7c Bed & Breakfast

Nous avons passé 5 nuits dans ce B&B, la chambre était neuve et sans faille dans la fonctionnalité, Le petit déjeuner est également bon. Excellent emplacement (près des 3/4 plages) pour ceux qui veulent se détendre.

Pour une raison quelconque, vous devez passer par ces pièces .. arrêtez-vous et vous trouverez l'hospitalité .... la courtoisie .... la propreté et une atmosphère atmosphère .... que vous ne voudrez plus jamais quitter .... Giuseppe et Sandra invités pour une journée de rêve .....

Que puis-je dire ..... Tous spectaculaires .... Excellentes chambres ...... personnel très gentil ...... excellent petit déjeuner ..... recommandé !!!

Positief: De B&B en het nabij gelegen strand. Mooi schoon en fijne zee. De kamer mocht iets groter zijn. Kamer was wel heel schoon!! Ontbijt was prima!. Negatief: In de omgeving niets te doen en slechts 2 restaurants. Veel onderkomen panden en percelen. Jammer voor een uitstekende B&B die alle moeite doet!.

Positiv: Sehr sympathische Eigentümer!!!sehr persönlich und herzlich.. mega gutes Frühstück mit frischen Früchten.. Sehr sauber!!!!. Negativ: ——.

Positiv: Sehr freundliche, zuvorkommende Gastgeber, die sogar individuelle Ernährungsbedürfnisse beim Frühstück berücksichtigt haben. Zimmer war neu renoviert, sehr gut eingerichtet und mit sehr bequemen Bett. Sehr nah zum Strand gelegen, der wiederum schön und sauber ist..

Negazione: La zona cirsostante è mantenuta malissimo, sporca e con aspetto abbandonato. Spiagge enormi con stabilimenti balneari ben attrezzati. Indispensabile (davvero) un mezzo di trasporto..

Положительный: У отеля своя закрытая парковка , на 4 машины , но больше в этом доме постояльцев и не будет. Очень хороший матрас и подушки ( мемори фоам) . У нас этот отель был только для переночевать. В окрестностях ничего нет и довольно пустое и глухое местечко. На завтрак очень вкусный капучино, это прям плюс. Спасибо.. Негативный: Очень хорошая слышимость с соседями. Нам попались немцы которые на телефоне пол ночи слушали какую то свою передачу , подчеркиваю - на телефоне. А слышимость такая будто я лежу рядом с ними в кровати и мы мило обнявшись смотрим эту передачу вместе. Это конечно было огромным минусом так как основной целью было выспаться перед дальнейшей поездкой. Слышно было и кашель с разговорами вообще из другого номера стены которого не соприкасаются с нашими . Так что если вам как и нам тяжело уснуть при посторонних шумах , то этот вариант точно не для вас. Ну минусом ещё конечно очень скудный завтрак . Йогурт , сыр , колбаска да не совсем свежая булка и помидорки..

Structure située à 150 mètres de la mer et avec vue mer relative. Personnel très gentil et serviable, surtout Lucia toujours prête à nous donner d'excellents conseils. Chambres toujours propres. Situé à mi-chemin de Naples et de Caserta et à environ 8 kilomètres de Mondragone Hautement recommandé.

Положительный: Отличные апартаменты с хорошим ремонтом, душевая и кухня с набором всего необходимого. Чистота, регулярная уборка и смена белья. Частная ухоженная территория с собственной парковкой. И, самое главное, прекрасные, очень душевные и отзывчивые хозяева, которые готовы помочь по любому вопросу. Приглашали нас пару раз на ужин: угощали великолепной пастой с морепродуктами (местный деликатес-ракушки), а в другой вечер мидиями и другими блюдами местной кухни. Рекомендую приезжать на машине, если хотите чтобы отдых был более насыщенным и разнообразным в путешествиях по местным достопримечательностям Кампании. А так же проще будет добраться до супермаркета или других магазинов, так как в шаговой доступности магазинов нет (или только сезонные).. Негативный: Не касаемо отеля. В городке и вообще в окрестностях очень много мусора. Пляжи платные..

