  I loved the amenities and views from the hotel. The staff was accomodating during our work workshops and conferences and the food was amazing.

  I used to love this hotel. The staff is still great, but the bedding needs a serious overall. The blanket or duvet on both beds was actually a mattress pad sandwiched between 2 flat sheets. Not only was this unsanitary, but provided no warmth. All 8 bed pillows were lumpy, old and uncomfortable. In room lighting has never been stellar, but this time 2 of the ceiling lights were burnt out, making a dark room even darker. Bathroom amenities have been dumbed down. Basic products and no vanity kit. Coffee not replenished daily. Lastly, the large window pane (on the 18th) floor was cracked on both sides of the safety glass.

  There is something going on with the internal plumbing in both the bathroom shower and in the shower of the units above. When the hot water is turned on in the shower the entire shower start making a rumbling and shaking noise. At 4am in the morning the upstairs unit was taking a shower and my entire room was shaking and rumbling. This was consistent throughout my 3 night stay. Also did inform the front desk and manager multiple times. Also the hot water in the shower takes about 15 minutes to get hot.

  We stayed here one night because we were attending a conference at the convention center. We left our car there and and walked which was very convenient. We enjoyed drinks at the lobby bar in a fun and well appointed environment. Love the decor!

  The ambiance was refreshing and cozy at the same time. Moody and serene in the halls and guest room. I had a great night's sleep and thoroughly enjoyed my breakfast in Metropole. I don't usually eat a lot but I ate everything on my plate except the strawberry stem!

  Great Hotel next to the convention center is what we came in for. Lots of good restaurants surrounding the hotel. Only problem was the gym could have been better.

  Bed was comfortable, room was clean but maybe dont expect to get rooms that exactly you want even though you set your preferences on your account. If you try to change your room to match with your preferences, they are gonna act uncomfortable. They were at least for me :(

  My boyfriend and I came here for new years and really enjoyed our stay. Both the roof top bar and our room had amazing views of the city and there were many great food spots in walking distance. Will be coming back next time we are in LA!

  The beds were comfortable and the room was spacious. Bathroom was also good size. Location was great, just off the freeway and walking distance to malls, pharmacies and metro. I walked to downtown and it was manageable. I would definitely consider coming back.

  My family and I stayed for Christmas for 2 days. I was impressed by the check in experience provided by the Front Office Manager. He was knowledgeable with his work and very professional. I felt good when I was acknowledged as a Platinum member. The 2nd day I checked in and out and I was assisted by the front desk agent. I forgot his name but I would say he was a senior agent since I could see he was assisting another FD agent. This guy knew the front desk well, was courteous and very helpful. At the restaurant side, the food was par excellence. We had a great dinner and food was sumptuous. The next morning we ordered from the menu and tried the breakfast. Again the food was delicious. The great experience there was with the female server. We had an issue since a man sitting near us had a distinct smell. The server moved us to another location and it was done in a classy manner in such a way that it did not embarrass the other guest. I would surely come back to this place and hopefully I could see the same staff members.

  My stay was nice, room and in house staff were wonderful. However, I attempted to call down to valet 40 minutes before planned departure time, and found never reach anyone and would get a full voice mailbox. When I did finally made it down and needed to depart, I was told it would take at least 25 minutes to get my car. I ended up late to an appointment because the property had not sufficiently staffed their valet with enough runners. Had I been warned of this at check-in, I would have looked for nearby self-parking or chosen to stay someplace else.

  Carlos, Reuben, and the gentleman who pre-checked us in were such assets to this property! They were all professional, welcoming, and knowledgeable! Carlos was very familiar with the area surrounding the hotel and provided key information about how to navigate the subway system! He and Reuben always greeting us with smiling faces when we left and returned to the hotel! Whomever cleaned our room daily consistently did an excellent job! Thank you, All!

  Location is in downtown LA so you have a nice view of the crazy homeless people and police just outside the hotel lobby. Room AC/heater system didn’t work and the fees were not clearly defined upon check in or online. The only convenience of this place is the close walk to the crypto arena, but even that requires walking through a homeless encampment.

