    With "pardon our dust" signs posted we can look past things like carpet stains and banged up furniture, assuming these things will eventually be replaced. We stayed in room 1200 on the "quiet floor" and looked forward to a good night's sleep after our late flight in. Something is wrong with the motion sensor in this bathroom so the light wouldn't stay off. After several tries of getting up and turning off the light, only to have it pop back on again, we eventually closed the door to at least block the light. However, the exhaust fan ran all night - not the quiet night we were looking for after a long day of travel. The next morning I went to get some ice to help with a splitting headache. Ice machine on floor 12 was not working, so I called front desk to ask where I can get ice. They said floor 10 or floor 11. Ice machine wasn't working on 11 either, after that I gave up. The USB charger on the side of the bed by the phone doesn't work which I didn't realize till morning. Instead of my phone charging all night it was dead in the morning. The airport shuttle running every 30 minutes at the top and bottom of the hour is a disappointing approximation. The front desk says "show up early", yet the shuttle "just left". Not the level of precision we like to travel with. We ended up paying for an Uber which kind of defeats the point of staying at an airport hotel. I book IHG properties exclusively where available because I can usually count on a certain standard of quality. It's not luxury, but usually consistent. This property failed that expectation.

    We stayed here while waiting to board a cruise ship the next day. The main thing that attracted was the proximity to LAX and the free shuttle. They stated the shuttle comes every 30 min. We were waiting outside at the shuttle stop for over an hour. The shuttles to multiple other hotels had passed us over 3x before our hotel shuttle got to us even once. The hotel is 2 miles away and it took the shuttle over an hour to get there. We landed at LAX at 8 and didn’t make it to our hotel room until almost 11:00 pm at night. It was miserable. The next morning we decided to get the breakfast at an astounding $25 per person rate. With tax and tip we paid $32 each. We ate maybe $5 worth of food. The sausage was cold and chewy. It had a weird texture. The eggs were wet and slimy. French toast was hard and you could tell had been sitting out. The only drink available besides coffee and water was orange juice. Overall it was one of the worst hotels and experiences we’ve ever had. The bathroom had hair in the shower and on the toilet. We stayed here for less than 12 hours and we will not be back.

    ホテル自体は改装中であるところもありますが概ね設備や清掃状態も良かったです。今後の利用の方向けに。 - 空港からの行き方 シャトルバスがあるとホテルのサイトに書かれています。 ただ私が到着したTerminal7については言及はありませんでした。実際にはT7の出発階に行けば目印の赤い看板はありました。30分以上待ちましたが(もう一つのホテルと共同運行らしい)運転手さんは気さくで親切でした。 - アメニティ これは海外のホテル全般ですが、スリッパ、歯ブラシ、使い捨てひげそりはありません。 - 飲食 朝ご飯は早いフライトだったので食べていません。 夜遅くまでバー兼カフェが開いていて、コーヒーだけいただきました。 - ランドリー Webに書かれていない注意点として、朝7時くらいから夜10時までしかルームが開いていません。支払いはクレジットカードのみ。洗濯機2台と乾燥機2台、それぞれあまり大きくなく強力ではありませんでした。 - エアコン 旧式でかけたままだと眠れない方もいるかも。

    Let's start with the positive, check-in was OK, and the room was clean and comfortable. Negative: * Phone rang at midnight with someone from the front desk asking for my name and room number. What? I had to be up at 5 am and still have no idea why my phone rang in the middle of the night. * Trucks backing up and beeping all night long. Not sure if there's a business nearby with working trucks or if trucks are unloading at McDonalds and AM/PM that adjoins the hotel. Nonetheless, bring your earplugs. * Parking is horrible and costs $30 plus tax daily. * No signage as to where to park to access the hotel. * No signage as to HOW to access the hotel. * Again, bring your earbuds; a busy roadway abuts the property, and engines rev, and emergency vehicles with sirens buzz by all night. I was on the 6th floor and STILL couldn't sleep due to the noise. * If you're staying for business and need a good night's rest, I do not recommend this IHG location. I've stayed at others in the area that are much better. * As an FYI, this Holiday Inn DOES NOT take pets, which is the only reason I stay at IHG when traveling for business. I enjoy accruing points so that when I travel for personal reasons, my dog can join us. If you have a pet, Torrance Holiday Inn accepts dogs.

