Emplacement pratique, gérants gentils et généreux malgré l'emplacement au centre de la chambre avec une salle de bain assez insonorisée. Je le recommande fortement.

La seule bonne chose à propos de cette chambre est son emplacement, mais étant si central, il y a aussi beaucoup de bruit. Le pire, c'est la chambre elle-même, toute la maison sentait drôle, les draps, la taie d'oreiller... tout sentait la sueur et l'humidité. La salle de bain est également partagée, donc si vous avez le malheur de coïncider avec un autre invité malpropre comme cela nous est arrivé, vous avez une moins bonne qualité au même prix, allez, c'est une loterie. Il n'y a pas de climatisation dans la chambre et il fait terriblement chaud. Bref, prix très élevé pour ce qu'ils proposent.

Excellente expérience dans tous les sens. Position superlative entre la place/salon du centre (Sulis) et le centre plein d'activités commerciales et de restaurants. Courtoisie maximale des propriétaires !!! HAUT Nettoyage impeccable.

Nous sommes restés une nuit sur notre chemin. Emplacement très central et pratique pour se promener dans le centre-ville le soir. Propriétaires très gentils et super serviables. Chambre pas très grande et sans clim ce qui en ces soirées d'août n'est pas le top aussi car le ventilateur présent n'arrive pas à bien refroidir.

Positief: Top locatie, vriendelijke eigenaar en behulpzaam. Is een schone locatie. Mijn kamer had uitzicht op het pleintje.. Negatief: Niets viel tegen. Wel raad ik de eigenaar aan stenen bekers neer te zetten voor de thee of koffie. Plastic is zó slecht voor het milieu !.

Positive: Excellent location. Friendly staff who let us leave the luggage for few hours more after check out. Communication and self check-in was very easy.. Negative: There was a loud lorry (rubbish lorry I guess) that when it passed by the building in the night, woke me up!.

Positif: En plein centre historique, accès à un frigo, propreté, accueil clair. Négatif: Rien.

Positif: L'endroit est très bien situé et présente un bon rapport qualité prix. Il y a un ventilateur et la salle de bain était dans un état impeccable..

Positif: La proximité des rues commerçantes. Négatif: Difficultés pour se garer en pleine saison.

Positive: Spacey and airy room in this beautiful seaside town..

Positive: Nonostante il nostro arrivo in tarda serata (~22:30) il check-in è stato facilissimo. Stessa cosa per il check-out. Facile e snello. Tutto lo staff è molto gentile e sempre disponibile.. Negazione: Consigliamo di adottarsi di aria condizionata (notare che sapevamo non ci sarebbe stata ma non credevamo sarebbe stato un problema troppo grosso). Il solo ventilatore in dotazione fa quello che può contro il caldo estivo. Si possono provare a tenere le finestre aperte ma la centralissima posizione, che è un vantaggio importante durante il giorno, diventa quasi un problema durante la notte. Infatti i numerosi turisti che affollano le stradine del centro di Alghero “si fanno sentire”..

Positive: Posizione. Negazione: Niente climatizzatore. Mancava l'asciugamano per il viso. Ventilatore malfunzionante e rotto. Materasso improponibile e idem per i cuscini. Le critiche servono e sono atte ad una eventuale crescita e, miglioramento dell'oggetto in questione! Provate prima di ribattere alle critiche, così stabilite se ciò che viene "contestato" è veritiero, oppure solo frutto di fantasie! Si può migliorare...basta poco! P.S riguardo al check in sono arrivato sul posto alle (15:12) quindi perfettamente in orario! Non c'è alcun bisogno di preavviso in questi casi. Saluti!.

Positive: - near bus station ( easy to go to airport and to beaches by bus ) - just in old town - independent room - restaurants arround. Negative: - to small kitchen equipment, only electric pot to boiled water - no air condition - noise on the street even to 4:00 a.m..

Negative: It's located just in the center, which gives both advantages and disadvantages that the restaurant behind the apart was very loud in the middle night..

