    Nous sommes venus ici après avoir vérifié le Sheraton à Universal Studios de manière très satisfaisante. Nous ne nous attendions pas à ce qu'il soit si différent dans le même hôtel. Le lobby correspond à la norme 4 étoiles, mais la chambre est un peu vieille et tout au plus 3 étoiles Il y a des toilettes avec un rideau de douche Environ 2 étoiles…   La chose la plus exagérée est que le personnel du parking ici a les doigts et les pieds collants... a volé des choses dans notre voiture... Après s'être présenté au hall, ils ont dit qu'il s'agissait d'une entreprise tierce partie...? que cela sera signalé au superviseur mais il n'a pas demandé notre numéro de chambre ni notre plaque d'immatriculation🤷🏻‍♀️ C'est très décevant😢 Je ne reviendrai plus jamais dans cet hôtel.😒 Nous sommes venus ici après avoir vérifié le Sheraton à Universal Studios très satisfaits.     Très bel hôtel mais avec un accueil froid. Parking intérieur avec des prix prohibitifs mais je crois au standing des autres hôtels de LA. Chambre grande et assez propre, même si j'ai trouvé une poignée (bien que non utilisable) pleine de poussière. Je m'attendais à un set de courtoisie plus complet compte tenu de la catégorie de l'hôtel. D'autre part, il y avait la machine à café avec les produits Starbucks. Les environs ne sont pas sûrs le soir, je recommande de se déplacer en taxi / uber.

    Positive: Great location & staff. It was a short stay, so I didn't get to use any of the amenities like the gym or pool...but they looked nice. Enjoyed having a chaise lounge in addition to the desk chair. Negative: The elevator!!! You are required to input your floor on a keypad, then scan your key card in order to reach your floor. The keypad didn't like my fingers!It always took me SEVERAL attempts to input my room & I often had to ask others to help.

    Positive: Pretty much everything, staff was nice and courteous, good ac, comfortable beds Negative: The bathrooms need to be clean a little better, nobody wants to see other peoples hair in the shower and sink

    I was hoping my experience could be better with this Sheraton Grand Los Angeles. I booked 2 months in advance before the staying and called them that I want three connecting rooms if possible if not then right next to each other is ok. Also, I mentioned that I want higher floor as well if possible since I get the automatic upgrade from the Amex. The staff said I will make a note and have the three room right next to each other on higher floor. I was happy and didn’t think much of it since it’s Bonvoy chain and it has some good name. A few weeks later, I also sent them the reminder about the notes I called previously. When I arrived, bell desk was enthusiast and friendly so It gives me a relief that it would be a good staying. I checked in with the front desk he was also friendly and fast to help. I reminded him again that I called once and also sent the reminder again about the three rooms I booked. He said he could see that and will give me the three rooms right next to each other. However, he came back with on the higher floor he will not be able to get the three rooms right next to each other. He only can do it on lower floor. I said how come I called a long time ago about this. It was such a disappointment but I tried to keep cool. I called in advance not once also the reminder but still it seemed they only take notes but don’t really listen to what guest want on the note. My friends told me it’s ok let’s do the rooms right next to each other on lower floor. So I took it because they really didn’t give me options. However, got up to the floor and they were not right next to each other at all one was the corner room to the left of the building, one was the corner room to the right of the building and one in the middle. Now someone tell me, how did they think that is ok to tell people that they got the room right next to each other for me. I was so upset but once again my friends told me it’s ok don’t make this ruin our trip. I let go and tried not to think about this. and if I know that room will not be right next to each other, I would have taken the higher floor instead but of course he would not tell me that. At checked out, I had to pick up my own car at valet and drive it to the front myself. And that’s the valet service that they charge guest for? It seems most people here just being lazy to do their job except for the bell desk person. I’m just disappointed.

    The elevator broke down and was stuck in there with an older couple for 15-20mins. We rang the emergency bell the whole time and no response. While the lady tried calling the hotel, the automated voice message took too long. When we finally got out (me and the other gentleman had to pry the door open) i told the front desk and nobody knew anything about the elevator and he only gave me 5000 points. I feel like i deserved more but i was so upset i just left. Not trying to cause a scene.

    Came for the weekend for a wedding. Despite booking two rooms over two months ahead of time. I was told that they could not get two rooms near each other. Asking them to help find different rooms made me feel like I was bothering them to do their job. It took several trips up and down stairs before they were able to locate rooms near each other and I am sure I did not get the same level room I paid for. Also if you have a truck or SUV do not plan on using their parking as nothing over 6 feet will fit. They do say anything about that on their site.

