Positive: Very nice and comfortable. Very near from the city center and the train station. Nice restaurants within a walking distance..

Positive: Ottima posizione per chi arriva in treno. Vicinissimo alla stazione e al centro. Buon rapporto qualità/prezzo. La stanza molto carina. Il proprietario non l'abbiamo visto, ma ci siamo comunicati telefonicamente ed è stato molto disponibile..

Positive: Camera e bagno molto puliti. Carina l'idea di poter fare la colazione in camera. La posizione poi è centralissima.. Negazione: Struttura un po' datata ma comunque tenuta bene..

Positif: je vous recommande l’établissement, c’est très propre, il y a une excellente communication avec le propriétaire, c’est très bien placé, juste à côté du parco della montagnola et pas très cher.

Positive: High comfort, beautiful room, delicious breakfast, perfect localisation, quiet surroundings..

Positive: La posizione era perfetta, in centro. La camera era spaziosa ed è comodo poter fare colazione in camera. Anche il bagno era grande e i sanitari sembravano relativamente nuovi. Il proprietario era molto gentile e molto disponibile.. Negazione: dovrebbero pulire il bagno in comune più spesso, e rifornire la colazione tutti i giorni. Inoltre non cambiano gli asciugamani e non puliscono la camera..

Positive: La stanza era davvero carina e comoda, con televisione. Asciugamani e shampoo sono stati molto utili. C'era tutto il necessario per una buona colazione. Ottima comunicazione con alberto e disponibilissimo.. Negazione: La sera abbiamo fatto entrambi la doccia con l'acqua fredda. Il bagno è in comune ma è stata colpa mia per non aver controllato. Il mattino seguente la corrente è saltata accendendo il bollitore. Ed è saltata una seconda volta prima di andarcene..

Positif: La personnalisation des chambres en fonction des noms, la propreté et la douche à jets.. Négatif: La coupure d'électricité, le petit déjeuner et la façon de récupérer les clés.

Positive: Mi è piaciuto tutto e anche i miei genitori, che erano assieme a me, sono rimasti molto soddisfatti. La stanza ci è piaciuta molto così come il bagno, ed entrambe le stanze erano pulitissime. Inoltre la comunicazione con il host davvero ottima, lui gentile e paziente, ha risposto subito ad ogni mia domanda.. Negazione: L'unica cosa che non andava era la confusione/rumore che proveniva dall'esterno, ma dopotutto se si vuole soggiornare vicino al centro è normale aspettarsi una cosa simile..

Positive: The host was really nice! He prepared the self check in for us, because we arrived late and organised a late check out as well. The location is amazing, close to restaurants, bars and Impero Cafe, which is probably the best cafe in Bologna! Breakfast was a proper Italian style, fette biscotatte, biscotti, jam and coffee. The rooms are clean and very cute. We would totally recommend this place for everyone that wants a local experience in Bologna. Good value for the money. :) Will come back for sure!.

Positiva: El señor era encantador, el desayuno ya estaba en la casa y tenía un poco de todo, estaba todo muy limpio y ordenado. Lo que más me gustó fue la localización porque queda cerca de todo en Bologna y resulta muy cómodo al llegar desde la estación también para dejar las cosas o si tienes que irte temprano o llegar temprano el check in y check out lo puedes hacer solo.. Negativa: Lo único que no me gustó fue que, al ser en un barrio turístico, había algunos borrachos por la calle y gente fumando cerca de la casa, pero creo que es algo típico de bologna, había mucha gente en esas condiciones por toda la ciudad..

Positiva: Nada.. Negativa: Cama con mucho polvo, olor a cigarro, falta de limpieza. La zona es muy sola y hay gente extraña en los alrededores..

Positive: Big room with a sofa. 10 min walk to the old town.. Negative: The street of the apartment was not that Nice, but it was Ok..

Positive: The room is big. Negative: The heater is not working properly the room is too cold. There is no elevator we had to carry our luggage to the stairs which is very inconvenient. We had to share bathroom with other room guests..

Olumsuz: Tesis temiz değildi. İçerisi kokuyordu. İnsanlar geç saatte girip çıkıyorlardı. Kendimizi güvende hissetmedik. Ayrıca duvarlar çok ince her şey duyuluyor.

Positiv: Die Lage, nähe Bahnhof, sowie all die schönen Sehenswürdigkeiten. Piazza Maggiore ist überwältigend. Die Freundlichkeit der Bologneser. Offen und sehr kontaktfreudig.. Negativ: Es war ziemlich lärmig, Verkehr und Nachts viele Leute (Afrikaner mehrheitlich) die sich laut unterhalten haben. Ansonsten gute Lage. Wir hatten oft Mühe mit Türen öffnen...... Am letzten Tag fiel die Vorhangstange im Zimmer runter. Mangelhaft befestigt. Im Bad hat Desinfektionsmittel gefehlt sowie Paierrolle leer, um Lavabo zu trocknen..

