J'ai séjourné avec deux amis dans une chambre triple avec salle de bain extérieure et peut-être que cela peut pénaliser un peu, un mobilier simple mais un excellent nettoyage. Petit déjeuner avec des produits emballés compte tenu de toutes les restrictions covid mais très bien assortis et les propriétaires sont très serviables.Vu le prix payé, j'y retournerais sans hésiter.

A éviter absolument. Mis à part la salle de bain inconfortable à l'extérieur de la chambre, il faut dire que la chambre, bien que spacieuse, était froide, maigre, glaciale et seulement avec des lits et une armoire. Pas même une table pour poser quoi que ce soit. La salle de bain n'a pas de bidet. Petit déjeuner avec produits discount. Absence d'intimité puisque les anciennes portes en bois avec vitre (qu'elles recouvraient d'un tissu) ne garantissent pas l'intimité. Les clés de la serrure de la chambre, comme vous pouvez le voir sur la photo, sont de simples clés internes afin que les portes puissent être facilement ouvertes et qu'il ne soit pas sûr de laisser des objets à l'intérieur, surtout s'ils ont de la valeur. Il n'y a pas de réception. Les clés vous sont apportées par un garçon. Comme la Coop est en face, le matin à 6h il y a le chargement et le déchargement des marchandises qui perturbent votre sommeil et vous réveillent. Enfin, cette sorte de faux reçu qu'ils vous laissent au moment du paiement. Un ticket de caisse type Buffetti qui n'est clairement pas fiscal donc tout en noir. À éviter!

Positive: Nella Pavoncella Blu mi sono trovato benissimo in termini di Pulizia delle camere, ogni camera ha un suo bagno dedicato, riguardo le normative covid tutte rispettate, infatti sono molto felice per questo. Staff cordiale e presente in soli 2 minuti di orologio se hai bisogno di qualcosa. C'è anche un supermercato sotto la casa, 10 minuti e sei nelle vie del centro città. Negazione: Diciamo che non mi è piaciuto più che il punto in cui si trova la struttura che è in centro, ma dove parcheggiare l'auto. Essendo in pieno centro storico devi essere veramente fortunato a trovarlo, ma su questo non do colpa ai ragazzi della struttura anzi, però se in un futuro riuscissero anche nell'impresa parcheggio dedicato tanto di cappello.

Ogni camera ha il suo bagno privato ma esterno, nella porta accanto alla camera. Insomma raccomandato.... Negazione: Non c’è parcheggio privato...

Positive: Breakfast ok, but for this price too little. We expected more than Croissant and Fruit Juice small package from grocery shop. But typical Italian Breakfast, and was delicious. Service, cleanliness and Ivan was great. For all my questions he answered very fast, and provided us taxi. The room has air conditioning, which is great and saves us during hot weather 😁 Our checkout was too early and plane departure too late at evening, so we had to find our own way for shower 😅.

Positive: Abbiamo passato una notte ad Alghero, di passaggio e rapporto qualità/prezzo della camera direi ottimale. L’host è stato super disponibile e ci ha dato un sacco di consigli su cosa poter fare/andare. La colazione bene, c’era a disposizione tutto il necessario..

Positive: Posizione ottimale per rimanere in centro e non dover spostare l auto. Ambiente pulito, servizio gentile ci hanno prestato l ombrellone per la spiaggia.. Negazione: La colazione po' scarsa, avrei aggiunto dello yogurt e qualcosa di salato. Ottimo caffè in cialda!.

Positive: Good values for money but i wouldn't stay again. I was travellibg through the island and this was a 1-day stop, so it was nice. For longer stay a cozier place would be a better option.. Negative: The air conditioner didn't work The included breakfast was only sweet buscuits.

