    Positive: The staff were friendly, the in-room dining was exquisite, and the facilities were beautiful! Negative: If you're not there to party, there's not much else to do at this hotel, given that the only close things are the Beverly Center shopping mall and the Grove.

    C'est l'un de nos hôtels préférés à Los Angeles. Les douceurs aux pommes sucrées à l'entrée du hall et le jardin du hall sont très agréables. La piscine sur la terrasse est petite mais bien pour regarder la ville. Les chambres sont un peu petites mais propres Le petit déjeuner était assez bon. Nous reviendrons.

    Les deux étoiles sont pour l'emplacement et la piscine/fitness Les chambres vieillissent, les tapis du couloir sont complètement jaunis / datés. Ce qui n'est pas du tout possible dans un hôtel 5*, c'est de devoir attendre plus de 20 minutes avant même d'avoir une table pour le petit-déjeuner ! Nous ne reviendrons plus dans cet hôtel

    Hotel complètement impersonnel. Personnel qui ne comprend pas un sous d'une autre langue heureusement qu une ancienne dame parlais français anglais. SUITE JUNIOR BEAUCOUP TROP PETITE POUR 2 AD ET 2 ENF trop de supplément sans prévenir! Supplément parking 60€ par jours!!! Supplément déjeuner alors que nous avions déjeuner inclus, supplément internet. Bref bcp trop de luxe mais aucune convivialité

    Positive: I liked the space we had in our room. Negative: For a 5 star hotel, there were no towels and nobody to take your order at poolside for a drink or food. The food was way overpriced. The mini bottle of low end champagne was $100 for a few glasses. Homeless encampment outside the front of the hotel.

    The rooms are exactly what you'd expect at a Marriott. Clean and nicely appointed. Plenty of fresh towels, comfy bed. We've had the luck of staying in many hotels, some not so nice and some at the high end of luxury. The service we received at SLS was on par with the nicest places I've stayed. From check in, to the restaurant to the door man to valet, everyone was very friendly and attentive. We really enjoyed our stay. If you have a chance, please try the breakfast!!! The yogurt parfait is amazing.... like really, really great. I don't know what they do to the yogurt back there, but I would love the recipe. Also, Christian was very attentive and kind to me and my daughter. Great service, again! Thank you for a very comfortable stay!!

    Checked into my room at 3pm, smelled of cigarette smoke. After I let the front desk know, staff brought us and our bags to a new room. Overall, attentive service and amazing drinks on the rooftop. However, I did order room service that never came.

    J'ai sejourné dans cet hotel du 19 au 23 nov 21, j'ai été victime d'un cambriolage par effraction (porte fenetre) , l'assurance de l'hotel ne veut rien prendre en charge, scandaleux ! je viens de recevoir un mail de confirmation de cette décision, nous n'avons reçu aucune assistance de la direction du SLS, je dirai meme qu'ils nous ont manqué de respect en nous soupçonnant d'escroquerie. Nous avions réservé 3 suites et 2 chambres, A part nous dire tous les jours qu'ils continuaient les investigations, nous n'avons nullement été informé de l'avancé de l'enquète. C'est tout bonnement un scandale d'être une victime de cambriolage dans un hotel de cette catégorie, mais surtout de n'avoir aucune aide ni assistance ! la direction n’a meme pas daigné nous recevoir ! fuyez cet Hotel !!!!

    Hi there, overall I had a fantastic stay at the SLS in Beverly Hills. The staff and overall customer service experience was excellent, beyond any I have every experienced before. My only issue that would make me hesitant about booking another stay would have to be cleanliness of the room. Throughout my stay I noticed a shoe mark on the duvet, a dirty sock (that did not belong to me) was lying on the floor by the couch, and there were eyelash extensions (again, not mine) by the sink and glasses. I had an exhausting day of travel and my stay had a full itinerary to I didn't think to raise an issue with the staff and change rooms. However, this is definitely an issue for me, especially considering what we are living through due to Covid-19, the expectation (and what the hotel advertises) is cleanliness and that the staff is ensuring a sanitary room. Upon these discoveries, I was weary about the overall cleanliness of the room and didn't utilize all of the amenities I was paying for. I really hope you take these concerns into consideration as I will be needing a place to stay in town over the next few months and would like to make SLS my base.

