    Je l'ai adoré au milieu des montagnes, beaucoup de nature et l'excellent col de l'utérus, la nourriture et le cacino brutal et il a tout à proximité, c'est sûr que je reviendrai

    Les machines sont très mauvaises, elles ne donnent rien car dans la semaine où la sécurité sociale est reçue et il y avait beaucoup de personnes âgées qui jouaient avec leur argent des SS et elles ne donnent rien, au contraire, elles laissent beaucoup de dollars $. Et que se passe-t-il ? Nous payons Juste x Pécheurs x Désactivez ou programmez les avaleurs de pièces afin que les jours de réception du SS le laissent là., et plus de bénéfices pour vous. Mais vous allez dans la région métropolitaine et vous ne vous retrouvez pas dans cette situation, vous laissez des $ mais ils vous rendent des $.

    Excellent service, personnel très sympathique et attentionné, zones propres, à proximité de nombreux endroits (restaurants, centre commercial, etc.), chambres super propres, il était fourni avec des serviettes, des cafetières, de l'eau et des draps et oreillers propres. La chambre que j'ai louée avait 2 téléviseurs de 50 pouces. L'hôtel propose une excellente cuisine au restaurant, avec des plats du midi. Le seul point négatif, c'est pourquoi je ne lui ai pas donné 5 étoiles, c'est que la climatisation était trop bruyante, cela m'a réveillé et je pouvais à peine dormir.

    Un bel endroit à partir du moment où vous entrez par la porte. La route pour y arriver est un peu négligée. Il a trop de trous. L'intérieur de l'hôtel... Wow ! Et le Casino n'est même pas dit. Un traitement d'excellence dès l'instant où vous ouvrez la porte. La nuit, le chant du Coqui est quelque chose de relaxant. Les environs sont toujours propres et sont à l'affût de tout besoin. C'est vraiment beaucoup plus beau que ce à quoi je m'attendais.

    Cela n'a fonctionné que pour moi car ils sont venus me chercher et m'ont ramené à l'hôtel. Peut-être pour les affaires, cela peut mieux fonctionner, et mieux si vous prenez une voiture, à mon goût ce n'est pas fonctionnel pour les vacances. C'est isolé, rien d'intéressant aux alentours, le restaurant (qui est plutôt un bar), pourrait s'améliorer.

    Très bonne option d'hébergement. La chambre était confortable, propre, bonne climatisation. Avec piscine, température chaude. En raison de l'emplacement au centre de l'île, il pleut fréquemment.

    La chambre et l'hôtel en général étaient propres et très agréables. La piscine est très belle et propre. Le prix est un peu excessif pour un hôtel aussi simple. Le restaurant est très cher. Le prix ne comprend pas le parking ni le petit-déjeuner.

    L'expérience a été très bonne. Le personnel très attentionné et travailleur. Les serveuses et/ou serveurs à l'intérieur du casino sont très sympathiques. Les salles de bain très propres. Celui qui nettoie les toilettes et les zones adjacentes du casino est très bon, travailleur et serviable. Il m'a beaucoup aidé, avec un incident avec ma mère, dans la salle de bain. Je vous remercie pour votre soutien, votre compréhension et votre patience face à la situation.

    Excellent service, votre chambre était équipée de ce qui a été notifié, et votre centrale d'urgence fonctionnait à 100 car pour ma réservation il y avait une panne générale en PR et nous n'avons eu aucun problème.

    Servicio excelente buena atención especialmente de todos pero siempre hay unos que sobresalen más que otros Nelson de FD gracias por la empatia al acomodarnos en un mejor cuarto por nuestro niño con Autismo , David, por sus atenciones y su buen servicio y no le tomamos el nombre a la guardia de seguridad de la entrada pero los días que estuvimos hospedados fue un placer verla en la mañana dándonos los buenos días siempre con buena actitud! Excelente Equipo!

    HUGE IMPROVEMENTS/RENOVATIONS= ':), still don't think should charge for parking for guest, no, don't jack up the prices to say parking is free!!!....big changes since the last time we stayed when i visited my mom, i'm from caguas......wife and kids are spoiled can't hack what i endured growing up!!LOL! even though we updated the house i grew up in....shesh!!! LOL!

    Wonderful from check-in to check out and everything in-between. If you need a spot in Caguas, this should be your go-to. Was pleasantly surprised by the pool area and spent a large chunk of my day outside have a few drinks. Would highly recommend!

