  Louez un banquet et une installation extérieure et une piscine pour la célébration de la communion de ma fille. Le traitement du personnel de service ainsi que la nourriture étaient imbattables, un menu exquis. Installations très propres. Et un hôtel très préparé pour les enfants

  La pièce avait déjà dépassé son apogée il y a de nombreuses années. Un rafraîchissement serait annoncé. L'hôtel de golf est niché entre 3 terrains de golf. Malheureusement, les clients de l'hôtel ne sont pas autorisés à utiliser l'installation de jeu court du Club Son Muntaner, car celle-ci est réservée aux membres.

  Magnifique hôtel, à l'écart à 10mn du centre de Palma dans un très joli endroit. Service au top, employés sympas, disponibles et attentifs. Tennis, piscine couverte et chauffée quand il fait trop froid pour les piscines extérieures. Les enfants sont les bienvenus. Petit déjeuner et restaurants de qualité. Merci à tous.

  Positiv. Mängel des Restaurants: Statische Speisekarte mit wenig Änderungen innerhalb einer Woche. Für Falschbuchungen der Buchhaltung gab es keine entschuldigung des Deskmanagements.

  Nice hotel close to 3 well designed golf courses in good condition . Staff professional, knowledgable and friendly. Limited bar facilities and menu. Rooms spacious but not particularly well designed. Shuttle bus service to Palma would be welcome. Spa facilities good but jacuzzi too small.

  Un très bel hôtel avec une zone extrêmement bien entretenue, des employés très gentils et courtois. Nous avions une très belle suite junior avec vue sur le golf. Le petit déjeuner est très appétissant ! L'hôtel dispose d'un jardin conçu avec beaucoup de goût et très bien entretenu.

  Das Hotel ist absolut empfehlenswert, allerdings mangelt es an der notwendigen Aufmerksamkeit und Termintreue im Golfservicebereich. Die Kommunikation ist unterirdisch Termine werden falsch gebucht, zugesagte Bestätigungen bleiben aus oder werden verspätet versandt, ‚trial and error‘. Dazu kommt eine unfreundliche Kommunikation bei dem Versuch Buchungsprobleme zu klären ‚Lesen Sie sich die Geschäftsbedingungen durch…‘ ist eine Antwort die ich bei einer Hotel dieser Preisklasse nicht erwarte. Sie bekommen bei privaten Empfehlungen die so ziemlich schlechteste Bewertung die man geben kann. Schade, ihr frontdesk versaut den guten restlichen Eindruck

  It’s ok bed is very comfortable. Breakfast is not so inviting I must say. Dinner was great. Stuff Rene is very professional. Golf course is nice. If people play golf is ideal.

  Excellent personnel comme toujours. Excellente nourriture, service incroyable !! Mais des règles absurdes comme maintenant les enfants en plus d'avoir un usage limité du spa jusqu'à 16h00, ce qui me semble bien, maintenant ils ne peuvent plus entrer dans le jacuzzi non plus, en hiver ils limitent l'attrait de l'hôtel prétendument familial

  Mes amis et moi étions à la recherche de l'endroit idéal pour passer une matinée relaxante et nous sommes tombés sur cet hôtel. Nous avons choisi un pack petit-déjeuner, spa et massage. Le petit déjeuner était délicieux, j'ai presque tout essayé. Crêpes chaudes, œufs préparés à votre goût et servis à table, saumon fumé, cava... tout. Ensuite, nous sommes descendus au Spa où ils nous ont très bien traités. Une grande piscine, un jacuzzi, un sauna, un hammam et des douches à sensations, où nous avons passé une heure à nous détendre en attendant notre massage. Le seul inconvénient est que la piscine n'a pas de jets d'eau... J'ai choisi le massage relaxant, qui remplissait certainement son sens... le seul hic c'est qu'il n'était pas 'complet', juste le dos et les bras. Une merveilleuse matinée que je n'hésiterais pas à répéter.