    The service we received--from our first interaction with Elizabeth at the front desk to the people in housekeeping--was excellent. Our room met our needs, and the shower was terrific. Thank you for making our stay such a pleasure. We will come back on our next LA trip.

    Wonderful hotel, with lovely staff who made our trip a memorable one. The hotel and the food were perfect. The roof top pool was stunning with views over LA, and even the Hollywood sign can be seen. We will definitely be back. We loved our stay in the Californian sunshine

    My only critique is the room service food could’ve been better, this being such a luxurious hotel, the food was just so so. There was not much seasoning, and flavors were very bland. Other than that my stay was great.

    My day was 18 nights; I had to change my room 5 times - rooms very dirty, bad plumbing, etc. The restaurant staff is poorly trained - they ignore, bring a wrong order, being rude, etc. Front desk manager Maria laughed out loud on the phone when I mentioned my safety concerns being Ukrainian and let her know that Ukrainian cities are being bombed (the video recording of this conversation was submitted to her managers and u hope they will restrict her from dealing with other guests). I will not stay at the property where the manager laughs out loud when hears about war, there are many more hotels that would be more appropriate.

    Love this property, convenient location, centrally located in BH. Staff was helpful and friendly. I needed early check in although my room was not ready but the manger moved heaven and earth to get me in my room a little earlier than anticipated and I really appreciated the effort! I also appreciated the speed at which they responded to requests! Much better then any other Marriott property I have recently visited! Rooms are well appointed and in good condition although carpet could use a good cleaning! Our suite was very quaint with a large patio which was a very nice touch! It was really a perfect stay!

    The rooms are nice but the overall stay is not worth the price of the stay. First of all, you would think that they will extend a preferred daily valet price for in-house guests. If you have a car, you will be charge $60 per night. The valet team is however super efficient and nice which will make you forget the expensive cost for daily overnight parking. The hotel is really dark in the lobby and the breakfast room. Pass the breakfast and enjoy it somewhere else where you will have a warmer greeting and efficient service. I waited 25 minutes for breakfast service at a table without nothing and decided to enjoy breakfast elsewhere off-site for the rest of our stay. Even on the check out I wasn’t asked how was my stay after 3 nights stat.

    The Hotel is super clean. Every single Staff Member goes out of their way to make you feel special. I had an issue at check-in, the Manager personally took on the issue and had it resolved to my full satisfaction in a few minutes? This was my 2nd stay here. I will sure be back.

    The staff and service was the best part of our stay. The hotel was under renovation and many of the amenities were not available. So as for the room rate we paid, we got taken. The location is not ideal as nothing is really walkable unless you want to wade through the homeless tents to get to the Beverly Center. The fold-out bar in the lobby is just plain silly. The overpriced food offerings were below average. We expected luxury in our upgraded room, but it was pretty mediocre. Horrible lighting. The bed was very comfortable. The Hotel was being renovated so many of the amenities were not available. If we had known about the renovation prior, we never would have stayed there. We travel to Los Angeles quite a bit, but the SLS is off our list of accommodations in the future. Do better!

    SLS always meets and exceeds expectations by going above and beyond in the little things to the large things. Always a great and pleasant stay. The valet to check-in to room service to check-out is always a smooth and seamless process. The bar & restaurant have great options to choose from. We enjoy all the amenities the hotel has and haven't had an issue or complaint in the many times we've visited.

    Enjoyed the beautiful SLS hotel in Beverly Hills while in town for a meeting. The rooms are gorgeous and they include all the luxurious amenities. The hotel has a large, fully-equipped clean gym. And the restaurant has amazing food. Overall great experience.

    Absolutely loved the pool area and staff was incredible. Also have to say I loved that the pool was quiet and peaceful and music-free. I always hate when hotels play constant music in the pool area, we don’t want a club and don’t want annoying spa music. We just want peace and quiet to relax and SLS actually gets it!