Pozytywna: Super hotel i super obsługa. W trakcie całego pobytu we Włoszech, jest to najczystszy i najlepszy obiekt w jakim spaliśmy. Całe wyposażenie, łazienka itd. - nowe. Bezpieczny, prywatny zamykany parking, dobrze zabezpieczony budynek. Hotel praktycznie przy samej plaży, bardzo dobre śniadanie. Genialna obsługa, która bardzo nam pomogła, po tym gdy nas okradziono dzień wcześniej - dostaliśmy dodatkowo darmową kolacje, wodę, zawieziono nas do sklepu. Nie ma problemu w porozumiewaniu się w języku angielskim..

חיובי: כ45 דקות משדה התעופה של נאפולי. המקום מצוחצח ונקי, הווי פיי עובד מעולה. מגבות וסדינים בוהקים. ארוחת הבוקר בסיסית, המארחים מקסימים! אדיבים, מתקשרים, שמחים לעזור, מאוד נחמדים. יש חוף ים סמוך נקי ומסודר, יש כמה מסעדות בחופים ויותר אפשרויות בעיר הקרובה (מונדרגונה), פחות מ 10 דקות נסיעה. איזור חקלאי עם חוות בופאלו וחנויות של מוצרלה מקומית.. שלילי: הסביבה מוזנחת, פסולת ברחוב, כל השירותים בחופים בתשלום, (כניסה למשל, בין יורו 1 ל 5, שני כסאות ושימשיה 10- 20 יורו לכל היום, תלוי בחוף) כדאי להתייעץ עם בעלת הבית לאיזה חוף ללכת, יש אפשרות להנחה דרכה..

Positief: Heel vriendelijke, gastvrije mensen. Veel informatie. Heel mooie ,nette, moderne kamers. Heel goeie bedden. Badkamer volledig in orde. Bijbehorende moderne keuken is zeker een pluspunt voor een gezin.. Negatief: In de nabije buurt was er niet veel te beleven maar in het bezit van een wagen was dat geen probleem..

Positive: It was a great week we spent at seaside. House 150 m to the beach, very comfortable and calm. Hospitality and openness of host family was on high level. Happy to stay there and wish you to choose this place if you go to this region.. Negative: Nothing to say. Everything was great.

Positiv: Ich war mit meinem Freund Mitte Juli 2019 im 7 quater B&B. Wir sind mit Flixbus angereist, über Facebook konnten wir die Hotelleitung erreichen und uns über den besten Weg informieren. So fuhren wir nach Neapel und von dort aus mit dem Zug nach Villa Literno, ab da kann man mit dem Taxi fahren oder abgeholt werden. Alles am Hotel ist super. Die Zimmerausstattung ist neu, die Sauberkeit ist perfekt, der Komfort (Strandnähe ca. 2 min, Klimaanlage, Fernseher, Parkplätze, Frühstück) und vor allem die Hotelleiterin Lucia war alles toll. Sie und ihre Familie waren immer nett und gastfreundlich. Sie gaben uns die besten Tipps zu der Stadt und begleiteten uns nach Caserta. Das Frühstück war typisch italienisch. Kaffee-Variationen mit Croissant, Kuchen oder Müsli und Obst. Teils gab es auf Wunsch auch Brot mit Käse und Schinken. Der Stadtteil in Castel Volturno ist sicher und man hat keine Angst nachts draußen zu sein. Es gibt mehrere Strände, dazu einen freien Strand und auch einen Strand bei dem man 1€-Eintritt bezahlt und dafür seinen eigenen Schirm/Stuhl mitnehmen kann. (Es gibt dort auch aber welche zum Verleih.) 200m entfernt gibt es einen Despar (Lebendmittelladen). Ein gutes Pizza-Restaurant gibt es auch in der Straße am Strand (I Gemelli) oder zum Mittagessen am Lido Marina di Bagnara !!!! Sehr zu empfehlen, leckere Hausmannskost. Am Besten besucht man die Gegend mit dem Auto, da es zu Fuß praktisch unmöglich ist ins Zentrum zu gelangen. Es fährt zum Beispiel aber auch ein Bus nach Mondragone (bestimmt auch woanders hin), die Haltestelle ist einen Kilometer vom Hotel entfernt. Die Lage des Hotels macht es möglich z.B. Neapel, Pompei und Rom anzugucken..