  Stayed at Indigo LA for two nights with a friend who brought her two dogs along and was so pleasantly surprised by how dog friendly the hotel was. Happy with all aspects of hotel though will be good if there’s a lock on the bathroom door.

  The Hotel Indigo downtown LA was conveniently located with stylish rooms. The rooms were not as luxurious as Hotel Indigo locales in Southeast Asia but ok for US standards, I guess. I think most establishments are having problems with staff shortages. Rooms were not cleaned daily and amenities were not fully provided on the first day, sporadic. There were no glasses in the room. But glasses lined the halls for several days. But the building is well insulated against noise. The a/c unit did not work well and was noisy in my room. Okay in my father's room.

  Service was great from the moment we arrived. Check in was easy. We arrived early so we had to wait for our room. Decided to grab food at the bar, which was great! Room was well decorated and clean. Beds were comfy. Lounge on the 18th had awesome views of the city and excellent drinks and music. Would definitely stay again.

  I’m a little disappointed on the customer service in the morning crews, honestly I didn’t like the treatment that Andy was given to me,he made me wait in the lobby like 30 minutes because I asked him that I wanted to talk with his manager because I didn’t like the customer service that he was giving me and oh surprise the manager never showed up and I even asked him that I needed some things for my room and I have to came back twice to ask him about the request that I did. After an hour I did get my things and I even asked the lady why they took it so long to bring me my stuff and she said that not one put the request until that moment. Honestly the hotel is super nice and clean but not the customer service, the night crew was amazing!!! I was there to celebrate my birthday but honestly the two nights that I was there made feel that I was not welcome to the hotel if need more information you can contact me any time thanks

  J'ai adoré l'hôtel Indigo Los Angeles ! Nous sommes allés avec mon partenaire et je le recommande totalement. La décoration est excellente, hyper moderne. La chambre que nous avions avait vue sur toute la ville, même dans la salle de bain… d'immenses fenêtres, la nuit c'était un rêve. La chambre était spacieuse, tout était super propre, mobilier moderne, l'un des meilleurs hôtels où j'étais. . . Il y a une immense piscine au dernier étage, une salle de sport et des restaurants. Il est situé dans le centre-ville de la ville, en voiture, vous pouvez rejoindre presque toutes les attractions assez rapidement. J'y retournerais sans aucun doute !

  Je recommande vivement cet hôtel. J'ai séjourné avec mon partenaire dans une chambre située au 17ème étage et dotée d'immenses fenêtres, même dans la salle de bain. Les vues sur la ville, incroyables, surtout la nuit... La chambre super spacieuse, au mobilier divin et moderne. Ils ont réapprovisionné les capsules de café tous les jours. Il y avait un frigo. Tout super propre. La piscine de l'hôtel est au dernier étage et dispose de beaucoup d'espace pour se détendre. Il y a une salle de gym, des restaurants, un service de voiturier. J'ai adoré cet hôtel et j'y retournerais sans hésiter.

  We had a lovely stay. This part of DT LA is a bit odd and seedy still, so not much fun walking around the area. Hotel is lovely. My only complaint is a small cup of drip coffee at the bar is almost $6. I find this such a rip off that is soured my opinion a bit of the hotel.

  It was my first time staying in an Indigo hotel. Definitely will not be the last. From check in to check out. 110% effort by staff. Great location, excellent staff, comfortable rooms, fast elevators, great facilities excellent food ( I am a chef by trade! Best burger in the USA so far shrimp linguine was amazing too) highly recommend. Staff are fantastic and extremely attentive. Will for sure stay here again on my next trip to LA.

  We visited for three nights. Rooms are quiet and VERY clean, and the location was ideal for our needs in downtown LA. Our only complaint is that the glass-walled shower had enough gaps where it was all too easy to make a mess while showering. The hand-held showerhead did not angle down, and thus it was difficult to avoid a "flood" when not holding it. Other than that, we really enjoyed our stay, and would not hesitate to repeat visit.

  Decent stay in downtown LA. The staff refused delayed checkout even after knowing that we had a medical emergency (911 was called) and asked us to pay. Money isn’t an issue but allowing us another hour or 2 on a Sunday checkout would have been a bit more human and customer centric.

