  Hôtel propre et agréable. Petit déjeuner un peu restreint mais c'est suffisant. 10 minutes en voiture de l'aéroport ou du port de croisière. Environ 10 minutes en taxi du vieux San Juan.

  Positive: Modern, open, minimialistic. Decent sized 4-star rooms, 3.5 star staff, 3.5-star cleanliness, 4-star price, 2-star on-site amenities. Location close enough to walk to restaurants, which is necessary due to limited food & dining options at the hotel. Negative: Called before booking to ensure no construction occuring to be in a quiet area for work. Was assured of no construction. Abruptly woke up the next morning RIGHT next to VERY loud jackhammering & exacavating of the hotel parking lot. Disappointed.

  Positive: Overall it good Negative: The visitors who wanted to still smoke in a non smoking hotel. While on the roof top people were constantly smoking. I could not enjoy the rooftop due to the smoking. Staff that waited on those people to purchases drinks or food didn¿t say anything.

  My wife and I had a wonderful time at this hotel. We really appreciated that they had beach space and lounge chairs/umbrellas. Hotel is very modern, room was big and clean. My best stay in Puerto Rico in a few decades.

  This hotel was not a bad place to stay. Unfortunately, the restaurant was closed apparently for renovations and there was only a limited bar menu. Rideshares and taxis did not pick up guests at the entrance. I was given limited information but no instructions on obtaining complimentary beach seating and umbrellas.

  I was unsure what to expect when booking the AC hotel for the first time. I was pleasantly surprised at the high level of attention and immaculate maintenance of the hotel. All the staff we encountered went above and beyond to take care of our group. Nadya was an excellent housekeeper, Amanda and Iraida were amazing waitstaff at the breakfast buffet as well as manager Milton and the lobby staff were all amazing as well. We spent a relaxing week and enjoyed the rooftop pool and facilities very much.

  The check in process was slow and poorly managed. The manager or front desk staff didn't call me as they said they would when a room was ready. I checked in several hours early and they said they would call me by the 4pm check in time, when the rooms would be ready. I returned after 4pm, only to find them issuing keys to other guests, but they still hadn't called me, though I'd checked in hours earlier than those people. The manager eventually gave me my keys and provided a $50 credit to the room, but this experience, along with the poor lighting in the room, which made it difficult to see in the mirrors, and the close proximity of the toilet to the bed in the King Suite, makes me unlikely to return or recommend this hotel to anyone. I asked the manager if my welcome gift had been applied to my room, and she said she would call after she was able to check, but she never called. The elevator in this hotel is slow, particularly the one to the left when you enter the hotel. The wait staff at the rooftop restaurant, particularly Amanda, was very rude and then dishonest about her actions when discussing it with the manager. The food wasn't very good. My experience at this hotel was very disappointing, but hopefully you will have a better experience, if you choose to stay here.

  My family and I enjoyed our stay at the AC Hotel. The staff were friendly, professional and made you feel very welcome. The rooms were clean. The roof top pool was beautiful. The area was safe and provided restaurants, shopping and a hospital within walking distance. Transportation services was readily available by Uber or taxi services. Special thanks to Sabrina and Ms Vimus who I spoke to prior to arriving , and who ensured me that my special room needs and my family rooms would be ready. I would definitely recommend lodging at this AC Hotel.

  This was our second stay at this AC, and it was again a highlight of our trip. The staff was top-notch from check-in, to pool and beach staff, to bar, restaurant and housekeeping. The facilities remain in good shape, and the location is fantastic. Was thrilled that breakfast service was back on, as the food and staff were both excellent. The only hitch was the beach access, which has not been restored to pre-COVID norms (where AC guests shared access with the Marriott Stellaris). That said, the attendant at the beach section set aside for AC guests was welcoming and super helpful.

