  Good place to stay in Varanasi. It is a good place, very neat and clean hotel. Room is very spacious and sufficient to relax. it restaurant is also good. must visit there. Very polite and humble staff. Their services are very good. Kashi Vishwanath mandir is 6.5 km away.

  Nice property. King room what we had changed at property is better. Food is very nice and tasty. Bit expensive food so do have a look on menu first before order if cost don't matter then you may blindly have food over there. We had dinner there every time and had enjoyed multiple taste of foods .

  Even though the hotel is bit inside, their service is excellent. Especially the rooms & toilets are neat and hygiene. Thumps for their house keeping boys. Also the front desk was really helpful for arranging cab & rickshaws for local trips& mandir darshanams.

  Excellent view , Superb ambience ,Well responsive staff. The rooms were clean, very comfortable and the staff was amazing. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable.I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiti.Best hotel to stay with family, friends & couples.They were extremely accommodating and allowed us to check in early at like 10am. We got to hotel super early and I didn’t wanna wait. So this was a big plus.

  Neat & clean rooms. Very friendly & helpful staff. The location is a bit isolated and hard to find. Has limited parking space. Simple things like a doormat outside the shower cubicle and/or bathroom is not there. I had to ask for room service menu. No alcohol served in the hotel but you can tip the staff and they help you get it from outside.

  pros: hotel is small but beautiful. Room were excellent. Bathroom was also good and clean. I enjoyed the room and it was amazing stay. cons: there is a restaurant in hotel which is expensive. overall I would strongly recommend this hotel as a must stay. it is suitable for family, couple and solo as well.

  Good option in Varanasi. Limited options in breakfast but food was nice. Basic amenities like dental kit, sleeper, shoe shiner, mineral water were missing.Stay was comfortable.

  Service quality brings down the value for money otherwise the hotel is a good option to stay in Varanasi. Location is good, rooms are spacious and clean. Food quality was excellent. The only issue was response time from housekeeping/room service. Nice place to stay in Varanasi

  Earlier it was good hotel but now hotel doesn't look like Comfort Inn group. No hot water, smelling rooms and vomiting tendency in wash room. You beg them to clear rooms not rooms but the cutlerie you used, they will not remove that also forget about cleaning. They will always tell you that morning shift problem and morning staff will tell evening staff problem. Really it's bad and it's very bad. Look the cutlery which is not cleared from morning in the pics, towel and other things are just as it is. Very bad hotel its worst than a  dharmsala

  newly constructed hotel so all the infrastructure is fresh. rooms are big, even the bathroom is spacious. staff is very helpful. breakfast was tasty and a lot of variety was on offer. near to the famous mall road but on a river front. quite a relaxing experience. will definitely recommend to all types of travellers.

  it was very good experience, property is good with best of room service, only issue is location, it was difficult to locate. breakfast menu and overall food quality was really good. I appreciate hotel and advice to make hotel visible by route guidance.

  Very helpful & courteous staff. Staff goes out of way to help the guests. Mr. Manish of front desk was a great help to us during our stay of 2 days. Rooms are better than the adjacent Radisson hotel. Its restaurant serves excellent food with figure licking taste. The only area of improvement is that the hotel should put up more signages from main road guiding the guests & taxis to the hotel.

  Check in was smooth ....hotel location is a bit interior but reachable by Google map . Premises is very near and clean . After some persuation i was given a river view room which is spacious and well maintained . Prefect for business stay. Stay was cosy...only tea served in the breakfast i found was a bit cold and there was no body to give water during breakfast . If this was not there i would have gone for perfect 5 star rating . Overall it was a pleasant stsy of course . Check in was smooth ....hotel location is a bit interior but reachable by Google map . Premises is very near and clean .   comfort inn is a relaxed place to stay ..this hotel is situated on the bank of river varuna. hotel industry is mainly decided by courteous staff and we were lucky to get extremely polite staff. hotel staff changed my room and gave me better room when I requested them to do so.if one gets such hasske free treatment then quality of stay improves dramatically..thanks to comfort inn staff

  This time I booked it from goibio staying at this hotel is always been a good experience. I have visited this property so many times. Everything about this hotel is good it's ambience, staff and manager . Rooms are nice with prompt room service. one of the best hotel to stay in Varanasi.

  Bon hôtel, dans un quartier calme. Les chambres d'hôtel sont bien avec des connexions Wi-Fi modérées. Les coupures de courant sont fréquentes. Avoir un générateur de secours. Organisation désordonnée pendant les repas. Les commandes arrivent en retard... la qualité est bonne.
