  Easy to reserve and check in. Clean upon entry but odd odor in the room and hallway. Need more towels. The room was not cleaned after first night. At least empty the trash, clean bathroom, and provide clean towels.

  Our quick stop in Lebanon resulted from an unexpected drive home to Lubbock, TX from NYC after the Southwest Airlines cancellation debacle of Christmas 2022. We found this hotel to be accommodating and clean with friendly staff. Exactly what you would expect from a Holiday Inn Express.

  My daughter and I stayed here for a quick overnight before a shopping trip to Opry Mills mall in Nashville. The price was great and at least $20-$40 cheaper than anywhere closer to the mall (this location is ~ 30 minutes from there). All the employees we encountered were very friendly (I don't remember the front desk clerk's name but the breakfast attendants were Joanne and Bernadette). The room and bathroom were very clean and the bed was comfortable. The breakfast was very good and had plenty of choices. We would definitely stay here again.a

  Breakfast was good, I enjoyed the quality of food. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean and well stocked. I had no issues with the noise level, the hotel was quiet all night and I was able to sleep I disturbed.

  Property was clean, rooms were clean, and the breakfast area was very good, the gal was hustling to keep items at the breakfast bar. Our only problem was there was not enough hot water for two people to adequately take a shower.

  Breakfast is free and many choices available. Staff were friendly and helpful and went out of the way to make sure we did not need anything. Exercise room was clean and equipment worked well. Plenty of parking and easy to get into and out off right off interstate and plenty of businesses nearby.

  I have stayed at this property quite a few times over the years because of its central location to not only Nashville, but the surrounding areas where I have work to complete. The hotel was updated in the last few years, so all of the rooms are fresh, bright, have working USB power outlets and are quite spacious. I am not a fan of the bottles of shampoo/body wash that they installed in the showers, but I think thats an industry trend I wont stop alone or get changed in this review. The breakfast is a pretty standard selection of breakfast meat, premade omelettes and cinnamon rolls. In my last visit, the breakfast was started late, so I had to dash out the door and find something on the road. They usually have a pot of coffee available and hot water for tea throughout the day.

  The staff is friendly and really helpful with using the business center. When the elevator had a problem with going to the top floor, the hotel was very quick with getting a technician there to fix it.

  I liked everything about this property except one simple thing. The entrance driveway signage was not as clear as it could be. After a long travel day, that one entrance signage could have helped me. Other than this, this could be the best Holiday Inn Express I have ever stayed in. I have gone to many of them and I do not give this statement lightly.

  My girls and I joined my husband on a business trip. While he worked, we lounged in the pool, went shopping, and enjoyed the free breakfast. The girls loved using the pancake machine and watching it grill up the pancakes. We enjoyed the pool and had a great time to rest and rejuvenate… while he worked. Highly recommended!

  Our overall experience was good. We were primarily in the hotel in the evening and at night. It was quiet, we did not hear traffic noise or noise down the hall, doors slamming or ice machines. All of the staff were friendly and helpful. The location was good for our family gathering. We would choose this holiday inn again.

  I have always enjoyed staying at Holiday hotels, the beds are comfortable and the atmosphere is very relaxing, plus the Single serve coffee maker is the best, I bring my own k-cups and really enjoy it. I don’t remember ever having a bad visit to one of their hotels. When I do get a chance to have breakfast their it has always been fabulous and plenty of choices to choose from for whichever breakfast food you enjoy. Hard working people work their and I thank them for their hard work and dependability.

  Great location and facilities. The hotel was updated and very clean. The mattresses were comfortable and we liked that they gave a couple of pillow options. The pool wasn't huge but it was clean and in good shape. The breakfast was really good for a self serve. The kids loved the pancake machine!

  Positive: The cleanliness and reliability of the name Holiday Inn Express was what I liked best. My only complaint was some visible mold on the bottom of the tub tile. A little bleach will usually take care of that. Negative: See above regarding the mention of mold--minor though!

  Clean room, comfortable bed, friendly staff. The only negative about the room was the air conditioner. When we were awake and watching tv, we didn't notice the sound. But as we were trying to go to sleep, the ac made weird, rather loud sounds as if it were cycling through settings but could never stay in one mode. It was just annoying and made it a little difficult to go to sleep. However, the room temperature was nice and comfortable. Location was very convenient to great restaurants and our destination.

  One of the better hotels I've been in for quite some time. The location is right off the highway with plenty of food and shopping options nearby. The parking lot seems to be a little tricky to find but easy to navigate after one trip in. The room was clean and comfortable. Will definitely book again.

