  Un conte de fée intemporel. Chambres magnifiques, service impeccable, souci du détail. Il a sans aucun doute la plus belle vue sur Cortina et les Dolomites d'Ampezzo. Également recommandé uniquement pour les bars et restaurants, ouverts aux clients externes !

  The Cristallo is a beautiful iconic hotel situated overlooking the town of Cortina and the majestic Dolomites. Built in 1902, this hotel has been meticulously maintained and has everything the modern traveller could want. Divine rooms, wonderful views and a spectacular pool and spa setup. What makes the Cristallo really special is the staff, however. Nothing is too much trouble, and we found all of the staff to be fun and highly engaged.

  We both agreed to have had one of the best holidays in our life so far! Besides the beautifully elegant hotel with its amazing view, the staff is probably one of the best trained and for sure one of most honestly welcoming we have seen in our (numerous) travels so far - consistent high service quality in all stations. Just as an example, in the end we happened to stay in all nights, since the dinner options were absolutely competitive and the chef de rang plus team gave us the feeling of being personal guests in their house. Another example are the two concierges, which have such an exceptional and genuine can-do mentality. Just as a routine task, it seemed, they organized a full package of ski tickets, equipment and shuttles to the main lifts. All this sincere friendliness and an eye for little personal preferences, like the hot-sauces for breakfast for my Mexican wife, you might expect in a place where you have been several times, but no. It was our first visit, we booked with Bonvoy points, we did not make any big fuzz at the arrival, and I have currently not a particular high status. We understood that the hotel is going through some incremental adjustments due to the upcoming Olympics in Cortina and a change in ownership. We can just say, whatever you enhance, do not touch the spirit of the team. Cristallo Cortina is now on the list for our annual ski trip!

  Personnel au top. Ouvrage extraordinaire. Vous respirez la plus belle histoire de Cortina mais avec un glamour général qui est en même temps moderne. Tout est pris en charge dans les moindres détails de la réception aux salutations finales. On se sent toujours chez soi, choyé de mille attentions. Vraiment félicitations à tous. Court séjour avec toute ma famille mais inoubliable.

  Cortina vit, comme d'autres lieux de splendeurs passées.... cuisine en dessous de 5 étoiles, sinon tout est pris en charge. Un week-end si vous voulez, c'est largement suffisant, pour des amis qui sont restés 5 jours, j'étais bien 3 fois.. C'est mon idée.

  Amazing hotel at the top of the Cortina. The hotel has outdoor or covered parking for a fee. Already at the entrance, the hotel staff (and especially the wonderful Canio) take care of everything you need to make your vacation pampering and perfect. There is a shuttle during most hours of the day from the hotel to the town and back. The rooms were very spacious, amazingly clean. There are lots of toiletries waiting in the shower. The cleaning staff cleans twice a day, including changing towels and soft bathrobes, leaving candies and cookies for each guest and placing new water bottles in the room! The dining room overlooks an mesmerizing view, the wonderful staff surrounds you and takes care of all your requests (coffee, eggs to choose from, breads and more and more). The serving is elegant, luxurious with silverware and beautiful tablecloths. The spa is without a doubt the highlight: new, modern, shiny and spacious and so comfortable. The spa has a large pool, seating area facing the view, a large Jacuzzi, a dry sauna complex, and smart chilling rooms (by wind, water at temp and various currents). We spent the Corona period - we had to announce our arrival, we had two hours to use the spa facilities. Once you arrive - comfortable and sanitized beds are waiting for you, and each person is served glasses with various teas, hot water, a bag of dried fruit and almonds. Canio stood out in particular - ready to give details, help, take care of everything you need: from ordering a corona test, transportation to the city, offering hiking trails and restaurants. Everything is done happily, with great knowledge and always with a smile! Such a person is a significant asset to the hotel.

  Location is fantastic, staff is excellent across the board. My only real issue was with some of the design choices in the rooms. WAY too many curtains blocking the amazing views and way too much furniture. The shower was some 1990's jacuzzi thing begging you to fall getting into it.

