Hotel Bonassola Vista Mare

Positive: La vista mare.

Positive: Sembrerà banale, ma mi (ci) è piaciuto tutto. Eravamo un po scettici perchè alcune recensioni erano davvero critiche, ma visto il prezzo e la zona abbiamo voluto rischiare: ottima scelta, perchè l'appartamento è stato appena rimesso a nuovo con materassi nuovi, armadi che hanno ancora l'odore del legno, tutto l'arredamento della cucina rinnovato compresa la lavastoviglie, quindi ATTENZIONE alle date dei commenti, perchè per l'estate 2019 è cambiato tutto. A questo si aggiunga che la posizione è veramente spettacolare. A chi si lamenta degli scalini ... beh vai sull'Adriatico: la Liguria è così, o sei sulla spiaggia o sei in alto: fai un salto alle Cinque Terre e ne avrai conferma.. Negazione: Niente :-).

Positive: CASA SPORCA POLVERE E UMIDITA ALTA FORMICHE E RAGNI DA PER TUTTO.

Positive: La vista sul mare ma non é sufficiente a compensare tutti i problemi trovati.. Negazione: La struttura si presenta sporca, con presenza di muffa nera in bagno e uno strano unto su tutte le piastrelle in cotto. Il frigorifero non funziona nonostante il proprietario sostenga il contrario e nel congelatore vi é una vaschetta colma di una sostanza scura dall'odore tossico, simile a olio motore. La biancheria fornita sembra poco pulita e tutta stropicciata. La televisione manca di cavo di alimentazione quindi funge da soprammobile. I due bagni sono sporchi e con l'asse del wc pericolante. I letti non sono stati fatti al nostro arrivo e sono scomodi e sporchi..

Kladný: Terasa s pěkným výhledem, samota, hodně prostoru. Záporný: Několik desítek schodů od parkoviště, 500 m od pláže a 60 m převýšení, někomu to může vadit. Na Booking špatně uvedeno místo. Nedostatek toaletního papíru, a jen jeden ručník za ty prachy....

Positif: Calme. Négatif: Dénivelé de 18 % pour atteindre l’hôtel depuis le centre ! Plus des escaliers encore a monter depuis un parking exigu. Pas de télévision, pas de table de repassage ni de rallonge fil alors que mentionnées dans le descriptif . Machine a café inexistante juste une bouilloire italienne. 50 € pour un service ? Vu le proprio le jour d'arrivée et plus personne même pour le départ..

Positive: Location. Quick descent to center of town and train station. Gorgeous view, tranquil setting, parking space, spacious apartment. Very close to Cinque Terre but away from the heavy tourist activity which was absolutely perfect! Requires a stop in Levant to switch to main train line of Cinque Terre but with frequent connection (every 30min.) it was no hassle what-so-ever. Kitchen had everything you needed. Would most definitely re-book.. Negative: The main bathroom floor was overlooked during cleaning before our stay but other than that no issues. Only 2 body towels for a couple staying the weekend. An extra 2 hand/face towels would have been nice. Ensuite bathroom needs a foot towel/rug at shower door as water drips from the door when you finish showering and can make for a very dangerous situation. We were only given keys to lock the shutter door and not the main door made of PVC.. a bit awkward having the lack of safety there overnight and when we left the house..

Positive: Not sure what all the bad reviews were cracking on about! We were pleasantly surprised by this apartment. The owner/manager was quick to answer his phone when we arrived and also when we had an issue with the power, was very friendly and even let us check in early. Also can pay with credit card which is a big plus. The view over Bonassola is amazing, and the town itself is quiet and has a beautiful beach, but close enough to the tourists and chaos of Cinque Terre for sightseeing. We walked everywhere and the hill is hard but worth the climb. There was oil, dish soap, and the kitchen was well stocked with pots and pans, etc. Wifi worked very well. Overall good value and would return.. Negative: Was a little dusty when we arrived but this wasn't a problem for us. We read the additional fees before we arrived (they are in the Booking reservation) so we were not surprised..

Positif: La situation géographique en faisant abstraction du train. Juste à côté de la chambre. Négatif: Propreté catastrophique,bruyant,avons galeré pour avoir l adresse exacte du lieu on a dû appeler encore heureux que nous sachions parler italien !.

Положительный: Апартаменты очень интересные - 3 уровня и терраса. Самое главное там терраса и вид с нее на город и море. Сидеть там хотелось часами - и днем, и ночью. Здание довольно старое - с историей, очень много разных забавных вещичек и есть антикварные вещи. Чувствуешь себя в гостях, а не в гостинице.. Негативный: Как всегда нет чайника, это похоже общая беда Италии, хотя другой посуды очень много. Место - это и огромный плюс, и огромный минус (очень высоко от моря) - подъем метров 100, если есть проблемы со здоровьем, то не стоит это рассматривать. Зато вид потрясающий..
