    Le Chapò B&B où nous avons séjourné à Catane se trouve dans une zone à circulation limitée, à 50 mètres du théâtre Bellini et donc à moins de 500 de via Etnea, la rue principale et luxueuse de Catane dans le centre-ville. Le propriétaire Giuseppe (Pippo) est un garçon très gentil et extrêmement serviable, généreux avec des conseils sur quoi et comment se déplacer à Catane. Le bâtiment, où se trouve le B & B au troisième étage, est ancien, les chambres sont belles, rénovées et propres, pleines de bibelots datés et non datés. C'est un lieu qui vous transporte dans le temps !Petit déjeuner servi en chambre par le propriétaire « bricoleur ». Tout est parfait (conseils, réserver directement auprès du propriétaire)

    Bon emplacement, bon petit déjeuner, la chambre a tout ce dont vous pourriez avoir besoin, bâtiment historique, beaucoup d'efforts ont été faits à l'intérieur, style vintage, expérience très intéressante, très bonne insonorisation, l'hôte a recommandé des endroits pour le dîner, a également fourni une carte avec des documents , imprimé les billets d'avion et organisé un taxi pour l'aéroport.

    Structure très confortable au centre, fenêtre insonorisée, climatisation, petit balcon donnant sur la place, lit et salle de bain agréables et propres. Pippo, le propriétaire, super gentil et serviable. Je le recommande vivement à tout le monde, je reviendrai.

    Super méga recommandé !! Propreté impeccable, personnel très très gentil, on se sent presque comme chez soi. Si nous revenons à Catane, nous le choisirons certainement à nouveau.

    Positive: I loved the decor of the apartment, very inspiring for artistic souls. The location was nice, not far away from the train station and a few minutes from the airport shuttle bus. The host was very nice.. Negative: There is nothing i did not like. If you dont like walking and you have a lot of luggage, bear in mind the stairs (top floor), but I liked it and didn't mind to walk..

    Positif: Etablissement bien situé dans le centre historique de Palerme. Chambre confortable. Bonne isolation. Bonne climatisation et mise à disposition d'une machine expresso. Le propriétaire nous à mis à disposition une place de parking pour le premier soir.. Négatif: Chambre située au 4éme étage sans ascenseur. Le petit déjeuner n'était pas sur place et limite. (système de mise à disposition de bons à échanger dans un bar situé à 300 mètres (1 boisson+1 viennoiserie)..

    Positive: ottima posizione in pieno centro storico a due passi da tutto. Bel palazzo storico.. Negazione: spero che presto installino l'ascensore poiché si tratta di un terzo piano. Anche se comunque è gestibile. Il bagno chimico è stata la cosa peggiore. Sinceramente non ricordo se fosse pubblicizzato in fase di prenotazione. A causa dei COVID non ci hanno rifatto la camera per tre giorni e ci hanno dato dei voucher per il breakfast da consumare in un bar. Però sinceramente questo non è avvenuto nelle altre strutture siciliane in cui siamo stati per cui non so cosa dire riguardo alla applicazione della normativa..

    Positive: I really liked the breakfast! Pippo asked us what we preferred and made us really good sandwiches, eggs and fruit. I also liked the effort that was put in the looks of this place. Many nice things and pictures to look at! The beds were nice, the bathroom was nice and spacious. The location is perfect too in the city center. And Pippo was very helpful, he even booked a tour for us. Recommended!. Negative: It's a lot of stairs to walk up everytime, but they're working on an elevator!.

    Positive: The location is very good, centre of Catania is just 10 minutes walk, and the airport bus stop is also really close. Pippo is a great and flexible host! He provided us a lot of information about the city, gave a map with useful informations. We must mention the breakfast, that was always a good starting point of the day! The style of the place is exciting and typical sicilian - it have met our expectations..

    Pozytywna: Polecam obiekt Chapo ze względu na lokalizację i niepowtarzalny klimat mieszkania. Śniadanie w porządku. Czas dojścia do baru, to ok 5 minut pieszo. Typowo włoskie, czyli do wyboru calzone (na słodko, lub słono) i kawa. Właściciel bardzo miły i pomocny!. Negatywna: Temperatura. W całym mieszkaniu było zimno. Wydaje mi się, że przyczyną tego była sama kamienica, w której znajduje się mieszkanie i kamienna podłoga. Brak miejskiego ogrzewania. Ogrzewaliśmy pokój klimatyzacją. W sezonie i okresie letnim, gdzie temperatury są wysokie na pewno jest wszystko super, zwłaszcza, że pokój jest klimatyzowany..