  Bel hôtel de l'extérieur. Super grande chambre supérieure avec vue sur l'hôtel voisin Son Vida et un grand balcon. Le buffet du petit déjeuner et aussi le service là-bas, incroyablement génial et amical, jusqu'à ce qu'un groupe d'invités arrive soudainement sur la terrasse pour une balançoire, et tout à coup l'agitation était perceptible. Le bar, TRÈS bien approvisionné avec des invités non seulement ivres mais ivres, ressemblait à un groupe de golfeurs et était beaucoup trop bruyant, donc de mon point de vue, le hall était relativement vide car le niveau de bruit était très élevé. Le stationnement dans la rue est gratuit et disponible. Emplacement de l'hôtel, si vous n'avez pas besoin d'une vue au loin, vous êtes entre de bonnes mains ici, même les suites n'avaient pas une belle vue, car nos amis en avaient une et c'était agréable de voir tout le parcours de golf , mais un petit balcon et certainement pas une meilleure chambre par rapport à une chambre supérieure. Dans l'ensemble, hôtel cher pour une foule qui peut se comporter comme des adolescents qui n'ont jamais bu d'alcool et d'autres clients en souffrent. Une meilleure solution aurait pu être trouvée avec l'intervention de la direction, mais je pense que le chiffre d'affaires au bar était plus important ici que la satisfaction de la plupart des convives. Dommage laissé une mauvaise impression.

  Für vielreisende Elite Member ist das Hotel nicht geeignet. Es gibt keine Executive Lounge oder ruhige Rückzugsbereiche. Zimmer upgrades werden trotz Zusage nicht gewährt. Es wird einem der Eindruck vermittelt, ein Bittsteller zu sein. Bei Sheraton Mitarbeitern hat sich noch nicht herum gesprochen, dass wir Vielreisende die Arbeitsplätze sichern. Pauschalreisende Golfer werden bevorzugt. Schade. (Titanium, > 40 nights/2021, > 1 Mio. points)

  Wir sind schon viele Male Gäste in den Hotel. Es ist wie nach Hause kommen! Leider war dieses Mal ein ganz seltenes Golferlebmis der Grund um nicht 100% zufrieden sein zu können. Der Golfclub Son Muntaner war aufgrund von Vorbereitungsarbeiten in einem völlig inakzeptablen Zustand. Wenn jemand ein Internationales Turnier ausrichten will, dann muss man auch die Konsequenz besitzen, den Platz für Touristen zu sperren !!

  ..Staff couldn't do enough for us and were very attentive and friendly. We played a lot of golf and the "Circuit Shuttle" bus was excellent. Prompt and efficient. Breakfast was enjoyable and varied each day. Pool side was relaxing and clean and pool of decent size for swimming lengths which is rare in hotels.

  Nos expériences avec l'hôtel sont malheureusement très négatives : nous avions prévu 1 semaine à Majorque pour jouer au golf en septembre et avons fait la réservation via le portail Marriott (je suis membre). Malheureusement, nous avons dû abandonner les vacances pour cause de maladie. C'est pourquoi nous avons annulé la réservation via le portail Marriott. Comme nous n'avons reçu aucune confirmation d'annulation explicite, nous avons vérifié le statut sur le portail Marriott pour être du bon côté. Notre réservation n'y était plus affichée, c'est pourquoi nous avons supposé une annulation réussie. À notre grande surprise, le montant total a ensuite été débité de mon compte le jour d'arrivée initialement prévu ! Nous l'avons ensuite signalé au directeur de l'hôtel et lui avons demandé un remboursement - hier, nous avons reçu des informations succinctes selon lesquelles tout s'était soi-disant bien passé et que nous devions donc payer le montant. Une erreur évidente dans le système (parce que la réservation a été supprimée après l'annulation) est transmise au client. Je ne sais pas si c'est une arnaque de l'hôtel... Alors gardez vos mains à l'avenir ! actualisé: Après une nouvelle intervention, l'hôtel a accepté de nous créditer le montant à titre d'acompte pour une nouvelle réservation. C'est un logement équitable.

  Es war ein sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt. Das Personal war einfach klasse. Ob der Check in, im Restaurant oder bei Francesco in der Bar. Lediglich der Roomservice war verbesserungsfähig. Wasser, Shampoo wurden nicht aufgefüllt.

  The room, the spa, the gym, the pool are all great. The breakfast is awesome and the beds are comfortable. Only few people speak good English though and the booking of golf times could be faster (possibly due to the slowness of their system - it even took us 20 Min at the course at some point!).

