C'est une arnaque totale, n y mettez pas les pieds, ce n'est pas un hôtel c'est une chambre minable chez un monsieur. Aucune intimité aucune sécurité

Positif: Mise à disposition de café capsule. Négatif: Nous étions 2 locataires dans le même studio, ce qui n'était pas indiqué dans l'annonce ! Donc un peu de promiscuité. Le ménage n'était pas fait tous les jours comme indiqué (poubelle pleine avec odeurs, il a fallut réclamer). Le frigo était relativement encombré, peu de place pour soi-même. Il était indiqué climatisation : inexistante. Aucun placard de libre pour ranger ses affaires. Tout était plein. La télé ne fonctionnait pas, il a fallu insister pour qu'elle fonctionne. Il est indiqué sèche-cheveux : inexistant Salle de bain très petite : lavabo = lave-main, douche exigüe et en hauteur donc dangereuse.

Négatif: Ce logement n’est pas digne d’être répertorié sur Booking.com. La télé ne devait pas fonctionner depuis vercingetorix, un canapé-lit en guise de lit dans un salon ! Doit être retiré de l’offre !.

Positif: Chaleureux, accessible facilement, bon accueil.

Positif: Possibilité d'utiliser la cuisine. Bonne literie. Appartement très agréable, bien meublé. Très bien situé, et calme;. Négatif: La chambre : un peu petite pour deux personnes. Pour une nuit, ça va, mais pour un séjour plus long, difficulté pour poser les bagages et circuler dans la chambre. Autre chambre dans l'appartement occupée également : il faut donc que les autres personnes qui cohabitent soient correctes, discrètes, et propres. Il faut informer les clients de la présence d'autres résidents. C'était le cas quand je suis venue, donc aucun souci. Je reviendrai..

Positif: Vraiment rien. Un cauchemar !. Négatif: La supercherie de louer une chambre chez l'habitant alors que l'annonce affiche hôtel. Chambre petite, sans armoire ni cintres, ni clé de porte et en plus une autre locataire dans une autre pièce. Invraisemblable. J'ai pas dormi de la nuit..

Positive: The host is quite friendly, helpfull and avaialble everytime.. Negative: The kitchen, washroom and dining area is shared, not suitable if you are looking for more privacy..

Negazione: Un posto per single, senza pretese ( bagno condiviso).

Positive: Sempre pulito e posizionata ottima.

Belle demi-pension. Hôtes sympathiques, chambres propres. Loue une chambre dans un appartement de deux pièces sans voisins. Douche, cuisine, réfrigérateur, grande télévision, Wi-Fi gratuit. Les propriétaires eux-mêmes se sont rendus à l'aéroport moins cher qu'un taxi.

Positief: Een rustige buurt met een mooi picknick parkje vlakbij. Negatief: Meer info rond check-in op voorhand.

Negativ: Es war nicht klar, dass es sich um ein Zimmer in einer bewohnten Wohnung handelt, da waren wir schon sehr erstaunt. Es war dem ganzen Angebot auch in keiner Weise zu entnehmen ! Ich hatte unter Pension diese Unterkunft vemittelt bekommen. Eine andere Person z.B. alleinstehende Frau hätte das Zimmer wahrscheinlich nicht bezogen..

Positiv: Gute Lage, nachts sehr ruhig, alles sauber, Schlüsselübergabe unkompliziert und angenehm. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis war angemessen. Unser Gastgeber war freundlich und unkompliziert.. Negativ: Die Kommunikation im Vorfeld hätte besser sein können. In dem Zimmer gibt es keine Ablagemöglichkeiten und eine Hälfte des Bettes war sehr durchgelegen. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis war dennoch ok..

Positive: Nothing, the place is not a hotel or bed and breakfast.. Negative: This place isn't a hotel, and isn't even registered as official accommodation in France. The owner wasn't able to give me a bill for my stay. This is an appartient where the owner lives and he rents out on of the bedrooms. So you will find yourself sharing a bathroom with him, as well as being awaken early in the morning if it goes in the bathroom which is by the guest bedroom. Also, the owner wasn't here when I arrived, I had to call him, and he texted me explanations on how to get in the apartment, I had to find keys hidden somewhere, the struggle with the lock for some time before being able to get in. Positive: The location is very good. This neighbourhood is quiet and secure.The room is small but enough if you pass most of your time walking around the city which is the idea. He answered all my questions and was very kind. Super good price. We could rest and be safe with any problem. I would come back for sure and recomend it.. Negative: The light on the room.