    Walking up to the desk, you can tell the staff is eager to make your stay pleasurable. Centrally located downtown shopping and dining are just steps from the lobby. The rooms are well appointed, the only caveat are that the suites are next to the elevators. They aren’t real noisy, but you do hear them. Good place to stay in downtown.

    Unfortunately our stay was disappointing. Staff was short handed. Lines to check in and checkout. Long wait to check in car. They cleaned the rooms, but didn’t leave towels or coffee. Our overall experience was not good. What was suppose to be a memorable weekend for my daughter that is getting married, to shop for her dress, and have fun girl time was taken away by all the disappointments of staying at this property.

    Staff was so kind! Check in and out process was very simple. Was able to get the 23rd floor with 2 queens. Bed was comfortable, loved the pillows so much (I took a picture of the tag so I could try and get one haha) and sleeping at night was not hard. It’s downtown so of course you are going to hear sirens… wasn’t bad though. Enjoyed the security of needing a card to use the elevators. Didn’t get a chance to check out the gym but went to the 3rd floor deck and was amazed. Such a cute little spot, enough spaces for shade, eating, and was able to relax even in downtown. Close to so many places! Whole Foods is a block away, ramen places right around the corner, cvs, Starbucks, literally so close to so many places. Scooters are usually parked right next to the hotel and it’s about a 3-5 minute scooter ride to the central market, MOCA(free museum! Get tickets online) and a 5-6 min walk from place like LA Cafe. We didn’t get to try the dinning so it isn’t fair to rate it! We did check the menu though and had a good variety and fair prices. My sister and I loved our stay!

    For a 4 star hotel, the Sheraton Grand did not live up to expectations: Beds were very firm and could feel the bed springs, ac would kick into overdrive randomly in the middle of the night and wake my wife and I, one of the closet doors was busted, dried blood on the bathroom wall, bathroom door had mysterious white splotches all over it and large strands of black hair, water stains on the ceiling in the shower, terrible lighting in the bathroom. Not a great experience at all. Front desk staff was very nice and location was good.

    Don't even consider anywhere else downtown. This is the best experience I've ever had with the Sheraton. The location is perfect for train travel, car service etc. Shopping and food are mere steps away including the fantastic restaurant in the hotel's lower level! The decor is GORG and every staff member was 100% warm and helpful. Can't wait to return!

    Great location! Besides the fact there is no parking except for doing Valet we enjoyed our stay very much. It was within walking distances to lots of things from dining to shopping!! Perfect area for a girls weekend. Had a great time and enjoyed the continental breakfast very much

    I wasn't expecting anything special for me on a business trip but the hotel management made sure i do get the best service. My check-in process was a breeze and they even upgraded me to an executive suite room. As i entered my hotel room, i saw this fruit grazing box with yummy treats and a note welcoming me at the hotel. I don't normally get this at other hotels even with my ambassador elite status. The staff helped me setup my room with a microwave and cleaned my room daily (some hotels only clean on the 3rd night due to the pandemic). I will sure be back at this hotel for my next business travel!

    We had an excellent stay at the Sheraton Grand! Everyone we encountered was able to help and made our stay more comfortable. The breakfast was amazing for the Marriott Elite Members. My family and I enjoyed it everyday. I know a lot of people have complained about the valet cost but it was truly the best valet experience we ever had. The valet team was professional and super fast. We never waited beyond 5 min for our car. The lobby is beautiful and the hotel is located close to everything including shopping, dining and lounges.

    The Sheraton Grand is in excellent location if you intend to explore downtown LA. It very close to local highway entrances but if your plan is to venture outside DTLA, plan for traffic in the evening especially. The hotel lobby is beautiful! Check in process was straightforward. Hotel is conveniently connected to a modern shopping plaza. Just walk out of the rear lobby doors for next door access to stores such as Starbucks, Macys, restaurants, etc. Guests MUST use the gym on level 26. One of the best views from a gym that I’ve experienced. The King bedroom was very clean and spacious. Appreciated the size and concept of the bed. Very short walk to Staples Center. We attended the Lakers game! Observations: The water storage compartment of the in room coffee machine was dirty. We asked for extra towels but they were not provided.

    Your overall service was good. We did have a few issues. We found dirty women’s underwear in our closet from a previous guest. We alerted font desk and brought them down. They apologized and gave us 4 free breakfasts to the District. We were only able to use 2 as we were leaving very early the following day. Asked to trade in other 2 vouchers for something small from the self serve food area but was told they couldn’t do that? Nothing else offered. The shower in our room had very low water pressure which made it difficult to shower completely. We had Thanksgiving dinner at the Deck and had the turkey dinner. The mash potatoes and green beans were cold and the turkey was lukewarm at best. Let the server know of issues. They offered to replace the sides only but we did not have the appetite to eat more sides. Nothing else done. Paid full price for a disappointing turkey dinner. Other than these issues it was a good visit. Not sure we would stay at this location again.