  Das Frühstücksbuffet erfüllte jede Erwartungen, der Service ebenso. Mitarbeitende der Rezeption waren hilfsbereit, die Organisation von Taxen, Lokalen etc. hat immer gut funktioniert. Manko: das Angbot beim Abendessen war weniger gut, Fischbuttet war von der Zubereitung her schlecht. Keine Tageskarte vorhanden, Preise für ein Bier nicht angemessen. Die Bar schloss früh, Getränke kamen nur nach persönlicher Bestellung. Coronabedingt gab es nur eine "Stelle" für Rauchende, der Aschenbecher wurde nach 4 Tagen geleert - Ergebnis: die Kippen lagen verstreut um den Aschenbecher herum - kein schöner Anblick.

  Hôtel idéal pour du repos au vert. Loin du tumulte de Palma, l’hôtel est une oasis.   Im Sheraton Arabella Hotel fühlen wir uns immer sehr gut aufgehoben. Die Freundlichkeit des Personals ist ausgezeichnet. Das Team ist äußerst zuvorkommend und ist auch im Poolbereich immer erreichbar. Sehr positiv ist auch die Konstanz im Team und das trotz der Corona Zwangspause. Das Essen ist ebenfalls hervorragend. Tennisplätze, Poolanlage und alle anderen Einrichtungen sind sauber. Der Shuttle Service zu den Golfplätzen ist sehr gut organisiert. Wir fühlen uns immer sehr gut aufgehoben und umsorgt. Das Hotel ist nicht billig, aber im Verhältnis zu den gebotenen Leistungen preiswert. Wir kommen ganz sicher wieder.

  Excellent located hotel for Golfers as you have 3 courses nearby (plus 1 Pitch and Putt). The courses were in excellent (Son Muntaner and Son Vida) and good shape (Son Quint). The room we had was not very big, but nice and clean and we liked it. Covid-19 measures were appropriate and well displayed and maintained. We had breakfast included. It was very good and nicley presented. Extrem friendly staff at reception which was a high light. Overall: I can recommend the hotel.

  Overall, we loved our stay, the staff made the difference! We were not impressed by our room after arrival as it was somewhat out of fashion with an old touch, however functional. The resort is wonderful though, with beautiful pools, top tennis courts, a selection of nice golf courses and a relaxing breakfast terrace. But what made a real difference was the staff: be it at the reception, at the pool, in the restaurant, everyone was extremely friendly, attentive, kind, service minded, fun to talk to and always helpful. We enjoyed our stay a lot and would like to thank everyone in the hotel!

  Le complexe hôtelier est très agréable mais vieillissant. Je ne comprends pas pourquoi des réparations sont effectuées à la piscine même si l'hôtel était fermé à cause de Corona. Cela a drainé l'eau de 20 cm et a permis aux insectes et autres débris de s'accumuler dans l'eau. Sans assez d'eau dans la piscine, le système de filtration ne fonctionnera pas dans une piscine à débordement. Déjeuner. En raison de corona, tout doit être servi. Je comprends parfaitement cela. Cependant, les trajets ne sont pas acceptables pour un hôtel 5 étoiles. Le personnel de service est stressé et malheureusement cela se répercute sur les clients. Dommage . Je ne sais pas ça d'un hôtel Sheraton. Service au bord de la piscine. Il n'y en a pas. Chaque fois que vous devez entrer vous-même dans le restaurant et passer votre commande. Je ne pense pas que cela devrait arriver avec un prix au jour le jour de 300 euros. Cependant, la qualité de la nourriture est excellente. Les chambres sont super. Cependant, pas propre. Les draps n'ont été changés qu'une fois sur 4 nuits. C'est un NON absolu. Dommage . Nous ne reviendrons pas. D'autres hôtels dans cette gamme de prix peuvent faire mieux !

