Positive: Posizione ottima per visitare a piedi la città di Catania, i suoi monumenti e piazze a senza dover assolutamente prendere l'auto. Stanza grandissima come pure il bagno, arredata in perfetto stile..

Positive: Posizione ottimale nell'area del Castello Ursino che da solo vale un viaggio perchè è una struttura interessante ed è inaspettato scrigno di preziosissime opere d'arte di pittura dal 600 all'800, di sculture greche, e tantissimo altro. La struttura è anche vicinissima al pittoresco mercato del pesce e poco distante dalla Piazza del Duomo di Sant'Agata e dalla bella Via Etnea. Ho soggiornato un paio di giorni nell'ampio monolocale sottotetto con scalette che portano all'esterno, ed un giorno nella stanza azzurra situata in un antico palazzo, stanza molto grande e con altrettanto ampia finestra con vista sulla strada. La signora molto gentile ci ha risolto alcune situazioni che avrebbero condizionato il nostro viaggio. Mettersi d'accordo bene sul check-in e sul check-out ed avere saponi da bagno. L'area ha locali vicini dove mangiare e aree di parcheggio gratuite. Ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo.

Positive: Nothing it wasn’t as described and lacked basic amenities. Poor aggressive communication. Do Book HERE the owner is economic with the truth. Negative: Everything.

Negatywna: Brak WiFi.

Propriétaire méchant et prêt pour les menaces cachées. Des prix très chers (compte tenu de la zone qui a un taux de délinquance élevé) sans un minimum d'accueil et surtout sans égard pour les clients

Positive: Really nice place with a lot of details, great location and super comfortable. One of the best b&bs i ve been so far!.

Positive: Beautiful room. Negative: there was no wifi. The room and that bathroom were not clean.

Positive: Ottima posizione. Negazione: La muffa sulla doccia.

Positive: Appartamento spazioso e confortevole di fronte al castello Ursino, può ospitare comodamente fino a tre persone per brevi periodi - io vi ho soggiornato da solo e quindi andava oltre le mie necessità. Possibilità di cucinare, bagno spazioso, ampia dotazione di asciugamani, aria condizionata particolarmente gradita in un periodo piuttosto afoso. Self check-in agevole: la proprietà, facilmente contattabile, ha spontaneamente esteso l'orario di check-out. Prezzo conveniente. Consigliato.

Positiv: Schönes Zimmer, bequemes Bett, Klimaanlage funktioniert perfekt. Sehr gute Lage, nah zum Zentrum und gute Restaurants in direkter Umgebung.. Negativ: Die Küche war leider keineswegs ausgestattet, die Kochplatte soll nicht benutzt werden und letztlich war nur der Kühlschrank hier nützlich. Im Badezimmer gab es keine Seife oder Hygieneartikel..

Positive: Ottima posizione , comodo e silenzioso, la proprietà molto disponibile e gentile. Negazione: Qualche dettaglio da migliorare , luci non funzionanti, doccia da rivedere , ma nel complesso tutto buono.

Pas très propre, pas très accueillant, quelques difficultés avec les gérants

Positive: Nothing ,. Positive: strategic position. Negative: the room was not very clean expecially sheets. the owner was not very friendly when we had to complain..

Structure dans un bâtiment du XVIIIe siècle. À l'aise. A deux pas du château. Excellent rapport qualité/prix.

Pozytywna: Lokalizacja, wielkość pomieszczeń. Negatywna: Wątpliwa czystość i stan prysznica. Kosze na śmieci nie są opróżniane, brak informacji gdzie można je opróżnić. Uciążliwe przy dłuższym pobycie..

chambres sales, le petit-déjeuner n'est pas fourni bien qu'il s'agisse d'un b & b, le quartier est proche du centre mais ce n'est pas la meilleure sécurité, départ plus tôt que prévu (la femme de ménage s'est présentée dans la chambre)

Mauvais nettoyage.

Positiva: La amabilidad del propietario. Negativa: La limpieza. La ducha sobretodo estaba muy sucia. A penas tenia menaje en cocina, ni un plato, ni vasos...y el poco que habia estaba sucio..

Mauvais endroit, très sale et avec peu de confort. Madame d'abord gentille mais ensuite disponible pour le dialogue. Beaucoup de choses cassées ou obsolètes. Je ne le recommande pas.

A l'arrivée, Mme se présente avec deux heures de retard, sans même s'excuser, elle nous emmène dans le mini appartement qui n'était pas tel qu'il manque tout type de confort, comme une télé cassée. Sans oublier la très mauvaise hygiène et la présence de poussière partout et de fourmis. Ayant deux enfants asthmatiques je vous laisse imaginer.
