Le personnel du salon est autoritaire. . . impoli et pas orienté client et gâche complètement le séjour ici. Ce faisant, ils annulent les quelques impressions positives du Marriott obsolète.

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour au Marriott. La chambre était propre et de bonne taille. Le petit déjeuner était très savoureux et il y avait une sélection variée. L'équipe était amicale et serviable. Deux points de critique ou de suggestions d'amélioration est l'utilisation payante d'Internet. Cela devrait être gratuit pour les clients de l'hôtel ces jours-ci et le parking est définitivement sportif en voiture et très étroit

Nous étions ici pour une formation. Tout était bien organisé. La chambre était propre et bien rangée. Le déjeuner était bon. Critique : L'entrée et la sortie du parking viennent tout droit de l'enfer. 2 voitures ne peuvent pas se croiser. Au sommet, vous avez à peine une chance de reprendre la route. En bas, vous pouvez à peine contourner la courbe. Si nous avions pris le bus au lieu du Caddy, nous aurions probablement dû passer l'hiver dans l'allée. mauvaise conception.

La maison est très propre et très bien conçue et meublée, en particulier le très grand hall avec le bar intégré. Félicitations à tous les employés de chaque département qui font un excellent travail. Un service très courtois, amical et personnalisé, rapide et professionnel. La direction de la maison prend également le temps de communiquer personnellement avec le client - je l'apprécie vraiment. La chambre exécutive (23 m²) est joliment meublée et répond tout juste au standard Marriott "Original". Très bon confort de couchage et au calme (lits, couvertures et oreillers). Malheureusement pas de bureau ou similaire en combinaison/mur. Dans la salle de bain avec douche et WC, avec ses moins de 4 m², il y a très peu de rangements. L'offre de petit-déjeuner et de salon est perfectible. Le propre restaurant steakhouse ainsi que les plats régionaux du restaurant "The Local" et la sélection de desserts sont excellents. Dans la maison, il y a aussi un espace bien-être agréable et propre avec piscine, sauna et salle de fitness. Le séjour a été à ma satisfaction et je me suis senti à l'aise et apprécié.

Je suis un peu mitigé, l'hôtel est sympa, les réceptionnistes sont sympathiques, les chambres sont grandes. Salle de petit-déjeuner un peu petite, beaucoup de militaires américains et de chauffeurs de voitures de location endommageant d'autres voitures dans le garage 😳. Le gars du lounge et du bar a un impact très négatif : antipathique et pas orienté client 😡 Régulièrement visité en 2022

+ Personnel sympathique, beau hall, bonne nourriture dans le pieu intégré -Entrée de garage étroite et places de parking parfois aussi étroites, la pièce était très froide à notre entrée car la climatisation était en marche, les desserts étaient très poussiéreux, vue sur un chantier, pièces sombres

Frühstück ein absolutes NO GO, wie in einer Jugendherberge. Man bestellt am Tag zuvor und holt sich am nächsten Tag wie ein kleiner Schuljunge sein Tablett in der Lobby ab. Billigste Wurst, billigster Käse, alles geschmacklos und wild auf ein Tablett gepfercht. Bei den Eierspeisen (die nach nichts schmeckten) lagen die Pancakes und die Waffeln mit am Teller. Bei einem Hotel dieser Preisklasse ist das sehr beschämend. Auch außen würde eine Renovierung mal gut tun.

The staffs are very professional, friendly and understanding. The breakfast and complimentary dinner is really good. Everywhere is clean and the rooms are very spacious. My kids enjoyed swimming in the pool. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone in Stuttgart.

A été reçu très froidement avec ma fille de 4 ans. Chambres directement sur la rue principale. Bref une grosse déception. Le buffet du petit-déjeuner s'est avéré être un morceau de papier avec des demandes de nourriture à cocher. Oui, vous pouvez tout couper même à l'ombre de la pandémie. Étrange que d'autres hôtels offrent un buffet raisonnable. Ce petit déjeuner a le caractère d'une cantine de jardin, vraiment pas terrible. De moi pour l'accueil des enfants 0, nuitée 1, petit-déjeuner 4, service 2,5. fait pour moi Merci pour rien.