  Had the pleasure to speak with Diamond at the front desk A day before check-in to confirm reservation. She went over and beyond to accommodate our special anniversary week! So professional, so caring, acknowledging our IHG status immediately, and going to great lengths to make sure our stay was exceptional..Without even having to ask. The room upgrade was spectacular. All the staff was amazing. Valet was incredibly fast (3 mins or less!), housekeeping did an amazing job, without having to ask for it daily Like all the other hotels do these days. The drinks and food at the bar were surprisingly good and quite reasonable! Having to extend our late check out twice due to a work conference call was not a problem whatsoever, even though they were at 90% capacity when checking out, they were able to accommodate us with absolutely no hesitation.

  We stayed at this hotel and it was a wonderful experience. The staff was very accommodating, and the housekeeping was top-notched. Very close to the highway so it was easy to navigate. They only have valet service for your car so be prepared to pay extra for that. However, the valet service is very easy, and they are fairly quick (except during the busy time of check out). Gorgeous hotel. Be sure to go to the upstairs bar for stunning views of the city.

  We really liked this hotel. Good style and felt clean and modern. The only issue is the valet parking. Everyone checks out at the same time so we had to wait 20 minutes for our car. If they're going to charge almost $50 to park overnight, they need to up the valet service. This was really the only issue we had.

  At every point of checking, it could get a little intimidating as well as trying to figure out what to do. But after checking, it was a breeze going up to the pool on the fourth floor with amazing views, and relaxing into the Los Angeles. Sunlight was just spectacular.

  Hotel Indigo is centrally located in downtown LA with an upscale look, feel and atmosphere. The food is delicious and drinks in either the lobby bar or 18 Social were fantastic. Make sure to check out the panoramic LA views from the 18 floor!

  There was a line and a wait at check in, however staff from valet to bellman to front desk were very confident, polite, and thoughtful. The temperature in the room was difficult to manage between too hot (sweating at night) and too cold for 2 nights in a row. Bathroom door was stuck. Wish curtains were easier to open/close. Wish there was coffeemaker or microwave. Wish there were glasses in room and not just paper cups. Housekeeping was thorough, quick, and efficient. Linens were soft and comfortable but not breathable (sweating). Love the decor. Love the pool.

  This is my second stay at this hotel and it will be my last. The first stay was just okay (staff was dry and unengaged), but I thought I'd give it another shot. This time, the staff was better (though still unengaged compared to most IHG properties). Here's why I'll never go back. The top reason to stay at any hotel is to get a good night's sleep. The hotel had a big, VERY LOUD party that included the 4th floor balcony space below my 11th floor room. I know it's not a guarantee, but the fact that I was given this room above a party and right next to the elevators when I specifically requested a quiet room on my reservation is farcical. The music from the party THUMPED throughout the room with the windows closed. When I called the front desk, they even said they could hear the bass clearly through the phone. They said the party should end "around midnight." It was 9pm. What if I want to get to sleep BEFORE midnight. The staff did try moving me to a 12th floor room they thought might be better, but after moving my entire family there, it was even louder there. So we moved back to the original room because it was "less loud." They said they had no other rooms. When checking out the next morning, I mentioned the debacle and spending an hour moving back and forth between rooms. They did me the "favor" of waiving the parking fee. The staff admitted that this is an ongoing issue. It's clear that the management is choosing taking the additional revenue of these parties over the comfort of their guests. Crediting back a few parking fees is obviously less money than the revenue from the party. This place doesn't measure up to IHG standards (Holiday Inn Express is better...at least you'll get a good night's sleep and a friendly staff). I have a video of the noise. Unfortunately, the file is too big to upload here.

  We were a little nervous to stay downtown in Los Angeles, however we were presently surprised by both the location and the hotel itself. We felt safe and the hotel was beautifully decorated. Staff was exceptional- even provided free coffee in the morning when they were unable to make change for a $100 dollar bill. Overall great experience. Would recommend to friends and would definatley book here again for our next concert.

  Hotel Indigo is definitely the place to stay in downtown Los Angeles! The room rates are relatively cheap compared to the amenities and service that the awesome staff provides. You're well within walking distance to the Crypto[dot]com Arena and several good restaurants. Highly recommend this hotel if you want a luxury experience without paying a full luxury price!

