Positif: L’emplacement. Négatif: Ras.

Positif: Très bon emplacement sur les quais de Seine, avec transports en commun à proximité. À mon goût, trop de céréales trop sucrées pour le petit petit-déjeuner. Négatif: L'aération, ventilation de la salle de bains...obligée de laisser la porte de la salle de bains ouverte ainsi qu'une fenêtre de l'appartement...sinon très mauvaise odeur. Il faisait beau et suffisamment chaud...mais en plein hiver !!.

Positive: Appartamento fornito di ogni confort e rifinito con cura, non manca proprio niente. Ottima posizione per postarsi sia con i mezzi che a piedi. Un grazie a Chantal per la pazienza di aspettarci all’arrivo.. Negazione: Niente.

Positif: Très bien situé. Facile d'accès, gare, bus, piéton. Accueil particulièrement soigné par Chantal. Ménage parfait à l'entrée dans l'appartement..

Positive: The apartment beautiful and conveniently located on the river bank, just 5mins walf from the Marais. Easy to access thanks to 2 metro stations nearby (bastille and Quai de la rapée). It is an amazing studio flat, perfect for 2 people. The kitchen (they also provide all you need for breakfast: cereals, crispbread, jam, milk, juice, coffee pods and tea) and bathroom have everything you need, it was spotlessy clean and well organized. Chantal was waiting for us on the arrival ans was super friendly by taking time to show where everything is located. When we will go back to Paris, we will surely stay there again! Thank you for the lovely stay!.

Positiva: La señora que entrega el departamento me trato muy mal, no respeta el horario de check in que sale en booking. Por llegar 5 minutos antes (andaba con mi abuelo y estaba lloviendo afuera) me grito, me echo del departamento y me cerro la puerta en la cara. Si no hubiese tenido todo pagado me voy a otro lado, jamas volvería, nos hizo pasar una pésima llegada a paris..

Negazione: i letti non sono comodi. se avete mal di schiena portatevi i cuscini da casa altrimenti è una sofferenza. sul sito c’è scritto appartamento x4 persone ma si parla di una stanza unica con due divani letto e la cucina. tutto insieme. sinceramente dalle foto non lo avevo dedotto. a saperlo prima probabilmente non lo avrei scelto per la mia famiglia. praticamente in 4 non ti giri..

Positiv: Super Lage! Sehr sauber! Küche ist gut ausgestattet.. Negativ: Appartment ist von der Größe für 2 Personen perfekt, jedoch für 4 Personen gerade noch machbar. Das Frühstück sollte man nicht an deutschen Standards messen..

Positiv: Die Ausstattung der Wohnung ist zweckmäßig und modern. Durch die ruhige Lage zum Innenhof war kein Verkehrslärm bei offenem Fenster hörbar. Die zentrale Lage zur Seine, zur Metro war sehr komfortabel.. Negativ: Das 140 cm schmale, sehr weiche Boxspringbett mit einer großen Decke war gewöhnungsbedürftig, aber durchaus typisch französisch. Die Endreinigungsgebühr von 20 Euro pro Person wurde noch extra berechnet, war im Kleingedruckten zwar beschrieben, ist aber ansonsten meistens schon im Preis eingerechnet. Der Geschirrspüler war defekt, das wurde aber höflich verschwiegen. Unsere Nachfrage machte deutlich, dass das Problem bereits bekannt war..

Positiva: El departamento era perfecto para estar hasta con 4 personas en un mismo espacio, estaba muy bien equipado y era funcional, ademas dejaban varios productos para el desayuno. La ubicación es buena para estadías largas y personas que ya conocen los hitos mas comunes de Paris ya que queda bastante lejos de la Torre Eiffel, Arco se Triunfo y entornos. Ademas el barrio es muy bonito, casi nada de turístico por lo que uno se siente como un parisino más. Cerca hay dos estaciones de metro, supermercado, estación de tren y atracciones turísticas como el Jardin de Plantas, La Biblioteca François Miterrand y la Plaza de la Bastilla.. Negativa: Las ventanas no aislaban tan bien el sonido, lo que molestaba sólo si toca la mala suerte que los vecinos hagan fiesta (cosa que me pasó la última noche y no pude dormir hasta las 4:00 AM. Las almohadas de la cama eran pésimas, sugiero utilizar con las fundas las del sillon cama que son de pluma y mucho mejores. No hay facilidad para dejar la maleta mas allá del horario de partida, pero la solución es fácil y es cosa de ir a la estacion de trenes de Austerlitz y arrendar lockers en la zona de guardería..

Положительный: Апартаменты расположены в доме на набережной Сены совсем рядом с Нотр-Дам-де-Пари. Недалеко метро на площади Бастилии, аренда автомобилей на Лионском вокзале и многочисленные лодочные станции на берегу Сены с возможностью купить дневной билет и добраться на лодке до большинства основных достопримечательностей, останавливаясь в любом понравившемся месте. В апартаментах есть всё необходимое и даже больше: замечательная сантехника, посудомоечная и стиральная машины, капсульная кофеварка с очень щедрым запасом капсул, электроплита, холодильник, посуда, хороший интернет и даже запас еды на завтрак. Хозяин апартаментов Бернар - воплощенный пример заботы и доброжелательности. Если сразу после вас не заезжают следующие гости, никто не торопит с выездом. Спасибо вам, Бернар, за ваше радушие..