  Bon hôtel, situé au calme au-dessus des collines de la ville de Palma et juste sur son propre parcours de golf Son Vida. En tant que membre Marriott GOLD, la réception n'était pas celle à laquelle vous êtes habitué dans d'autres hébergements et l'attention, grâce à de nombreux clients ivres de l'hôtel au bar juste à côté, n'a pas aidé la première impression à la réception. Notre chambre d'angle au 3ème étage était agréable, avec une vue sur le club-house et vers la ville (même si elle n'est pas bloquée par des arbres, mais absolument agréable !) et avec un grand balcon au bout du couloir. Le petit déjeuner était parfait et le personnel a rendu le séjour complet, même si la plupart du temps un anglais médiocre et 2-3 mots d'allemand étaient parlés, mais l'effort était là. Un hôtel international doit au moins parler la langue maternelle du groupe en matière de service. Mais tout dans la limite du raisonnable. Le stationnement était possible gratuitement un peu loin de la réception directement à l'hôtel, car le parking souterrain n'était plus disponible à notre arrivée. Public international, mais toujours 40% germanophone et bien plus de 60 ans en moyenne ! Nous (fins 40 et 50 ans) étions de loin les plus jeunes. Si vous n'êtes pas obligé d'être au bord de l'eau ou dans les bastions touristiques, vous êtes ici entre de bonnes mains !

  Aujourd'hui, nous avons eu un événement et un petit accident avec une personne âgée. Tout le personnel s'est immédiatement mobilisé pour aider, a appelé une ambulance et est resté en attente jusqu'au dernier moment. Ces détails montrent le niveau des gens qui y travaillent. Merci beaucoup.

  The hotel is nicely nestled in Palma's suburb Son Vida. The rooms are calm, clean and furnished in a way you'd expect them from such a hotel. It has a large outdoor pool and a great Spa area with an indoor pool. The staff is very friendly and you feel welcome in the first place. The only downside if you don't golf are the golfers (the vast majority in that hotel) at night at the bar, who are getting fairly loud. But it shouldn#T be a surprise since it is a golf hotel!

  Je suis allé avec mon partenaire à un petit-déjeuner buffet d'une heure, un spa et un pack de massage. Le petit déjeuner est très bon, rien ne manque. L'espace spa un peu triste. Plusieurs douches ne fonctionnaient pas. Le bain turc n'avait pas la bonne température et le jacuzzi est petit. S'il y a plus d'utilisateurs, cela se fait presque à tour de rôle. Le massage d'1h soit 45-50 min était vraiment de qualité. Incroyable les civières qu'ils ont et le personnel est professionnel. Je reviendrai au massage à coup sûr.

  Abwechslungsreicher Golfurlaub, der durch den Aufenthalt im Sheraton Arabella perfekt gemacht wurde. Die drei Golfplätze sind sehr unterschiedlich, so dass es nicht langweilig wurde. Das Hotel hat eine tolle Größe, das Personal ist sehr gut geschult. Das Essen von Frühstück bis Abendessen ist hervorragend. Nachmittags im Spa konnten wir unsere müden Knochen erholen.

  Sehr schönes Hotel, nahe der drei Golfplätze, qualitativ gutes Frühstück mit Frischobst, Gemüse und Obstpresse. Einziger Gesundheits-Negativpunkt beim Frühstück: keine reine Sojamilch, sondern nur eine gezuckerte Version. Bedienung und Zimmer super toll. Aufgrund von einem Regentag haben wir den Spa benutzt welcher auch toll war. Gute Saune und Dampfbad, schönes beheiztes Innenpool und Wirlpool. Fitness eher klein gehalten und schlicht gehalten - für ein richtiges Training fehlen doch noch ein paar Geräte.

  J'ai séjourné ici pendant une semaine avec un groupe de golf. Point de départ idéal vers les lieux Son Vida, Son Muntaner, Son Quint. Les lieux ont été très bien entretenus, les greens demandent malheureusement un temps d'adaptation pour nous car ils sont assez rapides. L'hôtel est magnifique et le personnel est extrêmement sympathique et serviable. La nourriture au restaurant est également très bonne, mais nous sommes allés dans différents endroits de Palma 5 soirs. (voir autres avis). Une course en taxi coûte environ 12 €.