  Une expérience terrible pour le moins, personnel impoli sinon absent. Le petit-déjeuner a été un cauchemar les deux jours de mon séjour, non seulement parce que les serveurs ne m'ont pas du tout considéré, mais trois quarts d'heure se sont écoulés entre le moment de la commande et l'arrivée du cappuccino. Les chambres ont été nettoyées superficiellement en fait le soir même à mon retour les tasses à café bues le matin étaient toujours au même endroit où je les ai laissées. Un épisode absurde a été la commande passée dans la salle, pour un total de 3 apéritifs très médiocres sinon édulcorés, qui sont arrivés 30 minutes après la commande, avaient un prix absurde pour leur qualité. Je déconseille à tous ceux qui veulent profiter du luxe d'un tel hôtel de changer d'hôtel pour y séjourner.

  Love the stay very much. Clean, spacious, and comfortable room. Great services and very nice friendly staff. Everywhere almost in the hotel you can experience the great view of Dolomites. Great location supported by shuttle bus if you don’t want to make little walk to the town. Nice fitness Center with nice size of pool heated.

  Magnifique hôtel de style traditionnel autrichien. Et surtout: un service charmant, disponible et non-intrusif tout au long de notre séjour, et ce malgré les défis supplémentaires résultant de la crise COVID. Le personnel nous a chouchouté tout le long de notre séjour. Si d'aventure vous songez à séjourner à Cortina, nous vous recommandons l'établissement. Onéreux certes, mais à la hauteur d'un établissement de luxe!

  Service is a disaster in the breakfast area. They get everything wrong for every table. We saw it happen about 10 times in the space of an hour. The location is beautiful but the hotel is kitschy and bizarre. For example they have ropes blocking the access to the elevators. Why, I don’t know. I removed them twice but they come back. We left a day early.

  Séjourner dans cet hôtel est quelque chose de spécial à bien des égards : le service vraiment supérieur à la moyenne du personnel - que ce soit à la réception/concierge, au restaurant/bar, à la piscine ou à la navette pour aller en ville. Les chambres et la vue sont uniques. La mise en place des mesures d'hygiène Covid complète et exemplaire.

  Cristallo is a gorgeous property with even better hotel staff. Our group of seven were acomodated like family when we were stuck making last-minute plans to visit, and then stay in, Cortina. The hotel itself has incredible alpine charm with the absolute best views of the alps. The breakfasts were just fantastic - I am not sure I have eaten a better morning meal in my life. The spa area with classic alpine sauna show was just spectacular. If I'm ever in Cortina again, I will absolutely be staying at Cristallo.

  Malheureusement, cela ne vaut pas l'argent qu'ils demandent à mon avis! Chambres toujours dérangées par les femmes de ménage qui font le ménage toute la journée impossible de se reposer l'après-midi !! Quel petit déjeuner médiocre dans un tel hôtel (il semble que la folie)))) !!! Mais .... très déçu aussi pour le parking payant?! Belle piscine .... pour s'améliorer!

  Je ne pense pas qu'on puisse dire autre chose qu'ENCHANTEMENT. Nous avons séjourné dans la suite. Vue incroyable sur le Cristallo. La pièce est soignée dans les moindres détails, du bois partout. A votre arrivée, vous êtes accueilli dans votre chambre avec une lettre de bienvenue et un cadeau du chef. Si vous souhaitez vous rendre au centre de cortina, il existe un service de navette gratuit qui vous conduira au centre. Le spa est splendide, grand et bien entretenu. Le bain à remous extérieur et la piscine intérieure avec un mur de verre sont incroyables. Le personnel est très gentil et toujours disponible, vous avez même la possibilité de choisir entre différents types d'oreillers pour dormir. Dernier point mais non le moindre, le check-out se fait jusqu'à 12h, avec la possibilité d'utiliser le SPA même le dernier jour. Il y a aussi le service de coiffure Aldo Coppola et une salle de sport ouverte 24h/24. Une expérience de rêve à renouveler à chaque fois que vous en avez l'occasion. Toutes nos félicitations.

