    Hôtel à la plage de Condado de San Juan, juste à côté de la plage, très bon service de hamacs sur la plage, belles piscines. Vue magnifique sur l'océan. Dans ma chambre la salle de bain était très petite mais rénovée et moderne. Mais la vue sur la mer et la terrasse compense tout. Le personnel du petit déjeuner était assez démotivé et antipathique. Ils nous ont servi du café à contrecœur. Pas tous. Il y avait une serveuse sympathique. Le personnel de la plage et ceux qui vous apportaient les hamacs étaient très sympathiques et utile. Le petit déjeuner n'est pas excellent, petit déjeuner typique d'hôtel de plage, quantité mais pas qualité. Très bonne situation, proche de nombreux restaurants, Cvs, Walgreens.

    Les barmans sont littéralement les meilleurs ici ! Ils vous donneront l'impression d'être amis et vous offriront un excellent service dans l'ensemble (Andres et Carlos) Voudront certainement visiter cet endroit à nouveau juste pour leur dire bonjour. Le service de chambre a besoin de quelques travaux à faire. Le service de chambre a jeté nos souvenirs en pensant qu'ils étaient des ordures. Le front s'est occupé de nous et nous a remboursés. Aussi, soyez prêt à payer des frais supplémentaires à votre arrivée. Les barmans sur ce site sont les meilleurs ! Ils vous donnent l'impression d'être amis. La prochaine fois que je serai à Porto Rico, nous devrons venir visiter à cause du bon service que nous avons reçu des barmans (Andrés Gonzales et Carlos Vásquez)

    Près de l'aéroport, il y a beaucoup d'options pour manger de tout, le buffet est super bien qu'un peu cher, service impeccable. Seul détail, les ascenseurs sont compliqués, ils s'arrêtent à chaque étage.

    Je suis allé 24 heures pour des raisons de travail et la vérité est que je voulais profiter davantage de ses installations. Tout est impeccable et la gentillesse du personnel qui vous reçoit est magnifique. Merci d'avoir fait de ma première (et rapide) visite à Porto Rico une expérience inoubliable!

    Un hôtel de villégiature avec un casino sur la plage. L'hôtel possède également sa propre piscine. Il a l'air magnifique, mais le bâtiment lui-même est assez daté. Vous pouvez le dire en regardant l'ascenseur. (2 sur 4 sont assez vieux) Le personnel de l'hôtel ne peut pas communiquer s'il ne parle pas anglais ou espagnol. Autant que je sache, une personne à la réception, un personnel féminin sympathique, parlait un japonais simple pour les salutations. Les chambres ont été rénovées et sont propres et propres. Le climatiseur est puissant, mais lorsque vous l'éteignez, l'air humide du bord de mer rend rapidement la pièce collante. (Condensation dans les salles de bains, etc.) Le petit-déjeuner est servi sous forme de buffet continental au restaurant de l'étage G. Viennoiseries, céréales, œufs brouillés, lardons, pommes de terre déjeuner, omelettes à la commande (conseillées), fruits. Je pense que le casino propose des jeux de table relativement bon marché (roulette, baccarat, BJ, poker) avec une mise minimale de 5 $. Le reste est centré sur les machines à sous vidéo (à partir de 1 $).

    Je ne recommande pas cet endroit. À partir du moment où nous sommes entrés via un scandale super bruyant, il était impossible d'entendre la personne à qui j'ai eu affaire pour l'enregistrement. Mais elle a juste souri et m'a crié dessus. Bienvenue à Porto Rico 🤷🏼‍♀️ Ensuite, nous entrons dans la chambre et la chambre sent très mauvais Odeur super moche. La plage. A aucun moment, alors, ne profitez de la forme de la plage. Tout le sable est projeté au visage par le vent. Puis le jour de votre départ. Mardi 9 août, 4h00 La personne devant le bureau m'a pris 330 $ US. Dites quels frais de villégiature. J'avais déjà payé pour l'hôtel et ils m'ont quand même facturé ça. Ils ne m'ont jamais expliqué cela. Été dans 40 pays, je n'ai pas eu une si mauvaise expérience. Je ne recommande pas l'hôtel Je ne recommande pas de visiter l'île. Tout le monde Abla île d'enchantement. Je n'ai jamais vu le charme. Il y a des ordures partout et rien à voir dans la façon dont ils le décrivent. C'est mon expérience.