    Had actually stayed two nights at this property. We utilized the majority of services minus the pool but took a peek and it looked inviting. I would highly recommend this property for anyone that is looking for a short stay coming into and out of LAX or attending an event nearby at SoFi Stadium. The only thing out of the control of the property was the weather the evening we stayed by thank goodness for the laundry services on site!

    We waited for nearly an hour from LAX and called multiple times to get an ETA, it ultimately never came and we had to call a cab to get there. Luckily, the staff was kind enough and apologetic to comp the room basically. It wasn’t their fault but the shuttle service :/ still incredibly annoying. The building itself is old, and it shows all over the place. The carpets, the rattly elevator, the pixelated pictures they framed, etc. the room was also dated, the shower floor is warped and you can hear it pop/move as you walk around in it. The bed was fine, to say the least, the tv remote was dated. This property just needs an overhaul tbh. Would not recommend to stay here if i can avoid it.

    This hotel is close to the airport and has a friendly staff and a great breakfast. The shuttle service is another story. It was a terrible experience. Waited in the rain for over an hour with my 8 year old daughter only to have the driver pass me up even after I called the front desk and told them where I was waiting. Diamond status didn't seem to matter here except for the free breakfast. The room was fairly clean though very outdated. There was a cigarette stain on the chair and the toilet seat fell off when I lifted it up. The saving grace for the hotel is the friendly staff and great breakfast. I would give it another chance. I'm sure these issues can be fixed.

    The location is close to the airport, so some noise from outside is obvious, but it's still pretty well inside, and it is not bothering at all. The room big enough. The bathroom could be better equipped (the shower works not well). The stuff is funny and friendly. Good parking spot on side.

    Check in by Elena was great. Fast and friendly and Diamond status recognized. No Diamond upgrade at this hotel. The room hit all the basic points without being outstanding in any of them. Good news, the elevator was actually efficient and that's unusual. We stay at airport hotels to get to the airport, right? They failed in every way here, therefore I do not recommend and have already sent out notices to my other elite flyers and my company to avoid Holiday Inn at LAX. Upon check in, I was told the airport shuttle runs every half hour, 24/7. No reservation required. For my 6:00AM flight (flying out at Christmas, so early arrival is mandatory) I calucluated the 4:00AM shuttle would work and I arrived in the lobby slightly later than I anticipated at 3:55AM. I asked the front desk (no name tag) if the shuttle already departed. He said, "the shuttle runs continuously." Ok, but did the 4:00AM suttle leave yet? "It will be here shortly. I said, Great, but what does shortly mean? He said, "The shuttle will be here shortly." I said, "Does shortly mean five minutes or half an hour? he became confused and belligerent. he said, "Shortly means shortly." I said if it is not arriving until 4:30, I'd prefer waiting in my room. He said, "It will come. " I said, "When?" He said, "It runs all the time." I requested he contact the driver to find out. All i wanted to know is if I missed the 4:00AM shuttle. He refused. ZERO SENSE OF HOSPITALITY NOR CONCERN FOR THE GUEST GETTING TO THE AIRPORT! The third-party security guard witnessed this and saw what the front desk employee was foin. he became concerned for my ride. It was about 4:05 and the 4:00 shuttle was nowhere to be found. he started looking out the window and about 4:10 told me, "I see the shuttle. It's sitting at the corner over there. I'm sure it will be here in a few minutes.." He became additinally concerned when at 4:15 he said, "The shuttle is still just sitting there. i don't know what he is doing." He was concerned for the hotel guest, unlike your front desk employee. The 4:00AM shuttle pulled up at 4:20AM. We loaded bags, then we sat there for another 5 minutes. the 4:00AM shuttle left at 4:25AM. The punchline? Your front desk employee retaliated against me for simply asking him about the airport shuttle by refusing me my hotel bill. The End.

