  We enjoyed our stay at the Rodeway in- except for the first 45 minutes, which were spent waiting in line behind 3 other customers just to check in. The room itself was spacious, clean and comfortable. The front desk check in/check out procedures were terrible.

  I called for the shuttle from the airport for a free pickup. The phone was busy twice. The third time I got through and explained why I was calling. The woman put me on hold. I waited for 5 minutes, then the call was dropped. I took a cab to the hotel for $25. The hotel is also in bad need of upgrading.

  We used this hotel when we cruised because it gave us the option to shuttle from the airport and to the cruise terminal. Very well organized with over 300 people in the morning needing shuttles to the cruise terminals and to the airport

  If you like listening to the hotel operations manager (I don’t know if this guy was the manager but he surely acted like it) insult a captive audience in line checking into the hotel with his hateful political views, this place is for you. After being told to stop, he persisted. We don’t need divisive political diatribe spewing from anyone, let alone a hotel employee. We will not be back to Rodeway Inn.

  Great service and good area. Love the animal seating. The property is well maintained and lovely flowers. Would love a tiki bar as the only place to eat takes over an hour to get meal.

  Would not recommend. Floor was so dirty I needed to wash my feet prior to getting in bed after a shower. Wasted space in the bathroom, and the open shower design is terrible.

  Was just okay for pre-cruise, shuttles were good, restaurant attached was good. Room old and dated, front desk staff were terrible, nothing in walking distance . Price was 250$ per night. Way over priced however you have to accept it as where else will you stay pre-cruise?

  All in all, a nice hotel. The personnel were friendly, the rooms were updated since our past stay, the rooms were clean, the neutral area was pleasant, the person directing the travel to the cruise lines was very helpful, and funny !!.

  Every person I talked to who worked at the motel was very friendly and nice. When we booked online we didn’t think this would be a motel. They definitely need an update to the rooms, some of the tables in our room had large chips and dents in them as well. Wouldn’t mind the cost of the room if it was updated. That being said the room was clean.

  When we arrived at the airport we waited 1.5 hours for our shuttle. The girl answering the phones seemed to hate her job. She was rude and hung up on me. We got there 20 minutes before check in but had to pay $20 for a early check in. That was crazy since the room was already clean. We went to the restaurant and every singe table still had food and dishes on them. Flies everywhere! The only good thing was the server was very sweet and she seemed overwhelmed and under staffed. After we ate we went to the lobby to get towels, again everyone there seemed to hate their job. The manager made a cringey comment asking why I would want to cover up my beautiful body with a towel. Overall I’d give this place a half of star just for the sweet server. I will definitely not be back and tell everyone who will listen not to stay at Rodeway!

  The only question I asked when I booked this hotel was "I need a non-smoking room". I was ensured that all their rooms were non-smoking. Yet I received the most horrendous smoking room I ever encountered. They did give me a second room which was much better but still had an odd odor. The manager attempted to downplay the smoking room issue.

  I’ve stayed 3 times in this hotel, the location is great is you’re taking a cruise for a pre/ after night. Shuttle to and from the airport excellent. Is my first choice every time i visit Fort Lauderdale.

  Never coming back. Everything about my first impressions of this property was negative. They wanted $30 to allow us to check in 2 hours early. To an empty room. That was already available & ready. No thanks. We were asked to give a $100 deposit for "damages". I don't mind the deposit, but at 70 & 67 - did we really look like we were going to do "damage"? I had to look around at who else was on property that might be causing all the "damage". Were we in a dangerous area? Then there was the sick employee in the rest room who we later saw in the restaurant walking out a slab of raw ribs from the kitchen to fill at the pop machine?! Not a stellar endorsement for the food! I only drank the beer - which was fine! The shuttle was nice. Guests must show up 15 min early. The driver rolls up 30 seconds before it's supposed to leave. It's a nail-biter.

  When you're spending that kind of money on a motel type room the staff should at least try to make you feel welcomed. We stayed twice and both times had to ask for towels as they didn't supply enough for all guests in the room. I'd rather spend my money some place where people appreciate my business.

