De Roermondse beleving

Style hollandais pittoresque. Escalier très raide, difficile avec une valise. Tout absolument nécessaire. La propreté était correcte. Départ à 9h sans petit déjeuner. A côté très bon boulanger pour le petit déjeuner.

Visité sur le chemin de Maastricht (à pied). Bon emplacement avec des chambres spacieuses et de bons lits. Le service pour (nous les randonneurs) est plus qu'excellent.

La chambre est agréable et le lieu ne peux pas être mieux situé. Les propriétaires sont très disponibles et accueillant.

Bel emplacement, belle terrasse sur le toit, délicieux petit déjeuner et quelle hospitalité. Et les bénéfices vont à une bonne cause !

Escalier très raide vers les chambres. Très bruyant et les lits sont très, très mous. La douche a été bricolée et les toilettes sont plus petites qu'un placard à balais. Je n'ai rencontré personne à l'arrivée ou au départ. Tout s'explique uniquement par téléphone. Pour le prix et l'emplacement c'est correct pour une nuit. Le parking est à la gare. 24 heures 6,50 € et vidéosurveillance. Une bonne distance à pied.

Propriétaires sympathiques. Bons lits et oreillers. En plein centre donc fortement recommandé. Nous aimerions revenir et notre séjour n'a pas été trop cher ! Nous avons passé un bon moment.

Très beau B&B avec un excellent emplacement. Heureux que tout ait pu être arrangé à la dernière minute. Belle chambre et bâtiment très séparé. Vraiment en plein centre de Roermond. Cadre magnifique. Nous reviendrons un jour.

Positief: prima plek in het centrum van roermond. Negatief: was even niet duidelijk dat je met een code naar binnen kon.

Positief: Mooi oud pand in centrum. Lekker vers gevarieerd ontbijt Vriendelijke host Koffie/ thee faciliteiten. Negatief: Water van douche liep wat minder goed weg, verder niets aan te merken.

Positiv: Die neahe zur innenstadt. Negativ: Die communication mit dem eigentuemer beim ausschecken nicht vorhanden Die sanitaire anlagen!.

Positief: Het was bijzonder plek , mooi oude pand in het centrum van Roermond. In het huis is de beroemde architect Cuypers geboren Het wordt gerund door een hartelijke stel.. Negatief: Het is een goede prijs comfoor verhouding.

Positiv: Sehr kleines, angenehmes Hotel, zentral gelegen, sehr nette und zugewandte Wirtsleute..

Positief: mooie locatie in hartje centrum. Negatief: redelijk wat lawaai in de nacht vanwege het uitgaansleven om de hoek.

Positief: De locatie is ideaal, midden in de stad en bij het station. Sfeervolle simpele kamers maar alles wat je nodig hebt..

Positiv: Frühstück war reichlich und sehr gut. Lage perfekt. Sehr nettes deutsch sprechendes Hotelpersonal. Negativ: Parken problematisch da nur öffentliche Parkplätze zur Verfügung stehen. Das Hotel ist nicht mit dem Auto erreichbar, da es in der Fußgängerzone liegt. Für uns war das Hotel schlecht zu finden.. ist sehr klein ausgeschildert! Die Badausstattung sehr veraltet.. Toilette ist zwar separat aber sehr eng, große Menschen haben Schwierigkeiten die Tür zu schließen..

Positiv: Die Lage macht`s.....Ganz nahe am Bahnhof und direkt am anfang der Fußgängerzone. Roermond ist abseits des Outlets eine sehr schöne Stadt.. Negativ: check in ging nur telefonisch. Ich war wohl der einzige Gast im ganzen Haus und habe die Vermieter weder gehört noch gesehen .......nur bei der sehr kurzen telefonischen einweisung zum check in. war etwas seltsam aber ok..

Des gens sympas et adorables, une maison spéciale, de belles chambres et un bon petit déjeuner.

Positive: The very special character of the hotel.

Bel endroit, beau centre commercial et restaurants chaleureux où l'on peut bien manger et à des prix avantageux. Expérience de Roermond bien pour une courte visite.

Positif: Cosy. Négatif: Bruyant (extérieur + voisins du dessus).

Positif: Tout correspondait âmes attentes Gérante accueillante,sympathique,serviable....

Positive: I booked the B&B because it was very central to my requirements. The facade is unassuming, a shop window and inside is full of eclectic furniture. It has its charm I suppose. I only needed a room for 1 night as I was visiting a friend.. Negative: The rooms are few and on top of each other, as far as I can tell. Extremely deep staircase, not for the faint-hearted. No lifts, it is an old building after all. To take large suitcases upstairs, it will be a struggle. Thankfully I only had 1 night and travelling very very light, so no big hassles. Suggest one holds on to the rails at all times. My room was on the top floor. The room has a small hallway which doubles up as a bathroom with sink and shower cubicle and a toilet in separate compartments. The room is itself is of decent size, not cramped. However, I could not get the TV to work. there were no instructions either, not even in dutch. Closet space was limited and unable to hang a suit or coat in a wardrobe. There was none. The small cupboard has seen better days and it could have had cleaner drawers..

Positive: La struttura sembra antica ma molto carina, ho pernottato all'ultimo piano salendo su una scala a chiocciola di legno. Il b&b è al centro della città, comodamente raggiungibile perché è molto vicino alla stazione centrale di Roermond. Letti comodi, doccia e bagno perfettamente attrezzati. La manager di questa struttura, è stata molto gentile, parla inglese.. Negazione: Probabilmente anche i piccoli paesi in Olanda si fanno pagare; 62€ circa a notte per 3 notti è l'unico prezzo basso che abbia trovato per un B&B al centro città, che non è poco dato che questo b&b non è un hotel a 4 stelle. Il prezzo che avevo trovato era una buona occasione da prendere al volo, quindi probabile che il soggiorno con stessa durata possa costare anche di più. La struttura ha solo delle doppie credo, quindi per chi viaggia da solo non è il massimo perché è come se pagheresti una doppia di cui non hai bisogno, ti basterebbe una singola..

Rien à redire sur l'emplacement, en plein centre de Roermond. La chambre semble un peu trapue, presque aménagée juste pour nous faire une chambre, surtout dans l'aspect de la salle de bain. Bon si on n'a pas beaucoup de prétentions.