Very nice and well run hotel. The staff was friendly, and the food service was good. The only complaint I had was no air conditioning and the room was quite warm. They did bring a fan to help. There isn’t much around the hotel in terms of sites.

Great hotel and extremely friendly and accommodating staff. My only issue was with the bed. It's obvious the mattress was old and needed to be replaced. The first night I had difficulty sleeping and woke up with extreme back pain. I was given another room which helped. I feel Marriott needs to look at conditions of mattresses a bit more frequently. I would stay at the hotel again but would certainly check out the mattress condition once I was given a room.

Upon arrival we felt as if we were welcomed and our business appreciated. The staff was very professional, knowledgeable, helpful and extremely accommodating. The food was phenomenal, the room was amazing and the bar was open late… even during these COViD times! We’ll definitely stay again very soon!

Spent one night for an event at the hotel which included a dinner. I was pleasantly surprised how delicious the meal was at the event. The staff went above and beyond to ensure that we were comfortable. I will definitely stay here again.

Bonjour, nous mangeons très souvent au Marriott Hotel Sindelfingen. Tant dans le local que dans le steak house. Je suis émerveillé par ce personnel exceptionnel. Que dire... gentil, cordial, attentionné, compétent, courtois, sympathique, toujours souriant... il y a tellement plus à dire. Juste parfait. Sans oublier la nourriture et la grande équipe compétente du bar. Je ne peux que recommander à tous d'y passer une après-midi ou une soirée agréable et inoubliable. D'autant plus qu'il y a toujours des plats chauds dans le local. Simplement au moins 5⭐

This hotel was very great. The staff was very professional and extremely accommodating. The policies were easy to understand and helped me feel comfortable with dining safely and healthy. The staff spoke great English and are serious about their jobs and delivering excellent customer service. Overall, great experience. Would love to come back again.

As a long term customer (88 nights), the Sindelfingen Marriott management and staff impressed me as both personable and professional. Often, both management and staff would easily engage in conversation with customers inclined to do so, and maintain decorum with those wishing to keep their social distance. However, when it came to performing their tasks, each employee knew how to do it to high levels of professionalism, including communicating back to customers the situation of a request or question. This occurred from the time I checked in to the time I left. For example upon arrival, Eva, at the front desk helped me with the Sindelfingen Marriott cost package to meet my company's expense policy. I mentioned to Praveen that the building maintenance shouldn't use power tools before 0830 to fix a problem since there may be people who were still sleeping, especially on Saturday morning. He promptly took action to delay the work, and then let me know the status (restart after 1000), as well as share the lesson with other front desk staff and management. The day before I left, Linda, who was training Ayliz at the time, helped me with my final bill so I could leave at 0315 the next morning, as well as previously correcting my bill for accurate dates and laundry costs. There are other examples too numerous to add here, but I will take the opportunity to highlight these other employees from my memory for their professionalism and customer service excellence: Katharina (outstanding leadership), Daniel, Felix(?), Juan Carlos, Philip (always well dressed and energetic), Guiseppe, Teresa, Eva, Lisa, Linda (focused and sharp), Praveen, Isabelle (attentive and kind), Anna (keen and kind), Geralda, Alexander, Alejandro (hustles like Philip), Antonio (hard worker), Adrian, Comla (on the ball), Victoria (always a nice word), Samara (welcoming smile), Mario, Ayliz, Basem (paid attention to customers), Jean Michel (good guy), Weina, Stella, Deniece, Mahmed, Theotra(?), and the others in Housekeeping, Food Service, Sales and Marketing, and Maintenance, I was not able to recall or engage with. Mario and Weina made me a special and delicious breakfast the day before I left that I will try to replicate at home. I witnessed Antonio working hard to steam clean the 6th floor hall carpeting. To conclude, perhaps the best compliment I can pay is that if I ever get the opportunity to return to Stuttgart for work, my first choice will be to stay at the Sindelfingen Marriott Hotel.