  Ich würde dieses Hotel nicht weiterempfehlen, da das Preis- Leistungsverhältnis nicht stimmt. Die Zimmer sind klein und düster. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist mittelmässig und es wird nicht nachgefüllt. (Dispenser Orangensaft - leer, Schale mit Butter - leer, Korb mit Croissants - leer u.s.w.) Die Minibar im Zimmer ist leer (ausser Mineralwasser) andere Getränke müssen vorbestellt werden!! Was soll dass?? Beim Check-in werden 200 Euro pro Tag auf der Kreditkarte abgeblockt. Das sollte als Garantie für einen Weisswein oder ein Bier aus der Minibar reichen! Der Aussenpool ist erst ab 10.00 h geöffnet. Das hiess für mich jeden morgen im kleinen Hallenbadpool meine Runden drehen. Schade! Über Alles gesehen waren wir enttäuscht und werden nicht wiederkommen.

  Très bel endroit pour les golfeurs. Les chambres sont très petites et devaient autrefois être un luxe. Aujourd'hui, les rideaux des fenêtres sont un peu plus vieux. Dans la salle de bain, par exemple, il manque une brosse à dents jetable avec du dentifrice et éventuellement une lime à ongles. Pas suffisant pour un hôtel 5 étoiles. Le service était au restaurant et au bar était très bon. Dans l'ensemble, l'hôtel serait trop démodé pour moi.

  Es war unser 7. Aufenthalt im Arabella Golf Son Vida und wieder war es perfekt. Die Freundlichkeit und Hilfsbereitschaft des gesamten Personals über das Zimmer (Junior Suite) bis zu den kulinarischen Erlebnissen (Frühstück, abends Bodega und Es Carbo). Dazu perfekte Golfplätze. Es bleibt unsere Nr. 1 auf der Insel.

  Wir haben als junges Paar (34/37) eine tolle Woche im Sheraton verbracht. Mit einem Mietauto kamen wir rasch in die Stadt und waren auch rasch an einem Strand. Die Zimmer sind sauber, modern und ruhig, die Klima funktioniert super. Das Servicepersonal legt eine selten zu erlebende Arbeitsfreude und Eifer an den Tag. Wir haben uns wohl gefühlt und kommen wieder. Daher wünschen wir uns Feriengäste welche dieses kleine Paradies zu schätzen wissen, nett und freundlich zum Personal ist und sich auch respektvoll gegenüber anderen Gästen zeigen.

  My 2nd time at the property. First time with mynwife and kids. This time with a friend. The staff is super friendly and helpful. The hotel was completely booked, but at no time did it feel crowded, lots of space and places to relax outside. We brought our road bikes, and there are great and challenging routes close by. I have already booked our next family stay two months from now.

  I had the most amazing stay at the Sheraton Mallorca Arabella. We stayed in a junior suite with amazing views of the golf course. The hotel had several pools. The family pool was my favorite. There were 2 slides that my kids couldn't get enough of. This place is amazing for those who want to stay on the resort and enjoy the amenities. We hosted a little ceremony here and had the Es Carbo restaurant to ourselves. So amazing. I highly recommend this resort.

  Tolles Golfhotel unweit von Palma. Ideal für Golfer, die gerne auch die Nähe zur Stadt und zum Hafen genießen. Kein Mietwagen erforderlich. Alles ist mit dem Taxi günstig zu erreichen. Tolles Schwimmbad mit heißem Whirlpool. Tolle Bodega für Speisen zwischendurch zu jeder Tageszeit. Direkte Anbindung zum Golfplatz Son Vida. Sehr freundliches Personal. Schön renovierte Zimmer. Einfach ideal!

  Friendly staff, clean and nice rooms, pool and spa is nice, outside pool area great but require nice weather, of course. Only 3 km to Palma and all exciting restaurant experiences. If you like to stay at the hotel that is ok, too.

  We were greeted by Abiola & Sara after a long day of travel. They were amazing, friendly people who wanted us to feel pampered. The bar staff and kitchen staff were equally excellent, friendly and professional. A taxi ride to downtown Palma and the beach is approximately 10 minutes and about $10 Euro. The staff set us up with bike and car rentals and the spa had towels for the beach. We would definitely go back to the Sheraton Mallorca Arabella. We felt like the staff was like family by the time we checked out on the 8th day.

  Im Arabella Sheraton fühlen wir uns eingebunden in eine persönliche und fast schon familiäre Atmosphäre. Alle Mitarbeiter sind sehr aufmerksam. Das Hotel ist nicht zu groß und alle Bereiche sind schnell zu erreichen. Die Lage am Golfplatz ist spektakulär und die Atmosphäre am Pool ruhig, schön und erholsam.