    Everything is well maintained and clean. Room: good ==> spacious, living room/kitchenette and bedroom separated by double doors, comfortable bed; bad ==> noisy AC unit, annoying smoke detector flashing light. Bathroom: good ==> spacious, shower cabin / toilet and sink / vanity separated by door. On site restaurant: slow on breakfast orders; waitress always missed something, like glass of water or minor order changes.

    Experiencia muy agradable, limpieza impecable y el trato del personal muy amable. En cuanto a la piscina muy fría por lo cual no se pudo disfrutar como hubiese querido. Recomendación un Jacuzzi hubiese sido el toque perfecto.

    The price for which I had to pay to say I expected the food to be different, and the housekeeping to be better. All housekeeping did was to change out my towels. The staff was wonderful. However, the rooms are dated, the bathroom had mold in it. The self-park tickets didn't work all the time so had to keep getting tickets at the front. Again for the price I expected a better stay. I will drive from San Juan next time as the hotel accommodations are better there, and about the same price.

    The hotel is in good shape, rooms are comfy and overall what to expect for this class stay, however it was disappointing to find out there was no breakfast service and restaurant only operates between 11 am and 7 pm. Since there are no options near by for breakfast/dining *unless you are driving, it's a major issue for some travelers. Vending post on reception only has VERY bad breakfast options (boxed meal).

    Upon entry into my room the bathroom had remains from prior stay. Which Included the top seal of a soap, hair particles and soap remains all over the bathroom tiles. The floor throughout had brown and white remains which appeared to be direct and/or food. When contacted no proper compensation was given other than an inconvenience to change rooms after I had already unpacked my things and was away at work. During these times with COVID this is unacceptable.

    I have stayed at the Four Points by Sheraton in Caguas for several years. The service this year was extremely poor. I booked two room for my stay. Only one bottle of water and one complimentary coffee package was provided for a room with two beds. I understand hotels have stopped cleaning rooms daily for the safety of employees and guests, but if the guest is requesting room cleaning then it should be done on the same day. We should not have to wait 24 hours for the room to be cleaned. The amount of trash that is in the room builds up, which becomes another issue. You cannot promote that you're doing everything to limit the spread of the virus, if you are not providing daily housekeeping, especially if the guest is requesting it. Furthermore, breakfast is no longer provided at the hotel. Instead you get a grab and go bag. Coffee is no longer served there in the morning. The only redeeming quality was the staff who were always polite and helpful.

    Un hôtel très agréable et élégant. C'est la deuxième fois que j'y vais et cela semble être un bon hôtel. Maintenant, cette fois, je ne sais pas ce qui s'est passé, la femme de ménage n'a pas bien fait son travail et a laissé la salle de bain pleine de cheveux et les tables étaient poussiéreuses, c'était quelque chose de désagréable et décevant, mais les filles de la réception étaient très gentil de nous aider et ils nous ont déplacés en quatrième, cette fois la chambre n'avait pas le problème des cheveux mais il y avait beaucoup de poussière dans la zone des tables et de la salle de bain. Ils ne nous ont donné qu'une heure de départ tardif. Au moment du départ la première fois c'était un succès mais cette fois ils n'ont même pas fait attention à nous nous avons dû faire un départ express car nous nous sommes sentis ignorés. Hôtel très chic mais ces petites choses l'ont laissé tomber.

    While the majority of the ladies at the front desk were very kind, the room was nice, roomy and clean, and the gym was clean with good equipment, the absence of tissue paper in the room to blow my nose and just one roll of toilet paper were small issues to me, as was the inattentive and slow service at the bar.

    Thank you to your friendly and lovely staff for their kindness and service. They were very helpful during my niece's wedding and also when I needed something they didn't hesitate to help. Beautiful area and the location is perfect and away from major traffic.

    Very clean! I felt safe staying here during the pandemic. There were sanitizing stations everywhere, even in the elevator. Restaurant was nice, food was great and the staff was very attentive. Bkfst food doesn’t always come out smoking but it did here.

    My Airbnb fell through and Sheraton was able to get me a room on the same day as soon as I called. I had to pay a $35 early check in fee at 2:30 in the afternoon, but was worth it for such a fast booking. Clean room and comfortable room. I wasn’t able to try the pool or restaurant since I was there for a short time, but everything looked amazing.