    I remember staying here before and thinking it's in sort of an odd location (huge intersection). However, This is a great central location to stay if you don't expect to do much walking around. You can walk to Beverly Center (mall) but you really are in the middle of a huge multi-street intersection. There seem to be some recent negative reviews but I was very happy with my stay. The staff was very friendly and accommodated my request to be o the terrace side since I was worried about street noise. I really liked the layout of the room and it was very specious. It also included a Nespresso make which was useful since strolling to a coffee shop not really an option. The valet guys were very fast and the front desk was very friendly when I had a request. The top pool/deck area did not have any service but was about to open the following week. However, the area is great and was open to guests to lounge and use the pool. Based on some recent reviews I was a little worried about staying here but now I'd recommend it (especially for business)

    Staff were unaccommodating, not friendly, not resourceful, and poorly managed. However, the concierge was great. False advertisement- a beautiful rooftop pool with food and beverage was promised. Upon booking we were not informed of the closure. Sofitel was offered which requires a drive and their accommodations are subpar. Completely unacceptable to not have this amenity open or clearly stated on their Web Site that it is closed for renovations. House keeping was puzzling. Dirty dishes left in the room for days or left outside in the hall for days. Unacceptable.

    My husband and I really enjoyed our stay at the SLS in Beverly Hills. They were not only accommodating to us but to our little dog as well. Everyone was so friendly! We loved how clean and elegant the hotel was, too. The rooms are very spacious, contain excellent coffee, and lots of water. This is a fantastic property with fabulous employees!

    The best thing about this hotel is the location, and although it's got pretty design elements, the actual offerings were lackluster. Not only was there no bathtub in a King Suite room, but the included breakfast was only for those willing to dine in the dining room -- yes, they REQUIRED dining indoors during a pandemic. And no, they didn't state this stipulation on the website when offering the breakfast-included option. The option to order breakfast to-go was eventually offered, but they didn't have a system in place for taking orders or letting people know when their order was ready, despite having the room numbers on the orders. In short: I had to go downstairs to pick up cold eggs. At their price point and this neighborhood, I expected better service and not just pretty christmas decorations.

    This is a luxury vibe hotel. The atmosphere is modern, luxurious, and clean. We did a local “staycation” and appreciate the homage to LA culture in the design and decor. The concierge was available via email for lots of arrangements with quick responding. I give 3 stars for the room itself but add 1 more star because the staff is amazing. Here is why - Our shower continued to have issues with a clog from the linear drain. There was a hole in the curb and some while showering some water leaked out. We didn’t notice this all at once. The staff responded quickly and fixed the drain, and the manager gave us bonus bonvoy points. When we noticed that it also leaked out, we just put down a towel and didn’t want to annoy the staff anymore. Rooftop lounge and pool looked nice. We didn’t spend much time there though.

    Reserved a King Suite for my wife's birthday. We arrived around 2:30 and the room wasn't ready yet. The front desk said they would call when it was. My wife went to get a massage at the spa (no other spa amenities were available, ie: sauna, lounge, etc) and I went to have a drink at the rooftop bar. It's impossible to get through to the front desk from an outside line, so when I finally went down after 4pm, I found the room had been ready but nobody called me. We went to our room and it was the wrong type of room (2 queen beds). They upgraded us to the SLS suite which was great but someone was definitely smoking cigarettes in the room the night before. They sent up an air filter and said the cleaning crew would take care of it while we went out to dinner. When we came back from dinner it still reeked in the room, so they gave us another suite which was beautiful and didn't stink. Overall, everything worked out and the staff were all nice and accommodating. Just frustrating not being notified when the room was ready and having to move stuff into 3 different rooms.

    Travel has drastically changed since the pandemic but the level of service at the SLS is world class. The room was perfectly clean, beds are so comfortable. The hydro stream in the shower is incredible as well. I am a really big fan of the bath and body products in the hotel too. Loved having the Trader Joe’s right next door too. I think the pool might be the best one in LA with such great views and a lot of chairs. Love the upstairs patio by the pool bar too. Ryan and Trevor at the pool gave 5 star service and made me and my friends feel so welcome! Can’t wait to come back to LA and stay with you again!

    Stayed 4 days in a beautiful balcony room. The room was spacious and the space was well thought out for relaxation. It was clean & ready on time (early actually). The staff (front desk!!!!!) are absolute professionals and know how to handle their clients. Always ready with a smile and a solution. I appreciate that more than anything. The food (just had breakfast 2 mornings )was good... Drinks poolside are a little pricey....well - a lot pricey, but that goes with the territory I guess. Pool was clean and the bartender friendly and helpful. I'll be back...