  Das Hotel hatten wir erst 30 Minuten vor Ankunft gebucht da unser Flieger nicht mehr ging an dem Abend. Man hat uns dann hervorragend versorgt inklusive einem Upgrade auf eine Suite. Die Wartezeit hat man uns versüsst mit je einem Glas Wein und entsprechenden Süssigkeiten. Auf dem Zimmer hatten wir dann Obst, Kuchen, Wasser und eine Flasche Sekt. Nach dem Stress auf dem Flughafen war dies eine wirkliche Wohltat und wir können uns keinen besseren Service vorstellen. Vielen Dank für die herausragende Unterstützung. Wir sind uns sicher wir kommen wieder und können dieses Hotel nur empfehlen.

  We love staying at the Sheraton Mallorca Arabella Hotel. The friendliness of all staff is exceptional, everybody makes you feel welcome and at home, the hotel facilities are very well cared for and the cleaning standards are very high. Breakfast is fine, the quality of the food is very good, however, the choice for dinner could be wider, i.e. a daily changing three course menu with a meat, fish and vegetarian option would be most welcome, especially for guests like ourselves who stay for a longer period of time.

  Ein perfektes Hotel für Golfer, aber auch für Familien und Individualreisende. Wunderbare Lage mit beruhigendem Blick ins Grüne. Palma und der Flughafen sind innerhalb weniger Minuten erreichbar. Extrem freundliche und zuvorkommende Mitarbeiter. Zimmer in bestem Zustand, kürzlich renoviert. Traumhafte Gartenanlage, separater Kinderbereich. Qualität der Restaurants sehr gut.

  My wife and I stayed at this hotel and were extremely pleased with the property. The staff is excellent, the architecture is reminiscent of a country club and the pool is lovely. Would highly recommend for someone looking to experience Mallorca in a quiet and relaxed atmosphere. Also ideal for golfers.

  OVERALL IMPRESSION: A beautiful Mediterranean-style resort on the edge of a picturesque golf course, this hotel is superb for rest and relaxation. The tropical setting is magical. The inflexibility of the management significantly less so. SPG RECOGNITION: Due to a major service issue, quite lacking…if this is how they regard a Platinum Ambassador guest, I feel for the one-off guests. Lack of a Sheraton Lounge to me is unforgivable. And no compensation in terms of drink vouchers or happy hour is insult to injury. Platinum amenity is...ahem... golf balls! THE ROOM: Beautiful roofed balcony overlooking the pools was the only memorable feature - decor quite pedestrian “contract” style. LOCATION: In a compound somewhat removed from the historic centre and airport. EXCEEDED EXPECTATIONS: The breakfast buffet is spectacular as is the terrace setting. DID NOT MEET EXPECTATIONS: I made a booking several months in advance and as I was not sure my partner could join me and breakfast was quite expensive at 35E, I booked as a single expecting if, later on, I wished to add my partner, it could be done with the payment of the breakfast supplement. When I attempted to make this change a couple of weeks before arrival, they quoted me a rate nearly double what I was paying to add an additional person and would not budge… At this point, I could have been offered the entire top floor of the hotel and it would have not been enough to make amends. This leaves me with a very sour impression about the hotel’s willingness to cultivate positive relationships with its guests. And even more so as I asked twice to be contacted by a director to discuss my hard feelings whilst in house and it never happened. ONE THING TO KNOW: There is a great sauna/jacuzzi/indoor pool spa facility which makes this property practicable even in off-season.

  This is a nice hotel. Front desk staff was very nice and accommodating. (Muchas Gracias a todos). The hotel is great for golfers. We went there to celebrate our anniversary and not to golf. I think if the hotel were closer to the beach it would have been perfect. It is about 15- 20 minutes from Palma. So you are a little secluded. That is not always a bad thing. The bartender in the lobby was cool. The food was good. It was definitely a good stay, just wished it was longer.

  The hotel is great but the beach is far away, you will need a car to move around. The food is amazing, the quality of the hotel is perfect. Golf court is very nice, perfect for a golf trip. Staff is very nice at all time, Super friendly! I would return no doubt.