  I traveled for business and this is my second stay at this hotel. The service is great. Employees are friendly and helpful. Lobby and shared spaces are clean and spacious. Hotel room is comfortable and clean; a testament to the cleaning services staff. Decor is too dark, particularly in the bathrooms.

  My first impression of the hotel was that it was very clean. At check in, I was offered complimentary bottles of water for me and my guest and was serviced by the bellhop to take our things to our room. He told us about the hotels amenities as well made us aware that if we had any concerns, we could seek help with him or any staff at the front desk. Once to our room, I was further impressed at the modern look of the room and the comfort of my bed. Throughout my stay, the front desk and housecleaning staff was very nice and helpful. The rooftop access was beautiful and I was able to enjoy lounging and hanging with friends. Checkout was flawless! Would definitely stay at the hotel again and recommend it to someone else for a stay.

  Hotel was clean and staff was really nice and helpful. But the price of the room/stay I thought was on the high side, especially without the normal continental breakfast usually included from Marriott. Also the high destination fees pay a factor into the rating. Finally the bill at checkout (and total on receipt) was not what they charged my card. Now I have to call to get that fixed.

  The location is amazing and the staff was nice and helpful. Upon my arrival, I was told that they didn't have any King beds which is what I reserved. I agreed to a double queen room but said that I would like a nice city view. The view that I received was facing Burger King and looked nothing like the city views that were on the website. The lobby and rooftop pool were nice but the room needed some help. The faucet leaked water all over our items that were set up near the sink and the sink kept clogging up. The sheets were moist and the bathroom walls constantly had moisture on them.

  Close to great restaurants, easy drive or Uber to old town. No hotel beach but it is a short walk to enjoy. The staff is great and while more European in feel than traditional Marriott's, very comfortable and well appointed. For the price, you cannot top this hotel in Condado!

  The AC rooms are reasonably nice, but cheaply done. So they look good for a couple of years then wear. I woke up to a puddle in the middle of my room that I almost slipped on because apparently a power outage caused the HVAC to leak through the floor. Despite requesting daily housekeeping, the room was not cleaned at all on the second day. I was out of the room during business hours and when I left, there were two housekeepers on my floor. I don't know what happened. It took 4-5 tries with the front desk when I returned, including the manager on duty to get anyone to pay attention to my room. I'm an Ambassador elite and the best they could offer me was a low floor room over the parking lot. Overall a pretty indifferent experience, filled with excuses from the hotel staff. PS: the restaurants in the hotel - la bodegitas and sobao have excellent quality food and drink. One of my favorites in Condado.

  I generally have good experiences with Marriott hotels, but this one stood as as having an exceptional experiences. The staff mad the stay great by answering and responding to needs. I only need a few, but I used the app to get a new blanket and towels, and it was easy and quick. The covid protocols were followed and I felt extremely safe. The pool area was just what was needed in a quick relaxing environments. The staff at the pool were very accommodating and even remember us from a visit 4 or 5 months ago. Overall, a very pleasant stay. We can't wait to go back.

  Our stay was wonderful!! The staff is professional, friendly and eager to help. The entire property is well kept. Every time we visit PR we stay here and it never disappoints. Restaurants, casinos, stores & Starbucks are all nearby. There's no direct beach behind the hotel but it's a short walk to access. We'll definitely return! Gabriel & Cristina rock!

  Overall this hotel is...fine. The room (king bed suite) was clean and spacious but the bed was very disappointing - felt like an older spring mattress that was mushy in the middle. Other furniture in the room was sparse, but acceptable. Presence of a mini fridge was a plus. The rooftop is very nice, but also relatively basic - adequate pool, gym, yoga room, and lounge areas. The roof gets good sun, so that's nice. The food being offered on the roof was not very good (had three dishes the first day we got there) and the drinks were slightly better. Access to the Marriott beach two blocks away was a nice plus, but don't expect the staff there to be helpful - the AC area is separate from the larger Marriott area and no one seemed inclined to make things easy or accessible. We basically snatched up a couple of empty chairs and unused towels and made do. The staff was very nice and friendly, they provided late checkout and were overall helpful with robes and towels. The parking lot was nice to have as well, though somewhat expensive. Location was really really good, central and walkable to lots of good food and nightlife in Condado. Overall, a fine enough place if you get a decent price.