Ambiance familiale, nouvelle structure, propre et calme

Positive: Cute and nice owner, parking free of charge, we could buy water, clean room. Negative: The area. We all three regret of our choice. What was I seeing while booking: the first line of the beach. In fact at the beach are many red flags, that means it’s forbidden to swim. Was surprisingly why it’s like that? There are no people, just a few. We thought it’s because of wind but then we red about history of that place and were scared that we swam already. Before to do that please read why it’s so empty and also more about this terrible location. We didn’t swim there anymore. During driving from Rome to the hostel we were enjoying disgusting view of the area. Big pales of garbage, prostitution, suspicious people and another things that I even don’t wanna talk about. We were completely scared where we gonna live and didn’t want it. We asked the owner of the hostel if it’s possible to get our money back. She said no. In the room is no sound isolation. We were hearing in the nights tv of the neighbor. You can hear just everything like it’s in yours apartment. I couldn’t sleep. A lot of mosquitoes. There is no protection of that. Next to the hostel no facilities for tourist. We found Spar with lack of choice. As a solution we spent all the time in other cities. Highly not recommend this place for visiting and recommend to read what is this area... It’s a pity to get such experience in Italy. Never have seen in Europe anything similar to this Getto..

Super accueil ... propre et confortable

Positive: Great accommodation, great service and perfect location with nice beaches around, for sure will be back next year. Not like "just" B&B, but more like 4* hotel :-).

Положительный: Останавливались на одну ночь перед подъемом на Везувий. Чисто, приветливо. Все понравилось, море супер, с вулканическим песком черного цвета.. Негативный: Магазинов и кафе в пешей доступности нет. Шезлонги и зонтики платные, душ тоже, но к отелю это не относится..

Positif: Accueil chaleureux, bon petit dejeuner, la chambre était spacieuse, très propre, bien équipée et moderne. Lucia est aux petits soins pour ses hôtes, nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans l’etablissement, plage accessible facilement à pied. Négatif: La situation géographique, a part la plage il n’y a pas grand chose à faire à pied.

Positief: Mooie, schone, nieuwe accommodatie! De host is heel erg vriendelijk. Het ontbijt is uitstekend voor Italiaanse standaarden..

Le bâtiment est très beau, les chambres sont toutes bien meublées avec un souci du détail. Petit déjeuner très savoureux, en particulier le petit déjeuner sucré typiquement italien. La famille propriétaire de l'établissement est très arrangeante, super sympa et serviable. Il ne faut que 5 minutes à pied pour rejoindre la plage. Naples n'est également pas loin en voiture, à environ 50 minutes du centre de Naples. Seuls les alentours ne sont malheureusement plus visibles à leur apogée.

Une merveille... Accueil impeccable... Merci pour tout.. Nous reviendrons certainement

Положительный: Прекрасная и отзывчивая Хозяйка Lucia, объяснила куда лучше съездить поблизости на Экскурсии, в номерах чисто, уборка каждый день, свежий и вкусный завтрак. Нет проблем с парковкой, отличный интернет, Мебель чистая и новая, всё в отличном состоянии. Хозяйка всегда на связи. до моря 2 минуты пешком. Остались очень довольны..

Positif: Tout est neuf et agencé avec goût .Lucia et sa famille (les propriétaires du B et B)sont de très belles personnes et nous nous sommes sentis comme chez nous.Ils font tout pour nous etre agréable et c'est très appréciable. Négatif: Les alentours ! car contrairement à ce qui est dit sur Castel Volturno le probleme n'est pas les migrants mais les poubelles qui s'étendent aux détours des rues et qui sont la calamité de ces braves personnes qui s'échinent au travail pour faire prospérer leur affaire alors qu'ils ne sont pas aidés par les pouvoirs publics qui n'entretiennent pas la ville.C'est injuste.

Un logement très agréable et bien entretenu et des hôtes très agréables. Nous étions là-bas pendant 8 jours et nous serions ravis de revenir.

Positif: Nous avons été très bien accueilli. le personnel maîtrise l'anglais et nous avons eu de nombreux échanges très agréables lors de notre séjour. Les chambres viennent tout juste dêtre rénovées avec goût. la litterie et les salles de bain sont confortables. L'hotel est situé à proximité de Lidos permettant la baignade sur des plages propres. La voiture est garée dans l'enceinte de la maison. Très bon petit déjeuner.. Négatif: Nous avions choisi ce B&B car il nous permettait un arrêt balnéaire entre les pouilles et Rome. Si à proximité directe de a maison les plages sont propres, elles sont toutes payantes. D'autre part les villages aux alentours et surtout vers Castel Volturno sont plutot Glauques (beaucoup de déchets). Nous avons néanmoins trouvé grâce aux conseils de nos hôtes quelques resto bien sympa.
