  La chambre n'est pas grande ouvrir la fenêtre est la route principale Il y a un poil dans la baignoire Et c'est sale au toucher L'eau dans la chambre s'est avérée être le tiers de ce que le groupe d'invités précédent avait bu Montrez à quel point le personnel de nettoyage est superficiel N'a même pas changé l'eau potable nettoyage si bâclé Je ne peux vraiment pas accepter ça Mais le lit est bon pour dormir Dîner au restaurant salade insipide L'aliment de base est la poitrine de poulet, ce qui n'est pas particulièrement étonnant, mais la viande n'est pas mauvaise Le dessert est correct Le repas global donne l'impression qu'il accorde plus d'attention à la préparation de la santé Un tel Sheraton (étoilé) haut de gamme C'est vraiment déraisonnable d'être si laxiste sur le nettoyage. globalement en gros ne viens qu'une fois

  Nous sommes allés manger le jour de Noël et c'était incroyable, Michel, un gars très attentionné qui parlait espagnol, nous a servi. Il y avait beaucoup de variété de plats et surtout les desserts 🍨 😋 tout délicieux Formule 65€/personne

  Room service malheureusement bâclé lors de notre passage. Ne doit jamais arriver dans un hôtel avec ce nombre d'étoiles. Un peu dégrisant.

  Pour la première fois, j'ai vu une chambre d'hôtel avec une bouilloire, sans thé ni café. C'est pourquoi j'ai battu mon score. Si c'était un hôtel médiocre, je ne m'en soucierais pas, mais quand l'hôtel était Sheraton, je ne pouvais pas ignorer la situation.

  J'ai passé une nuit dans ce bel hôtel. Il est situé dans le centre-ville donc un emplacement parfait pour ceux qui veulent visiter la ville à pied. L'hôtel est absolument l'un des meilleurs hôtels de la ville. Les chambres sont très soignées, propres et bien rangées. La salle de bain est spacieuse et élégante. Les chambres sont très élégantes, spacieuses et équipées de tout le confort nécessaire pour un excellent séjour. La vue de ma chambre était également super. L'hôtel est très calme et l'environnement est insonorisé. La salle est très grande et accueillante, équipée d'un bar et d'un écran géant. Dès que je suis arrivé, les deux réceptionnistes ont été fantastiques, ils m'ont immédiatement accueilli pour que je me sente le bienvenu et étaient gentils et amicaux. Le petit déjeuner est soigné et copieux. L'hôtel dispose d'un grand parking souterrain. Bref, un super hôtel !

  Un Sheraton haut de gamme typique, 5 étoiles. Chambre, lit, salle de bain, petit déjeuner et restaurant sans aucun défaut. Bar avec des faiblesses minimes dans les cocktails.

  Les chambres correspondent à un hôtel cinq étoiles, bon emplacement, surclassement dans le niveau de statut et sélection de chambres très accommodante, ainsi que départ tardif Petit-déjeuner, cependant, au plus au niveau quatre étoiles, petite sélection de plats et de boissons. Vous pouvez vous épargner l'accès au salon, il y a une très petite sélection de boissons et de nourriture aussi bonne que rien, sauf des noix, etc. Le mauvais service dans le salon est à peine rempli. Il y a évidemment un deuxième salon au dernier étage, mais tout le monde n'y a pas accès, c'est censé être mieux, c'est pourquoi cette division est incompréhensible. Dans tous les cas, vous pouvez économiser de l'argent pour le salon normal.

