Très bon endroit, ce fut un séjour très agréable. Le traitement de l'excellent hôte. Il fume mais essaie de ne pas déranger les invités. Il est bien situé, à pied ou avec les transports en commun, j'ai passé un très bon moment, c'était une bonne expérience. Très recommandable.

J'ai passé un bon moment. Belle grande chambre avec un beau lit double. Monsieur Giuseppe est très gentil et soucieux de faire plaisir aux convives (table délicatement dressée pour le petit déjeuner, bons biscuits, une bouteille d'eau avec un verre dans la chambre, une paire de chaussons fournis. Puis Giuseppe referme la porte de la chambre quand il l'entend fumer. , pour ne pas déranger les invités). Parfait. En fait, je serai de retour la semaine prochaine.

Endroit calme pas trop loin des remparts de la ville, chambre hospitalière, services parfaitement fonctionnels, petit déjeuner correct

Positive: Nice, quiet, residential location an easy to walk to local bars and restaurants or a bit further to the city centre. It is about 15mins walk from the airport bus stop from where it is only 10mins journey to the airport. The property is (as you would expect) on the first floor. It has secure gated access and doors. The room was large and the double bed was comfortable. Breakfast was simple with coffee, tea, juice and sweet pastries or cakes (wrapped, not fresh made). Guiseppe was welcoming and offered advice on local attractions.. Negative: I am not a smoker and I found the smell of smoke and strong air-fresheners quite unpleasant. It is a small property and although smoking is only permitted in the living room the smell permeates everywhere, to all the rooms. Despite a desk-top air conditioner in the bedroom it was impossible to clear the air of the smokey smell and after a two night stay my eyes and throat were irritated. This might not bother some people and indeed it might suit some but I think the description should emphasise that this is very much a smokers property..

Негативный: Для кого-то будет минус, что хозяин квартиры курит на кухне, но в своей комнате не ощущала запаха и дискомфорта. Уже правда дома поняла, что пропахла одежда..

Positiv: Supe Lage, sehr netter und zuvorkommender Gastgeber, sehr schön eingerichtet, gemütliches Bett. Negativ: In der Unterkunft wurde geraucht, der Rauch zieht in alle Zimmer. Bekam davon Kopfweh und und mirwar übel und meine Sachen stinken alle nach Rauch. Nur mit offenen Fenster die ganze Nacht über war es auszuhalten. Das Zimmer sollte nicht als Nichtraucherzimmer deklariert sein! Es ist egal ob man im Zimmer rauchen darf oder nicht, der Rauch zieht überall rein und für Nichtraucher kaum auszuhalten. Entweder ganz klar als Raucherunterkunft deklarieren oder aufhören in der Wohnung zu rauchen aber SO GEHT ES NICHT, es zerstört leider den gesamten Aufenthalt, auch wenn sonst alles passen würde. an booking.com? weshalb gibt es keinen Filter, um nach Nichtraucherunterkünften zu suchen?.