  This hotel offered me a check in time that was unavailable because they did not have the rooms cleaned when I arrived. I left my number with the front desk and was assured I would get a call when there was a room available. I waited an hour before going back up to the first thing I hear being the receptionist telling another guest they currently have several rooms available, meaning they never called like they said and who knows how long I would have been waiting if I hadn't gone back up. I was yelled at by another traveler in line because the receptionist told me to stand behind the next person and had no help or intervention from the receptionist to confirm I had been told to stand there. I was refused a reduced rate even though the hours I was paying for were not what I was being given. When I got to the room the bed sheets were still damp and disgusting to lay in. The shuttle was late and the driver missed my terminal and had to circle back. I would have never stayed here if I knew rooms weren't available at the listed check-in time or that I wouldn't be given the option to have a reduced rate for not only the inconvenience of having to wait but not even being contacted as soon as a room became available even though I had already checked in. Horrible experience, this place should not be in business.

  Awful place to stay. There was a giant biker party - out front until 1130. 500ppl strong. This is a weekly event. I would not repeat not suggest anyone stay here. Front desk staff was slow and hard to hear due to ask the noise. Music blasting motorcycles revving. I almost didn't stay and was ready to forfeit my money

  Microwave did not work. Heater did not work on cold days. Bed was very noisy. Refrigerator was very noisy. Clam chowder was horrible Hamburger was spoiled meat Maintenance was prompt Waitress were friendly Front desk made me wait until my room was inspected Before returning 100.00 deposit after I spent about 2k. Bed leg fell off. People arquing in room next door at 6am. Time to find a different hotel

  My wife and I stayed two nights at a cost of $430. The room was so disgustingly filthy I had to scrub the floor to feel safe. The front desk did nothing about it when I brought it to their attention, and that's when I decided to scrub the floor on my hands and knees. several pieces of broken glass were also scattered throughout the room. For $430 you would at least expect it to be clean and sanitized. Not Happy!

  Overall good experience. Appreciate the Park, Sleep, Fly option as well as having an in-house restaurant for meals. Staff were friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable and quite basic in decor.

  Have stayed here before but something must have changed. Our room was filthy, big crack in the front window, door lock not working, floor and mirror filthy, dresser drawer wouldn’t open and used soap in shower. Don’t think I will return to Ft Lauderdale cruise and airport Rodeway again. Really went downhill from stay in Feb.

  Wait at front desk extremely long while they are on phone. Tried to eat at attached restaurant. Over an hour wait before I was told they couldn’t fix my sandwich and to order something else. We interacted twice with our waitress. Didn’t even walk by booth. We were presented with the full bill after over two hours for two sandwiches and a bowl of soup. In two hours we received more water once.

  The people were incredible! Everyone was very friendly, and quick to attend to whatever we needed. The property was recently renovated, although the furniture was showing it's age. There was someone cleaning the grounds constantly.

  We stayed at this hotel waiting for our cruise to leave -the staff were excellent very helpful both front desk room and restaurant. The room did leave something to be desired it felt dirty and it had a very strong musty smell -shoes were necessary in room as it would make your socks filthy. The gentleman who organized the shuttle to the bus was incredibly helpful and kept everybody upbeat

  In a great location close to Port and the airport. The shuttle service was great. Check in takes too long, and the lobby backs up with people. The room smelled strongly of cigarette smoke and the floors were dirty. Furniture in the room was very worn and badly stained.

  Room was clean and acceptable. Even though I had reservations, they still took 15 mins to check in. The guy at the front desk was rude and condescending. Told us we couldn't park in the Choice Privileges parking even though he acknowledged us as members. They also charge a $100 deposit and photo copy your card and ID.

  L'hôtel est très confortable, il dispose des équipements nécessaires pour passer de bonnes vacances mais je ne le choisirais certainement pas pour des vacances avec des enfants, car il y a des gens qui restent longtemps et parfois ils fument ou boivent à l'extérieur des chambres. L'hôtel facture des frais de service et une assurance de 100 USD pour tout dommage dans les chambres, il n'est donc pas recommandé de faire la fête à l'intérieur. L'hôtel est vraiment loin de tout point d'intérêt, mais il dispose d'une navette ou bien vous pouvez demander UBER ou LIFT et ils viennent vous chercher devant la réception. De même, l'hôtel dispose d'un bar restaurant, mais je pense que c'est un peu cher pour ce qu'il propose.

