  Petit mais plein de rangements qui évite d'avoir tout entre les deux. Très bien meublé et avec tout ce dont vous avez besoin. Bien qu'un peu plus de cuillère ne nous fasse pas de mal😊

  J'adore la maison et l'emplacement parfaitement relié, deuxième année que nous répétons séjour et nous répéterons à coup sûr !!! Le propriétaire est très attentionné et chaleureux, une personne formidable.L'appartement Deluxe est tout neuf et très bien entretenu, tout type de commodités (lave-linge, sèche-linge, four, cafetière, sèche-cheveux…)

  Les appartements sont phénoménaux et ont tout. Le seul point négatif est le wifi, qui n'est pas très bon. J'espère qu'ils pourront le réparer bientôt

  Mon fils vit dans une maison à Bañaderos depuis 4 ans, un endroit très calme et ils se sont très bien comportés avec lui en ce moment, il fait de même

  Appartement très récent, propre et avec tout le confort, détails du propriétaire à l'arrivée tels que fruits et bouteilles d'eau. Situé à 5 minutes de la plage de Bañaderos. Place de parking incluse dans le prix.

  Positiva: El apartamento está muy nuevo, es muy limpio y muy cómodo con el garaje en el sótano del edificio. El anfitrión fue muy amable facilitándonos una cuna.. Negativa: El gallo del vecino nos despertó todos los días a las 4:00 am..

  Positiva: La cercanía a Las Palmas y a la carretera principal. El alojamiento es bastante nuevo/moderno y la cocina está muy bien equipada. El aparcamiento subterráneo en el edificio. La zona es tranquila y hay un supermercado Mercadona muy cerca. Hay unos detalles de bienvenida que son de agradecer (agua, fruta, ambrosías,...).. Negativa: El wifi funcionaba bastante mal y estaba limitado el número de usuarios. La lavadora no está en el apartamento, sino que hay que subir a otro piso. En la descripción se indica "Recepción 24 horas", pero allí no hay nadie 24 horas. La habitación secundaria apenas tiene luz natural porque no tiene ventana: uno de sus laterales da al salón y a la entrada del apartamento. Tuvimos sensación de frío en el apartamento: era enero, el diseño del edificio permite que entre frío en la entrada del apartamento,... El apartamento no tiene calefacción, por lo que pasamos frío. El dueño nos dejó un calefactor/humificador, pero no funcionó. Se lo comunicamos, pero nos respondió el día que ya nos íbamos, por lo que no nos sirvió de nada porque no nos dio ninguna solución/alternativa..

  Positive: The apartment was spotless and communication with the owner was excellent. The area appeared safe and apart from the cockerel it was very quiet. I felt that the owner was very keen to please, which was very nice and even checked everything was ok, which overall it was. There was water, tea, coffee, sugar, fruit etc. on arrival which is a lovely touch. Just a couple of minor issues relating to practical use which could easily be overcome.. Negative: I felt the apartment was badly laid out and not very practical. The pictures implied there was a small amount of outdoor space (green grass area) but it was not near our apartment and we weren't sure if we could use the space. Each time you wanted to get past the bed you hit your shins on the wooden bed base and if you wanted to close the door you couldn't. The bathroom was a good size, yet the shower cubicle was tiny. It was extremely difficult to shower because it was such a tight space which is a shame because there is plenty of room for a proper sized cubicle and / or a bath. It also implied the washing machine was in the apartment which it wasn't, it was on another floor so a little misleading..

  Positive: Very good communication with the host, good description of how to enter the apartment. Quick responses in case if questions. The apartment is very clean with modern interior and a well equipped kitchen. Easy parking in the garage.. Negative: The windows are not sound proof and especially in the master bedroom you can hear each and every car passing. Ear plugs recommended..

  Positiv: Apartament war praktisch und groß genug auch für ganze Familie.War alles da was mann braucht. Der Martin war sehr hilfreich und hat für uns gute Tipps gegeben.. Negativ: Bisschen laut, da Apartament liegt bei Hauptstraße..

  Positiv: Der Kontakt mit unserem Vermieter war freundlich und unkompliziert, Schlüsselübergabe einfach über Schlüsselbox. Die Wohnung war für 2 Pers. ausreichend groß und gut ausgestattet. Parkgarage für Auto vorhanden. Gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten vor Ort vorhanden..

  Positiv: Die Ausstattung des Appartments war gut und ansprechend.. Negativ: 1. Die Betten im kleinen Schlafzimmer stehen sehr eng. Kein Platz für Nachtkasten. 2. Die Jalousien im kleinen Schlafzimmer, zum Außengang hin, Funktionieren nicht; sie sind falsch eingebaut. Man kann sie nicht zuziehen, so daß das automatische Licht vom Außenflur in der Nacht immer wieder störte. 3. Das Tiefgaragentor ließ sich nach 3 Tagen nicht mehr mit der Fernbedienung öffnen; das ging nur noch manuell von innen. 4. Der Straßenverkehr war ab 06.00 Uhr morgens sehr laut, so daß kein Schlaf mehr möglich war..