    We enjoyed having such a convenient location. The staff was very helpful at allowing us to check in at 7am and keeping our rooms available to us even though we did such a very tardy check in. The breakfast buffet was clean and tasty. All of the staff were cordial and some were friendly.

    We stayed at Holiday Inn LAX for one night. Very convenient location. You're close to the airport and the shuttle runs 24/7, food is on-site and readily available around the hotel, and the staff were excellent. Rooms are large, clean, and well-appointed. The bed was comfortable. Staff/service was excellent. We couldn't have asked for a better stay.

    I spent a night at the Holiday Inn and enjoyed great late night customer service. The hotel lobby was decorated very nicely with a beautiful Christmas tree and the overall ambiance was inviting. My room was clean, the temperature was just right, and there weren't any noisy neighbors or outside disturbances. The breakfast buffet was very delicious with a nice variety of items and friendly servers. Would definitely recommend and stay again!

    This has to be the worst property I have stayed at and I stay in a lot of hotels. The first issue was the electronic check in process didn't allow me to choose my option for the points, breakfast or free drink and it automatically gave me the points. I brought this up to the desk agent and she told me she couldn't do anything about it so I didn't get the breakfast that was $20 per person. The breakfast is the exact same FREE breakfast you get at the Holiday Inn express for FREE! The carpet going to the rooms was the worst I have ever seen, they are stained and coming up, so you can't even roll a suitcase over it. The rooms haven't been painted in years and it shows. The next week we came back and waited on the airport shuttle for over an hour and it is supposed to run every 20-30 minutes. Not sure why it took so long when it was a flight that came in at 2:00 AM.

    Je suis resté deux nuits. J'ai choisi l'hôtel en raison de sa proximité avec l'aéroport. L'hôtel en lui-même est bien. Petit-déjeuner cher (20 $) Je ne pense pas que cela en valait la peine en raison du peu de variété qu'il propose. Étant si grands et accueillant plusieurs groupes de touristes, ils devraient avoir plus de variété. J'ai voyagé seul et à aucun moment je n'ai ressenti d'inconfort ou de peur tant dans l'hôtel que dans les environs. Point pour l'hôtel pour la navette pour l'aéroport.

    Front desk staff very helpful with directions to places to eat recommended Manhattan Beach area. Absolutely loved the restraint recommended and area to watch sunset and eat. Short Uber ride but worth it. Elevator going up to room needed cleaning look like stuff was spilled on walls or just stained. Carpets in hallway going to room was old and dingy Once inside room furnishing we’re new, bed was clean and comfortable. Carpet in room had stains (2) that looked like it was from bleach. Bathroom was very small but clean except vent on wall beside mirror has about 1/2 inch or more of dust looked more like a dryer vent that needs to be cleaned. Poll was outside and you could only access from going through lobby and walking around the corner of building. Laundry room was dirty and dryer bottom was falling apart, I was going to use but changed my mined once I seen the condition of washer and dryers and room. First impression of hotel was not very great as when we arrived in shuttle it was raining and he had come to the hotel we’re it was covered entrance, but then backed up shuttle to spot marked shuttles which was not covered same thing when we left stood outside in the rain with luggage white waiting for shuttle instead of being covered entrance,

    Overall it was a fine experience. We spent a few days in Los Angeles for a brief vacation. The hotel was not too far from the attractions nor was it an issue to car pool. My only comment would be the 3rd hallway. It smelled like chlorine. Also, our bathroom in the room had marks on the wall. But still, not a bad stay

    La pression de l'eau dans la salle de bain est un peu faible et la température de l'eau n'est pas assez élevée. Lorsqu'il y a beaucoup de monde, le bus de l'aéroport doit attendre longtemps, pensez donc à réserver du temps. Quelques jours plus tard, je suis resté à nouveau, les pommes de douche de la première chambre étaient hors service. La réception a vérifié et changé une nouvelle chambre pour moi, merci pour cela. Mais les pommes de douche de la deuxième chambre ne fonctionnaient toujours pas bien, la température de l'eau n'était pas stable et qui fuit comme sur la photo.

