(98 Avis)unsmiling sad staff at the reception, queues for breakfast for eggs (this is the only hot meal!), after skiing there is no one in the ski room, there is not enough staff in general, a snack in the bar 3 dishes for two for almost 2 hours, when you turn on the jacuzzi in the room, dirt comes out of the holes, the service is terrible, it is clear that they save a lot on staff...