    Marriott Gold member and our stay began with being bumped from our room despite having booked months in advance. Elite checkin was busy making some sort of sales pitch, so I would absolutely not recommend booking direct if you get better rates or perks booking via a credit card portal. This property doesn’t care about loyalty status. Other than that the staff were very pleasant. Rooms were OK with the only issue being an obviously soiled couch in our room. Ultimately it didn’t impact our stay but it certainly presents a bad cleanliness standard. Having said that, we did enjoy our stay. The pool and beach areas were quite nice. I won’t write this hotel off completely but I will certainly look for alternatives before staying here again.

    Everyone was so friendly and helpful. Food was so slow and not that great, but not all out terrible. Food was not worth the cost, but even outside the hotel, this was also true. We tried to get a room in the Cabana Building (renovated) but those were all sold out. The rooms in the main building need to be upgraded, if only because you know there are better rooms available. The hot water, for me, was not hot enough, but not cold or horrible. The ocean view was gorgeous. The small patio, was necessary, as the room would smell after several hours. The bottle of febreeze we bought was necessary to erase the musty, moldy smell (I assume is natural on a humid island). All this to say, everything was fine for our five day stay. If we returned, we would try to book with enough time to stay in the new building. Puerto Rico was super relaxing and the weather was gorgeous.

    Overall a nice hotel. Staff are wonderful and helpful. Food was great. My room had low water pressure and a clunky ac. The ac was repaired on the second day. Low water pressure was a daily issue for the entire trip. So low, only the handheld head would function. Views and pool are amazing, with ocean view rooms.

    The entire staff at the hotel was exceptionally warm and friendly. We especially want to thank Jose Gonzalez and Olga for everything they did to make this vacation exceptional. We are so excited to plan our next stay with you again. We have been coming to this hotel for 17 years. We only missed the last 2 because of Covid..The location is perfect and the accommodations are the best.

    The staff was amazing. Customer service seems to be lacking almost everywhere these days but the staff here genuinely puts their best foot forward to ensure you are welcome. The cost of drinks and food is pretty expensive compared to local spots near the hotel. $15 average drinks and $20 for a burger is not something we expected. Aside from this, the resort fee is determined by the amount you spend on your room. Yet, all the same amenities offered do not change with the level of room you purchase. These amenities are also standard in most hotels (towels, wifi) and you aren't charged additionally. For a four night stay, the resort fee was $400 just to stay there. Why not just be upfront with the price in the beginning? Nothing you do during your stay will lower this fee so it should just be apart of the original quote.

    Unfortunately our experience was not good with this hotel, the problems started with the check-in. We had to wait till 4.30 pm for our room I had to talk to the people at the reception multiple times to understand when the room would be ready. Because of my elite status, we requested an upgrade but every time I talked to someone I got a different response, no honesty and consistency. Also they said to check during the middle of the week when there would be more availability and when I checked during the week I was told there was no upgraded room available even though I was able to see the available rooms on Marriott website. I think since I used my points for this stay my request was not a priority but at least I deserved an honesty. Also the next day when we came to the room around 5 pm, it was not cleaned. I called the front desk and requested a housekeeping service, they said the department was closed. After I had insisted to talk to the hotel manager then they sent a housekeeping lady for cleaning. The supervisor came and apologized, she said that the hotel was so busy and the staff were running behind. If Marriott is charging extra for the room during that week due to a peak season then they should be able to hire more resources to staff properly, I cannot accept this as an excuse. She also promised to have our room cleaned at 11 am but of course I didn’t see that happening later in the week. Overall the hotel is at great location but the service quality is so behind. I will not stay at this hotel again and recommend to any of my friends.

