    M. Richter a été très accommodant concernant notre annulation de réservation et nous a vraiment accommodés. Le service est vraiment top ! Si nous planifions à nouveau des vacances sur la mer Baltique, nous choisirions à nouveau l'Ostseenest à tout moment.
