Emplacement parfait, structure soignée dans les moindres détails, propreté irréprochable. Gestionnaire très gentil et serviable. L'une des meilleures structures de Catane!

Positive: Soggiornato ad agosto. Posto veramente accogliente, il proprietario molto disponibile e gentilissimo. Da consigliare.. Negazione: Niente.

Positive: La posizione. Negazione: Colazione molto scarsa.

Positive: Host molto simpatico.

Propre et agréable, le bloc est aussi cool. Le petit déjeuner est un inconvénient car il est maigre, je suppose qu'il a changé après la pandémie. En général, je recommande Katana comme point de départ pour l'Etna. Cependant, je ne recommande pas les voyages qu'ils proposent car ils sont généralement faibles. Vous pouvez entrer pour 30eur (aller-retour) pour 2500 et partir seul pour 2900, puis c'est interdit et ils vous rappellent d'aller plus haut sans guide (mais tout le monde ne vous y conduira pas) (entrée en voiture jusqu'à 1900). Mais il y a deux cratères à côté du ban et ils sont très beaux. La zone autour du bloc lui-même est moyenne, il y a un marché tous les jours et la quantité de déchets laissés est terrifiante. Ils nettoient la nuit mais pas tout. La rue principale VIA etnea est très proche, à environ 3 minutes, plutôt sûre, mais il y a des sans-abri et des vendeurs nomades qui ne parlent pas italien. À côté, il y a un magasin avec de la nourriture bonne et pas chère et un autre avec de la nourriture plus chère mais un plus grand choix. Le propriétaire est très gentil et prêt à aider.

Positive: We stayed 3 night in Bed a Catania. Alberto (one of the owners) was super nice and kind, even though we arrived later than said. He showed us the property and gave us a map of the city. All good!. Negative: We asked Alberto if it's okay to stay on Wednesday (our last night was on Tuesday) as we were working while traveling and if we could use the kitchen to cook lunch. He said all good. We were cleaning after ourselves, we did not make noise or parties. However, there was an older lady who made us feel unwelcome. She looked at us with a face that clearly said we should not be there or using their kitchen, etc. It made us quite nervous. We did not understand why she was hostile towards us as we were working quietly in the living room. This kinda ruined the stay, even though the facilities and the apartment itself were nice..

Positive: Posizione buona per visitare le principali zone di interesse a Catania, tutte raggiungubili a piedi. Varie possibilità di parcheggio vicino alla struttura.. Negazione: La colazione! Semplicemente immangiabile. Peccato, forse é meglio non proporla..

Pozytywna: Lokalizacja jest dobra, blisko do wszystkich atrakcji i dworca. Piękny widok z pokoju na Etnę Właściciele.sa bardzo mili i otwarci.. Negatywna: Okolica jest bardzo zaniedbana, brudna i smierdzaca. Dużo bezdomnych i imigrantów, przez co nie czuliśmy się bezpiecznie wieczorami..

Positive: Sono Natascia, mamma di Chiara e Silvia (21 e 18 anni); è stata mia la scelta di prenotare in questa struttura e sia io che le mie figlie ringraziamo di vero cuore Alberto: la sua gentilezza, disponibilità e ospitalità le ha fatte sentire come a casa. Struttura curata nei minimi particolari, pulita, accogliente e dotata di ogni comfort. Ben collegata con il centro di Catania e possibilità di raggiungere anche a piedi sia la stazione ferroviaria che dei pullman. Colazione buona e con possibilità di gestire in maniera autonoma le bevande contenute all'interno del frigorifero. Sicuramente il prossimo anno sapremo dove prenotare..

Positive: Il soggiorno in questa struttura è davvero andato oltre le mie aspettative. Adesso capisco il perché di tutte queste recensioni positive. A mio avviso non è possibile trovare un rapporto qualità- prezzo migliore, considerando l'ottima e abbondante colazione inclusa (comprendente prodotti freschi e confezionati) e la posizione centrale della struttura, ideale per visitare Catania ma perfetta anche come punto di appoggio per chi vuole scoprire il circondario. Punti di forza: competenza, cortesia e cordialità dell'host, ordine e pulizia dei locali, cura dei dettagli. Provare per credere!. Negazione: Anche se la perfezione non esiste per me è stato tutto perfetto..

Négatif: Petit déjeuner très insuffisant. Pratiquement plus rien au petit déjeuner de notre deuxième nuit, il restait un peu de gâteau de la veille mais certainement pas pour tout le monde. Gros point faible de l'établissement, dommage..

Positif: Hôte très sympathique et disponible, proche du centre, chambre propre et climatisée.