    I had a wonderful stay at the San Juan Marriott and would definitely come back. Although I have to point out the excellent service of some employees. First of all Chef Febres wow!!! I stayed in several hotels and I barely see the Chef except in the restaurant but especially Chef Febres I saw him everywhere always giving the extra mile with the guests not only in the restaurant but in other areas of the hotel, you can tell his passion for service and also how good the F&B team works together. My first night I was eating in the pool area and I noticed that I didn’t have utensils to eat the food. I walked near the restaurant to see if someone could help me. I saw Chef Febres passed by you can notice he was in a rush, he had in his hands some type of equipment from the kitchen i didn’t want to bother him but he stopped and asked me if I need it anything. I told him that I need it utensils and napkins and he rushed to the restaurant and got them. He kindly told me you can go ahead to the pool I will bring them to you. Also the next day he saw me in the lobby and remembered me and asked me if everything was good during my stay. Those small details especially from the Chef made me feel like a special guest. Also I received excellent service from Fabian Ponce at La Panaderia, every time I went to buy something I was happy to see him there. Christopher Velez from the pool also was very attentive when I was in the pool area. Overall you have some outstanding employees in different areas that you can tell they have passion for what they do. KEEP IT UP San Juan Marriott!!! F&B Team 100% in service. The excellent service is what defines you.

    You walk in and boom. You’re immediately greeted with the warmest of smiles and feel at home, like family. You drop your bags off at the room and take a twirl on the balcony; paradise. The ocean is the most beautiful shade of turquoise and the air smells of sea breeze and pina coladas. You run down to the lobby and have a delicious mojito & berries (my personal fave) and win thousands at the casino! (If only) okay, but seriously. This place is magical. There’s pool bingo with Rita, and your chance to win it all and taste the pina coladaaaaaaaaa! What a gem, she was the highlight of my trip. But wait, if that’s not enough there’s a crazy water slide that goes right into the pool…this is especially fun after a few poolside drinks. I’ve said it once I’ll say it again, this place is magical. One of the most memorable weeks I’ve ever had. Thank you once again! Can’t wait to come back.

    The property is lovely. We had a stunning view from our room which we enjoyed everyday. The beach is gorgeous and the pool area is attractive. We enjoyed these areas everyday as well. Even though the hotel was nearly at capacity, it never felt crowded. The staff were helpful and friendly. Sometimes the guys on the beach seemed a little short at the end of the day. But I am sure they had a long day. Overall I thought the level of service was very good. The restaurant near the pool is very pleasant (terrific hamburgers by the way!). One evening the service was exceptionally slow. We were in a handicap room for some reason (I guess because the hotel was so full), and I assume that partially explains the bathroom. But the shower needs at least a low threshold rubber transition between the shower area and the rest of the bathroom. (I have seen showers in assisted living facilities designed like this.) Something is most definitely needed to keep the water from getting all over the bathroom. This was a pain to deal with everyday. The bathroom needed more storage area (there is room for some shallow shelves) and an additional hook for hanging bath towels. The lighting in the bathroom is abysmal. You certainly couldn't see well enough to apply makeup. In fact, the lighting in the room itself is too dim. There is no good reading light and once it is dark outside it is hard to see anything in the room. The closet needs more hanging space and it is hard to use the little hanging space provided because the safe is underneath. (I imagine that a handicapped person might have difficulty accessing the safe since it is so low.) But overall we liked the hotel, the beautiful and convenient location (close to many nice restaurants), and especially the beautiful beach and ocean. As my niece said more than once as we sat on our balcony enjoying the view, "It looks too perfect to be real." Thank you for a truly relaxing and enjoyable vacation!

    Need more variety in terms food order options. Great location for the beach, airport and local shops. The staff is exceptional - very personable and service driven. The television options are very limited - need to update television options. Poor reception. Get rid of dish - when weather is not good, reception is poor. No one uses Dish anymore. The nightly rate does seem a bit over priced. However, the staff and the location almost make it on point.

    Family and I spend 4 days at the property in March 2022. The property was advertised as a resort charged $40 per day per room for resort fee for some useless amenities at least for us. All the restaurants advertised we discovered after we arrived that are not on the property and after calling them they don't take reservations. The in house restaurant had great breakfast but terrible for lunch. The bar service was awful and unprofessional serving in plastic cups $15 drinks. Not a "resort" quality. Ocean front rooms in the tower had a funny smell, most likely mold. Towels had a wet dog smell. Asked for late check out and I was only able to have one room until 1pm. On arrival one room was ready at 3:30 and the other at 4:30. Chairs and umbrellas on the beach were plenty and available with prompt service from personnel. As a Marriott life titanium I do expect more from a property that is advertised as a resort and especially when my family is with me. A lot of points, high expectations, and minimum results.