  This was our fourth stay in a year. The staff always makes us feel welcome, acknowledging our elite status right off. They are very quick and efficient. The hotel is always clean. It is well located in an area with many dining options. The area feels safe and is well lighted. Staff was very helpful with recommendations.

  Service was inconsistent. Our check in was delayed for over an hour, despite arriving promptly at check in time. They offered us free drink tickets to "make up for it." Turns out, they are free drink tickets offered to every guest at check in. Then, housekeeping services were very inconsistent. One day no one came at all. When I called the front desk to ask, I got no explanation. Just, "we won't be able to clean it today." The next day, staff cleaned the room but did not clean the bathroom at all. Drinks at the pool bar were overpriced and watered way down. Food was not good. I expected better quality and service from a Marriott, especially one as expensive as this. Also, FYI, Condado is very touristy, hard to find decent restaurants, the beach surf is very rough, and the streets are littered with leftover party trash from the night before. I would not recommend Condado or this hotel, especially for families.

  We stayed at the AC after a cruise. The staff treated us like the elite, with immediate check in, extra welcoming amenities, and information about the area. The room was comfortable with a smart layout, lovely balcony, and nicely equipped with extra towels and coffee and tea... The location is easy walking distance to the Condado strip and beach. We enjoyed every minute! It was a nice day, easing back to reality after vacation. Highly recommend.

  This was a great hotel to stay at!!! I originally came to San Juan to celebrate my birthday and couldn’t be more happier with my choice to stay at this hotel. It’s in a great location, on a strip near other hotels, shops & restaurants. There’s a restaurant in the hotel (not apart of the hotel) but the food was very good and they also served breakfast! The hotel does have its own restaurant which is located on the rooftop. The staff was very nice and helpful. The rooms and common areas were very clean. The building itself doesn’t really have a scenic view due to the surrounding buildings but having a balcony was still nice. I would stay here again and I would recommend to my family and friends.

  The highlight was the staff. Everyone was available and very helpful. They were even able to get us a late check-out. The location is good, maybe 5 minutes from the beach, although the path down is a bit difficult. But once you're there, they have a section for AC guests with an attendant, chairs, and umbrellas. My only issue was with the hotel amenities. There is no suitcase stand or dresser and very few hangers, so we had no way to unpack for a 6 day/5 night trip. Also the bathroom doors don't stay closed so there is no privacy. The pool isn't heated and was too cold for us to use. This would have been an ideal place for a single guy passing through on business, but for a couple on an extended vacation is was a bit cramped. Overall we had a good time, just some minor issues. On the whole I would recommend visiting...the value for the money is very good.

  Absolutely fantastic! Great amenities friendly and professional staff. Clean room and easy check in/check out! Hotel is close to everything San Juan has to offer! Please support the staff as they deserve it, tip whenever you can! I love the culture of Puerto Rico and everyone who are from Puerto Rico!   I booked this hotel for my husbands 50th Birthday trip with friends and family. There were 21 of us and we all enjoyed our time at your hotel. I also hosted a birthday party dinner for my husband on your Rooftop and it was amazing. The hotel was well maintained and the service was awesome. I would definitely recommend.