The hotel was exceptionally clean and comfortable. The food was amazing and the staff was so friendly and helpful. We had dinner at the steakhouse on-site and the meal was fantastic. They even brought out a brownie with ice cream and a candle and sang Happy Birthday for my nephew’s 11 birthday. I highly recommend the hotel and the staff at Stuttgart Marriott.

Most friendly, attentive, caring and efficient front desk staff (eg Isabell). Wonderful onsite restaurant with outstanding wait staff. Breakfast was always ready for pickup or sit down in comfortable lobby area. Bar tender (Alejandro) was super attentive, friendly and caring in helping us unwind from busy days.

Sehr schönes, modernes Hotel. Mitarbeiter waren alle sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich. Frühstück und Executive Lounge auf Grund von COVID eingeschränkt, aber dennoch super Alternativen, die absolut ausreichend waren. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

The staff is lovely, so was the breakfast. The room was as expected, decent & clean. The pool was a terrible experience though as there was no opportunity to change after (showers didn’t lock(!!!), out of shampoo, didn’t get warm & didn’t have a place to hang clothes. This was not communicated and no bathrobe was provided. Even the changing rooms in the gym (on another floor, so would have to walk there wet) were both locked?!

TOUS les employés ont fait de notre court séjour au Marriott Sindelfingen quelque chose de spécial. L'accueil a été chaleureux et professionnel, le mobilier et les couleurs de la chambre étaient particulièrement confortables avec une très belle vue, le petit déjeuner était copieux et délicieux, le filet mignon du steakhouse était unique et le service attentionné. Tout le personnel était très courtois et nous nous sommes sentis chez nous. Merci pour le bon séjour!

The Stuttgart Marriott Sindelfingen is the perfect place to stay as it’s central to many places to see from a wonderful mall to the Automotive Manufacturer Museums! Their Staff is the best I’ve ever seen and ensure your every need is taken care of. My recent stay found they had established a clean and safe environment during the COVID pandemic and still kept to their high standards caring for the customers! It’s both family and pet friendly providing for their every detail. The rooms are clean and spacious and have all the amenities you expect.

Pros: - Great location to walk to mall or some restaurants in the area. - Good parking underneath - Clean rooms - Good breakfast - Fantastic Staff Cons: - Temperature in rooms is a little warm. Thermostat doesn't matter much. It might only get to around 74 degrees and no lower (except when it is colder outside you can open windows). - Pool is beautiful, but way too cold to swim for adults...even my kids didn't really enjoy it that much. You never saw many people swimming, likely because of the temperature.

L'hôtel dispose d'un personnel très sympathique aussi comme un steakhouse. Ils ont également une bonne présence et un comportement orienté client. Une partie du concept mériterait d'être renouvelée ou modernisée, comme le WiFi gratuit pour les clients, des horaires d'ouverture plus longs au bar ou des informations sur l'hôtel, par exemple sur le check-out, etc. boissons alcoolisées.

We stay at Marriotts all over the world and at the top of the category chain. We can definitively say that this is one of the best staffs we have ever encountered. Preveen, Victoria, Phillip, Samra, Marta… we could go on, but these people made us feel like no problem was too big or too small and helped us to feel welcome and taken care of. They went above and beyond at every turn. We definitely will stay here again. The food is excellent. The people make it exceptional.

I was a military long term stay, with a dog occupant. This hotel was absolutely awesome. The entire staff was extremely professional, efficient, courteous, and made this temporary home feel at home. The staff was extremely friendly with the dog, and accommodating to any weird request. The bar staff and breakfast team cooked excellent food, and again were professional and quick.

This property has everything expected of a Marriott. Great staff (friendly and accommodating), good food with great Service in the Local restaurant (Philip and Alejandro) were exceptionally kind, and both the rooms and public areas were very clean. It's a great location in Germany, with many places to go and the property is one of the finest I've been too. I look forward to returning.

Furthermore, the food here is incredible - the steakhouse at the hotel is on the level of many very expensive steakhouses I have dined at in the USA. Staff was Top! Service for Breakfast outstanding. 714 Rom had issues with AC and Cooling. I didn't want to change rooms at 11m when I noticed the room was not cooling so not a fault to the staff. Never gave them a chance to fix the issue. My Titanium level was not listed on the reservation even with reserving the room directly with the Website. Executive room on the to floor was not a big plus when the service for the club rooms are on the ground floor. I will be back.

