  The Sheraton in Old San Juan Puerto Rico has a great location. The staff was amazing. Very very helpful and accomidating. The breakfast( included), was great. The room was cleaned daily and well. The sheets were white as snow. The maintenance was lacking. Example: caulking in the bathroom and vent were not replaced. The rug in the bedroom and seat were past their time. The rugs and seats in the public areas were nice and clean. My cell phone calls and emails were not working. My friends were. Please confirm with your phone carrier. The price was fine. It included breakfast. I must stress: THE STAFF WAS AMAZING..LIKE FAMILY AND FRIENDS....