    For what I spent on my four day stay, this hotel was worth every penny to me. From the front desk to the room itself everything was extremely convenient and helpful. I had 0 issues and with McDonald’s and car rentals surrounding the area, it’s a good place to set you up for your stay regardless of how long you’re there for.

    The room was a good size with all you would need to ensure your trip goes as smooth as possible. For those needing to get to sleep the room was fitted with a complete black out blind allowing total darkness to aid much needed sleep. All items available such as shower gel, shampoo and other toiletries. The room air conditioning is centrally controlled and not too noisy. A good selection of TV channels. The only area, where an improvement could be made is breakfast. I feel there could have been a better selection. All staff members went above and beyond.

    Property that really shows its age. Although the rooms have been updated in the last 10 years the hallways and common areas could use a refurbish. Hotel staff was accommodating after we waited 10-15 minutes for our room even though we were the only guests checking in. A bit chaotic. Staff did offer free breakfast but we had an early flight and could not use.

    This hotel is in a great location. We like to go walking and it felt safe to walk along the street in front of the hotel. There were several restaurants within walking distance (McDonald’s, Denny’s, Carl’s Jr.) and the airport was just a few blocks further. The hotel provides free shuttle service to the airport and the van was outside about every 1/2 hour. I would recommend this hotel to others needing a place close to the airport.

    I enjoyed my stay. The rest was great and I was able to relax in a clean comfortable environment as my sisters enjoyed the show they bought tickets for. Due to personal health reasons I was unable to go to the show myself so I relaxed in the room for 4-5 hours in comfort. I fully enjoyed the time I had to myself in the room. the only thing I wish to add is that the breakfast may or may not be free depending on if you get a voucher. My booking site stated I would have a free breakfast in the ad, but it did not apply to the booking when it went through to the hotel. I assume this is either because the site hasn't been updated or I needed to be more vigilant when booking and interacting with staff to discuss the breakfast. To be honest I don't usually eat breakfast in general due to my job and sleep schedule so I know it doesn't affect me in this case, but I am sure others would enjoy this simple luxury.

    I travel often and the Holiday Inn LAX is my go to hotel. The staff is always cheerful and attentive. Special thanks to your front desk manager, Velissa who even recognizes me and has a warm and cheerful greeting each time I arrive! I will continue to be a fan of your location and look forward to staying there again!

    This is a pretty generic, bland hotel but it has the basics covered. Comfortable room, 24/7 shuttle. I liked the proximity to the airport. The rate was pretty good for LAX hotels. The room had a mini frig and coffee maker. The shower was sufficient, plenty of hot water. The shuttle from LAX to the airport was slow (45 minutes), over-crowded (standing room only) but the return on the 3:30 AM shuttle was a breeze.

    PROS: What we liked about our stay at this hotel was the location. We stayed here because we needed to stay close to the SOFI stadium and this hotel was only 7min away. The rooms were very clean and beds were comfortable. CONS: Parking area is always full, and very expensive. They do not offer free breakfast. Our cards wouldn't open our door (happened 3 times) we had to go to lobby to ask for new ones and at one point we had to wait in a very long which was very inconvenient since I was in a hurry to shower and get ready

    Airport shuttle took forever, was full of people to drop off so they couldn't pick us up twice. Traffic at the airport made the wait over an hour. Shower head was low, had to squat down to shower. Everything else was amazing. Held our bags so we could go sightseeing before we could check in. Bar staff was great.

    The staff was very friendly and helpful during my stay. They greeted me and even offered to extend my check out time to 2PM which came in very handy since my wife and I had attended a concert. The only real issue that you may run into is that the area that the hotel is located in isn't the best, but other than that, my stay was great!

    The check in process was seamless. I advised that I was an IHG member despite having booked through a third party and was acknowledged and thanked. We had breakfast at the restaurant and I advised the manager of my guest's allergy. He ensured all precautions were taken so no cross contamination occurred with her breakfast. He truly went above and beyond.