    The Four Points Hotel in Caguas is a great spot for travelers who want to explore more of what PR has to offer. The hotel’s location in the center of the island provides quick access to a myriad of destinations; including but not limited to San Juan, shopping malls, off-the beating-path beaches and townships. The staff is very attentive and friendly. That said, all of the COVID protocols and restrictions took away some of the warmth I am used to. For instance, the management decided to only provide hot breakfast in the weekends; a boxed breakfast is available during weekdays (very limited). I wish the hotel would at least provide some of their great coffee in the morning during weekday stays. The hotel rooms and comunal areas are always kept clean; however, due to COVID, room service has to be scheduled a day prior.

    The hotel was clean and comfortable.The rooms are comfy and is a nice place to get away and unwind as a couple. There is a pool but we did not use it. I guess Covid s scare. But other people seem to have fun there. The hotel is a bit out of the way if you don’t have a car. Recommend that you rent a car. There are no microwave in rooms and breakfast is only provided in the restaurant on weekends. The food at the restaurant for lunch and early dinner is pretty good. There are snacks at the front desk but cold. The hotel follows all Covid-19 protocols and is very safe.

    Unfortunately, I booked this hotel with the hopes of a great stayed , but it wasn’t. I had to keep requesting for someone to clean my room. You have to pay additionally to parked your vehicle while you stayed there. No continental breakfast. I wouldn’t be staying there anymore on future trips

    This hotel is truly great, but the road to get to it is horrible. I swore my tire would pop and my rim would dent causing tire to empty out every time leaving the hotel and arriving. Maybe investing in the roads maintenance would benefit the hotel tremendously. Everything about the hotel itself is amazing!!

    For the amount of money required to enjoy the amenities at a hotel that is under the umbrella which is Marriott, you should avoid this particular branch. The front desk staff showed nothing but ambivalence and unprofessional demeanor in their initial interaction. No one knew how to work the card machine and it 45 minutes to just check into my room. My room had the television and satellite unavailable for over half of my stay. I advised management and of course the disdain they have for paying customers shown through. I was ignored and disregarded. My companion attempted to enjoy a swim in the pool and was greeted by water bugs. I informed the staff and it took them over thirty minutes to respond. The bar staff was way too busy interacting with each other to even attend to our needs. This is not a vacation hotel and their customer service is lacking and borderline non existent. One evening upon returning to the hotel I attempted to purchase a snack in the lobby and the young lady who was there stated the manager left and she could help… 15 minutes later the manager returned and was very rushed and overall unfriendly. I will make it my business to inform anyone who inquired if this was a good place to stay to avoid this location at all cost. It’s not worth the money.

    Solo me quede un día, con relación a la limpieza estuvo nice. Solo utilicé el restaurante para el desayuno y no me encantó. Eso lo puedo manejar, no hay problema con eso. Pero lo que no puedo creer es que que me acabo de dar cuenta que habia soliticado la tarjeta MARRIOTT BONVOY donde tienen una oferta que te dan una Gift Card de $250 para utilizarla inmediatamente. Y la activé para pagar con eso la reservación del hotel para luego pagar solo el residual de la estadía con mi cuenta. Y me doy cuenta que me cobraron completo la estadía a mi tarjeta, no me honraron la Gift Card y cuando accedo a la Gift Card aparece que ya fue utilizada. Adicional. el cuarto que había seleccionado en la reservación, por el que pagué full price (sin el uso de los $250 Gift Card) era un Deluxe con vista a la piscina y cuando llegué allí me entregaron un cuarto Standard SIN vista a la piscina (No había vista que se pudiera apreciar en lo absoluto) Definitivamente, decepcionada, decepcionada.

    This is a great hotel with great people. You just need to book it way in advance since it is a very busy hotel due to proximity to a lot of great areas such as San Juan, Salinas, Humacao among other. Puerto Rico is a very beautiful place to visit, with great people and great meals and this Hotel has also entertainment with their Casino and a very beautiful pool.

    It was a great stay overall. Just wish the breakfast was included for the outstanding price one has to pay to stay. Be ready to pay for the extras. Other than that, the room was really good and comfortable. All clean and professional.