  Nos hospedamos una noche previa a tomar un crucero, el hotel tiene transporte del aeropuerto y al día siguiente hacia el puerto para tomar el crucero, todo muy organizado ya que la mayoría que se hospeda ahí parece que va a cruceros, incluye el desayuno que cumple con la expectativa sencilla de algo temprano, las habitaciones se ven viejitas pero en buen estado y las camas están cómodas, tiene refrigerador y micro ondas en la habitación y un restaurante decente para comer o cenar, también hay varias opciones de comida y tiendas de conveniencia caminando unos 25 minutos del hotel, la ubicación es perfecta ya que está muy cerca del aeropuerto y del puerto, los dos aproximadamente a 10 minutos, el personal muy amable y me gustó mucho lo organizado y fácil que hacen todo para transportarnos al puerto, nosotros salimos de FLL, pero también vi que tienen shuttle a MIA por un costo. Lo recomiendo

  This is a budget friendly hotel for those heading out or coming back from a cruise from Port Everglades. The rooms were clean, the beds were very comfortable and the staff were friendly and accommodating. The free shuttles to and from the airport and to the port definitely add to the value. It is a shame that the only restaurant nearby is attached to the hotel, and the gift shop prices were a little on the high side for any of those items you forgot to bring. All in all, I would stay again if cruising from the port as the pros definitely outweigh the cons.

  Fantastique à cet hôtel, tout se déroule au quart de tour: navire gratuité depuis l’aéroport FLL, accueil, petit déjeuner gratuit et navette gratuite vers le navire de croisière. Prix très compétitif, endroit propre! Quoi demander de plus?

  Trouver un hôtel avec des chambres rénovées incluant le petit déjeuner, piscine et les transferts aéroport-hôtel-croisière à un prix abordable avant une croisière, je recommande cet endroit. De plus, ils offrent la possibilité de louer une chambre pour une journée si votre vol est tard en soirée.

  Les chambres sont plutôt grandes et bien équipées : grande TV écran plat, micro-ondes, frigo, plateau thé/café, WiFi (gratuit). La literie est confortable. Le petit déjeuner (compris dans le prix) est bien garni : pain de mie, scones, muffins, bagels, gaufres, œufs durs (pas bons), fruits, céréales, jus de fruits, café, thés, lait, yaourts, beurre, confiture, ... Par contre le ménage laisse vraiment à désirer. Dans la chambre mon mari a marché en chaussettes (blanches) seulement quelques secondes et ses chaussettes sont devenues littéralement noires ! Le sol n'avait pas du être lavé depuis un sacré bout de temps, il y avait aussi des cheveux par terre. La piscine (chauffée) aurait pu être vraiment agréable s'il n'y avait pas eu un dépôt bizarre à la surface de l'eau et des cheveux qui flottaient. Enfin, le restaurant de l'hôtel est vraiment A FUIR, c'est une catastrophe !!!! Le service est médiocre et la nourriture (chère) n'est pas fraîche et mal cuisinée. Mon mari a pris un "fish and chips" et il a été malade toute la nuit (certainement à cause de la sauce mayonnaise qui ne devait pas être du jour). Quand à moi j'ai pris des aubergines au parmesan qui n'étaient pas cuites !!! Ne dépensez pas votre argent ici !

  Bien situé pour: offres navettes gratuites pour le port et aéroport. Il vient nous chercher à l'aéroport. Sur place rien autour et à fort lauterdale ya pas de transport en commun efficace. Par chance il y a une piscine. Déjeuner inclut, c'est bon pour une nuit.

  Hôtel idéalement situé (à 10mn de l'aéroport), chambre spacieuse et propre, personnel de chambre agréable. Grande piscine et eau tiède c'est bien appréciable ! Le petit déjeuner est bien fourni (bagels, gaufres/pancakes à faire soi même, café, jus divers etc..). Malgré une grande route à proximité, aucune nuisance sonore dans les chambres. Nous y avons séjourné 7 nuits en mai 2018.

  Depuis environ 10 mois , le service est devenu tout autre. La piscine n'est plus chauffée dutout, ni éclairée le soir. Les salles de bains refaites n'offrent aucune ergonomie. Aucun endroit pour déposer les produits lorsque l'on prend une douche. La température de l'eau change constamment. Propreté limite, c'était très bruyant lors de leur travaux. Ça semble plus calme maintenant. Sauf pour besoin de navettes, le prix n'est plus justifié.