Positiv: Wir hatten kein Frühstück dabei ,aber es gab einen Wasserkocher und man konnte sich ohne Probleme Tee kochen.. Negativ: Von außen erkennt man nicht, dass es die Unterkunft ist, doch telefonisch kann man eigentlich immer jemanden erreichen..

Situation centrale, proche de la gare et pratique pour se déplacer à pied. Mais l'endroit est situé dans une ruelle où il y a constamment des trafiquants de drogue postés à toute heure du jour et de la nuit qui avouons-le pour deux filles en vacances seules n'était pas le meilleur. Je vous épargne les commentaires que nous avons dû subir à chaque fois que nous quittions la porte. Installation propre dans l'ensemble, salle de bain partagée avec un rideau de douche de 10 ans mais sans prétention dans l'ensemble pendant 2 nuits c'était bien mais je ne sais pas si je serais resté plus longtemps.

Ben alors nul mais nul sans intérêt

Positiva: La localización.. Negativa: Hay cocina, pero no puede cocinarse, ya que no hay disponible ningún tipo de sartén, olla, cafetera... nada de nada. Únicamente hay una tetera eléctrica y ya. Aunque hay aire acondicionado, no te dejan el mando para regular la temperatura, encenderlo o apagarlo, por lo que dependes de la voluntad de la dueña..

Positiv: Sauberes Bad und Zimmer, einfacher Check-Out. Das war aber auch alles.. Negativ: Wir mussten für den Check-In nochmal extra zum Zimmerpreis zusätzlich bezahlen, einfach lächerlich. Der Empfang war kein bisschen kooperativ und es wurden komplett falsche Informationen zu Bezahlung und Check-In vermittelt. Lage in einer abgelegenen Straße, in der man sich nachts nur bedingt wohlfühlt. Die Straße riecht nach Urin und wird teilweise von gestrandeten Persönlichkeiten gesäumt..

Olumlu: Odaları temizdi. Ortak banyo olmasına rağmen çok temizdi.. Olumsuz: Odalar biraz küçük. Görevli İngilizce bilmiyor..

Positif: Chambre propre, bon lit. Négatif: La responsable du gîte n a pas tenu compte de mon mail donnant l heure d arrivée et voulait nous mettre dehors alors que nous avions dûment payé et confirme ! Devant notre refus de partir elle a demandé 20 euros de plus ! Elle ne parle que l italien , ne s'est pas déplacée, n a pas vérifié ses mails. Finalement c'est son jeune collègue envoyé pour nous taxer de 20 euros supplémentaires qui s pris soin de vérifier les mails et qui a convenu que nous avions raison !!!! Lui était très compréhensif et aimable..

Positief: Zeer goede locatie!!.

Pozitiv: Curatenie,confort si pozitionare centrala!. Negativ: Pentru check-in dupa ora 15, se incaseaza 10 euro, ceea ce nu mi se pare corect si normal...!Noi am ajuns la ora 17. Nu este nici o indicatie la ce numar de apartament sa suni, pe usa de intrate in imobil...!.

Positif: Très bonne situation géographique. Une chambre très spacieuse. Un lit exceptionnel nous avons très bien dormi et un quartier silencieux..

Pozitív: nagyon kedves es keszseges volt a tulajdonosnő, a szoba es a furdo is patyolat tisztak, az elhelyezkedese kivalo (max 15perc a vasutallomas es kb 15 a piazza di Neptuno + dóm)..

Positif: L’emplacement, la cuisine et la terrasse privative dans la chambre.. Négatif: Le supplément de 10€ pour le Check-in tardif qui diminue l’excellent rapport qualité/prix..

Positiv: Die Unterkunft liegt sehr zentral und versprüht einen italienischen Charme. Auch die Besitzerin ist sehr bemüht, freundlich und herzlich. Es gibt zur Selbstversorgung die Möglichkeit, Kaffee und Tee zu machen und für den Start in den Tag sind auch ein paar Kekse und Hörnchen vorhanden. Das Zimmer war sehr groß und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.. Negativ: Da es kein Schild oder ähnliches an der Tür geht, haben wir die Unterkunft beim ersten Mal sehr schlecht gefunden. Leider hatten wir zudem etwas Pech mit den Mitbewohnern, da sie das Gemeinschaftsbad sehr dreckig und nass hinterlassen haben..

Positiv: Sehr geschmackvoll renovierter Altbau und bequeme Betten.. Negativ: Küchenausstattung sehr minimal..

Pozytywna: lokalizacja bardzo blisko scisłego centrum starego miasta, dobry stosunek ceny do jakości, czysto, ekspres do kawy, gratisowe włoskie śniadanie, ( rogalik, kawa, ciaseczka) miła Pani obsługująca mieszkanie. Negatywna: wyposażenie kuchni, brak czajnika i jakiegokolwiek garnka, tylko 2 talerze na 3 pokoje to troche mało :-((.