  We'd never been to Cortina before, and our experience thanks to the Cristallo could not have been better. The concierges are tremendously helpful in booking great local restaurants and their recommendations were all excellent, each very different. They also helped guide us on finding hikes and walks all of which provided tremendous views and the right amount of effort. And coming back to hang out in the pool area, steam and sauna was a very nice way to end each day. Also, don't miss the beetroot risotto in the restaurant.

  We stayed here to celebrate our wedding and honeymoon. I also have Marriott status that guarantees room upgrade upon availability. When checking in we were told they had no availability for upgrades. But that wasn’t really true. They put us in the Frank Sinatra suite BUT when walking us into the room they specifically locked the doors to the 2 extra rooms of the suite so that we would remain in the same category we booked. I asked why we couldn’t enjoy the extra space of the suite if no one else was using it and they basically just laughed off my question and didn’t give an answer. I spoke to several of staff at reception as the shifts changed throughout our stay and asked if the other rooms of the suite still had not been rented and if they could open them up to us for our room upgrade not to mention as a simple courtesy for our wedding/honeymoon. I basically got the same non-answer from all the staff. I was told the rooms were unoccupied for our entire stay but they would not open the doors to let us enjoy any more of the suite. So we remained in the room category booked all while feeling pretty insulted.

  We stayed in August, so can't speak to the ski-access, but this resort was wonderful and exceeded our expectations! The rooms matched the decor of the town, and the service was excellent.   The Cristallo is a total gem nestled in the Dolomites. My husband and I enjoyed 3 nights there this summer and the service was over the top. The staff on all fronts is so friendly, welcoming and warm. The breakfast buffet is enormous and delicious. The bar and terrace are dreamy. I could sit there for hours enjoying a cocktail and breathing the crisp mountain air. The pool and spa were excellent. We can't wait to go back.

  With all there is to do in Northern Italy - do it while staying at the Cristallo. We'll plan our future trips to Italy around the experience of the Cristallo. Rarely do I feel that the cost was equal to the experience. Not only was it worth the cost, but it was worth significantly more then I paid and the Cristallo is not budget lodging.

  We brought our family to Cortina d'Ampezzo to experience the place my husband lived, worked, and fell in love with almost 20 years ago. We can see why he loves it so much! The town is amazing, and the Cristallo allowed us to enjoy it in luxury. The staff was unparalleled, and the accommodations were perfect for our young family. Our kids declared it their favorite hotel in the world! We'll be back!

  Hôtel historique, très bel emplacement, certainement le plus célèbre et le plus fascinant des quelques hôtels 5 étoiles de Cortina. Les suites et le spa sont un peu vieillots et auraient besoin d'être rafraîchis. Un personnel amical et attentif à chaque besoin des clients, des suites équipées de nombreux équipements, voire un set de courtoisie avec des produits de qualité, des chocolats de bienvenue, un mini bar adéquat...

  Emplacement fabuleux! J'ai demandé des informations sur l'entrée du SPA et ils m'ont fait faire un tour pour me montrer la structure et les services. Je n'ai pas utilisé le service, mais le personnel était très gentil et serviable. Le soir même, j'ai choisi de dîner avec un ami au restaurant Gazebo. Service et nourriture absolument 5 étoiles. Un merci spécial à M. Tommaso pour nous avoir accueillis et choyés tout au long du dîner, et au maître d'hôtel Luigi pour le service emballé. Petite note discordante le serveur du piano-bar, visiblement altéré, qui après nous avoir demandé et sachant que nous étions de Venise, nous a fait mille cajoleries puis nous a snobés et nous a traités avec dédain alors que nous demandions simplement comment nous rendre hors du parking compte tenu de la présence d'un bar mobile. Un épisode qui n'influe cependant pas sur l'expérience absolument positive ! Recommandé!