  I had much higher expectations for our stay. The room I booked was not available upon arrival I was given an alternative room and breakfast vouchers for the inconvenience. The breakfast was very eh and had it not been free I would not have eaten there. In hindsight I would have preferred a different accommodation for the mistake. The room we received was average at best. We were put on the side of the building overlooking a Burger King which was loud and smelled of fast food whenever we wanted to use our balcony. The room was very basic and not what I had hoped for. Also one of the big sells was the proximity to the beach, but we had to walk 4-5 blocks to the access point and then a way down the beach to where chairs were set up for AC hotel guest. I would not stay here again as the stay was pricey and left a lot to be desired.

  i was extremely disappointed. From the moment I arrived my room was not ready. I requested for my room to be cleaned every single day and it wasn't not. I went to the front desk Tuesday morning and was told they will take care of it. Out of the whole week I stayed there they cleaned my room twice and the second time it was not even a full clean. The AC was barely cooling the room. The knob in the shower was loose and fell barely missing my foot. The toilet sit was loose. The lights under the bench in the room were hanging. The sink would clog quickly. On top of all this we had to pay daily to park the car which I think was crazy as we were guest at the hotel. I definitely was not happy with my stay.

  The staff was amazing! From every aspect of this hotel! Thanks to the cleaning staff that worked on the six floor! They help me with surprising my wife by decorating our suit while we were outside with happy birthday balloons!!! When we returned she was sooo surprised and she was crying tears of joy!!   This is a great property in a great location with beautiful architecture. But carelessness abounds around a lot of little things, none of which are deal-killers but altogether fail to justify the luxury pricing of this hotel. Waited 30+ minutes to check in while only two of the three desks were staffed. There was no shower gel--it was out of stock. Same thing with skin lotion. Caulking around the shower needed to be replaced. Fitted sheets didn't stay fitted. The ice bucket was dirty. The door to the outdoor terrace was wobbly and hard to close. The shower glass door scratched the ceiling of the entrance to the room when opened outward. The amenities had to be fetched, they weren't delivered--and most of the time there was nobody staffing the little store. I know that during the pandemic, good staffing is hard to come by, but Marriott should know better.

  Positive: There are many restaurants and CVS/Walgreens nearby- a walking distance. The check-in process was easy and quick. The rooftop pool was a nice addition. I enjoyed the pool at night- heated towels are a great idea. The fridge was spacious. Negative: Even with checking for room service, we did not receive it. The view outside the balcony was not ideal.

  I think the hotel has a lot of opportunities. When we arrived our room was ready but it wasn’t the room we paid for which was a balcony room. We head back downstairs to the front desk to let them know. They made us for security to make sure they room was clean. And the front desk weren’t really welcoming or attentive. In which I wish they were considering how much we paid for our stay. Our rooms weren’t cleaned everyday even though we signed off on it to be clean daily. We went two days without our room being cleaned. The elevators also looked like they weren’t cleaned daily. There was smudges all over the elevator. I would say the pool was nice but I don’t understand why the bars in the rooftop closed so early considering everything else closes at 10pm. I think it might of been to avoid anyone drinking too much but still it’s a rooftop.

  I recently stayed at the AC San Juan Condado over Labor Day Weekend with a few friends for my birthday. We had the best time. The hotel and rooms were clean and we requested a "tidy" service (new towels and bed made) daily which was great. We received drink vouchers to be redeemed at the hotel's rooftop bar and pool which was a really cute area. The hotel staff was incredibly helpful and friendly. We never received a "no" during our stay and you could tell they went above and beyond to make our trip great! The location itself is central to restaurants and shopping and I felt safe walking around. While the hotel isn't on the beach, the beach it is just a few minutes walk away. They also have on-site self parking ($20/day). We checked out around 11am but didn't need to be at the airport until 3pm. The hotel scheduled our transportation the night before and held our bags in a secure area while we went around the city one last time. I definitely had a wonderful stay here and will definitely return.

  This is a decent business hotel with business amenities. The public areas of the hotel are clean and take covid precautions (masks required, offer hand sanitizer, etc). There is no spa. There is no room service (food delivered). The food from the rooftop bar is bland but the service is good. If charging the bill to your room, fill out the ENTIRE bill (one order, the tip line was completed for me…interesting). The front desk staff and housekeeping are accommodating and satisfied my requests. The main area of the beach is a 10-15 minute walk (long when it’s scorching hot), beach chairs and umbrellas are provided at no cost but can only be placed in a tiny reserved corner on the beach which isn’t the best location. It was noisy with ongoing construction. I paid for a chair and umbrella from another hotel to get a more comfortable location.