Aus geschäftlichen Gründen nun seit über einem Jahr regelmäßig Gast in diesem Hotel und jedes Mal, wenn ich in der Region zu tun habe steht fest: es muss dieses Haus sein - auch wenn es manchmal die Fahrtwege am Morgen verlängert, aber das Frühstück ist es das wert ;-) Der Service ist durchweg ausgezeichnet und alle tragen ihren Teil dazu bei, dass man gerne wiederkommen möchte. Stets und ständig begegnet einem ein Lächeln im gesamten Haus und man spürt, dass die Freundlichkeit von Herzen kommt und nicht aufgesetzt ist. Für mich zweifelsohne eine immer wieder sehr gute Wahl!

I recently stayed at the Marriott in Sindelfingen, I was extremely impressed with the entire Marriott team and their attention to customer service. During the first 10 days of my stay, I was restricted to my room due to government guidance; the staff provided top notch customer service during that period. Unlike many hotels in the area, the Marriott provided cooked to order breakfast and executive lounge food and drink, delivered direct to my room. Once released from quarantine, they continued with the same level of exceptional service for breakfast and executive lounge items, to include drinks, on a daily basis. Their Local restaurant was fully running. They provided top quality steaks, and a special request pork-knuckle dinner, which was fantastic. I would happily stay at the Marriott Sindelfingen next time I am in the area.

The Sindelfingen Marriott has created an all-star team of excellence from the desk to the service staff. The General Manager ordered a local treat for their dinner menu because of so many places were closed due to Covid. I have never seen a hotel so busy, but you never felt rushed by their team when you needed them. Great team!

If you require personalized service and a staff that makes you feel you are important and part of the Marriott family, look no firther than the Sindelfingen Marriott. My stay there was nothing less than epic. During this time of the pandemic the entire staff took extra effort to ensure the safety and comfort of the guests. My stay could not have been more perfect! Restaurant staff was nice and attentive. Hotel is nice and clean. My issues started when I rescheduled my trip from 15 March to arrive on 18 March. I received a confirmation email from Marriott for this change. I was charged for a no-show on 15 March. I also had "no reservation" when I showed up on the 18th. I stood at the front desk for nearly 30 minutes while the desk agent attempted to get me checked into my room. He was clearly not sure what he was doing and his colleagues were not helpful in expediting the process. The front desk agent gave me incorrect instructions for how the lounge worked and I ended up paying for dinner instead of accessing the lounge as I had expected. My mistake for not questioning it more when he said "just order from the menu", but this only became clear after I had already ordered and saw people entering the unmarked lounge area.

Everyone was very respectful yet approachable and hospitable. Everyone made sure that my family and I were taken care of from the moment that we arrived to checkout. We arrived on Dec. 8, 2020 and checked out on Feb 28, 2021. They cleaned our rooms every 3 days. Everyone was extremely polite and generous.

Das Mariott Stuttgart-Sindelfingen ist eines meiner Favoriten in der Region. Unter anderem eine gute Ausstattung, eine sehr hohe Servicebereitschaft und Freundlichkeit der Mitarbeiter zeichnen dieses Haus aus. Trotz der aktuell herrschenden Situation, ist die Frühstücksleistung ausgezeichnet. Negativ sind die hohen Parkkosten von derzeit 25€ pro Nacht.

Durch und durch ein hervorragender Aufenthalt, der unter den aktuellen Restriktionen seitens der Regierung keine Wünsche offen lässt. Stets freundlicher Service und ein herausragendes Team machen jeden Besuch zu einem Kurzurlaub vom stressigen und angespannten Alltag. Bei jeder Interaktion mit dem Team bekommt man das Gefühl der Wertschätzung und das stets ehrlich und nicht aufgesetzt. Das ist es was brand-loyalty erschafft und so freue ich mich jedes Mal erneut auf den nächsten Aufenthalt.

