathique, le ménage est fait tous les jours ... rien à redire, le seul bémol est le bruit de la climatisation et le bruit extérieur qui peut être incommodant car pas de double vitrage. Je recommande cet hôtel en terme de qualité prix !

  Enorme deception lors de notre arrivee....pour un 4 etoiles ! Chambre vétuste ,bruyante et sale.. Apres reclamation le lendemain une autre chambre nous est attribuée mais meme si "plus" propre toujours pas impeccable.acceptable dirons nous. Dans l'ensemble personnel reactif mais pas tous. Restauration inadaptée aux familles avec enfants.trés honéreux par rapport aux propositions.

  Exécrable. Nous avions réservé 6 jours pour 5 et en arrivant pour cause de "problèmes informatiques" nous n'avions qu'une chambre avec 2 petis lits double et un petit canapé non confortable et non depliable. Le second jours nous avons pu enfin avoir la chambre que nous avions demandé, MAIS Cette "fabuleuse" ( selon les dires de l'hôtel) chambre était encore loin des faibles attantes que noud avions pour cet hotel. Un grand miroir sur le mur donant sur la chambre d'acôté ce miroir laissait passé la lumière et on entendait absolument tout ce qui se passait autour. Un debitement non autorisé de 471 euro a été effectué. ( il fut intégralement remboursé car nous avons demandé ) Un hotel petit et vétuste. Malgré tout parfaitement situé a 2 rues du métro a 3 de Time square a 800 metres au nord de l'empire state building et a 800 mètres au sud de top of the rock.