  A recent golfing holiday at the hotel was brilliant.The facilities laid on were very good and hotel and the public areas were very good. The staff at the reception and in the restaurants both for breakfast and in the evening were exceptional. We stayed for 2 weeks and thought the food was excellent though the menu with the exception of the odd special remained the same so became a bit boring. I would like to say however that it would be a good idea if the 'no mobile phone' ruling around the pool was enforced for the benefit of all.I only saw this done once and had to endure many very loud and prolonged phone calls whilst I was supposed to be relaxing in peace. Also this was the case in the restaurants particularly at breakfast which I found very anti social. Also during all meals smokers and non smokers were all seated amongst one another.I am a non smoker and do not want to eat sitting next to a smoker while I eat. The golf courses were very good. particularly Son Vida, however one day we had to give up playing as there were so many 4 balls on the course and no one seems to know to call smaller playing groups through.Perhaps a marshall could be employed to keep the pace of play going? However we really enjoyed our stay and found the staff some of the friendliest we have met anywhere.

  We (my wife and myself) staid at this hotel during the last week of August 2014. This was truly one of the best hotel experiences we have ever had (that is said being a frequent business and private traveller for the last 30 years). The Hotel was recently refurbished and offered a good quality and nice interior even if the rooms were not very large. The setting next to Son Vida golf course was beautiful. We enjoyed the breakfast being served at a terrace overlooking the golf course and the hotel garden. The breakfast table was delicious and service excellent. Dining at either of the two restaurants was also to our fullest satisfaction. Last but not least the staff of this hotel contributed to a relaxed, warm and personal atmosphere second to none. We can highly recommend this hotel.

  Everything about this hotel was superb and exceeded our expectations. The setting was beautiful, the rooms were big, luxurious, really well stocked, clean and had beautiful views across the mountain. The food was excellent, the breakfast options were brilliant. The pools were refreshing and inviting. The service was immaculate and extremely friendly and professional. The hotel was fairly full but there was loads of space for everyone and loads of very comfortable loungers with lots of dry towels on offer.

  It took me practically a month to write this review about your wonderful hotel and staff. We began our Vacation by getting lost for 5 hours in Mallorca upon arrival and were having a hard time navigating through our ill working GPS. Needless to say we were cranky, tired and totally upset but it all changed as soon as we arrived at the front desk. The beautiful Maria welcomed us with open arms and and great smile and told us to put our worries behind and that she will take care of us from here on -- and that is exactly what she and your wonderful staff did for the next amazing week. I cannot mention everyone by name as I have written the info. down but totally lost it once I returned. I just want to say "thank you" to the wonderful front desk (and yes, Maria, who one day made sure we made it to one of excursions on time by waking us up early one morning -- unasked -- but was definitely needed -- as we overslept and thankfully she looked at our itinerary during the late night she was working and was worried we would not make it to the boat on time -- who does that at a hotel? Right, Maria :) and your staff! Dragon (I hope I have the right spelling), put together our itinerary and the front desk and wonderful valets (especially the cute soccer-playing valet who has a Mother that works in the breakfast area and is a total sweetheart and so lovely to greet each morning at the breakfast feast). Can you believe they took care of programming our GPS for every excursion we made out of the hotel to ensure we didn't get lost when we left each day. They even got in the car with us to make sure the GPS was working correctly before we left. At the breakfast area, Tony who is so great, welcomed us each morning and gave us the same amazing table he "saved" for us. Sabrina and the wonderful Mother of the Valet (I hate myself for not remembering her name!!) were so welcoming and wonderful to talk to each morning. At the other restaurant, Jose kept us laughing and entertained and was so lovely to talk to. I will be coming back for sure with my husband next time (went with my cousin) and I hope the same wonderful staff will be there to greet us and it will be a joy to see them again and introduce them to my husband who heard so much about them and was thrilled we were treated so well.

  Points positifs: Très bon environnement pour cet hôtel. Les 3 golfs sont superbes et très bien entretenus. La piscine et le spa sont très agréables Le petit déjeuner est vraiment bon et copieux, avec un très grand choix et bonne qualité. Le restaurant au niveau de la piscine est très bon (excellente paella, à recommander) Points négatifs: Les portes des chambres claquent fort lorsqu'elles se referment Les odeurs un peu désagréables dans notre salle de bain dû certainement à l'écoulement (chambre 207) Le chariots pour le golf sont payants, même pour les clients de l'hôtel (trop cher en plus)

  We stayed at your property for five days and really enjoyed everything. The beautiful grounds are well kept and it was a pleasure to get up every morning to enjoy the breakfast and enjoy the golf. Nice relaxing resort that offers plenty of things to keep you busy.