I was TDY in the area for several months and the staff at the Marriott was extremely polite and accommodating. They went out of their way to make me feel welcome. I happen to be TDY over the holidays and they did whatever they could to help share in the holiday cheer. I would highly recommend this location for a future stay to anyone and I hope someday to return when the world isn’t quite as crazy for a leisure stay.

This was a fantastic long-term stay and the staff did a really stupendous job taking care of us. The local was a fun and happening bar with terrific bartenders and a good menu across the board. The executive lounge was very reliable and enjoyable. The fitness center and pools provided enough equipment to support a variety of workouts. The location is right by bus stops connecting to major mass transit hubs as well as a decent walk to a train station. There are a few restaurants and a grocery store in short walking distance. The front desk staff is very helpful, proficient, and thankfully bilingual in English and German. Customer service in the executive lounge, room service, and all the food/drink spots are top notch. Great for families, pets, couples, and single travelers.

Am 09.Dezember 2019 verweilte ich für 1.Nacht im Marriott Sindelfingen . Bei der Anreise hatte mich der Anblick von der Fassade nicht wirklich positiv erfreut. Doch im innen tat sich dann eine kleine Perle auf. Eine super schöne Lobby und eine einladende renovierte Eingangshalle luden zum verweilen ein. Die Zimmer sind geschmackvoll und modern eingerichtet. Die Schlafqualität EIN TRAUM. Da ich etwas Zeit hatte benützte ich auch den Fitness und Wellness Bereich . Die Sauna war ganz ok, doch die Duschköpfe sollten unbedingt mal Entkalkt und besser fixiert werden. Der Pool war für meine Verhältnisse etwas zu kalt. Nicht optimal ist auch , dass man über ein Treppenhaus jeweils in die verschiedenen Räumlichkeiten gelang. Der Service war sehr freundlich und professionell, immer wieder wurde aufgewischt und frische Tücher zur Verfügung gestellt. Bravo

Nous avons à nouveau séjourner dans le Mariott à Sindelfingen, on adore. Les Mariotts en général sont top (nous allons souvent aux USA) mais celui de Stuttgart est extraordinaire. Déco, petit dej, les chambres et surtout le personnel. Toujours friendly, à l'écoute. On se sent chez nous !

I cannot express enough how welcoming and polite the staff at this Marriott have been. As a military family we are always looking for properties that will allow us to stay in one room as a family of four. We always feel welcome the food is great the restaurants are great and the entire check in and check out process is flawless I highly recommend this property if you want quality.

As a platinum lifetime member, who has spent perhaps 70 nights at this particular Marriott, I was quite disappointed in my recent stay. While the staff were generally helpful, I got the distinct impression that hotel policy focused more on the bottom line than the member experience. As the hotel is not conveniently located in terms of public transit, has facilities that are more comparable to a Courtyard, and that are relatively tired, I looked to the hotel amenities and my expectations of treatment as a valued elite member. These did not meet expectations. I was not greeted as a senior member. I was not offered an upgrade, despite several rooms being clearly unoccupied the night of arrival, nor an explanation of why an upgrade would be unavailable. When I asked about selecting breakfast in the restaurant, a benefit previously offered, I was told they had never done that, and did not offer that, as they had a lounge. The lounge, which I was only able to utilize for breakfast and drinks due to work commitments, had the barest selection for both that I have seen at a hotel lounge in my experience. Again, hotel staff were kind, and generally helpful, but there were clear limits to what they were allowed to do. It felt to me that the hotel had a fierce commitment to its bottom line, in terms of doing the absolute basics of service, and a much less firm commitment to the member experience. As my previous visits to the hotel had been different, I was perhaps additionally disappointed. I doubt, unfortunately, that I'll return again.

The food in the restaurant was disappointing. The potato was bad and the bearnaise was not tasting of anything. We notified the waiter, but she apologized, and we paid the full price for bad food. The lounge was also disappointing. boring food and very limited selection of drink and food compared to other Hotels. Swimming pool was nice, but strange that you cannot access the sauna from the pool area. Breakfast was very nice and the bare area had a very good atmosphere.