    Positive: Assolutamente consigliato per soggiorni a Catania e per visitare altri paesi data la vicinanza alla stazione. L’appartamento ha una bella vista sul teatro Bellini e si trova all’interno di un palazzo antico ma ben sistemato. Il proprietario è stato disponibile già dai giorni precedenti al soggiorno per fornire informazioni e consigli su come muoversi a Catania. Super consigliato!.

    Positif: Accueil très chaleureux de Pippo. Logement très agréable. Très bien décoré avec une belle âme à l’ancienne. Très belle situation. Négatif: La literie de qualité moyenne. Dernier étage sans ascenseur. Endroit très bruyant la nuit . Petit déjeuner pris dans un café alentour..

    Positiv: Der Inhaber war extrem nett. Er hat mir auf einem Stadtplan die besten Plätze und Restaurants gezeigt. Ebenso die Plätze, die zu meiden sind. Er hat für mich auch eine sehr gute Ätna Tour gebucht. Um die Stadt zu erkunden ist die Lage des B&B perfekt. Man erreicht alles super zu Fuß. Die Unterkunft ist ansonsten sehr schön. Negativ: Das Haus liegt in einer Straße, in der ab dem Abend, bis spät in die Nacht mehrere Bars laute Musik laufen haben. Wer also Ruhe sucht ist hier nicht gut beraten. Die Klingel zu B&B ist nicht klar erkennbar. Hinweis: Es ist die oberste Klingel. Ein Glück, dass mich der Besitzer gesehen hat und so gleich rein gelassen hat....

    Je n'ai pas les bons mots pour exprimer mon enthousiasme. Extrêmement sympathique, serviable, courtois et le petit déjeuner est suffisant, était très complet tous les jours. Un sincère MERCI à Pippo !!! Je ne peux que recommander ce logement à tout le monde !! N'hésitez pas lorsque vous êtes à Catane, B&B Chapo est l'endroit où aller pour des vacances reposantes !!!!

    Положительный: Отель находится в красивом месте, возле театра Беллини. Близко от исторического центра.. Негативный: Нет лифта. Написано, что 3-й этаж, но такое ощущение, что все 10! Когда мы приехали, хозяин помог донести один чемодан, остальное мы тащили сами. Когда выезжали, уже никто не помог, всё тащили сами. Очень неудобно! Wi-fi не работал почти всё время нашего пребывания. Это тоже создавало неудобства. Когда мы попросили вызвать такси на вокзал, хозяин отказался. Прислал номер такси и сказал, чтобы мы сами вызывали. Ни в одном городе, ни в одной гостинице так не поступали. Я бы не стала второй раз останавливаться здесь..

    Positief: Comfortabel en goede ligging. Negatief: Voor het ontbijt moet je naar een coffee zaakje in de buurt. Het viel ons tegen dat je dan 1 koffie en 1 stuk croissant mocht nemen..

    Положительный: Добродушный хозяин, все рассказал и показал. Посоветовал куда ходить, а куда лучше не надо (не хорошие районы города). Вокзал рядом, до отправления туристических автобусов 10 минут ходьбы. Рестораны прямо на нашей улице. Далеко от пляжей, но вы должны выбрать Chapo, если у вас экскурсионный тур ☺ Завтрак в баре в 2 минутах от места. В квартире кофемашина и булочки) Пиппо замечательный! Рекомендую! Квартира очень красивая, много антиквариата и шляп. Ванная просто шедевр, окно в потолке 🙃.

    Positiv: Die ganze Wohnung ist wunderschön und besonders, sehr liebevoll und individuell eingerichtet, und jedes Zimmer ein bisschen anders. Die Lage im Zentrum und Ausgehviertel von Catania ist super, der check-in war unkompliziert, Pippo ein sehr netter Gastgeber. Es war alles perfekt und werden gerne wieder kommen..

    Negativa: el alojamiento está en un cuarto piso sin ascensor, creo que debería advertirse esta circunstancia pues para gente de edad es costoso subir setenta escaleras con maletas y cada vez que sales y entras en el alojamiento.

    Positiva: La ubicacion. Negativa: Es un cuarto piso sin ascensor; cosa que no se anuncia. Complicado subir las maletas. nos cobraron 4€ de tasa a parte de lo que ya pagamos por booking.El baño era compartido. Elegí "con desayuno" y sólo había una máquina de café (sin leche) y bollería industrial malisima. Decepcionante.