    Someone charged their food and drink order to my room and the hotel staff refused to compare the signature on the charge to the my signature on the docket. They wanted me to provide proof that I did not authorize the charge, which is nearly impossible to do. I have been a loyal IHG member and have stayed at and recommend their hotels to friends and family. After this experience, those days are over.

    The parking was spacious and I felt safe walking to and from car. The staff was friendly and welcoming from the moment I entered the hotel until I left. Had dinner and drinks at the hotel bar. Food was great, beer was cold even had my favorite bourbon. Although. I think there should be a bit more liquor selections. The gentleman setting next to me asked for a couple different brands and had to settle for something else. The pricing was great and very affordable.

    Positive: It has a very convenient location with clean, very comfortable rooms with premium channels. The shuttle service is a plus making the $25.00 parking charge well worth it. The workers are polite, pleasant and very accomodating. Negative: Nothing I can think of. I must say that the premises in general ara a lot cleaner this time comparing to the last time I was a guest at this hotel.

    We booked Holiday Inn the very last minute. Price was decent, room was clean, bathroom was clean. Bed nice and comfy, quiet, slept like a baby. Staff was professional, but Concierge and cleaning crew were the best. Smiling, greetings with Good Morning, Good Evening. Just an exceptional group of people. There is breakfast, Lunch, dinner inside the hotel. We ate breakfast there and yes, you have to pay so make the most and eat up! McDonald's nearby, but we were roadtripping from the East Coast and needed to load up on fresh fruit, yogurt, waffles, bacon, sausage, cereal and milk. In other words, breakfast was pretty good. Service was excellent. You can also opt for alacart. Concierge hooked us up with an all day tour of LA/Hollywood/Beverly Hill's. We were picked up and dropped off to the hotel. If we ever decide to roadtrip to Cali, we will definitely stop at this hotel again. Hopefully, the buched up carpet in hallway will be straightened out by then.

    Stayed at the LAX airport location for one night at the end of a week-long California trip. Front desk staff was friendly and helpful and the room was clean and comfortable. I got a voucher for breakfast in the restaurant and saw a sign that said breakfast went until 12. I came down at 11 and was surprised to see that I had missed the buffet, BUT restaurant staff let me order off the menu and the food was fresh and delicious. Dining room staff were lovely and kind. Only negative was the airport shuttle had no A/C. Otherwise it was a wonderful stay

    Everything about the hotel room was great. There were no weird smells, the AC worked great, and the bathroom was very clean. My only qualm was with the food bar area. I missed buffet breakfast after sleeping in, so I ordered a bagel and coffee at the food bar. The coffee was fine, but the bagel was very mediocre. It wasn't bad, it just wasn't worth the upcharge for was tasted like grocery store bagels. However, don't let that deter you, the stay was amazing, just avoid the bagels.

    Hôtel propre avec une chambre confortable. Petit bémol pour le petit-déjeuner qui est très chère pour des français. Nous mangeons seulement une vénoiserie le matin et un café pour un peu plus de 20$ par personne, je trouve ça excessive. Pour le reste rien a dire c'était parfait.

    Accueil très agréable, parcontre chambre sale à l'arrivée, et étant 4 nous n'avions que 3 serviettes, ensuite lit confortable. Maintenant le repas très bon, mais manque de service, personnel très désagréable pour le petit déjeuner, je trouve que le petit-déjeuner ouvre beaucoup trop tard à 7h00 alors que notre vol fait que nous devrions partir de l'hôtel à 7h45 ce qui fait un désagrément et un manque de confort et de bien être dans un petit-déjeuner et après pour la préparation de son départ.

