  Positif: Appartement agréable et propre, belle vue sur port de pêche de Rosas.. Négatif: Petit désagrément avec le ballon d eau chaude qui est un peu juste ... il faut être parcimonieux avec l eau au moment de la douche.

  Positif: La vue totalement splendide sur la mer le port... La propreté des locaux l'accueil du personnel chaleureux. Négatif: Il manque un meuble de rangement alimentaire sinon tout est parfait..

  Nous passons toujours par la même personne pour louer à Roses et comme d'habitude nous ne sommes pas déçu. Appartement très bien situé et vue imprenable et tout cela à 5 minutes à pied du centre ville. Merci Inès

  Le seul inconvénient que je peux mettre, c'est qu'ils ne nous ont donné qu'un rouleau de papier toilette. Tout le reste parfait. Confortable, fonctionnel et proche du bureau où nous nous sommes enregistrés.

  Positiva: Buena ubicación y apartamento más o menos mono.. Negativa: Durante el check-in nos dijeron que había parking pero no ha lugar. Se entra a las 16h y se sale a las 10h, nosotros no nos fijamos en ese dato... nos pareció muy tarde para entrar y temprano para salir. En nuestro caso nos salió algo caro. Solo te ponen un rollo de papel higiénico, un poco de Fairy, un poco de gel y champú para toda la estancia..

  Positive: The location was perfect, it is in a quiet area. The apartment was clean and with all the supplied we needed on the kitchen, the bed was very comfortable. The host provided us all the facilities for the check-in. Negative: When we rented the apartment the pictures saw a balcony with a view. But we had the first floor, nice balcony but not a view of the sea. This was disappointing. The internet connection is very limitated..

  Positive: Location is fine as it's central for most things, Lots to see and do. Roses has great restaurants, a lovely selection of shops. Cadaques, Girona and Figueres are close by.. Negative: My husband had a knee operation a few months ago ( Is should that we are fit and healthy otherwise and in our early 50's). The pictures do not show the very steep path up from the street to the entrance gate of the apartments. We were given the security codes for the gate and the door but it's pretty pointless as the other guests or residents never closed the gate or door! The slamming of the doors and other people in the block was noisy. I don't think it is just tourists staying there? Bed was very hard. The 3 pillows that were in the apartment were very thin and not enough of them, so we had to put blankets under the pillows. The sofa is very low and hard. When we were in the apartment we had to sit on the pillows and cushions and put them on top of the sofa. No way to relax. No kettle so we had to boil water on the hob. The hob takes 10 minutes to get a pan of water to boil. Some crockery was chipped - this is unhygienic. Worst thing of all, is that at 7am every morning a very loud alarm goes off. I asked the people at the tourist office why that happens. They said it's a call for the fisherman to get up. So we were woken on every working day at 7am. If we had known this, we would not have booked. We work very hard and have to get up very early when we are home. Been woken at 7am when you are on a hard earned holiday is awful. If the tourist office knew of the alarm, then so do the people who own or manage these apartments! For this reason we would not be able to recommend the apartments or any area close to the port of Roses. If you are a very deep sleeper you may get away with it..

  Положительный: Апартамент расположен в 5 минутах ходьбы до пляжа, в тихом переулке. В доступной близости имеются магазины и кафе. Нэсс приветливая и отзывчивая хозяйка. Все вопросы с ней решались легко..

  Appartement en rdc, ce qui peut être un peu bruyant... Mais c'est le jeu. Appartement spacieux, avec ventilateur. Il faut Neanmoins être sportif car il y a une. Bonne côte à grimper avant d'y arrive. Localisé en face du port, 2 plages possibles proche de l'appartement. Un crique et la plage. Des commerces et le centre ville à proximité.

  Negatief: Niet aan te bevelen voor mensen die slecht ter been zijn!! Gelukkig werd er niet gewerkt maar er staat een grote bouwkraan voor. Als deze jongens beginnen dan is helemaal gedaan met de rust die je toch al niet hebt omdat het appartement aan een drukke straat ligt..

  Positive: Posizione piuttosto strategica perché in pochi minuti si possono raggiungere le spiagge più belle di Roses. La zona del porto permette anche di poter trovare comodamente un parcheggio gratuito nelle vicinanze. L'appartamento è dotato di tutto il necessario per il soggiorno. Il personale si è dimostrato molto disponibile alle richieste.. Negazione: Il bilocale non godeva di una grande ventilazione quindi, in caso di gran caldo, si soffre parecchio. Non è infatti presente l'aria condizionata. Abbiamo utilizzato giorno e notte il ventilatore in dotazione..
