Perfect location, very nice and helpful owner, but the appartment is in quite a bad condition, everything stinks from cigarettes and smoking, the carpets and towels smell like rotten wet and smoke. I tried to open the windows, but didn’t help. There is construction outside, so the place is really loud. The bathroom is unfortunately not in a very good condition, the bath tub is stuck, the water doesn’t go down which is quite disgusting.
