  Nous étions au tea time buffet de 17h à 20h, j'ai réservé via les réseaux sociaux, ils m'ont dit qu'à partir de 8 personnes il fallait donner un acompte de 50%, dans notre cas ce n'était pas nécessaire. L'espace restaurant est au premier étage (intérieur), l'environnement est agréable, spacieux. Le buffet comprend des plats salés tels que des brochettes de poulet, des mini triples, des mini wraps, des empanadas frites, des quiches et des mini desserts sucrés tels que des alfajores, des truffes, des brownies et des tartes aux fruits. Pour boire il y a des jus de fruits, des boissons chaudes et un cocktail de courtoisie, j'ai demandé du tinto de verano. L'attention était très bonne, ils étaient attentifs à tout moment pour retirer la vaisselle ou tout ce dont nous avions besoin; option recommandée pour le déjeuner

  I’d stay again , the shower was hot which is what I like ! What I would recommend is a microwave in the room as well as a small fridge . And the ability to open a window .

  The hotel room was a dream with the most iconic city views. In the morning, I was able to head up to the gym. The gym had everything I could need, from cable machines to free weights. After, I would return to my room to get ready. The room was elegantly decorated, and the bathroom felt like a spa. After getting ready, I would head downstairs for breakfast. This breakfast was unparalleled. It included fresh juice, exotic fruits, traditional Peruvian dishes, and much more. In the evening, I could take a dip in the rooftop pool. This hotel was a 10/10 experience. Not to mention most of the attractions I wanted to see in Lima were all within a safe ten minute walk!

  Really enjoyed our stay, felt safe and easy access to shopping. Recommend the neighborhood. Rooms were clean and so was the restroom. Only thing I didn’t like was they did not offer complimentary breakfast for the price of my hotel room. I would however recommend if budget is not an issue.

  Well positioned hotel, Excellent security system . Minimalist design but in keeping with trends. Over three day period stay, housekeeping were always seen in various parts of the building ensuring high level of cleanliness. Breakfast offered a good variety of different options over the stay. Bed is very comfortable and the rooms are great. The pool is small, but the area is good to catch some morning sun.

  Being a platinum member and having arrived early, I have been greeted warmly and accommodated early before check-in time. The room was very clean and tidy and was even given the room with a nice view of the city. The staff were very helpful and warmly accommodates questions and offered suggestions as to what we want to do in the city. We were visiting Lima for pleasure after having seen Cusco and the hotel was a relaxing place to be after strenuous activities in Cusco. Add to that it is within walking distance to great places to eat in Lima.

  The hotel was fine in all regards with the exception of the shower water temperature. The water temp would repeatedly vary from cold to scalding. Good news is that the shower is large enough to step out of the water when the temperature got too hot or too cold. The front desk was helpful to arrange an evening checkout for a reasonable amount of money. That allowed us to get showered (a repeat of the morning problem) before our midnight flight departure. They also arranged a comfortable taxi for us to get to the airport. To me a comfortable bed and functional shower is the minimum requirement for a hotel. Bed was fine, but the shower issue is why I can't recommend this hotel. Rooms could use better capabilities for charging devices.

  Aujourd'hui, j'ai eu l'occasion de déjeuner dans leurs installations et j'ai été vraiment fasciné par l'excellente attention de Paulo, la nourriture exquise, je dois souligner le bon traitement et la bonne prédisposition de toute l'équipe dans son ensemble. Je le recommande totalement ! Merci pour le bon service et la chaleur.

  Nous avons réservé le buffet Tea Time pour un grand groupe, le service est bon, l'endroit est cosy, emplacement central à Miraflores, le seul point à améliorer serait le buffet qui n'est pas très varié, 3 types de sandwichs, quelques variétés de chocolats, mousses, boulettes, petits pains, quiches, légumes, piononos, etc. En guise de bienvenue, vous recevez un cocktail et également du thé ou du café (uniquement noir)

  Nous sommes allés avec des amis au Tea Time Buffet et nous avons eu une expérience agréable, de l'heure de réservation ponctuelle, la gentillesse dans l'attention portée au buffet lui-même, qui était délicieux, ils avaient beaucoup d'options à choisir mais le bar à desserts a un mention spéciale, il est accompagné d'un cocktail de bienvenue qui tombe parfaitement. C'est un super plan pour venir entre amis et/ou en couple.