    Great property! Service was exemplary. From Valet to the Front desk service was easy and seem less. The sales staff was helpful and accommodating. The room block was established and my guests had little if any difficulty booking. Any issues were resolved with a phone call or simple email. Great team! Great Property! My hotel of choice in Los Angeles.

    Tous très bons. Le seul inconvénient, c'est que les ascenseurs sont trop peu nombreux et trop longs. Ils s'arrêtent à chaque étage à cause du nombre de personnes et du peu d'espace et des quelques ascenseurs qu'il y a. De plus, les brochures qu'ils livrent disent que le petit-déjeuner est jusqu'à 10h30 mais quand nous sommes descendus, ils nous ont dit qu'il était jusqu'à 10h et que nous ne pouvions plus y prendre le petit-déjeuner. Le petit-déjeuner n'est pas inclus, il est payé séparément.

    My stay was just fine. Beds were very comfortable. The rooms were decorated nicely. Two complaints: 1. Rooms were generally dark, including bathroom so applying makeup was difficult 2. Touch-free elevators - inadequate instructions and/or descriptions on the keypads. I recognize that this has been a recent update in technology, but it was a pain to deal with.

    I reserved a room for a wedding event and I called a couple of times prior to arrival to make sure my friend that was accompanying me will not having any trouble getting into the room since he would of arrived before I would but even thou I made a great effort and the hotel assured not me worry all was taken care of that was not the case. my friend arrived and he was not given access to my room which his name was listed as well. he ended up waiting in his car for hours until I arrived. very disappointed! then when I arrived and received my room cards I was charged automatically with no explanation of break down. I had to ask for a print out. after our stay as we are checking out my bill was less than what was charged, again nothing about when I will be credited the difference. communication is key in someones experience. also we were given the wrong room. we had to return to front desk and get another room then the room we finally got looked like it was an emergency extra room because the bed was not completely made when we walked in but we both were so exhausted with everything. I would rate front desk average.

    Another wonderful stay at the Sheraton Grand LA! I enjoyed staying in their stylish, comfortable rooms and appreciated the profesional, courteous service of the staff. I had an issue one night with an adjoining room playing loud music. I alerted the desk agent and security handled the issue within five minutes. I really enjoyed the breakfast at The District and appreciated the friendly staff there.

    Excellent rooms, but lacked the quality that you expected from a Marriott experience. Staff was excellent. Doing the best they can with COVID-19 protocols in place. The staffing is low, so for example for breakfast you eat in the bar area and about time your food arrive it is cold breakfast vs hot one. Management should decide what is important and figure it out and track valued guest as value to the Marriott family. Overall my buddy and I had a nice time. We wanted a downtown stay and realize why we do not live in Los Angeles.

    This hotel is very conveniently located in dowtown LA where you can walk to many different places nearby. The hotel is very clean and modern. The gym on the 26th floor has amazing views of the City of Angels with a lot of very nice equipment. The third floor outdoor cabanas provide a nice area to hangout and enjoy some drinks and/or food. The hotel also conveniently opens up to The Block. I would definitely recommend this hotel for business or pleasure.

    I had a great experience during my recent stay at the Sheraton Grand in Downtown Los Angeles. The property looks pristine, is well maintained and the staff are all great. Richard was especially nice at the front desk during my check-in experience. He was very professional and personable. Do yourself a favor and stay at this hotel when you travel to L.A. You definitely won't regret it.

    Je suis arrivé au Sheraton après 15 heures de vol j’ai demandé à la réception de recevoir la chambre un peu plutôt du faite que l’hôtel était complètement vide le monsieur de la réception n’a rien voulu savoir il m’a dit que si je voulais recevoir La chambre avant 15h je dois payer le prix d’une nuit en plus.je n’ai pas accepté et j’ai attendu cinq heures à la réception j’étais déçu du fait que l’hôtel était complètement vide.

    The rooms are nice and the beds are comfortable. I liked that they had pillow options you could request. The bathroom could be a bit brighter but otherwise was fine. The location of the hotel was very central, you could walk all over downtown LA and still be close by.

    This hotel was decent relative to where it was priced. However, you may need to bring your own towels. I was only able to use a washcloth one time during my six day stay. There were never enough towels provided for our rooms. Also, the room had a faint smell of smoke even though it was a non smoking room.