Positiva: Habitación muy cómoda y limpia. (Baño compartido pero muy limpio también.) Súper bien ubicado en el centro histórico. Me han dejado dejar el equipaje allí después del check out. Muy amables.. Negativa: No hay aire acondicionado pero la verdad con el ventilador se estuvo muy bien. No hay desayuno.

Positive: La posizione. Negazione: Padroni di casa gentili e disponibili. Struttura centrale, pulitissima e accogliente.

Positive: Laura e Germain sono gli proprietari di 2 posti in citta. Le 2 poste sono le piu baratissime della citta. Puoi sono gente molto aperti e simpaticci. Pulite, stanze grande. Solo gli bagni fuori. Pero che niente da dire considerando i prezzi. Ritornero volontieri.. Negazione: Nulla. Nada. Nichts. Nothing. Oualu....

Positive: Stanza molto silenziosa per la posizione, in pieno centro storico.

Positive: Great position,Amazing Host,Beautiful City.

Positiu: Els propietaris son molt amables i sempre volen ajudar!.

Positiva: La ubicación para conocer Alguero en una sola noche. La historia de España, las islas llenas de historia mediterránea.. Negativa: No se puede ingresar con coche hasta el lugar. Lo hice sin saber, recibir una multa. es un barrio limitado de trafico en su casco historico. Solo circulan los coches autorizados de los lugareños..

Positiv: Ich konnte eher einchecken und hatte einen sehr freundlichen Empfang. Das Zimmer war sauber und die Lage ist super..

Положительный: Останавливалась одна на семь ночей! Очень понравилось расположение в старом городе, отлично для вечерних прогулок, рядом автовокзал, оттуда ездила на пляжи. Уютная, удобная комната, у меня была с собственной ванной. Слишком мягкая кровать, не было телевизора. Есть наличие чайника на кухне, холодильника, питьевой воды. Приветливый персонал, разрешили оставить вещи на время. Вай-фай работал без сбоев.. Негативный: Иногда заедала выходная дверь, пару раз не смогла открыть ее. За 7 дней убрали в комнате только один раз. Очень все слышно, весь движ до двух ночи, а в 9 утра слышно мусорную машину..

Positiv: Läget var bra.. Negativ: Låset i badrummet var inte bra..

Positiva: La amabilidad de la dueña y la limpieza perfecta que habia tanto en la habitación como el baño. Todo un 10! Muchas gracias por todo, esperamos volver pronto..

Pozytywna: Bardzo dobra lokalizacja. Pokój czysty i zadbany. Dostęp do lodówki, kawy, herbaty, wody za darmo.. Negatywna: Hałas na zewnątrz z pobliskich restauracji i ulucy.

Положительный: В центре, всё рядом. В номере чистота.. Негативный: Очень шумно вечером, до трёх ночи с закрытом окном пришлось спать. Вентилятор не спасает :).

Positif: Emplacement en plein centre-ville . Tout était à porté de main magasin port ect... Négatif: Rien à signaler.

Positiv: Eine schöne Unterkunft mit geräumigen Zimmern Mitten in der Altstadt Algheros. Check-in war Dank key-box problemlos, auch außerhalb der Check-in Zeiten. Sehr nette Kommunikation mit dem Besitzer. Wir kommen gerne wieder!.

Positif: Localisation. Négatif: Prix excessif pour les prestations proposées (salle de bain commune, pas de petit dejeuner..), nous aurions pu loger pour bien moins cher et dans des plus beaux hotels.

Positiva: Buena ubicación, habitaciones amplias y muy limpio. El lavabo siempre estaba limpio. Laura es encantadora!.

Positiv: Die dierekte Lage im Zentrum der Altstadt.. Negativ: Klimaanlage Fehlt.