  Nous n'avons passé qu'une nuit à l'hôtel Cristallo, mais nous avons été globalement très agréablement surpris. Le balcon de notre chambre offrait une vue fantastique et la chambre offrait également toutes sortes de commodités. Le SPA et la piscine sont particulièrement remarquables, car ils sont très élaborés et magnifiquement conçus. Le dîner et le petit déjeuner étaient bons et rien à redire sur le service. Le grand garage au niveau du sol offre un abri sécurisé pour les voitures de sport. Conclusion : nous serions ravis de revenir.

  Our stay at the Cristallo Hotel was lovely and memorable. The hotel itself is beautiful - we enjoyed sitting on the patio, swimming in the gorgeous pool, and relaxing in our room with beautiful mountain views. Lots of little touches make this hotel so luxurious. The staff and especially the concierge were so helpful and friendly.

  Hôtel splendide, qui mérite amplement ses cinq étoiles. Service très précis. Probablement la meilleure piscine des Dolomites. Il est seulement regrettable que la rénovation ait effacé l'aura d'un grand hôtel historique.

  We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Cristallo. The hotel sits above Cortina and allows beautiful views of the town and mountains; It's a short walk to the centre, although the hotel operates an on-demand shuttle service in both directions. Nice staff, helpful and always smiling. Great Spa and pool, delicious breakfast buffet with a wide range of products. Would come back in a heartbeat.

  Ivana fait danser les yeux sur le tic : via della Spiga, Hôtel Cristallo à Cortina 2 heures 54 minutes et 27 secondes : Alboreto n'est rien. (Donatone, vacances de Noël '83) La distance entre Milan et Cortina est d'environ 410 km VILLENEUVE EST LA PLUS GRANDE ! Gilless Villeneuve a été engagé par l'équipe Ferrari en 1977 et a reçu en avantage une Ferrari 308 gts Châssis numéro 21371, la voiture a été achevée le 30 octobre 1978 (immatriculation MO 439235) et a été utilisée par Villeneuve pour faire la navette entre la Principauté de Monaco, où il avait sa maison, et l'usine de Maranello : environ 430 km. Distance qui, selon le site d'enchères 'RM Sotheby's', "dans des circonstances normales pourrait être parcourue en un peu plus de quatre heures et demie, mais une fois cela a été fait en seulement 2 heures et 25 minutes" par le champion de l'équipe.

  Hôtel magnifique, ressemble à un style autrichien même si je n'ai pas vu les chambres. Luxueux dans les moindres détails et attentif à tous les besoins. Il bénéficie d'une vue panoramique enviable sur Cortina et est peut-être l'hôtel le plus exclusif de la ville au pied des Dolomites.

  尽管我以前体验过很多非常卓越的酒店，但这里的两晚仍然超越了过往所有的经历，成为我平生最棒的一次完美住宿。 完美的意思，就是前台、礼宾、房间、会员待遇、泳池、健身房、餐饮、位置、通勤服务、窗外景观所有这些都没有瑕疵，而且几乎在各方面都远超预期！尤其是全体人员的热情服务，让我真的享受了如天堂般的完美假期，谢谢你们！ 下次，如果再去阿尔卑斯山区旅行（意大利/瑞士/奥地利），就算是绕路我也会专门去这里再住一次的。

  Room request not even remotely upheld. Breakfast offering well below standard and unhealthy. Breakfast service diabolical. When complaints were made during stay, nothing changed. Boot room dire. No apres ski area to welcome guests. Excellent concierge Excellent shuttle service drivers. Pool and jacuzzi too cold. Room furnishings tired and sloppy housekeeping.

  My fiancée and I arrived at night so it was hard to see the grounds but we felt right at home. Once morning came we fell in love with the Cristallo immediately and now we are hoping to have our wedding there next September. The views were gorgeous, the rooms fantastic, the staff, restaurants, and other facilities were all top-notch. We will definitely be repeat visitors.

  Hôtel fort sympathique aux infrastructures haut de gamme ( Spa , piscine, ...) La vue de ma chambre était superbe et le petit-déjeuner se compose d'un énorme buffet. Pour ceux qui veulent skier, il y a une navette pour les emmener aux remontées mécaniques car l'hôtel n'est pas situé sur les pistes.