  The hotel is located conveniently off the highway and near dining, fuel, and local attractions. I was able to drive into Nashville quickly and avoid the traffic as most of my work was done outside of the heart of Nashville. The rooms are clean and newer looking, with plenty of space to spread out and be comfortable. The downside to this location is that they have switched over to communal bottles of soaps and stuff and it doesnt look like they clean and refill the bottles regularly. I travel with a spare soap in my toiletries, so I can avoid that, but it isnt my preference.

  The older lady that works front desk is so rude and nosey! She doesn't bother anyone at the hotel but the group of african Americans including I... She enjoys to intimidate me and my friends causing problems about every little thing she could think of. Its just crazy how she can wake up every morning with so much hate in her heart and her coming to work ready to cause an issue with just us and nobody else overall its a nice hotel very clean . But that lady needs a real reality check because she thinks she just can't be touched !

  My husband and I stayed at this location to celebrate our granddaughter's 16th birthday. We were leaving the next morning to have breakfast with family. We were not acknowledged as Rewards members at check in. However, The room was great, the bathroom was very clean and we loved the lounge chair in the room. We read the positive comments about breakfast, and I needed coffee so we came down to take a look. My husband walks over to the area where juices were and over to the left to read the signs that were in front of the food, only to be verbally accosted by "Joann" who yells 'Sir, don't come back here!" He says, I was trying to read the signs. That pretty much ruined a great stay. For her to talk to anyone like that, much less a grandfather like he's her 10 year old, was beyond unacceptable. We won't be returning to this location. Beware of "Joann".

  We stay at this location on our travels through Tennessee. It is conveniently located off of I-40. The facility is very clean and well cared for. The parking is secure and plentiful. The room is very comfortable and we slept very well. All amenities in the room worked as expected. There are a variety of restaurants located nearby

  Good value for a pretty nice hotel. We arrived very late in the day and my wife mentioned to me that she could use a cup of coffee. The gentleman at the front desk offered to make us a pot of coffee. Something he didn’t have to do, but it was much appreciated . Overall the staff from the front desk to the people who clean the rooms were 5 star.

  comfortable beds, blinds that actually blocked outside lights. pillowcases that told firm or soft, bathroom had no hair dryer, but had extra towel set for drying hair. Room was surprisingly quiet (until someone on floor above dropped a bowling ball on the floor around 2 am). Funky odor made closet unusable.

  This was a big weekend for my entire family - My son was getting married and we all got rooms on the 5th floor - the convenience was awesome - the continental breakfast was way more than I expected - the staff was so nice to all of us - the location was great for last minute items or things we just forgot to pack.   This is a great Holiday Inn. Unfortunately, (like all the hotels in the Lebanon area) it's very close to the interstate and the road noise in the rooms is pretty noticeable regardless if your on the near or far end of the hotel from the interstate. The breakfast room was pretty great! It might have been for Covid, but they had staff put items of interest on your plate (rather like the old Morrison restaurants). This was much nicer than at other Holiday Inns where staff watch patrons serve themselves. I'd stay here again! Rooms were very nice.

  We were on the 5th floor and we are both retired senior citizens over 65. When the ONLY elevator broke in the evening of our first stay, we complained to the desk staff person. She told us it is not her fault (with an attitude) and said she would call for a repair. What troubled us was her lack of concern for our condition and having to walk up 5 flights of stairs. Check in was also poorly handled. Most hotels offer free water at their checkin. We were told we could but our water from the hotel store. Note: we have stayed at several Holiday inns in the past 3 weeks. No problems with the others and free water.

  We checked in late and left early the next day and really just needed a place to sleep. After being on the road for 12 hours that day, it was great to get to the hotel, be greeted by a friendly staff member, arrive in a clean, well maintained room, and settle in for the night in a comfortable bed. In the morning, the breakfast selection was excellent and tasted great! A definite bonus to staying here!

  I absolutely LOVE the whole bedding experience at this hotel! The pillows, sheets, mattress are perfect! Best sleep ever! The only things that I feel could make it better is to have more towels in the bathroom. We had to ask for more. They only put two towels in the rooms. Two people need at least three towels because most women use one to put their hair up in after showering. Also the price is a little high.

  We were very pleased with our Lebanon stay. Our room was clean and quiet. Couldn’t ask for a better sleep. We were especially pleased with the way breakfast is served during this pandemic.. it was similar to their regular menu and a server would hand you your plate once you told him/ her what you wanted. It was not just a grab and go as most of the Holiday Inns were doing. Plexiglass between the server and you help keep you safe from being exposed to the covid. We have stayed in many Holiday Inns in the last 2 weeks and this stay was the best even though we were pleased with all of the holiday inns too. Would definitely come back to the Lebanon one.