  J'y suis allé hier pour le brunch du dimanche. Ambiance merveilleuse, nourriture de grande classe, service de qualité - merci v. un. M. Johann pour son soutien extraordinaire - un excellent rapport qualité-prix. 48€ par personne pour un super buffet avec une bonne sélection pour tous les goûts, des réductions pour les plus de 60 ans et gratuit pour les moins de 12 ans. En tout cas, parfait pour toutes les occasions !

  horrible, le service est deux étoiles, trois fois ils ont demandé à nettoyer la chambre, personne n'a répondu, ils n'ont pas nettoyé la chambre pendant trois jours, ils n'ont pas apporté de nouvelles serviettes ni de gel douche, juste une attitude terrible, personne n'a nettoyé ma table au petit déjeuner, nous avons gâché le reste, vécu dans cet hôtel, on ne sait pas qui leur a donné 5 étoiles, c'est un hôtel 2 étoiles, je ne conseille à personne de rester ici

  Hôtel fantastique à Salzbourg. Le personnel est toujours sur la balle et sympathique. Notre chambre était très confortable et la salle de bain avec douche à effet pluie était un rêve. J'ai dormi comme un roc dans mon lit. Pour moi, le petit déjeuner est l'un des meilleurs petits déjeuners d'hôtel dans l'hôtellerie haut de gamme en Europe. La qualité du dîner sur la terrasse le soir était très bonne. Un point fort pour moi : le système de musique Bluetooth contrôlable séparément dans la pièce. Bruyant dans la salle de bain et calme dans la chambre. Ou l'inverse. Nous serions ravis de revenir!

  Je connais l'hôtel depuis plus de 15 ans. C'était une grande maison. Malheureusement, la performance a beaucoup diminué et n'est plus un 5 étoiles. + Suite propre + Bon matelas + Bon traitement (merci beaucoup) + Personnel sympathique - L'hôtel dispose de deux salons. Un salon au septième étage et un salon pour les clients du statut Marriott. Le salon du rez-de-chaussée peut également être refermé directement. C'est une blague ce qui y est proposé. Comme par le passé, le salon au 7ème étage est très bien situé, un grand choix de boissons, mais la sélection de plats est médiocre. - le dimanche soir le restaurant était fermé faute de personnel. Il ne devrait pas y avoir quelque chose comme ça dans un hôtel cinq étoiles. - La qualité du petit déjeuner n'est pas digne d'un hôtel cinq étoiles et par rapport à avant aucune comparaison. Seule la qualité la moins chère. J'ai alors décidé de prendre le petit déjeuner à l'extérieur, même si le petit déjeuner était inclus. C'est dommage que l'hôtel soit actuellement géré.   L'un des meilleurs hôtels d'affaires et Marriott que je connaisse. Le salon d'affaires en particulier est très bon, la sélection de boissons et de nourriture est variée et équilibrée, et l'emplacement est vraiment EXCELLENT. Mon adresse quand je suis à Salzbourg pour affaires !

  Hôtel très moderne et bien entretenu, personnel toujours exemplaire. Minibar généreusement approvisionné, prix modérés, chambres meublées de façon moderne et en très bon état. Petit déjeuner copieux, équilibré et frais, les autres repas n'étaient pas pris sur place. Garage défavorable devant l'entrée de l'hôtel, défavorable depuis rue à sens unique. Je me suis senti très à l'aise et soigné.

  Super hôtel avec un emplacement idéal au coeur de Salzbourg. Les chambres sont grandes et lumineuses Le buffet du petit déjeuner était très bon. Le personnel de l'hôtel est sympathique et toujours serviable.

  Nous avons séjourné à l'hôtel pour le dîner (Freydex) le vendredi soir. Nous étions en train de manger avec 2 amis, tout était super, juste l'ambiance et surtout la nourriture était excellente, le service était parfait, surtout le chef et son équipe, beaucoup d'éloges, merci encore pour la très bonne nourriture.   Le meilleur des temps est derrière. 4 étoiles réduiraient un peu les attentes. Mais toujours très sympathique à la réception. Petit déjeuner copieux et délicieux. Le chef grincheux fait une excellente omelette.

  En fait, l'hôtel n'est pas si mal. Belles chambres au 7ème étage, le salon y est sympa aussi. Le service est très sympathique et attentionné. Mais le buffet du petit-déjeuner est décevant pour un hôtel 5 étoiles, plus de choix serait souhaitable, comme du poisson, du fromage de montagne, des produits plus régionaux, etc.