Pozytywna: Bardzo miła Pani Laura (serdecznie pozdrawiam) własciciel również bardzo miły , mimo ze kontakt był przez sms. Lokalizacja w centrum. Trzeba przyzwyczaic sie do zycia tego miasta , czyli zycie zaczyna sie wieczorem konczy w nocy. Wszedzie blisko - w lewo idąc za chwile mamy promenadę w prwo idąc mamy sklepy ,restauracje ,pieknych usmiechnietych ludzi. Łazienka jedna na kilka pokoi ,ale nie było problemu . Dalismy radę. Woda w lodówce herbatki róznego rodzaju , czajnik. W pokoju wiatrak ..

Positiv: Die Lage ist großartig. Ihr seid mitten in der Altstadt. Umgeben von schönen Läden, Restaurants, Hafen und der eindrucksvollen Stadtmauer, besonders abends herrscht eine wundervolle Atmosphäre.. Negativ: Es ist schwierig, das Auto los zu werden. Parkt gleich in einem Umkreis von 1 km, denn die Altstadt ist nur für den Lieferverkehr frei. Vielleicht erhaltet Ihr von den Gastgebern einen Tipp?.

Positiva: Ubicación excepcional, en todo el centro. Laura es muy amable.. Negativa: Nuestra habitación era la más pequeña, cama no muy cómoda y sin aire acondicionado en pleno agosto. Tuvimos que abrir la ventana y se escuchaba todo el jaleo. Nos ha parecido bastante caro relación calidad-precio, me quedo solo con la ubicación..

Positiv: Ligger skjermet i nydelige gamlebyen i Alghero. Rene og koselige rom. Delte bad med andre gjester og det var helt uproblematisk og fint.. Negativ: At det ikke er aircondition, men det var informert om på forhånd. Ble veldig varmt i begynnelsen av august.

Positiv: Lage war perfekt.. Negativ: Toilette und Bad wäre besser getrennt.

Pozytywna: Bardzo dobrze zlokalizowany samo centrum. Miła i pomocna właścicielka. Do dyspozycji gości darmowa kawa herbata oraz ogólnodostępna lodówka i czajnik bezprzewodowy.

Pozytywna: Lokalizacja, ogólnie dostępna kawa i herbata, czysto. Negatywna: Brak ogrzewania.

Positief: Locatie. Negatief: Niet de kamer gekregen die ik had geboekt. Had gevraagd om een privé badkamer maar kreeg een gedeelde badkamer. Daarnaast waren de matrassen extreem dun en sliepen de bedden dus zeer slecht..

Positief: Dit hotel ligt aan een zijstraat midden in het oude centrum, op loopafstand van de haven, met cafe's, winkels en gelaterias overal waar je kijkt. Het oude centrum is een bijna perfecte locatie om te verblijven; het is het mooiste gedeelte van de stad, authentiek Italiaans, er is overal cultuur, en je hebt alles op loopafstand. Enige nadeel is dat het in het weekend 's avonds wel lawaaierig kan zijn, het hotel zit namelijk tegenover een bar/café die tot laat open is. Verder is het hotel, net zoals veel hotels in Alghero, meer een appartement waarvan alle kamers apart worden verhuurd aan toeristen. Ik heb geen last gehad van de andere gasten, en vond het juist fijn dat er ook een keuken aanwezig was in het appartement. Er is een gedeelde badkamer die goed schoongehouden wordt en een van de kamers heeft zijn eigen badkamer. Alle kamers zijn schoon en goed verzorgd..

好意的: スタッフがとても優しく、早めのチェックインも受け入れてもらえました。旧市街のど真ん中にあるので休憩やトイレがてらすぐ帰れる場所で最高に便利でした。. 否定的: 駅から遠いのが少し難点ですが、道は平坦で舗装されてるので歩けます。.

Positief: Ruim, zeer goede prijs-kwaliteit verhouding, midden in het oude centrum dus toplocatie. Negatief: Geen ac, wel een ventilator.

Положительный: Уютный, чистый номер, новая сантехника, прекрасный вид из окна на исторические памятники. Вечером улочка становится очень оживлённой, освещение, люди, словно непрекращающийся праздник! Но ночью было не слишком тихо. Мне все равно, но для многих это важно..