  My daughter and I spent 3 nights at this facility and we were not disappointed. The rooms were quiet, clean and comfortable. On the first night we had an issue with the plumbing and they immediately moved us to a different room. I found this to be very accommodating. The staff were very kind and knowledgeable about the area. I plan on returning to Lebanon and when I do I will certainly stay at this facility. TS Edgerley

  Do not stay in room 102. It’s the only room down that hallway; however, the staff closets/rooms, etc. are there and all night long doors were opening and banging closed I’m guessing by staff. Room was somewhat clean but tile needed cleaned. Holiday inn always provides shampoo, conditioner, lotion.....shampoo was NOT the scent what was supposed to be in the bottle, body soap snd conditioner were good. That is one scent I know being a rewards member! Breakfast was good. Staff were friendly.

  My stay was for a gymnastics competition for my daughter It was all that I could ask for especially during this pandemic. The proper CDC safety measures were in place and were being followed by the hotel. The front desk attendant was nice and helpful. My room was clean and the bed was comfy. I highly recommend this hotel!

  Really liked this hotel. It had the best bathroom I’ve encountered in a long, long time. Nice and clean room too. Television swiveled for better viewing, and there were plenty of places to easily plug in items on the nightstand. It’s not the most comfortable room for more than one person to sit at a time though (this is standard throughout the hotel industry). I hate the tall beds. When you are arthritic, have other physical issues, it’s very hard sometimes to even get in bed. It’s impossible to be able to sit comfortably on the side of the bed while the other occupant is sitting in the desk chair. The small chair in the corner is useless and not very comfortable.

  Great staff. The place was very clean and had in place a variety of protocols to combat the spread of covid. It has a nice beverage and snack selection area, plenty of café style seating, an indoor pool and gym. The room was in excellent condition and the value for the stay was good. I stayed for three days and taught classes from my room which included a chaise, wide windows, plenty of light, a mini refrigerator, Keurig coffee machine, microwave, wide-screen t.v. and a great selection of channels to choose from. The bathroom was clean and tidy, but the internal fan wasn't enough to prevent the collection of steam during a short shower. The laundry facility was clean but the washing machine and dryer required quarters to operate. A change machine and label somewhere indicating the amount of quarters required would have been convenient, but the front desk did exchange a stack of quarters for a 10 dollar bill. Entrance into the building, room and other areas are accessible by the desk-issued card which made the stay feel safe. The staff was so pleasant and professional that I became a member.

  We stayed in a neighboring hotel for a couple of nights prior to staying here. The cleanliness was way better at the holiday inn and the beds much more comfortable. The breakfast and snack bar was much nicer and even had an attendant to help which the other hotel did not. I would definitely stay here again and probably any other holiday in express. The staff were all very cordial and constantly cleaning which was well appreciated during our stay.

  My husband and I were exhausted at the end of a very long day of driving and once again, counted on Holiday Inn Express for a good night's sleep. This hotel did not disappoint. The parking lot and facade of the building was well lit, clean and bright. The staff had big smiles and a welcoming attitude. Check in was effortless and the price was good with no surprises. Our room was very clean and had all we needed for the night. The bed was especially comfortable with nice, soft linens. We rested well and were ready for the next day. Would stay here again and highly recommend this hotel.

  Everything at this property from the cleanliness to the staff made me feel like I belonged and was welcomed there. Every time I passed a worker, I was greeted with, at a very minimum, a smile. Front desk staff expressed genuine concern for me and my young kids who were traveling with me, especially when the next leg of our journey was delayed and we had to stay an extra night. The beds were amazingly comfortable. Nice selection of pillows with varying firmness, meticulously clean guest rooms and property. No stains or weird spots anywhere - not even in the bathroom. I would not change one thing about my stay, my room, my overall experience, or how I was treated by hotel staff. It honestly felt like I was visiting family. Family that I like!

  As a single woman, arriving to check in after dark I felt very safe and secure in both the parking lot and lobby. After a long days drive, arriving to a clean and comfortable room was just what I needed. Beds and linens were soft and inviting, a wide choice of pillow firmness was a welcomed joy. Bathroom was bright and clean, towels are your standard hotel towels, but the provided soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash and lotion smelled so inviting, I kept my own packed up and used theirs. Breakfast was lovely, a nice variety of choices that seemed to be freshly made and laid out. I only was there for a quick overnight visit, so I was unable to experience anything else this hotel provided, but it did give me the good sleep and rest I needed before my morning appointment and then another 8 hour drive.

  Loved my stay! I have absolutely no complaints about anything. Great front desk service quick and easy. Clean room. Extremely clean bathroom!! Plenty of towels. Great beds very comfortable, pillows are wonderful also. Also for the person that likes to sleep in late and have a dark room the shades are blackout type so my room remained dark after daylight one of my many favorite things about this hotel!!! Will definitely use again if I am in the area