  Dans l'ensemble, je suis mécontent de l'hôtel. À mon avis, les attentes d'un grand hôtel cinq étoiles ne sont pas satisfaites. Avantages : Personnel amical Passez au statut de membre Gold Elite. Chauffage au sol dans la salle de bain Désavantages: Le restaurant est fermé en semaine. La nourriture du bar n'était vraiment pas bonne. Un seul employé pour tout le service. Sur une note positive, le personnel du bar était très sympathique. Pas de peignoir et pas de chaussons dans la chambre, ils n'étaient livrés que sur demande. Bien que des serviettes supplémentaires aient été demandées via l'application Bonvoy, il n'y avait qu'une seule serviette pour chacun de nous. Les serviettes n'étaient pas les meilleures non plus. Pas de cafetière ni de bouilloire dans la chambre ! J'ai demandé une machine à café et elle a été livrée dans la chambre. Bien sûr sans gobelets, sans sucre, sans lait et sans café ! Probablement personne ne réfléchit ici. Lorsqu'on leur a demandé à nouveau, les tasses, le café et le sucre ont été livrés, pas de café bien sûr. J'ai ajouté un parking via l'enregistrement mobile Marriott Bonvoy pour 19 €. Ils m'ont facturé 23,40 € ! Les chambres sont relativement petites. Conclusion: Les attentes d'un hôtel 5 étoiles et surtout dans cette gamme de prix sont élevées. Dans l'ensemble, je ne peux pas personnellement recommander cet hôtel et j'aurais changé pour un autre hôtel Marriott lors de notre prochain voyage à Salzbourg.

  Very confortable stay and cozy hotel , well located between city center and train station. Many thanks to Mr. Junior reception desk, always helpful and smiling! As a Platinum member I was upgraded to junior suite . Breakfast is good , tasty but limited. Very good food at the italian restaurant, but unfortunately this restaurant is open only for the lunch time and Friday night.

  We are frequent guests at the Salzburg Sheraton, especially since the Sheraton in Fuschl closed. The location is very fine, nearby the city Center but calm as located in a nice park (historically interesting). The hotel itself had a major renovation some 2-3 years ago. Of cause in some rooms and equipment (like lift) you recognise that the hotel is not totally brand new. However, we always enjoy the decent “K&K” atmosphere. Folks looking for newest design features and industrial Charme shall of cause check for another hotel :) Most important reason to come back for us is the team which allows us to have the unique “return to 2nd home” feeling instead of an ordinary proper hotel stay. Our special thanks (but not limited) goes to Hermann and Junior from the front team that are eager to support in any manner and take great care about our children wishes as well. Furthermore we got a new great experience in the taste.it restaurant, having lunch there. The food served was delicious and due to the special lunch menu also competitive in pricing. Special thanks here to Stefan and the team that entertained our kids and we’re great hosts. What is in general missing are dedicated playgrounds for children and a swimming pool. Good thing is, that nearby is a decent playground and there is a public (new) indoor pool just next to the hotel. We will come back.

  The staff went above and beyond to be helpful and welcoming. Our flight had been delayed so our stay was unscheduled. The experience was made fabulous by this hotel and we saw some of Salzburg. Can’t wait to go back and stay for longer.

  Überdurchschnittlich freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal! Sonderwünsche wie Kaffee aufs Zimmer, oder Obstteller zur Begrüßung, an alles wurde gedacht. Auch der persönliche Brief bei Ankunft auf dem Zimmer hat uns sehr gefreut. Die Executive-Lounge hat keine Wünsche offen gelassen.