  This hotel was very clean and comfortable. Great food available on site restaurant and very professional staff overall. The bartender, Hildemar was very friendly and helpful providing recommendations of great food and drinks on and off site, as well as places to visit safely during my stay in Lima.   Hotel and restaurant staff were very polite and friendly. I requested and received a space heater for my July winter visit. The neighborhood felt safe for a walk. There was a park nearby. I hope they do correct the airport shuttle overcharge as promised.

  After traveling the country, we stayed at a number of hotels, this was the star of the trip.   I have stayed at all three Holiday Inn’s in Lima. The Miraflores property is by far the best of the best! From the upscale look and feel of the facility to the spacious accommodations, it rivals other major 5 star hotels I’ve stayed at. As for customer service, Sergio and Karen at the front desk went above and beyond to add to our stay. Both are very personable and great bilingual communicators. They made sure our stay went without a hitch, from arranging late checkout to safely storing our luggage (late flight), assisting us to find Covid testing to suggesting local sights to see and giving us accurate understandable directions. Please forward our thanks to these two employees who represent your property as excellent customer service representatives.

  La meilleure chose à propos de cet Holiday Inn est l'attention de son personnel. Les chambres sont confortables et aux étages supérieurs elles ont une très belle vue sur la ville. Excellent emplacement, à quelques pas du parc de Miraflores qui regorge d'activités, de boutiques et de restaurants.

  This is a very new hotel, room and bathroom size is good. Check in staff very friendly. Very clean and very safe property- no strangers outside or inside. Elevator access by key only and only to your floor which is great. Very quiet, close to stores and restaurants (5min walk) and starbucks (10min walk)

  Bel hôtel. Installations entièrement neuves et de qualité, attention extrêmement cordiale et agréable de la part de tous les employés de l'hôtel. Les chambres sont propres, spacieuses et dotées de nombreux équipements pour passer un séjour de grand confort et de qualité. L'emplacement est proche de nombreux endroits tels que des restaurants et autres, ce qui en fait une position extrêmement confortable pour se déplacer à pied.

  WOW! Je suis impressionné par l'excellent service client dont ils disposent. Toute aide ou recommandation dont vous avez besoin, votre personnel est très attentif et montre un désir de satisfaire vos besoins. Dans mon cas, M. Sergio m'a aidé d'innombrables fois, qui, en plus d'être intéressé à nous aider, est trop gentil. Je pense que le détail de toujours vous appeler par votre prénom ou votre nom semble fabuleux, cela nous a fait sentir comme faisant partie de la famille ❤️ Quant aux chambres, elles sont impeccables, elles sentent bon et vous avez tout ce dont vous avez besoin. L'emplacement est également un autre facteur clé puisque vous êtes proche de tout ! Merci!!!! À la prochaine

  La réceptionniste n'est pas aimable. Il n'y avait pas d'eau dans la chambre. Le sol de ma chambre était sale. L'eau de la douche s'est refroidie et chauffée pendant que je me baignais. Ils ont dû changer de chambre car il n'y avait pas de pression dans la douche. Nourriture régulière du restaurant. Les œufs brouillés ne sont pas naturels. Par conséquent, le goût n'est pas du tout agréable au palais. Les serveurs sont très lents. Les réceptionnistes du jour sont très à l'écoute et sympathiques. Le réceptionniste de nuit Carlos est infâme, il ne connaît pas la cordialité. Très mauvais hôtel pour un Holiday Inn.

  J'ai visité le Luna Bar pour déjeuner avec des amis, l'expérience était bien à l'intérieur de l'endroit, bonne ambiance et bon service. La seule chose est que le ceviche que j'ai commandé en entrée n'était pas à mon goût, puisqu'il n'était pas mariné mais plutôt coupé tel quel, même s'il était accompagné du traditionnel, bien sûr, s'il avait un certain "petit jus" en arrière-plan, mais pas assez pour faire mariner le poisson. Il s'avère que la viande étant directe, c'est-à-dire <>, n'est pas "salée" ni "cuite" et quelques heures plus tard j'ai subi une réaction allergique due à un empoisonnement, rien de grave qu'une cétirizine ne fasse pas son effet chose, et sans être allergique, puisque j'ai consommé beaucoup de ceviche et de fruits de mer sans problème, mais c'était mon expérience, ce qui n'est bien sûr pas ce à quoi vous vous attendez.