    Todo el personal fue muy amable. La Limpieza del hotel es excelente. La ubicación es céntrica y todo queda accesible. La habitación muy bonita, moderna y limpia. Lo único que le cambiaría a este hotel es que este ubicado frente a la playa. :) El desayuno es uno To Go (bueno) pero deberían tener uno como en US donde uno tenga variedad de lo que desea cojer aunque pague. Eso es lo único que cambiaría. El menú del restaurante es.bastante cómodo como para almorzar y comer e incluso para la piscina. En fin espero volver por mas días. Muy relajante.

    This Marriott management and staff have been incredibly welcoming and understanding of my last minute need for accommodation due to a family emergency. The hotel room was incredibly comfortable and the restaurant provided great quality and convenient food. The staff have been very responsive with any ad hoc requests. The location in Caguas was perfect for me to be near family. I'm truly grateful for their hospitality!

    I was very upset because I had a confirmed reservation for a room with a Pool View but when I arrived at the front desk, they told me the room was not available and proceeded to assign another room. The menu was very limited (a 2 page menu but only 1 page was available to order from) The food was awful, I would not eat there again at all. I would recommend having vending machines around so we don't have to leave the hotel to buy snacks. I do have to say the staff was very kind and the room was impeccable.

    Room was very modern, clean and updated. The only thing was that the phone didn’t work, lamp was broken and a/c was dripping water into the carpet. We called front desk and they sent engineering over to fix it all and after that no other issues. We had a great time.

    We went for 3 days only, however, our stay here was awesome. Staff is very friendly and will greet you every time. Our room was big enough for 4 people, we had a little inconvenient where the shower wasn’t cleaned well but we got the housekeeping to clean it again for us! No biggie, I would totally recommend this hotel to family and friends and I will come back!

    The place was not that clean. The bathroom lamp fell on us. Some of lights didt work. The small fridge was leaking. Music was really loud in the pool area. You were hearing lots of profanity and cursing all of the hotel. Nit a good family atmosphere.

    I had issues with the front desk not communicating our request to have our room cleaned. During our 4 days stay our room was never serviced after requesting it a day in advance, the front desk staff often acted as if it was a bother to them when we did have request. We were given 1 huge trash bag and we’re forced to keep smelly trash in our room because housekeeping never came to collect it like they said they would. The hotel is beautiful and the restaurant was the highlight of our stay as the staff there was very courteous and nice to us. Will not be staying this hotel again as the service is just not there for the price we paid, and the distance from Caguas to San Juan or major attraction areas caused the price of transportation to be extremely expensive. Stay close to San Juan if you really want to have easy access to beaches, shopping, and food.

    Lugar específicamente para dormir nada para hacer en familia. Piscina pequeña Con ninguna vigilancia ni protocolo de distanciamiento. También la arquilan para público en general. Ninguna limpieza en las habitaciones Mi servicio de atención a para toallas limpias o alguna otra cosa. En nuestra estancia tuvimos que sacar hasta la basura, pedir toallas limpias y café para hacer en el cuarto. Ningún servicio al cuarto. Como si estuvieras en tu casa deberas hacer todo ya que no entran al cuarto para nadaaa, no limpian.

    My family and I were denied Breakfast because we did not have a voucher yet, a voucher was never mentioned to us upon checking in nor was it mentioned when we purchased our stay. My family and I already anticipated on paying for our own meals so we asked the hotel staff if we could still order to go and pay individually, but hotel still insisted that we could not eat. We were only told that breakfast stopped at 10AM and the kitchen closes at 6PM. The same morning we were denied breakfast because we did to have a voucher we see multiple families walk in the dinning room and was not stopped not asked for a voucher. My friends who also stayed at the hotel during the same time went to the dinning area to eat breakfast and was not denied nor asked for a voucher. I wonder why my family and I were the only ones denied?????? I was also charged gratuity when I ordered drinks by myself. I found this quite strange because I was by myself, gratuity is only billed when there is parties of 6 or more. I also found the automatic gratuity unnecessary because I was also charged a "SERVICE TAX" each night I stayed at the hotel. This was shown on my receipt.     Nous avons passé une journée en famille spectaculaire !! Le service et le bon traitement nous ont fait nous sentir chez nous. De l'entrée à la sortie, avec toutes les mesures sanitaires. Et David au bar de la piscine est excellent avec tous les clients.Recommandé à 100%

    The service was excellent. Puerto Rican hospitality at its finest. The hotel was meticulously clean and the staff were all great. The parking attendants were also friendly. My family lives in the next town over (San Lorenzo) and this was an easy drive to SL and to San Juan. Will definitely stay again.

