  Positiv: Das Appartement bot alles, was das Urlauberherz benötigt incl. einer Tiefgarage. Besonders die verwendeten Naturmaterialien (viel Holz u.a.) sorgten für eine Wohlfühlatmosphäre. Die wunderschönen Wanderwege starteten teilweise direkt vor der Hautüre... Was will man mehr?.

  Positiv: Das Haus liegt am oberen Rand von Eppan/St. Michael und die hat damit einen tollem Ausblick. Die Zimmer sind großzügig (Platz für 2 Yogamatten!) und durch die Panoramafenster sehr hell. Großer Balkon zum Frühstücken in der Sonne.. Negativ: Im Apartment Hoch-Eppan ist das Schlafzimmer nicht komplett abgetrennt. Wer gerne kocht, hat damit die Essensgerüche auch im Schlafzimmer und beim Verdunkeln ist dann gleich die ganze Wohnung finster. Wer hier nicht so empfindlich ist, wird die Wohnung lieben - die ist nämlich super schick..

  Positiv: Wir hatten ein Appartement im Erdgeschoss mit einer sehr großen Terrasse mit Zugang zum Garten. Der freie Blick über Bozen war einfach toll. Die Zimmer sind perfekt mit allem ausgestattet. Das große Doppelbet ist bequem unf die Matraze nicht durchgelegen. Das Bad mit Dusche ist groß und mit Fenster. Die ganze Wohnung ist sehr gepflegt und sauber.

  Positive: Superb location, comfortable apartment, in the middle of apple orchards and vineyards. The apartment is well-equipped and the owners had prepared our arrival nicely with flowers and apples on the table! We were lucky to have an apartment with 2 balconies, one with a beautiful view over the valley and the mountains. Close to beautiful hiking trails, lakes, castles and not far away from cities such as Merano, Bolzano and Trento. We definitely enjoyed our stay!. Negative: The sofa bed was not very comfortable and made a lot of noise when sleeping in it..

  Positive: Posizione tranquilla. Appartamento bellissimo, ottima vista. Giardino disponibile e attrezzato di tutto. La padrona di casa molto gentile.. Negazione: Un po' fuori mano, la citta non è accessibile a piedi..

  Positiv: Frau Obkirch war unser Ansprechpartner vor Ort. Sie ist super hilfsbereit und sehr freundlich. Sie hat alles am Anfang erklärt und gezeigt. Danach hatte man seine Ruhe, wie zu Hause. Spitze! Jederzeit wieder :).

  Positive: Posizione, splendida immersa fra vigneti e meleti. Appartamento funzionale, pulito luminoso. Proprietari gentili e disponibili. La zona di Appiano è stata una piacevole scoperta! Comodo per raggiungere sia Merano che Bolzano!.

  L'appartement a une belle vue ! C'est très pratique pour voir Merano et Bolzano, et toute la région environnante. Avec un parking, l'appartement est un endroit très confortable pour la famille. La dame qui en est propriétaire a été très gentille avec nous ! Quel bel endroit pour prendre des vacances....!

  Positive: Superb location and absolutely wonderful views from the terrace (even with rainy weather!). Good bathroom. Nice garden. Very friendly hosts.. Negative: The light in the living room is a bit 'cold' (use light bulbs with a warmer glow perhaps?). A small table near the sofa and a nice carpet on the floor would add to the comfort. Now the room looks a bit 'clean'..

  Positive: The view of the mountains and Bolzano. In clear weather you can see a small part of Dolomities. There is a small garden with grill. There are a lot of winery in Eppan/Appiano area..

  Positief: Het uitzicht beviel maar....... Negatief: Uitzicht was mooi Maar helaas een lucht ventilatie systeem kwam precies uit op het terras waar we op zaten Dit maakte zeer veel lawaai maar werd toch te pas en te onpas aan gezet eigenaar wist dit maar zette het toch aan Tevens was er een warmwater pomp systeem hierdoor dreunde er een zeer monotone toon door het appartement heen Erg veel lawaai door tractoren en rondscheurende brommertjes Appartement zeker een afrader hier door.

  Positief: Het was een comfortabel en mooi appartement. Wij hadden het appartement aangrenzend aan de tuin en dat was met onze zoon van 1 jaar de beste plek waar hij lekker kon spelen. Het appartement was licht en schoon. Wat fijn is, is dat het appartement wat hoger ligt. Hierdoor was het wat koeler, dan in het warme dal.. Negatief: De keuken was wat beperkter uitgerust. Uitgebreid koken ging wat lastiger..