  Definitely recommended. The position of the hotel is very convenient, People are nice and professional, rooms are clean and modern, breakfast is good (maybe the only thing I would improve a bit: variety of sweet food). Leider waren die letzten Jahre von Mittelmäßigkeit getragen, die nicht zum Preis des Hotels gepasst hat und ich deshalb andere Hotels in Salzburg vorgezogen habe. Dieses Jahr hat allerdings wirklich alles vom Empfang bis Check Out gepasst. Sehr freundliches und wirklich hilfsbereites Personal, sehr gutes Frühstück, sehr gutes House Keeping. Ich habe mich wieder als geschätzten Kunden gefühlt. Sehr empfehlenswert.

  My stay at the Sheraton Grand Salzburg was superb. I booked two rooms and when my family and I entered the rooms there was fresh fruit, a flower, and a hand-written note from the hotel welcoming us. Everything in the hotel was super-clean and the staff was excellent, from the time we checked-in until we departed. I highly recommend this hotel. it is very close to old town and the Salzburg Christmas market. My family and I will definitely return to this Sheraton!

  Our stay at the Sheraton in Salzburg exceeded our expectations. The team was beyond kind, starting by offering us an upgrade to the room, followed by small kind gestures with my kids, and going beyond and above to make our stay memorable. I really didn't expect this.. The breakfast buffet was always rich, and of great quality. It's been a great experience. I want to thank Mr Hermann Fritzenwallner for his generosity. Despite the tough external environment with covid restrictions, he ensured to make our stay comfortable and memorable. Thank you for everything .. we will definitely come back!

  One of my favorite Marriott hotels and experiences. The property itself is great with great tubs and patios. The location is right next to the beautiful garden and close to the river. The pool next door should not be missed! We walked everywhere and were welcomed back to the hotel with great service every time. The concierge made us a great reservation at our best meal of the trip. Rama in the lounge was great company and made me a special meal. Thanks to all for making our trip an amazing one!

  Erneut führte mich mein Weg nach Salzburg und somit war klar, dass ich im Sheraton Grand übernachten werden. Der herzlichen Begrüßung an der Rezeption, folgte ein Upgrade in eine Suite, wo eine handgeschriebene Begrüßung und ein Obstteller wartete. Besonders erfreute mich das sehr angenehme Gespräch mit dem GM Herrn Sturmayr in der wunderschönen Hotellobby. Das gesamte Personal ist darauf bedacht, dass sich jeder Gast wohlfühlt, egal ob zum ersten Mal im Sheraton oder als Stammgast! Die Sauberkeit im Haus, im Zimmer sowie dass Hygienekonzept sind hervorragend. Die Club Lounge im 7. Stock ist sehr zu empfehlen. Fazit: Allen Mitarbeiterinnen und Mitarbeiter gebührt Dank und Anerkennung während meines Aufenthaltes. Vielen Dank und bis demnächst!

  Wir waren schon mehrmals im Sheraton Grand in Salzburg. Jedes mal waren wir zu 100 % zufrieden. Die Atmosphäre ist sehr familär, trotz der Größe des Hotels. Jeder einzelne Mitarbeiter war stets äußerst freundlich und zuvorkommend. Wir erhielten ein Upgrade auf eine der Sky Suiten. Diese war hervorragend ausgestattet und auch die Welcome amenities mit einem hadgeschriebenen Willkommensschreiben findet man heutzutage nur noch selten. Die Club Lounge bietet ein hervorragendes Angebot an Speisen und Getränken. Das Frühstück konnte mit Top Qualität und Vielfalt überzeugen. Für uns ist das Sheraton Grand Hotel das beste Hotel Europas im Portfolio der Sheraton Kette. Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt.

  We were satisfied from all aspects, but the main reason for giving such a high grade is the hotel team's attitude of providing advice and help on any topic, include topics which are not under the hotel's responsibility. Many hotels may provide such support, but the level of dedication and investment of time by this hotel's team were beyond anything I had seen before.