    We enjoyed our stay(cation) very much, much more than we expected since we had issues trying to book a pool cabana and unsure about Covid restrictions and how they were handling everything. Luckily the hotel did not seem overly crowded, even though people were hardly not wearing masks around. We got a lot of miscommunication and no call backs/emails about booking the pool cabana. Prices for hotel guests were listed as another price (apparently on an old website, which we only found out about later). No one called or emailed me about the price difference to explain the incorrect info. We would still have booked it, but since no one took the time to explain that to us or call/email back, we got really turned off and almost rebooked our hotel elsewhere. We ended up enjoying our stay though and would go back. I would suggest they immediately remove the incorrect information on the old website AND call/email back future hotel guests when they say they will. The no call backs/etc were really inconsiderate especially since we would still have booked the cabana. During our stay the staff were really nice, rooms very clean/spacious and loved hanging out at the rooftop deck (even though not directly at the pool most of the time because it was too busy). The terrace rooms are nice. Each room had it's own terrace which was not 100% apparent when booking. Bring bug spray though as we all got bit up while hanging out on our terrace patios. Music by the pool was good and all food/drinks that we had at the rooftop and breakfast (Nook) were really good. Definitely would come back.

    The Valet is always awesome here at the SLS Beverly Hills. Quick, attentive and friendly. Always offer waters when leaving the hotel. The property is always well kept. Pool is immaculate and the pool area is always clean and stocked with fresh towels. The Front desk agents are always the only issue during my stay. Or has been for me. The front desk person this trip. Continued to fan and shoo me away because thought I was a good delivery person. I thought that was pretty rude and the same exact response the first time I stayed at the SLS Beverly Hills. No one should be treated this way even if I were an Uber eats delivery person. That has me a bit disappointed in the customer service. The door Ladies always smiling and holding the door. I never eat the food the the hotel, because there are so many other options in the area.

    I reserved two rooms for one night. The ambiance of this hotel is very cool. I was unfortunately very unhappy with the lighting in one of our rooms. It was extremely dim making it very difficult to apply makeup. Also, the grey mirroring was also an issue for applying makeup. Our other room came with a makeup light, but ours did not. The lamp next to the bed was also broken, again with the lighting. Zero counter space in the bathroom poses an issue as well. The beds were great, the Bluetooth TV option was awesome. The hallways are fairly confusing. The roof top patio and pool are amazing and probably the best feature of this hotel. The DJ and bartenders were awesome as well! I'd stay again just for that option.

    We had a lovely stay at the SLS and will definitely be back. The rooftop pool and dining are fantastic with great food, drinks & views. Anna in Guest Services was always checking to make sure all was well as was Omar. The hotel breakfast at the Nook (?) had delicious food and a cozy atmosphere with the fireplaces. The hotel was well maintained, clean & we felt very safe with Covid procedures in place. What made our visit so wonderful was the incredibly friendly & gracious staff who went out of their way to ensure we had a relaxing stay. From Chiara/Kiara our server at breakfast to Anna in Guest services who was always making sure everything was to our liking and suggests great poolside drinks to Omar who seemed to be everywhere and always helping to Herman in engineering who helped with internet for my son’s PS4 to the room service & front desk staff—everyone helped make our stay wonderful! Thank you.

    Hotel moderne, plutôt élégant en lui-même mais la clientèle est assez bling. Les 5 étoiles ne sont clairement pas justifiées. Les chambres sont extrêmement sombres. Le prix des services est exorbitant: on atteint facilement les 100$/pers pour un lunch basique à la piscine (assortiments de mezze/salade + boisson). Attention, si vous ne réservez pas les chaises longues suffisamment à l'avance, vous vous retrouvez au fond tandis que des personnes extérieures à l'hotel monopolisent les places au bord de la piscine. Sans parler du coiffeur exerçant au salon de l'hotel, qui m'a saccagé les cheveux pour la modique somme de 380$.

    Très bell hôtel !!! Avec le service chauffeur,Andy et chris et sa Lincoln. Très sympathique.

    Bel hôtel, chambre spacieuse, très design, piscine très sympa. C’est dommage le service n’est pas aussi sympa que l’endroit. À la réception, on a plus l’impression de faire face à des videurs d’une boîte très select plutôt que du personnel d’un hôtel 5 étoiles... sinon rien à redire. Le resto The Bazaar est top!