    The hotel staff were friendly and welcoming. The restaurants were good, service was excellent. The room was well maintained and clean. Our housekeeper, Laura, was outstanding. As a Gold Elite client, I had one issue and Jennifer was quick to respond and resolved the problem immediately. There was a long wait , over 20 minutes, for a cocktail at the swim up bar. It was also difficult to get a drink while playing the slot machines, but not at the tables. All in all a great vacation, close to fantastic restaurants with a beautiful beach. The beach staff were absolutely right on top of taking good care of security, chairs and umbrellas and were very friendly and pleasant.

    Hotel overall was great! The location is perfect and close. Taxi's are always available. The bar staff inside the lobby was slow and was the only thing I would say needs improvement, several guest could be heard mentioning the lack of urgency and acknowledging a quest waiting. With how much the drinks were price wise they should indeed make some improvements. But, the view of our ocean view cabana room was beautiful, housekeeping ( Especially employee Monica was amazing), the grounds around the hotel well kept, pools and activities are top notch. Guests and staff were great respecting rest/quiet hours, slept great. Room service was great. So many restaurants, bars and stores available at great prices. The beach access was amazing. Definitely miss the ocean view sunrise and sunset.

    My wife and I stayed for 5 nights in the Condado Suite (Main Tower - Penthouse floor). The room was awful. Stained and ripped carpet and furniture. The sitting room furniture was so dirty that we got extra bedsheets to cover the couch and chair, just to sit on it. Balcony has two wicker chairs (broken strands). I asked for some better furniture - like in other balconies - was told NO. If you stay here, just book a cheap room. Don't splurge for the suite - IT'S NOT WORTH THE MONEY. Now the good stuff - the lower level staff (beach, pool, housekeeping, restaurants) are extremely nice and friendly, always went out of their way to make the stay special. Same could not be said of managerial level staff - which is a shame. The location is amazing - powdery sand in front of the hotel. No need to try and reserve chairs, they have enough loungers and will set them up on demand.

    Our recent stay at the San Juan Marriott was wonderful. Staff was so nice and accommodating. Location is perfect. Rooms are in the process of being updated which will make the resort even better. Cabana rooms are beautiful with main tower rooms needing updating. We will definitely be back!

    I have been staying at this hotel for almost 20 years. First with my parents and siblings, and now with my own family. The resort is the perfect place for families with young children because of the pool set up. The food quality has improved in recent years and the staff is friendly. I was super impressed with the COVID-19 protocols at this hotel and throughout Puerto Rico.

    We had a wonderful 5 night stay. Property was clean and staff were incredibly kind and helpful. Kids loved the pool and relaxing on the beach was great too. All sorts of restaurants within walking distance made dinner easy. All in all a fantastic first stay in Puerto Rico.

    For 60K points a night plus $30-$40 resort fee I'd expect more from this hotel. The service was very good--- don't think I had a bad experience with anyone. My concerns: 1) The elevators were terrible--- I waited many minutes several times during my stay. Elevators need to be upgraded. I walked up and down 10 flights of stairs many times over the course of the 5 days. 2) Rooms have two double beds --- it was very uncomfortable for a family of four. 3) The drinks/snacks in the Elite area don't appear in the lounge until 11am which by that time is late in the day. The parking discount was nice and the breakfast discount was okay. 4) The drinks we ordered at the pool bar were good the 1st day but crappy the 2nd and 3rd days--- the frozen drinks were no where near the quality I'd expect plus they melted quickly (and they were out of strawberry daiquiri mix the first day and pina colada mix the second day)--- on the 3rd day my wife waited 45 minutes for french fries which came out unsalted.

    This is a great resort for families and couples. The staff is extremely friendly and the hotel is incredibly clean. My room smelled incredibly moldy though. When I asked for a change of room, we we were given a dehumidifier which only helped slightly. While not a huge deal emptying a dehumidifier during your vacation is not ideal. Again, the hotel is incredible and I would definitely stay there again but use caution when booking if you are sensitive to mold.

    After I read some of the comments on the review page, I was a little hesitant; but it was nothing but the best experience ever when we arrived. My fiancé and I had a wonderful time. We were in the central tower on the 12th floor with an ocean view! Spectacular view with the live music and the sound of the ocean. We had a fantastic time, and we plan to return very soon. Food, drinks, and other amenities are great! Saturday by the pool was so much fun and meeting new people. We are returning with our family very, very soon! I love this hotel and everything it has to offer.