  Bon hôtel de bon standing mais nous avons payé un jour supplémentaire car nous arrivions tôt le matin. Contrairement aux photos lors de la réservation il n'y avait pas de baignoire dans la chambre. Piscine fermé. Pas de possibilité d'ouvrir une fenêtre dans la chambre. Il faisait très froid dans le restaurant. Le tarif des petits déjeuners n'était jamais le même tout les matins pour les même consommations. Assez déçu vu le tarif, je n'y retournerai pas.

  I had my first contact with Peru at this hotel. As well as the last night, before taking off for home. It was a nice experience, the hotel very friendly (only they kept insisting on wearing masks), clean, next time I come I will expressly request a room overlooking the city, that really matters.

  Los alimentos tenian un sabor expectacular, muy bien preparados, el menu del fin de semana super recomendable y aun super precio. El menu normal (desayuno,comida y cena) un poco pequeño para quien esta una larga estancia, pero muy bueno. Era invierno y la alberca esta en el roof del hotel por lo que no la use pero seguramente en verano debe ser muy buena. Una observacion, el piso o plataforma de la regadera es muy resbalosa, con todo y que use sandalias de baño, varias veces me resbale y estuve a nada de caer. Una mas, las llamadas locales las cobran, creo que en tiempo de pandemia no deberian cobrar cuando se llama para ordenar algun alimento a un restaurant fuera.

  He estado muchas veces en Lima y esta vez por covid necesitaba un lugar cómodo para trabajar remoto y para reunirme por negocios y con amigos y familiares sin salir mucho del hotel.   Great location walkable or short taxi to everything in Miraflores. Helpfully staff, extremely clean room and hotel in general. The rooms are organized very well and the hotel is only 2 years old. Our rooms were very quiet and the elevators were fast. The room heating/air conditioner was very quiet. The shower were excellent with hot water everyday no problems. The housekeeping was very quick to bring towels or needed items. Breakfast was not included otherwise it would perfect. We did have a light snack at the restaurant and the food was excellent.

  Fue una semana de trabajo de esas en las cuales cuando terminas de trabajar en la noche, lo único que quieres es un buen descanso. En el Hotel Holiday inn de Lima en Miraflores pude tener ese descanso que esperaba que hasta parece que estaba en mi propia cama. El cuarto muy limpio y en general las instalaciones del hotel impecables. Lo único que me extrañó fue que al llegar a registrarme no me ofrecieron el snack o el agua de bienvenida por ser miembro Gold IHG, y normalmente cando uno llega de un viaje largo llega con mucha sed y no había ni una botella de agua de cortesía en la habitación. Tuve que solicitar una botella de agua pero ya estaba cerrado el restaurante por la hora de mi llegada, así que tuve que convencer al encargado que me diera una y al final si me la dio de cortesía.

  Lovely new hotel, VERY friendly and helpful staff. Rooms are well appointed, clean and modern. Many local amenities nearby though personally never took advantage of this. I have stopped here before for many weeks and will come back here without doubt. Definitely recommend.

  Une expérience gastronomique magistrale, nous avons essayé les spécialités du chef et la proposition est vraiment innovante, exquise et de grande qualité.Nous recommandons le ceviche mixte, l'espadon grillé avec majado de yuca et sauce sudado, ainsi que les spaghetti fruto di mare, le les boissons étaient très rafraîchissantes. Il est nécessaire de faire une réservation à l'avance.

  Had a problem with AC and Carolina at front desk properly handled the situation by upgrading us to a room with well functioning AC. Breakfast was tasty and with good selection Room was clean Staff were friendly

  Très bel hôtel neuf en plein centre de Miraflores (Lima). Chambre classique avec ce qu'on attend de ce type d'hôtel. Frigo. !! Pas de TV connectée. Bon rapport qualité prix. Checkin late gratuit offert. Petit déjeuner inclus (selon les promotions du moment). Juillet 2021

  The hotel was great. The staff were excellent. I had not stayed here before in Lima. But we were so glad we chose this location. They even had adaptors in the rooms for our laptop and cell phone charging. Reception staff were very helpful on the Covid requirements for travelers and a dinning event for 10 of us for lunch. The meal was first class at a reasonable price. I would use them if needed to plan that type of meeting again when I return. Breakfast was great. We used the business center for an online conference one evening and it was so nice. My co- worker asked why we hadn't used this service previously. I can't recommend this place too highly.

  Me encantó el hotel, todo el personal fue muy amable, los acabados de la habitación eran muy bonitos y la comida de excelente calidad. Sugeriría tener cubiertos taza, vaso, platos en cada habitación, con utensilios para lavar estos en vez de cubiertos descartables.