  Nous n'avons pas eu la chance de rester, mais le personnel était super sympa. En raison des circonstances, nous nous sommes retrouvés sans téléphone portable et sans voiture pour retourner à notre hôtel. Ils ont chargé notre mobile, ils nous ont offert de l'eau en attendant un Uber. Si l'attention est comme ça avec des étrangers, l'attention à leurs clients doit être merveilleuse.   Positive: The front desk and restaurant staff were attentive and friendly. Negative: The cleanliness of the hotel is lacking. My bathroom shower head and toilet paper holders were filthy. The shower leaked all over the bathroom. No place to hang your hand towels or wash clothes. No soap dishes. Windows dirty. Hallway dirty. Sheets stained

  Overall experience in the hotel was great. As a Diamond elite member, I was expecting to be recognized but this didn't happen. I checked in the night and I was told that the front desk associate was in training and this was the reason I was not recognized and I needed to remind him about the amenities (free breakfast). Besides this, we really enjoyed our stay, breakfast was awesome and the location was perfect. I would recommend this property for everyone and will definitely return to this hotel.

  Check in was easy. Room comfortable and clean. Valet staff were excellent, friendly and quick. Front desk staff seemed frazzled at times. I was disconnected from phone call a few times, they weren’t always attentive to requests, some staff sounded annoyed. Housekeeping staff are great. Bartender (man named Tran?) very friendly and makes good drinks. We chose this hotel because of proximity to the Convention Center.I’d probably look into another hotel if I were visiting Los Ángeles again, just to have a comparison.

  This was a great hotel it was 15 minutes away from our wedding location. It was easy to get Uber or Lyft. The staff was so helpful getting us from the Lyft to the lobby for check-in I was traveling with my elderly parents and lots of luggage and they were extremely helpful in getting them settled into there room. We had a really great time at the pool on Sunday with great music and good drinks. The pool bar staff was great and very welcoming. The club on the 18th floor was great as well! There was one lady at the front desk that was attitude when I got locked out my room but besides that it was really a great stay. I will stay here again in the future!

  Nice clean hotel, with easy access off the highway. Clean and well maintained. Workers were pleasant and helpful. There responded well to any request we had. Nice size rooms with an amazing pool on 4th floor. Bar is over priced. Should consider lowering price if you are staying at hotel. That is my only complaint. Would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone.

  The staff and management runs this hotel extremely smoothly and are very friendly. The hotel itself has reasonably hip vibe, and the rooms are spacious, clean and designed well. The pillows are not comfortable enough to my liking, though. Also, needs an extra trash can in the bathroom for convenience. Otherwise, no complaints, and would recommend as a good value.

  Great safety precautions, clean, comfy and beautiful. All I needed to relax. Within walking distance of shopping, Staple Center and Grammy museum.

  Je recommande cet hôtel pour la qualité de ses services. De plus, il est idéalement situé si vous souhaitez aller voir un match Nba au staples Center. Le personnel est très professionnel et à votre écoute. Un petit bémol : le parking est cher. 44 $ par nuit

  Très agréable séjour en famille : personnel accueillant et souriant, chambre calme et bien équipée, le tout dans un cadre original et une déco très recherchée, du hall jusque dans les chambres. Belle piscine au 4ème étage, avec de nombreux transats et fauteuils. Nous avons appréciés le petit déjeuner rapide au bar, avec choix de viennoiseries et capuccino ! Une adresse à retenir au centre de LA.

  Juste parfait: salle de bain moderne ,spacieuse chambre moderne piscine avec belle vue er jusqu'à 23h salle de sport complète avec serviette et distributeurs d'eau gratuit et Bluetooth pour les machines et grands ascenseurs , service voiturier , staples center a 5min a pied ,et un super bon personnel et distributeurs.

  J'ai passé 2 jours dans votre établissement. Les points fort : hôtel très bien situé dans le centre ville de Los Angeles à proximité d'une bouche de métro qui dessert les lieux principaux de la ville. Personnels avenant et toujours disponible