    Pozitiv: Mi-a placut foarte mult atat proprietatea cat si gazda: o cladire in central historic in vecinatatea splendidului Teatru Belini, dar si a obiectivelor care frizeaza arta, barocul, invatamantul la standarde superioare dar si tanarul propietar, comunicativ, serios dispus sa ofere informatii utile pe care le-am solicitat. Am avut doua zile cu ploaie si am primit umbrele in maniera...englezeasca! Ne-am simtit deosebit de bine! Multumim Pippo!!! 10+++. Negativ: Totul a fost placut, asa cum este prezentata proprietatea! Raportul calitate pret este foarte bun!.

    Positiv: Die Lage war sehr gut, zentral . Ein altes, sehr hübsches Haus. Pippo ist ein Sammler von Hüten (Chapó) und Antiquitäten, Musikinstrumenten... Toll dekorierte saubere Wohnung. Das Zimmer gemütlich und geräumig. Da das Zimmer im 5. Stock war, hat Pippo uns mit dem Koffer geholfen, es gibt kein Aufzug. Das war sehr nett. Es gab auch hilfreiche Tipps und einen Stadtplan dazu bei einem Willkommens-Café . Alles sehr gut..

    Положительный: Центр города и наверно единственная чистая улица во все городе. Несмотря на то, что очень много баров под окнами, спать не мешало, так как очень хорошие ставни.. Негативный: Ужасные подушки((((( каменные(((( Завтраки в кафе за поворотом.....это просто круасан и кофе((.

    Положительный: квартира в очень хорошем месте.Общий санузел абсолютно не напрягал,может потому что жили одни.Довольно приятный хозяин,все показал и объяснил.Был завтрак в кондитерской за углом.Пятый этаж....нам очень нравятся верхние этажи...меньше шума с улицы,красивее виды..

    Positiva: Pippo nos recibió muy bien, ayudándonos con el equipaje y ofreciéndonos algo de beber. También nos dio indicaciones sobre la cuidad, alguna recomendación y se mostró siempre disponible. La casa es realmente bonita, con decoración antigua pero el baño está reformado. La ubicación es perfecta, en una calle peatonal junto a la plaza del teatro. El desayuno es bueno y se hace en un bar cercano. Tuvimos siempre agua a nuestra disposición..

    Positiva: Cogimos la habitación principal con baño privado. Muy amplia y cómoda. Ubicación perfecta, al lado del teatro Bellini, a 5 minutos de toda la zona centro y a otros 5 de la estación. Pippo fue un muy buen anfitrión y tuvo buenos detalles..

    Propriétaire et personnel de service prêts, accueillants et sympathiques ... le style vintage s'aligne en parfaite harmonie avec le centre-ville historique. ... excellent emplacement et de bons services. ..... la prochaine fois que j'y retournerai. ... mais j'espère que je servirai le petit déjeuner directement dans le b & b et non avec le coupon au bar 😊

    Endroit agréable et confortable au centre +Gentillesse de Pippo, le gérant. Excellent emplacement central. La chambre agréable et propre. Possibilité de choisir le petit-déjeuner sucré ou salé. -Le seul défaut est la salle de bain qui est attenante à la petite salle de petit-déjeuner. Les portes des chambres avec des vitres qui laissent passer la lumière la nuit.Toutes magnifiques

    Week-end dans une très belle ville. L'emplacement parfait nous a permis de ne pas utiliser les transports en commun, mais de découvrir, simplement en marchant, des coins cachés vraiment enchanteurs. Le B&B offre tout, nous avons utilisé la pâtisserie sous le palais pour le petit déjeuner, sublime !!!! Le propriétaire et sa femme étaient très gentils. L'emplacement au cinquième étage? Exercice utile pour les personnes sédentaires !!!!!

    Le meilleur emplacement que vous pourriez souhaiter pour vous promener le soir. Propriétaire très gentil. Le seul défaut est l'absence d'ascenseur (il est situé au 5ème étage d'un immeuble historique).

    Chambre propre,drap également,pas insonorisé,lit inconfortable, mal de dos tout le séjour, on entend les gens dans les chambres et le couloir, aucun respect des règles de vie dans un hotel,les gens rient,parlent fort dans le couloir sans penser aux autres même le soir...Sinon l'extérieur reste calme.Quant au petit déjeuner à 9.90€ c'est un peu cher pour le peu qu'il y a (mini viennoiseries,pain de mie,mini baguettes décongelées,œuf brouillé en boîte,pas FRAIS!!!! , haricots blancs à la tomate( Bake beans) en boîte aussi et kf ou chocolat à la machine,pas terrible.... Bien pour 1 ou 2 nuits,pas plus....on ne voit pas beaucoup le personnel mais ils sont corrects et professionnels quand on les voit 🤔ras de ce coté...👍....