    The best thing that this property has to offer is the pool and the proximity to Restaurants and other tourist destinations. The property itself is really dated and very old. It is extremely clear that hurricane swept through this property. I found the service to be OK, it could’ve been a lot better. Nobody told me that there was a bonvoy lounge, ok annoying but it’s ok. But I think the thing that really makes me very upset, was putting me in a room that clearly had water damage. There was mildew smell and clearly there was water damage that happened in the Bathroom and it was painted over. It’s just not some thing you expect to see at the Marriott. It was nice that they were able to change my room but I’ll be honest the rooms are really tired and dated. At such a high Price point per night including the resort fee, this stay is simply not worth it. It rained majority of my vacation and so if it rains, naturally one wants to take a nap, but that’s not been possible because there is construction going on at this hotel. And if there is no construction, you will be listening to your neighbors having conversations next-door. And that’s if they speak softly. Good luck sleeping if anybody’s having a party in their room. If they are partying more than likely they’re going to bring a boombox to the pool. The Marriott staff does not feel bothered by this at all. So if you’re looking for a reasonably quiet vacation, I am not sure you’re gonna have that here.. The food is meh, there could be better options for people who have dietary restrictions. Their breakfast was OK. Again with dietary restrictions it’s not worth the $30 price point. Anyway, if I ever came back to Puerto Rico I would not stay here again.

    The hotel is beautiful, and it smells amazing! The staff is so friendly. And being greeted at the door and having the hotel doors as well as our car doors opened for us was the absolute best!! I would definitely recommend this hotel to everyone. And I will definitely stay here again on my next trip to Puerto Rico. House keeping was amazing. Our house keeper “Pamela” left us notes on the bed after she cleaned our room which was awesome. The food is kind of pricey though. That would be my only complaint

    Our check in was a quick and smooth process, my husband requested to have our room changed due to location and we were accommodated which we greatly appreciated. Every staff member we encountered during our stay was polite and helpful. Pool was lots of fun and drinks and music were great. Plenty of areas to hang out in the hotel. Overall we had a really good time and even though it was pricey we felt it was worth it and we would definitely return. We were really happy we chose this hotel for our stay. We appreciate the wonderful service we received from all the staff members. Great job and keep up the great work.

    We needed a few days of R&R and this place fit the bill. Close to the airport, great beach, and walking distance to good food. Our Oceanview room provided a spectacular view but the room was quite small. The bed and room temperature were excellent. The casino is 'good enough' for an hour or two of entertainment. We didn't hang out by the pool area but it looked very nice. The beach attendants were energetic and quick to help you with chairs, umbrellas, and towels. All in all it met our needs and provided a great few days of relaxation.

    Overall, we enjoyed our stay very much! Our room and a beach view balcony, pool, beach, and spa were amazing. I liked that it was in walking distance to many shops and restaurants. The staff were all very friendly. It was great to have someone put out a beach chair and umbrella for you every morning. The pizza place connected to the hotel is DELICIOUS, the other food was just average. Drinks were a bit expensive but they were yummy!! My only complaint is that we had to call almost daily to have our room cleaned. It would be almost dinner time and our room hadn’t been cleaned. It was a very relaxing vacation.

    ALL the employees were extremely friendly and helpful from the minute we walked through the door until we said our goodbyes and see ya next time! Felt very safe at this resort. Vacation was AMAZING!!! Can't wait to go back!!! Shout-out to our wonderful waitresses at breakfast!! Beach and pool were amazing and kept very clean. Can't say enough good things about this hotel. Great location, close to the airport, CVS and Walgreens are right down the street in case you forgot anything and plenty of DELICIOUS authentic restaurants with in walking distance.

    Très confortable hôtel avec une grande piscine avec toboggan... Parfait pour un séjour en famille. Service de qualité avec un accueil chaleureux. Prix élevé mais correspondant à la qualité.

    J'ai trouvé très gênant de devoir aller dans un autre hôtel pour la clé de 5 rues. L'appartement est cher pour ce qu'il offre. Le mobilier est ancien. La cuisine improvisée est basique et n'a pas de place pour laver les choses, le lit est petit et l'eau chaude ne fonctionne pas dans la salle de bain de la chambre. La commande du téléviseur ne fonctionne pas. Et l'adresse est fausse, c'est du côté intérieur de la rue. Je ne le recommande pas. ...