  Very good Hotel with an excellent Position in the middle of 3 interesting golf courses. The Hotel shuttle Service takes away all the hussle of Transport. Very good. Hotel, Restaurants and spa are very good. Only Point to imporove. Towels should be changed in the evening as a Standard, as Golfers obiously like to have dry towels in the morning also.

  We came for Golf (just as we did several times already) and were again very happy. The hotel has very nice rooms (some bigger some smaller), excellent service, good food and is close from the city and other locations for dinner etc. Golf is fabulous, but not the easiest courses. The only thing that is definitely not at it's usual high level is the fitness center. That could be much better.

  Wir waren zum ersten mal Gast in diesem schönem Hotel umgeben von gepflegten Bäumen und Gärten. Die J-Suite war im obersten Stockwerk mit einem tollen Blick auf das 18. Green von Golf Son Vida. Der einzige Komfort, welchen wir vermissten, war die etwas schwache Beleuchtung im Zimmer und die fehlende separate Dusche. Jedoch war das Badezimmer ansonsten mit allen Annehmlichkeiten und vielen Ablageflächen ausgestattet und die Beleuchtung war wirklich hervorragend. Überrascht waren wir jedoch von der Qualität des Restaurants und deren Abendmenues a la card. Normalerweise essen wir in Mallorca jeweils in Palma oder in der Nähe des Hafens. Diesmal waren wir unglaubliche 12x von total 15 Tagen im Hotelrestaurant und waren täglich sehr zufrieden. Die Küche und der Service verdienen ein spezielles Lob. Das Hotel wird wegen Renovation Anfang Januar 2013 für ca. 9 Monate geschlossen. Sehr gerne werden wir wieder zurückkommen und uns dann von noch mehr Komfort überraschen lassen. Es war ein toller Aufenthalt. Danke.

  Das Hotel ist wunderschön, man fühlt sich wohl, das Rezeptionspersonal ist außerordentlich freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Frühstück ist ganz große Klasse , es mangelt an nichts. Die Zimmer sind leider nicht auf 5-Sterne-Niveau - habe aber gehört, das 2013 eine große Renovierung ansteht. Das lässt hoffen! Auch war mir das Wasser im Außenpool viel zu kalt, trotz Außentemperatur von 27 Grad! Das Hotel ist auf jeden Fall empfehlenswert, allein die 3 tollen Golfplätze in unmittelbarer Nähe lassen des Golfers Herzen höher schlagen. Nach der Renovierung werden wir sicherlich nochmal dort hinfahren!

  Could not fault this hotel especially the position and the helpful and friendly staff. They went our of their way to may our stay as perfect as they could. The only criticism we could think of was that the De Luxe Garden View room we booked was actually overlooking a road with no nice view to speak of and once sitting on the balcony the wall too high to see anything except the wall! A pity as we specifically asked for a nice view. We were offered a change of room but once we had unpacked we couldn't really spare the time as we were then too busy playing golf. The other thing missing was a dressing table with mirror,in the room. Hopefully that will be provided in the new rooms. There are many ladies who like to stay and play golf too!! I would have liked to return in March/April with my husband for his birthday and golf, but understand the hotel is closed for refurbishment. I know he would love it there.Would the "Castillo Son Vida be able to offer a similar golf arrangement? Thank you again for a lovely week and we will certainly be back.   Hotel location is stunning and the property is beautiful. Really enjoyed the large swimming pool and tennis courts! The rooms could have been larger considering we had a Junior Suite it was a bit small and the furniture was a bit old. Also the fitness centre is too small, it should be larger with more equipment.

  Babette and the team are excellent. We just returned home from our trip and my husband and I had a tremendous visit and thoroughly enjoyed spending time and staying at your property. We appreciated the upgrade. everyone from the F&B staff, to the front office to the concierge was excited, enthusiastic, attentive and caring and we definitely will hope to return on our next visit to the island!
