  Positive: Struttura molto accogliente e pulita, la governante e il proprietario gentilissimi e disponibili. Consiglio vivamente questa struttura.. Negazione: Niente.

  Positive: La camera è in un appartamento dallo stile un po' antico ma dotato di tutti i comfort. Il titolare é stato gentile, preciso e ha fatto di tutto per soddisfare ogni nostra necessità (anche adattando l'orario del check out). La posizione è ottimale se si vuole stare in una zona più tranquilla (e soprattutto dove sia facile trovare il parcheggio). Bisogna tenere in conto però che il centro di Cagliari è a una mezz'oretta di camminata. Perfetto invece per raggiungere la spiaggia del Poetto..

  Positive: We loved the balcony and that Roberto was very friendly and helped us to find great things to visit.. Negative: It was kinda far from the train station and it was difficult to find the proper bus to take us there..

  Positiv: Altmodisch eingerichtetes großes Apartment aus frùheren Bùrgerzeiten mit viel Charme und Historie ....es kann alles benutzt werden ....sehr netter Gastgeber ..... Negativ: Man muss schon ein bißchen suchen , da in einem Wohnungsgebæude auf der linken Seite , am besten vorher anrufen ......

  Positiv: Die Besitzer sind sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Das Zimmer, die Küche und das Bad sind sehr sauber.. Negativ: Es gibt keine Parkplätze an der Unterkunft. Es darf an der Straße nicht vormittags geparkt werden..

  Positive: Quiet, yet in walking distance (15min) to the city center. Roberto went out of his way to recommend us things to do and suggest restaurants. He even noticed that we liked hiking and offered some tips. He marked these things on a city map for us.. Negative: There was no drying rack..

  Positive: Our room was very clean and large. It was nice to have breakfast on the balcony. The bathroom was an external bathroom at the end of the corridor of the flat. As there is only one other bedroom with an own bathroom, it was no problem that the bathroom was at the end of the corridor. You are sharing the small living room and the kitchen with the other guests. You can walk easily to the city center. Depending on where you want to go (old town, new town etc.), you can reach the center in 10 to 15 min by walking. There should also be to bus lines which drive to the city center, but we never used it. The bus stop for the bus line to the beach Poetto is only 2 min away by walking. Roberto and Marta are lovely hosts. They gave us a map and some more information. If we had any questions, we received their response in short-time. It was also no problem to book a transfer from and back to the airport with the support of Roberto. Thank you for staying at yours, we really enjoyed it..

  Positiva: La habitación y el baño son espaciosos. El dueño era muy amable y hospitalario. No hay problemas de aparcamiento. La decoración es antigua y especial.

  Appartement cossu 2 chambres en location nous avions celle dont la salle de bains n'est pas directement contigue à la chambre. Logement très calme très propre dans quartier résidentiel. Quelques bons restos je conseille bistrot 100.

  Positive: Safe, Location near lovely park and 15 min walk to town. Buses were good for getting to beaches. Supermarket nearby too. Nice lounge area and kitchen made it feel like home. Nice restaurant pepa rose 15 mins walk away, recommend it.. Negative: Nothing.

  Positive: -Beautiful interior, old-school style -good coffee -the host was very friendly, helped a lot with recommendations around town and called us a taxi to the train station. Negative: -would be nice to be warned before booking that there will be renovations taking place, it wasn't much of a bother for us as we were up before 8 anyway and gone for most of the day but some people like to sleep in I imagine -the place is very outdated, could use some work inside as well, you can hear somebody talking in the next room, almost no privacy -the price should be lower considering the noise and quite some distance to the centrum -we were told that there's coffee machine in the kitchen and a box of coffee capsules. It was true but the box was finished after 2 days and we stayed there 5....

  Positiv: Die Lage: ruhig und wenige Minuten bis zum Stadtzentrum, nette stilistische Einrichtung, verrückt und mal was anderes, Eigentümer sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Negativ: Es gab nix zu meckern.

  Положительный: Есть микроволновая печь, холодильник и отличная кофеварка! Удобная кровать. Интересный и нестандартный интерьер! Множество деталей, которые хочется разглядывать). Негативный: На кухне нет возможности пользоваться плитой. Мы были два дня, и для нас это не было проблемой. Но если оставаться дольше, то плита была бы необходима. Во всяком случае нам - мы любим готовить..

  Positiv: Tolle Wohnung mit einer schönen Geschichte dahinter. Kommt hierhin dann erfahrt ihr es. Wohnung liebevoll eingerichtet. Tolle Gastgeber, super freundlich, hab3n auch ein sehr gutes Restaurant empfohlen. Wenn wir wieder nach Cagliari fahren, dann definitiv wieder dorthin.. Negativ: Etwas weit weg vom Zentrum und unscheinbar, ist im Wohnviertel. Lassen Sie sich nicht davon abschrecken. :).

  Positif: La qualité de l accueil . Le confort du logement. L'attention apportée par les hôtes . Le point de vue magnifique depuis le belvédère du parc au bout de la rue ... Négatif: Rien !.

  Positiva: Situación buena a 15 minutos del centro de cagliari, mui amable el seňor Roberto creo que se llamaba, todo limpio con aire acondicionado, cama correcta, lavabo amplio y además cuentas con servicio de nevera i cocina totalmente gratis para poder guardar bebida o hacerte unas bocatas, dispones de cafetera con cápsulas gratis también, y una sala de estar con television. Negativa: Estuvo todo muy bien.