  Positive: L'appartamento è nuovo e pulito con un comodissimo garage sotterraneo. All'arrivo abbiamo trovato bottiglie di acqua, frutta fresca e alcuni snack. La posizione è super per visitare comodamente il nord di Gran Canaria.. Negazione: Nulla. Tutto perfetto..

  Positif: La modernité de l'appartement et les différents équipement ainsi que la laverie privative sur le toit de l'immeuble.. La propreté frôlant la perfection et la sympathie du STAFF de nettoyage et des habitants.. Négatif: Tout était très bien dans l'appartement en revanche quelques points négatifs sont à signaler.... Premièrement la connexion Wi-Fi est en effet gratuite mais la puissance de celle ci permet à peine de passer un appel... De plus il est stipule sur booking. Com que chaque appartement dispose d'une terrasse, le notre n'en disposant pas.. A moins que soit compter comme terrasse la cour extérieur en gazon sinthetique et sans aucun aménagement..

  Positif: L’agencement de l’appartement est sympa. Avoir une place de parking vu l’emplacement du logement, c’est appréciable. La situation de l’appartement fait que nous sommes au centre de toutes les activités et lieu de visite de l’île (en temps).. Négatif: Impossible de dormir dans la chambre côté route. Malgré une bonne isolation nous avons l’impression que les voitures passent dans l’appartement! C’est dommage parce que louer un logement dans lequel il est impossible de dormir, c’est pas très utile. Le ballon d’eau chaude permet à une personne seulement de se doucher. Il faut attendre qu’il se réchauffe pour que la deuxième personne puisse aller se doucher. C’est un appartement pour 4 personnes. Merci d’apporter une solution pour le wifi alors qu’il ne devriez pas y en avoir. Ce serait bien de préciser sur Booking que le wifi n’offre pas une bonne connexion et que le nombre de connexions simultanées est limité..

  Pozytywna: 30min jazdy samochodem z lotniska. Zaskoczył nas poczęstunek od gospodarza w postaci bananów, owoc papaja oraz drobnych słodyczy. Apartament nowy przestronny z częścią wypoczynkową, z 3 niezależnymi sypialniami oraz 2 łazienki co w przypadku 3 kobiet na pokładzie rozwiązuje konflikt łazienkowy. W sypialniach wygodne duże łóżka. Kuchnia dobrze wyposażona z wszystkimi niezbędnymi akcesoriami: płyta grzewcza, piekarnik, herbata, cukier, kawa, kawiarka do parzenia kawy, lodówka, toster, gary, patelnia, kieliszki do wina :) Dostępna pralnia ale nie mieliśmy okazji używać. Żelazko, suszarka na wyposażeniu. Garaż dostępny w cenie apartamentu. W odległości 4 minut od apartamentu sklep. 10min spacerem do plaży. B.dobry kontakt z administratorem apartamentu.. Negatywna: Internet fizycznie jest, praktycznie nie funkcjonuje. Podobno ma się coś w tej kwestii poprawić. Słychać odgłosy pojazdów z ulicy..

  Positive: il titolare ci ha aspettato sotto casa con il garage aperto,dopo avermi già contattato per sapere del mio arrivo la mattina stessa.disponibile,cordiale e premuroso,ci ha lasciato come benvenuto banane, papaya fresca,un ottimo caffè,panna e dolcetti.veramente adorabile! a disposizione una ottima caffettiera,a corredo della casa nulla di superfluo ma tutto,proprio tutto il necessario. la cucina ben organizzata ed attrezzata con intelligenza. bagno confortevole e ampio. arredamento tutto nuovo ed in ottime condizioni,ci siamo sentiti subito a casa nostra. importante sottolineare il parcheggio sotterraneo coperto sotto casa,apertura con telecomando,il che visto la generale carenza di parcheggi in zona è fondamentale. appartamento a pochi chilometri dalla capitale,ma in zona tranquilla,in vicinanza di strada di comunicazione importante. Negazione: non ho critiche da fare o aspetti negativi da evidenziare.

  Положительный: Аппартаменты достаточно комфортный, есть все необходимое (правда чайника мы не нашли). Обстановка свежая.. Негативный: Вопрос получения ключей - это было что-то, владелец прислал нам номер от ящика с ключом, номер не подходил, мы набирали комбинацию всеми способами, не открывается. Пришлось связаться с хозяином, он утверждал, что номер правильный, мы снова попробовали набрать и ничего, после этого владелец написал, что может номер другой и указал его, но тут же написал, что правильный был первый. Какое же было удивление, когда подошёл именно второй. И это после длительного перелета, вечером ... Самый большой минус этих аппартаменты (как я понимаю у владельца есть ещё аппарты в этом здании) окна выходят на узкую улочку, по которой днём и ночью проносятся автомобили, спать оооочень сложно, да и днём иногда не слышно телевизора..
