Positif: Le petit déjeuner !. Négatif: La salle des bains sans Lumière l’interrupteur ce trouve à l’extérieur faut sortir dans le couloir à l’extérieur de la chambre pour allumer.Devoir quitter la chambre à 9h du matin ..

Positif: Situation en ville. Négatif: Après chaque client il faut changer les draps!!!!!.

Positif: - La situation - Le calme - Le petit déjeuner (mais pris sur le lit car pas de place). Négatif: - L' insuffisance de propreté (poussière non faite depuis longtemps, sol sal, sanitaires et robinetterie entartrés...) - La literie peu confortable (matelas à ressorts) - Les horaires de "couvre feu": il faut être rentré pour 23 h et partir au plus tard à 8h30. - La chambre ne ferme pas à clef. - Il n'y a pas de bonde dans l'évier, ni dans la baignoire, ce qui n'est ni pratique, ni esthétique! Globalement, le manque de soin gache le fort potentiel qu'ont les lieux (codes barres encore collés sur les canalisations couvertes de poussière, étiquettes de prix sur les objets déco...).

Positif: La gentillesse des personnes. Négatif: C'est directement dans l'appartement des personnes et c'est un peu gênant car moins libre des ces allez et venu.

Positif: petit déjeuner complet emplacement pratique: près du métro.

Negative: The owner is not welcoming, he considers the stay an "economic transition." Usually BnB owners try to make guests at home. Not this one..

Positief: ontbijt ok. Negatief: ontvangst verschrikkelijk geen mogelijkheid om voor 1900 uur bagage af te leveren , curfew om 23 uur vertrek laatste dag om uiterlijk 8.30, uiterst wereldvreemde eigenaar.

Positiva: La ubicación. Negativa: El trato del personal. Tienen un horario de entrada y salida (entre las 23h y las 6'30) no se puede entrar ni salir, este no es el poblema ya que lo indica en el momento de reservar, el problema surgió cuando pedimos el móvil donde teníamos el código para acceder al edificio. Después de llamar a la ventana del sr. que regenta el establecimiento, casi nos deja en la calle increpándonos por llamar a la ventana (no teníamos otra forma de acceder, era eso o dormir en la calle). Cuando accedimos al edificio, lo único que obtuvimos por su parte, fueron las indicaciones de que al día siguiente teníamos que dejar la habitación a las 8:30 y que le debíamos 4euros de las tasas. Nos sentimos maltratadas..

Positive: Colazione in camera.

Positive: everything was okay, but the information about the curfew (" We apply a curfew between 11pm and 6:30 pm. We are closed between 8:30 am and 5pm." ) is not in detail and it is not mentioned, that you have to pay 60€ , when you are coming later than 11pm. We just visit Paris for a concert and it is not possible to leave the la seine musicale before 10pm. This information should appear on the description before booking and paying this BnB. Sorry, but we are not happy about this issue. Everthing else with brakfast etc, was quit nice..... Best regards. Positive: Location is good but about 10 minutes from staition.. Negative: ・I can not access to my room during 9:00 to 17:00. ・They charged me 60 Euro for just keeping 1 suitcase when I checked in at first day before 9:00. ・No bed making and no change towel untill I asked (First 3 day no service).

Positive: The accomodation was beautifully clean and nicely presented. Croissants for breakfast were the best ever !!! Bruno was very helpful with sorting out our phone difficulties.. Negative: Booking into this style of accomodation we expected to have a more homely approach. As my husband was unwell when we arrived it was challenging to have to stay out all day when he really needed a rest - not something we had counted on..

Positive: Colazione buona e abbondante. Posizione centrale non distante dalla metropolitana.

Positiva: Estaba cerca de torre eiffel. Negativa: El horario restringido de entrada y salida diaria y el pago de 50 euros por no cumplir con toque de queda.

Positiva: La atención genial!, cama cómoda con sabanas limpias, baño con bañera súper limpia..

Положительный: Вариант был выбран из за близости к эйфелевой башне. Роскошная ванная комната в старинном стиле.. Негативный: Eсть адрес дома, номер подъезда, далее ни каких инструкций, непонятно как попасть внутрь, кому звонить в домофон. Хорошо прохожий помог, позвонил по телефону указанному в бронировании. Тотальные ограничения!!! Заселение очень поздно - с 17:00. Запрос оставить багаж до времени заселения, 50 евро. Комендантский час с 23:00, иначе 50 евро. Выезд тоже рано в 9:30. Смутил вопрос "Что вы будете на завтрак?". думаю при этом нужно предоставить перечень на выбор, а лучше всего подать все что положено..

Positive: Mr Bruno is very kind and polite. Strong recommend..

Positief: Ligging was goed.. Negatief: Er moet beter gecommuniceerd worden dat 1) als je de accommodatie niet kunt bereiken tussen hun inkom-uren , dat je dan onmiddellijk een toeslag moet betalen 2)dat het om één kamer gaat bij iemand thuis. Ontbijt was zeer karig ..

Positiva: Todo perfecto..

Positiv: Sie waren Siese sie waren sehr nett und zuvorkommend Nett und zuvorkommend! Jederzeit wieder !. Negativ: Parkplatz.