    Great service and profound welcome. The hotel is very nice. The staff was very kind and helpful. They went out of their way to provide us several options for dining in the area. That is always appreciated. Comfortable, clean and warm.

    Es muy triste compartirles que habiéndonos hospedado en hoteles de la cadena Sheraton, este ubicado en Caguas lastima la imagen de la marca. Las facilidades son cómodas para la localización y las expectativas de un hotel de esta categoría, sin embargo debo opinar que los empleados necesitan ser mejor adiestrados en la calidad del servicio. Carecen de las actitudes para servir. No comunican con amabilidad, cuestionan cosas imprudentes y no resuelven situaciones comunes a la hospitalidad. En el casino, hacen un "big issue"para pagar si ganas. Esto es lo peor de todo. Un amigo ganó casi $5,000.00 y los empleados hicieronn un plé, plé para pagar lo que ganó cuando fue a cambiar las fichas. Suerte que el gerente, conocedor de las dinámicas de asiduos jugadores, intervino y resolvió,

    Desde la agradable recepción de Cristina hasta ver empleados retocando con pintura cada pequeña raspadura de las paredes, nos da la tranquilidad que el hotel no solo cuida bien de sus huéspedes sino de su personal. Excelente lugar para visitar por placer, por negocios o si necesitas alojarte cerca de un hospital, como fue mi caso.

    We stayed at the hotel due to a death in our family. Our stay was last minute. Please review your restaurant hours,it is a great inconvenience when you have to leave the facility to have even a cup of coffee. Shorter time to have the room cleaned. I understand the covid protocols and that you are trying to keep everyone safe. It shouldn't take 24 hour request to have a room cleaned.

    It’s amazing in the first time in my life I have stayed in an hotel, that charges the guest for parking daily. So as you may imagine, you are looking in the hotel daily rate, but the parking is not included, so you might want to add that to your budgeting - not only car rental is super expensive in PR, of course that’s had nothing do to with the hotel, but the hotels charged the guest for parking... AMAZING- me and my siblings stay at the same place as went to a family service and our surprise when we were told we had to pay parking! Yes! Puerto Rico does it better!

    La pasamos muy bien mi familia y yo, todo es muy bonito, tranquilo, hubo desayuno unas mazorcas de jamón y queso super ricos y en cuánto al Covid 19 hay alcohol en muchos lugares. Lo único malo que encontramos es que en el área de la piscina había mucha gente con pases de pool pass y debido a eso no habían sillas disponibles para nosotros dónde hubiera sombra ya que llevamos a una bebé. Lo otro encontré fue muy caro un omelette que compre de jamón y queso solamente, lo sirven en un plato con otras cosas pero sumamente costoso $21. Siempre que me quedo en Hoteles compró omelette y es el más costoso que he comprado. Con excepción de esas dos cosas todo lo demás y el servicio fueron agradables.

    The customer service from the security guards, maids, receptionists, and the entire staff was superb. They make you feel like you're part of the family! I would certainly stay here over and over just because of the great experience, comfort, and a detailed, hiqh quality approach to cleanliness.

    The hotel is beautiful and clean and staff was efficient. But there is no food offered, the restaurant is closed and they don’t even serve a continental breakfast for the high price tag you pay. You also have to pay for parking daily- almost 12 dollars additional. The pool, water chorritos and jacuzzi water were very cold and my daughter was not able to enjoy herself during our stay.

    Decided to eat breakfast lunch and dinner outside the facility due to limited choices as well as lack of value and cost of food versus compared to outside merchants on where they offer more choices and more variety for better prices. They charge for parking, I think they should charge parking to guests who are not staying the night at the hotel, it just doesn’t make any sense for charging $12 a night for parking each night stay and does not seem fair. Roads and access to the facility need to be improved overall and does give the impression that is not going to be done at all. This makes decrease the value of this facility overall and affects the value and quality overall of what’s been offered from this hotel. A lot needs to be improved in order to consider staying here ever again.

    The hotel is in a great location, the room was clean, comfortable with all necessary bathroom stuff, refrigerator, tv, iron, hair blower, and coffee maker. A big and very comfortable bed! The restaurant food was good. Beautiful pool. The only thing I missed was a large lobby space and mini store, but I hope it was take into consideration in the remodeling.
