  Hôtel bien situé en centre ville proche de tout, parking impossible, tout le personnel sympathique, cet hôtel a toujours été très propre mais cette année il y a eu une amélioration dans la remise à neuf des chambres et c'était une belle amélioration, le petit déjeuner est le le plus faible mais même sans aucune qualité (1 étoile). ...

  The hotel's food is very good and varied, everything is of excellent quality. My room was sparse and well furbished, cleaned everyday. The gym was great, very well-equipped and with good air-conditioning. The pool was also nice. The disadvantage was the reception desk which was rude to me on the first day. One male receptionist called me to his colleague in my presence "chica" several times, which I found very disrespectful and rude. This was probably because I'm only thirty years old and I was wearing shorts on my arrival (temp. 34 C)... Well, don't judge a book by its cover. This is definitely not the kind of welcome that I would expect from any hotel, especially one that highly-rated... maybe such behaviour would be suitable for an inn... This guy was treating me with an ill-covered arrogance on the other day as well. The rest of the staff was nice and very obliging, though. It was just a business trip for me, but I know that I will not go back to this hotel due to this incident....