  The location in Miraflores is excellent. E.g. walking distance to Huaca Pucllana. The staff are very helpful with all our questions. The food and the drinks from the restaurant/bar are really good too. Because the hotel is new, the facilities are in excellent condition. If I remember correctly, they are not very generous with the welcome amenities- there were 2 of us traveling but only gave me 1 (drink or snack).

  The staff was good, the breakfast surpassed my expectations a wide variety. Nice clean simple gym. I’d definitely stay here again it’s real close to the small shops around the corner.

  Sehr schönes, neues Hotel. Mitten in Miraflores gelegen. Ideal um die Umgebung zu Fuß zu erkunden. Die Mitarbeiter sind sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Modern eingerichtete Zimmer mit Klimaanlage. Begeistert haben mich die "intelligenten" Fahrstühle! Ich komme gern wieder.

  Whenever we checked In at the desk they mentioned that they have a problem in them system and my c/in maybe gonna take longer than usual but however it was a quick c/in but anyway there is no reason to tell me they have a problem in the system.The hotel has a good decoration and my was enough big for us. Everything was good till at 02:00 am. My daugther woke up for eat and my room was totaly dark and without electricity. I called the front desk for know whats happenning and she said that we are not gonna have a electricty till 03:00 am. There was a no information about that and at the c/out no one talked to me about this incident or an apology. We had really hard time to prepare my dauhther´s food at the dark.

  This property is new, well maintained with very attentive staff. The roof top pool is a “jewel.” The hotel is located in a very convenient location for walking in the park with access to shopping and restaurants. Only hiccup was service in restaurant during lunch, but they get a pass because the whole crew is new and learning. Rest of the Staff from check in, to check out, could not have been better. Highly recommend this hotel for business or vacation...I’ll be back! IHG...keep up the good work!

  The first room we were in the thermostat was broken and stayed at 14C (freezing) they sent someone to fix it and ended up changing us to another room. The other room, the Tv was not hooked up so they had to send someone again. A few minutes after he fixed it someone knocked at our door... again. He wanted to refill our mini bar. I told him that we didn’t take anything and we didn’t need his service. He insisted to come in the room... unbelievable. Should I mention that the do not disturb sign was on the door! Ohh and when we first arrived at the hotel with our 4 bags. The bellman simply looked at us and didn’t bother helping us going up the stairs, I thought that is the purpose of this position...

  Deseo destacar a Stefannie, señorita que nos atendio practicamente todos los dias en desayuno; y ademas nos atendio un dia al almorzar, por su excelente servicio, muy amable y cordial trato. Excelente atencion. En general, la carta del restaurante es buenisima y muy buenos postres. Cenamos en vispera de año nuevo y todo fue muy agradable y delicioso.

  Amazing new hotel with friendly staff and guest relations, clean rooms, nice showers, and comfortable bed. The restaurant and bar was well kept and served excellent food, only thing I think the hotel needs to address is the towels and a better way for guest to enter and leave the hotel without having to wait on someone letting you in or out

  Enjoyed a very relaxing stay at this brand new hotel. The staff were fantastic. A shout out to Daniel, Viktoria at the desk, to Giovanni at the concierge and Romina, David, Briggette and Jesus in the restaurant/lounge, to name but a few of the great staff I met. Your warmth and professionalism made the short stay most memorable. Being a guest on the first day of operations revealed some minor teething issues, such as not all items on the published restaurant menu being available but the food ultimately selected was excellent. The wine that was available for purchase by the glass was quite limited but I have the utmost confidence that the hotel will make adjustments to the menu and wine list as they move forward while listening to their guests. The location of the hotel was a major factor, being in the heart of Mira Flores and most convenient to a Metropolitano station. There were only two long term negatives that I believe should be addressed by the hotel staff. One was the use of cheap plastic cups in the bathrooms. Definitely did not fit in with the overall high quality of everything else, nor do they fit with the hotel's "green theme." The second was the concrete curb at the main entrance. There is no ramp or grade at the main doors to allow rolling luggage carts, suitcases or wheelchairs to move easily from arriving vehicles or the sidewalk to the lobby. This barrier is not exclusive to the hotel. In general, Lima's sidewalks, curbs and infrastructure present many obstacles and hazards to the walking public. However, the municipalities are making progress. Improvements are constantly being implemented.