  The Sheraton Grand Salzburg staff is amazing. They appreciate details and under the keen eye of Mr. Sturlmayer, the front staff (Freya, Junior, Fabiel, Herman, Larissa) all helped us English speaking Americans feel so at home; Tony and Markus at the bar made the BEST old fashioneds!; and the breakfast staff: Milena, Melina, Cecilia went out of their way to embellish the incredible breakfast buffet. We want to come back again and again!!

  When I booked the hotel I was not %100 sure if I'm going to be very happy about it but after 3 nights in the Sheraton I should admit that the hotel's standards and quality were definitely a 5 star hotel. I am a very picky person this is why I had a short visit at the same time to Hotel Sacher to compare it with the Sheraton but I should say that I didn't like it, if you want to enjoy and experience a new level of comfort I recommend the hotel to all.

  When we arrived at the Sheraton Salzburg, Fabio Diaz checked us into our room. He said, "Welcome to your home for the next few days," and that is exactly how we felt--I've never felt so "at home" at home. Our experience was fantastic from the first moment of check-in until our departure two days later. The facility was great! We stayed in one of your newly renovated rooms, and everything about the room was much better than anticipated. It overlooked the Mirabell gardens giving us magnificent views out our window. The hotel location was also fabulous for touring Salzburg. We were within walking distance of everything we wanted to see, with no need to move our car during our stay. We loved that we could easily walk down a path in one direction to cross the river at Friedrich-Gehmacher Strasse, and take another path to cross the river at Marko-Feingold-Steg. This made entering the altstadt at one end and leaving it at the other very simple. We had tickets for the Marionette Theater to see the "Sound of Music", and we couldn't believe how close it was to the hotel. We ate the breakfast buffet in the hotel each morning, and it really started the morning off great! The food was excellent and the hostesses were extremely attentive and helpful. For dinner, we enjoyed the "taste.it - Italian Restaurant". The food was very fresh and reasonably priced. The manager/chef was also very friendly and helpful in describing their menu options and making suggestions. We highly recommend it. All of the staff members we encountered during our stay in Salzburg were far above and beyond those we have come to expect when staying at Sheraton properties. One of the beautiful features of this hotel is the cultural diversity of the staff. Rana was so fantastic and friendly, spending time simply chatting with us and making recommendations on places for us, and Junior was always extremely kind and welcoming. Fabio took special care of us during our visit, always coming to meet us when we returned from excursions during the day, and greeting us like family. If we returned at a time he was not on duty, one of the other members would step in and inquire about our day. They were all great, but Fabio was special. We have stayed in many Sheraton properties in the U.S. and other international locations, including the Royal Hawaiian, but none have equaled the hospitality and pleasure we experienced in Salzburg. A fantastic first family vacation beyond Covid!

  It was an amazing weekend for my family and me. We felt so welcomed in the Sheraton Grand Salzburg and I like to say a special thank you to Mr Herman at the reception. He took good care of us, suggesting tourists attractions, directions and giving an overview of Salzburg. We arrived late in the evening and had a very pleasant check-in experience. We got a nice room with view to the park. Everything very clean and secure according to the Covid. The breakfast buffet was amazing with a large variety and very nice staff. The central location of the hotel made it very easy to start exploring the city. Thanks a lot for the great weekend my family and I had!

  Our first weekend out of lockdown we chose to come to Salzburg and stay at this hotel. It was a belated birthday weekend for me.. When I think of Sheraton, I usually do not think of the highest brand of the Marriott chain but this hotel changed that perception. The hotel is a beautiful hotel. From the minute we arrived, we were greeted with amazing customer service. We were greeted by the General Manager and Hermann. Hermann was amazing and attentive to all our needs, in fact, the entire front desk staff were. We were upgraded to a terrace room which was spacious and comfortable. The nicest birthday surprise was also set up in our room. The Ambassador lounge was exceptional, one of the best we have encountered. The hotel is located directly beside Mirabell Gardens and multiple bus stops. You must walk to Old City, but it is not very far. Overall excellent stay and we would 100% revisit. .