    We chose the Sheraton because if it’s location at the 7th Street Metro, as we had several visits to USC and Santa Monica planned, with no car (because parking at the hotel was advertised at a silly $54 per night). The upgraded double Queen room was clean and stylish. The housekeepers were nice and really appreciated tips. The lobby staff were nice but not particularly aware. The concierge was not really serving that function, referring both our questions to a Porter. The bar was closed and there was no guidance as to eating. We did not know there was a restaurant in the lower level until night 7 and a deck restaurant until night 8, which was excellent and the one place that was buzzy. The hotel is located at the Bloc shopping square, with a Starbucks (thank goodness), the Alamo Drafthouse cinema and a Macy’s. I would say to Sheraton upgrade the lobby guest management to get the best rating.

    The hotel is clean at all times. Inquiries are welcomed and with informative responses. The restaurant dining was very good and something to look forward to each day. The location was central to attractions and the hotel is equip for business and pleasure. The quality gym is well equipped and did not disappoint either. Many businesses express quality but this establishment lives up to the word and then some. Thank you!

    The room was nice except for the lime green bathtub in the bathroom. You have this updated, modern room and the bathroom has all this great lighting and then boom.... Lime green tub from the 70s. Very offputting. Also the elevators were the slowest thing on earth. I waited multiple times to go down the elevator and I timed it once at 14 minutes. 14 MINUTES TO GET DOWN AN ELEVATOR?!? The staff was very pleasant and helpful. The bed was soft and the room was nice. Didn't feel like a "deluxe" room but it is what it is. For the price I would not be compelled to stay there again.

    Loved the location. It was connected to the Bloc outdoor mall. Great place to hang out and walk around during the day and night time. The hotel room was extremely clean and had a nice view. The hotel restaurant was very modern and had great vibes. My boyfriend and I just ordered a drink--but next time, we will try the food. Those parmesan fries smelled so good! I would DEFINITELY stay here again. There was not one bad thing about my stay.

    Very nice and welcoming staff- Asked the reason for our visit (birth of our 10th grandchild) and it was our first stay. They upgraded us to a room on the 22nd floor and a corner room! Accommodations were very nice and the hotel is walking distance to everything in DTLA- Even the cleaning staff greeted us every morning as we walked down the hall each morning- The only annoying thing is we wanted a soda late night and the soda machines were broken on every floor we tried (we gave up after trying seven floors)- Will definitely stay here when in LA-

    Really felt like a home away from home! ❤️ The staff made sure to satisfy all of me and my boyfriend’s needs in a timely manner. The housekeeper was ALWAYS on time, and it felt so good always coming back to a nicely cleaned room. The hotel was extravagantly nice with super friendly staff! I definitely enjoyed my stay and will be back!

    I was graduating from USC and needed a place close to campus. I have been to California numerous times, but I never stayed in LA and it was my parents first time on the west coast. Our stay was amazing. Everyone was so friendly and my mom was happy about getting bottled water if asked. The rooms were very nice and spacious. The bathrooms were nice as well with tubs! I was also happy there were other grads staying at the hotel and I knew I made the right choice. If you didn't want to eat at the hotel, there are plenty of places close by to chose from. My mom wanted souvenirs so we took a nice walk to Santee Alley. I had a great time and will definitely stay there again.

    Rooms are clean, beds are comfy, staff is helpful, check in is prompt, lots to do in the area, view is nice and noise between rooms is minimal. But elevators can take forever and the pads used for them can malfunction. Parking is not clear if you don't valet and driveway for valet can be busy. However, price was good and overall I would stay here again in the hope that the elevators get fixed. Once you know where to park and how to get it validated it isn't so bad. The staff really makes up for any negatives. Very helpful.

    Bel hôtel, avec un lobby magnifique, un petit lounge charmant et une belle salle de fitness. Les chambres sont classiques, mais propres et confortables. L’hôtel est surtout très bien situé, avec accès à une station de métro centrale (Hollywood direct en 20 min, Santa Monica direct en 45 min, pour 2$ a peine!). Le service est impeccable, souriant et serviable (Mention spéciale à Manuel au lounge, qui est aussi attentionné que professionnel!)

    Hôtel agréable mais le ménage dans les chambres laisse à désirer il faut aller chercher l’eaU à la réception de l’hotel la chambre pour 3 personnes et très petite autrement le personnel est très agréable

    Chambres confortables, magnifique terrasse au 3e étage, très belle vue sur la ville au dernier étage (gym). Wi-Fi payant (ridicule!).

    C'est un Sheraton de centre ville et il ne faut pas chercher plus que cela. Toutefois les chambres sont très grandes et cela mérite d'être souligné car parfois on peut être un peu surpris. Le deck est un peu décevant, un bel espace mais service à certaines heures seulement donc c'est un peu triste en dehors de ces heures là. Parking trop cher.

    Hotel fort sympathique dans le quartier financier et une excellente vue même pour le petit déjeuner nous avons une vue a 180°