Pozytywna: Nasz pobyt u GianFranco był bardzo udany i polecamy wszystkim użytkownikom. Jak każde miejsce ma również kilka drobnych minusów. La Pavoncella Blu to nocleg typu B&B, piętro w bloku przerobione na 3 pokoje gościnne oraz 3 prywatne łazienki i wspólna kuchnia. Każdy z pokoi kompletnie wyposażony, bardzo czysty, odświeżony, z klimatyzacją, z balkonem, na którym można usiąść przy stole krzesłami. Wygodne łóżko, TV z telewizją naziemną. Wszystko dokładnie jak na zdjęciach. Kuchnia wyposażona w ekspres do kawy (kapsułki wraz z rogalikami, dżemami, nutellą, wodą butelkowaną w pokoju, uzupełniane co kilka dni), lodówkę z zamrażarką. Swobodnie można przygotować sobie posiłek na talerzach wraz z zapewnionymi sztućcami. Łazienka wraz z wymienianymi ręcznikami oraz żelem pod prysznic. Sama okolica bezpieczna, w bezpośrednim sąsiedztwie starówki (7 min pieszo). Dodatkowo szczególnie polecamy restaurację La Lucerna - pyszne pizze oraz makarony i mięsa z grilla. Największy plus dla GianFranco - niesamowicie ciepły i pomocny Włoch. Gdy tylko czegoś potrzebowaliśmy (ręczniki na plażę, informacje o atrakcjach, restauracjach, wycieczki autobusowe, polecane plaże) - był zawsze i natychmiast do naszej dyspozycji (Whatsapp oraz dojeżdżając do nas). Dodatkowo w ostatni dzień, bezpłatnie udało się przechować bagaże do powrotu z plaży i odjazdu na lotnisko.. Negatywna: Wszystko wspaniale, gdyby nie hałas przy rozładunku towaru do supermarketu po drugiej stronie ulicy (w godz. 9-11). Za to wieczorami - kompletna cisza i spokój..

Positive: The place was clean, the bedroom spacious and the bathroom fully equipped. The "breakfast" was unfortunately plastic-packed bread/croissants and long-life milk from some supermarket, nothing fresh typical Italian from a bakery, no fruit. Still all in all a nice place to stay!.

Pozytywna: Właściciele bardzo mili i uprzejmi, umożliwili nam wcześniejszy meldunek. Mieszkanie było czyste, świeżo odmalowane, w łazience czyste ręczniki, mydło, papier toaletowy. W pokoju sprawna i wydajna klimatyzacja. Lokalizacja bardzo dobra, po przeciwnej stronie ulicy supermarket, niedaleko restauracje (tańsze niż w ścisłym centrum), do morza 3 minuty spacerkiem, do centrum jakieś 10 minut. Brak miejsc parkingowych na ulicy (wszystko zastawione po brzegi). Kuchnia bardzo fajnie wyposażona (jednak bez kuchenki). Śniadania bardzo słabe, kilka rogalików zapakowanych w folię i chleb tostowy, do tego dżem i nutella, plus za dużą ilość wody i napojów, można także korzystać z kawy i herbaty (wodę należy zagotować w ekspresie do kawy). Ogólnie polecamy i pozdrawiamy gospodarzy.. Negatywna: Śniadania.

Positiva: B&B cómodo, limpio, bien equipado y con aire acondicionado. Habitación y baño grandes y espaciosos. Desayuno muy básico pero con lo necesario. Bien ubicado y un supermercado en frente..

Positive: - clean and confy bed - Right in front of a Coop supermarket - the walk to the old town is pleasent and not very long. Negative: - The bathroom had a funny smell, like the very old buildings have. - Bathtub? Who goes to a mid-range hotel and wants to have a long, warm bath? I see (and i am very pleased) that hotels and b&b's switch to shower cabins. They are far more parctical and cleaner and you don't have to touch yourself against the cold, wet, probably not clean enough shower courtain....

Positiv: Die Buchung hat sehr spontan geklappt und der Kontakt zum Vermieter war problemlos. Sehr freundlich! Das Zimmer war klein, bot aber ausreichend Platz für das Gepäck und das Bett war sehr gemütlich. Es war sauber und hell und es gab einen Balkon (Blick auf Wohnhäuser). In der Altstadt von Alghero braucht man zu Fuß nur kurz. Ein großer Supermarkt ist direkt gegenüber.. Negativ: Man sollte wissen, dass die Zimmer jeweils ihr eigenes Badezimmer haben, man dazu aber einmal über den Flur gehen muss (2 Meter)..

Positive: Francesca was a great host & her B&B was a perfect place to stay in Alghero. Fully equipped kitchen, comfortable bedrooms, everything perfectly clean, and good location close to the historical center. Thank you very much!.