Positiv: Die Kommunikation war toll. Der Gastgeber, Alberto, war super nett und hilfbereit. Es war alles sehr sauber und ordentlich. WLAN war vorhanden. Wir durften die Küche nutzen. Die Unterkunft lag im 6. Stock (mit Aufzug), sodass man vom Straßenlärm nichts gehört hat. Das Frühstück war etwas mager. Aber das liegt eher daran, dass die Italiener anders frühstücken, als wir Deutschen. Im Prinzip war alles da. Knapp 100 Meter weiter ist ein Penny Markt. Die Unterkunft liegt sehr zentral. Zum Busbahnhof sind es nur wenige Minuten Fussweg..

Pour moi, en tant que Napolitain, l'hospitalité est fondamentale et je vous garantis que cela ne manquait pas du tout grâce à Alberto qui, avec sa gentillesse et sa disponibilité, nous a fait sentir comme chez nous comme des amis. Expérience à répéter sans aucun doute.

Pozitív: Kellemes egy hetet töltöttünk el ez a szálláson, nagyon kedvesek voltak és segítőkészek. Elhelyezkedés kiváló,a tisztaság is. Minden másnap új sütemény várt ránk,ami isteni finom volt. Légkondi ingyenes és tökéletes működik. Szívből ajánlom!. Negatív: Kicsi a zuhanykabin 😁.

Confortable et bon emplacement

Позитивен: Стаята отговаряше изцяло на описанието. Разполагахме със собствен санитарен възел, общ хол и кухненски помещение. Домакина ни Алберто беше изключително усложлив и приятелски настроен, а съветите му бяха безценни. Мястото беше изключително чисто и заредено с храна и напитки на наше разположение през целия ден, а домашно приготвената закуска всяка сутрин беше фантастична. Благодаря, Алберто!.

Pozytywna: Właściciel jest bardzo pozytywnym i pomocnym człowiekiem. Pokój czyściutki, wyposażony we wszystko co trzeba + cudowny widok na Etnę. Śniadania raczej na słodko, ale najadaliśmy się do syta. Lokalizacja również w pełni nas satysfakcjonowała, nie było potrzeby korzystania z komunikacji miejskiej.

Pozytywna: Lokalizacja bardzo na plus, z okna widok na Etnę, blisko spory sklep spożywczy, otwarty do godziny 21. Właściciel bardzo pomocny, otwarty na pytania..

Endroit central confortable très propre et le propriétaire Alberto très gentil c'est comme rester à la maison.

Positif: Le personnel accueillant et chaleureux :) Chambre propre ! Vue sur l’Etna à condition de ne pas regarder en bas .... Négatif: - Emplacement proche du centre mais dans un quartier jonché d’ordure et de zonars Réveil le matin à 5h du matin par des personnes qui hurlent Ne pas laisser sa voiture hors du parking payant sinon danger Chambre propre mais la douche (un peu cassée) mérite un rafraîchissement Très mauvaise isolation phonique (intimité: un autre jour) Petit déjeuner industriel En bref un peu cher pour une prestation à plus de 50€/nuit.

Θετικό: Η τοποθέτηση κοντά στο σταθμό του τραινου και στο σταθμό.λεωφορειων για να επισκεφθείτε άλλες πόλεις επισεις κοντά στο ιστορικό κέντρο με τα πόδια όλα κοντά!. Αρνητικό: Το δωμάτιο ήταν κατασκευή πρόχειρη, το μπάνιο είχε πόρτα που έβγαινε στο μπαλκόνι χωρίς να κλειδώνει. Σαμπουάν μόνο ένα μπουκαλάκι για τρεις μέρες το πρωινό πολύ πολυ φτωχο.Η καθαριότητα ελείπεις στο δωμάτιο ..

Très accueillant, vous vous sentez chez vous. Alberto, le propriétaire, est une personne formidable. Des chambres impeccables, avec une attention aux détails, tout fonctionne parfaitement! HAUTEMENT RECOMMANDÉ !!!

Position stratégique pour visiter la ville et excellente accessible en voiture (parking surveillé derrière le B&B) ou en bus depuis l'aéroport. Les gérants sont sympas et extrêmement disponibles.

Fantastique bed&breakfast, situé dans le centre historique de Catane, à quelques pas de via Etnea et de tous les plus beaux monuments. La station de métro se trouve exactement sous le be & be et en face se trouve l'arrêt alibus qui relie l'aéroport. Très propre et accueillant, excellent petit déjeuner dans un grand salon très lumineux. Je vous remercie beaucoup.

Excellent endroit, propre et très bien situé. Petit déjeuner et service assez correct. Nous reviendrions certainement ici.