    La navette gratuite pour l'aéroport est un plus. Pas eu d'attente ni à l'aller ni au retour... Personnel disponible. Literie confortable

    J ai réserve une chambre pour 4 adultes et on m a propose une chambre avec un lit Kingsize size ce qui est incohérent. De plus il n y avait que 2 petits dej pour 4 adultes.. c est illogique et j ai ressenti j’ Manque de considération. J ai dû insister auprès de la manager pour avoir deux lits. Nous avons passé 4 nuits et notre chambre n a pas été faite ni le lit ni le changement de serviettes... alors que nous avons quitté la chambre à 10h du matin. Comme nous sommes rentrés à 23h j en ai informé la réception le lendemain matin . Je n ai pas eu de suite. En tant que membre gold IHG je ne me suis pas sentie reconnue et valorisée

    Bon hôtel Idéalement situé car proche de l'aéroport et des loueurs automobile Personnel d'accueil efficace et aimable Mais très gros problème concernant la propreté des chambres.

    Bien situé mais un peu bruyant car proche du réseau routier très dense. Restaurant dans l'hôtel bien pratique. Bonne superficie des chambres. Mais accueil déplorable à l'arrivée heureusement compensé par la gentillesse du personnel de la salle de restaurant et du petit déjeuner.

    Bon Hôtel, bien situé près de l'aéroport, les chambres sont grandes, mais minimalistes et travaux de propreté à prévoir, salle de bain correcte, petite rénovation a prévoir dans les chambres, couloirs et ascenseurs, mais le reste est bon, ainsi que le petit déjeuner est extra.

    Hôtel utile et facile à trouver pour faire la jonction entre un vol tardif et un départ sur la 405 juste à côté. Le personnel est souriant et efficace. L'hôtel présente cependant une importante vétusté au regard de ses tarifs assez élevés. Le restaurant est ouvert très tard et la carte est médiocre mais rassasiante. Style mexicain.

    Hôtel avec hall accueillant.. mais les chambres sont vieillottes. Il y a des tâches sur les murs de la salle de bain .. la papier peint est lavable pourquoi ne pas les nettoyer ? Des cheveux longs sur le couvre lit..literie confortable mais cet hôtel a grand besoin de reprise en main..

    L'hotel n'est pas a l'image d'un hotel Holiday Inn mais plutôt à celle d'un motel. La moquette des couloirs était vieille et salle et celle de la chambre collais sous les pieds. La céramique était écaillée au fond de la baignoire et la porte de la salle de bain ne fermait pas car gonflée par l'humidité. Hotel mal insonorisé, très bruyant du côté de la station d'essence et du macdonald à cause du traffic et de la musique de la station d'essence toute la nuit. Literie à revoir, nous avions des draps empilés en guise de couette. Sur les 3 ascenseur reservé au clients 1 seul est en état de marche, il faut être patient. La piscine et la salle de sport sont minuscules. Le seul point positif reste le personnel.

    L'hôtel est bien placé pour être rapidement à l'aéroport. Avec un départ tôt le matin, c'est très pratique. Par contre, j'étais dans une chambre en bout de couloir et le wifi était très mauvais....

    Un Accueil horrible, dèsagréable. Les chambres et la clim sont d un autre temps , non vraiment hotel à éviter. Au moment du check out 30 mn pour vérifier la chambre. Le pire hôtel .... de los angeles airport

    Bon hôtel agréable après un vol transatlantique. Permet de se reposer après ce vol, avant le départ vers les autres destinations. Service de navettes très pratique et très fréquent. Dommage qu'il faille attendre 15 heures (3h p.m.) avant de pouvoir disposer de la chambre ! Bonne ambiance général. Hôtel à recommander

    Great location near cruise terminal. They have a shuttle to the piers, resturant, and covered parking. Rooms are quiet with all standard amenities. The con is the rooms are out dated, rooms with 2 beds are doubles instead of queens, if not getting the continental breakfast, the breakfast wait staff is tortursly slow on orders.     I would prefer to give a rave review however to be honest I was surprised that there wasn't always someone available to pick up the phone or answer the chat on the app immediately. I don't know the reason why there were excessive delays in reaching the valet or the front desk. Use the BONVoY app when you can't get through to someone via the valet text number or the hotel direct dial....