This is the best hotel in Stuttgart in my opinion. I stay here each time I visit the area. The hotel is clean, safe and well appointed. The parking garage is very well lit and safe for your vehicle. A great pool and nice gym is at this location. The staff are absolutely some of the best people I have encountered in my many years of traveling the world. You will love this place and feel rested when you leave. Spend your $$$ here!!

L'hôtel n'est pas dans un quartier particulièrement beau, mais l'ambiance est très agréable et facile d'accès. La chambre était bien et climatisée. Rien ne manquait au petit déjeuner. Le personnel était toujours sympathique. Si vous ne voulez pas nécessairement payer le parking, vous devez vous garer autour du pâté de maisons à pied pendant environ 5 minutes. Le chargement et le déchargement sont possibles devant l'hôtel, le stationnement n'a pas besoin d'être conduit au parking dans le parking souterrain ou dans la cour.

This hotel is fantastic and a great place to stay. Spend your money at this Marriott. You will feel like you are a valued customer and your stay will be perfect! Even the parking garage is so clean that you could almost eat off the floors. This hotel makes you appreciate leisure time and has a calming atmosphere! The staff is AWESOME!!

La note se réfère au brunch du dimanche. Le choix du petit-déjeuner ainsi que le choix du déjeuner sont suffisants. En termes de qualité, cependant, le Marriott se situe davantage dans le milieu de terrain inférieur. Mais cela offre aussi un avantage, les boissons sont comprises dans le prix. Le service est gentil et attentionné. Nous choisirions toujours un hôtel différent le dimanche.

The staff and hotel exceeded our expectations. The hotel is clean, bright and comfortable. Easy access to public transportation. The executive lounge may be small but is entirely adequate. The personnel that work in the executive lounge are outstanding. Will definitely stay here on return trips to the Stuttgart area. This hotel definitely has the best employees in the Marriott chain.

I stayed at this location to see if it was adequate for a longer stay with a few colleagues. The hotel is a nice Marriott with a good steakhouse and decent executive lounge. The location really shines in service however. During my stay, I received nothing but superb service from the staff. Teresa at the front desk provided first rate service, her English was fantastic and she had many great recommendations for food and leisure. One of the more enjoyable stays I've had. I will definitely be staying here again!

Wir verbrachten eine Nacht im Marriott-Hotel Sindelfingen im Rahmen eines Besuchs des Outlets in Metzingen. Die Lage des Hotels ist nicht besonders schön, aber zu diesem Zweck günstig. Ein wichtiges Kriterium für die Buchung war auch das Vorhandensein eines Indoor-Pools, da wir mit Kind unterwegs waren. Der Empfang an der Rezeption war sehr freundlich und der Eindruck von der Lobby positiv. Die Gänge zum Hotelzimmer und auch das Zimmer selbst waren frisch renoviert. Bis auf die teilweise recht unschönen und ramponierten Wände in unserem Zimmer war die Einrichtung und die Ausstattung des Zimmers sehr gut. Auch die Matratzen waren für uns sehr angenehm und nicht zu hart. Der Fitnessbereich beschränkt sich auf 3 oder 4 (gute) Geräte, diese sind allerdings, wahrscheinlich aus Platzgründen, eher etwas lieblos in einem Durchgang zum Pool platziert. Der Poolbereich ist in Ordnung, das Wasser warm. Da es sich bei dem Hotel um kein Wellness-Hotel handelt, völlig ok. Das Frühstück erlebten wir leider als definitiv nicht dem Standard entsprechend. Obst und Gemüse erschienen uns in der Mehrzahl wie vom Vortag, der Frühstücksbereich selbst benötigt eine neue Bestuhlung. Das Servicepersonal beim Frühstück war freundlich und sehr positiv fand ich das Angebot von frisch zubereiteten Eierspeisen. Die Auswahl war ausreichend. Ein wenig frische Farbe hier und da sowie ein verbessertes Frühstücksangebot und wir wären rundherum zufrieden gewesen.

C'est un bon hotel pour les séjours professionnelles. La restauration est de bonne qualité et le petit-déjeuner offer un large choix. Toutefois la decoration des chambres est un peu simpliste en particulier la table mobile fait vraiment camelote. Le couchage est bon. La sale d'eau est un peu petite.
