  Positiv: Rita ersetzt einen Fremdenführer. Ist immer erreichbar und hatte auf alle Fragen eine Antwort. Immer extrem hilfsbereit.

  Positive: Beautiful property with incredible views from the large terrace. The property Is in a great location.. easy to reach Capri and buses to anywhere on the island. The kitchen was well equipped and there is a local supermarket a short walk away if you wanted a meal away from restaurants. Rita was very helpful and helped us organise a beautiful boat trip. Her communication was great before and throughout our stay. We really loved our stay here and would recommend this property to everyone. The sunsets from the patio were breathtaking! We really enjoyed the double swing seat, perfect for sundowners...

  Positiv: Rita ist ein perfekter Host. Sie stammt aus der Schweiz, spricht perfekt deutsch und ist in jeder Hinsicht hilfreich und entgegenkommend beim Organisieren von Bootsausflügen oder einer vorzeitigen An- und Abreise..

  Positive: We had a fantastic stay in this two floor apartment which features a unique terrace with splendid views of the Capri bay and the surrounding area. In particular we were impressed by the very accommodating host - Rita - who provided us with valuable recommendations for all kind of activities such as a private boat tour around the island as well as dinners. We are very much looking forward coming back soon!.

  Positive: Un'immensa fatica per salire fino in cima ma ne vale decisamente la pena. Arrivati alla villa, la signora ci ha accolti offrendoci subito dell'acqua fresca. Ci ha illustrato la casa e spiegato alcune cose. Camere con vista mozzafiato sull'isola e sul mare. Si gode di un'atmosfera unica e magica. Regna un silenzio pazzescamente rilassante; pertanto, si riposa perfettamente. Avendo un panorama simile, difficilmente viene voglia di scendere in centro le sere successive alla prima. Sdraiati sul lettino in balcone, si può ammirare cotanta bellezza e contemplarla in silenzio. Servizio impeccabile e ottima pulizia. Un particolare ringraziamento va alla signora Rita, proprietaria, molto disponibile, simpatica e cortese. Vacanza stupenda!.

  Positive: Una gestione familiare e un accoglienza perfetta, Rita ( la host) ci ha fatto sentire a casa e ci ha dato tantissimi consigli . La casa era pulitissima e arredata con gusto. Altamente raccomandato. Negazione: La casa è leggermente fuori dalla piazzetta, quindi per raggiungerla bisogna organizzarsi, sopratutto se si hanno dei bagagli. Rita anche in questo ci ha aiutato tantissimo. Vi consiglio di seguire le sue raccomandazioni..

  Positif: L’appartement était très bien placé à 10 minutes à pied du centre de Capri. Des chambres très spacieuses et une très grande terrasse avec une superbe vue mer. Notre hôte était très sympathique et nous a indiqué tout ce qu’il fallait faire à Capri. Elle nous à aidé pour l’organisation des trajets et des bagages sur Capri.. Tout était parfait !. Négatif: Tout était parfait 😊.

  Positive: Excellent apartment with excellent view!! To wake up with such view is one of best things in my life. Terrace is wonderful! Villa has everything you may need during vocation. In would take you 10-15 min walking to the noisy center, but it worth to walk for 15 minutes - as you receive quite villa with view and restaurant with Michelin star is 5 min walk. Rita (the owner) suggests what to do and where to up up to your needs and preferences. We liked this villa a lot!.

  Positive: Rita was very helpful with giving us advice and directions on arrival. The accommodation is in a handy location, not too far from the town centre, and close to a grocery shop and restaurants. We had a sea view from both bedrooms and the patio also looked out to Mt Solaro.. Negative: There is only one bathroom,.

  Положительный: Очень красивый вид из окон, наличие патио террасы с шезлонгами. Место для романтичного времяпрепровождения.. Негативный: Один минус - кровать. Точнее матрац. Пролежанный. Мы с женой скатывались к его центру все время).

  Positive: La host Sig.ra Rita molto aperta e disposta di dare dei ottimi consigli per le attività e ristoranti. Ottimo stato del appartamento. Grazie !. Negazione: Niente da migliorare in se. Solo per arrivarci alla struttura la strada e in salita e abbastanza affaticante . Ma ne vale la pena !!! Vista davvero che ripaga la fatica !.