  My friend and I both liked this hotel a lot. I don't get what all the negative reviews are about. The location is great, the AC has its own area of beach chairs on Condado beach that is less crowded than the Marriott beach area. It's easy to get an uber from the lobby and getting to the airport is quick and simple. We liked the shop in the lobby where you can buy snacks and drinks. Hotel is still new so very modern. We stopped by La Concha and the Marriott that are nearby to check them out and both are nice but they are way more expensive per night and we weren't going to be spending much time in the room/resort anyway since we were going to Old San Juan and the beach for the majority of the time so we felt like the AC was perfect for us. We really liked the rooftop pool and all the staff we found to be really nice.

  My stay at the AC hotel in San Juan was nothing but relaxing and refreshing. The balcony was big and I loved the glass door that led to it. The King size bedroom was awesome! It included a kitchenette. The bathroom had the shaded sliding door that was very romantic and elegant all in once. The overall stay was a great and relaxing experience.

  Lovely hotel. The rooftop pool is really nice. hotel staff is courteous. 2 complementary drinks. My room had a nice balcony but you only had a small view of the beach but we were only 10 minute walk from the beach anyway. The room was clean beautiful lobby. There were places to eat close by. There is an all you can eat breakfast buffet at the Marriott close by

  Great location for food and entertainment, facilities were clean. However, this hotel just seemed like it had one too many cut corners. Our checkin was delayed till after 4pm. Many other ppl during our stay experienced the same situation. You could see the ppl waiting in the lobby almost everyday. The hotel only had ONE microwave in the laundry room for the entire guest population. That’s crazy considering most places have one per room. The lighting in the room was terrible and my wife constantly complained about not being able to apply her makeup the way she wanted. The room had no lotion until we called housekeeping to stock up. Seemed like a cheap money saving tactic. Overall it just felt like they cut back in one too many areas to recommend staying here. The drinks at the pool bar were terribly expensive. Wouldn’t recommend drinking there either.

  We stayed here as part of a wedding block. We took advantage of the week long opportunity. The hotel was clean and spacious. The balcony to our room was pretty awesome. We had more than sufficient AC to cool off. The location is great—not far from the airport and right next to beaches! My one wish was that housekeeping came to our room as requested. When we checked in we were asked to mark the services we wanted. We had asked for daily checks for things like towels soap or toilet paper, and had signed up to get the room cleaned on day 5 of our 7 day stay. We were often calling the front desk or asking the housekeeper in the hallway tor towels. Overall not a deal breaker as we spent little time in the hotel. We would stay here again.

  This hotel was very nice & clean. I could smell the cleanest when entering the hotel. Our room was very clean, the a/c was COLD & the shower water was HOT....all A PLUS for me!!! The sink water was warm & could've been warmer/hot, but no big deal. The house keeping was daily, which is rare right now due to covid. I love the rooftop pool & the food at the rooftop...can you say amazing! Not to mention the drinks were amesome...a little pricy-you get what you pay for. It was nice to receive free drinks coupons & front desk had complimentary snacks. There was also a store for purchasing snacks, drinks, bottles of wines & much more. Outside of hotel had a great scenery for taking pictures! There's a great restaurant next door that has quick amazing breakfast & a juice/smoothie spot across the street. All rooms have a balcony...not on ocean--so no ocean views. Just a great experience over all!!

  Excellente séjour pour un weekend de détendre et shopping, près de tout,(restaurants,casino,plage,shopping,vieux San Juan) Super vu de la terrasse de la piscine,endroit agréable ou on peux déguster un bon cocktail ou tapas!! Le personnel très aimable depuis notre arrivé! Merci a tous
