The Vinoy Renaissance St. Petersburg Resort & Golf Club
(94 Avis)Awful experience. I booked this resort for a lowkey bachelorette. Absolutely no regard for customer service at the least. The first receptionist that checked me in was helpful. Everyone else acts like they are forced to be here and won't provide any information unless you pry it out of them. No extra towels, sheets, blankets provided even though they specifically ask for this info during booking process. When someone did bring extra blankets, he knocked over a glass of champagne and just said I'm sorry. Didnt clean it up, ask for towels so he could wipe up the floor, but proceeded to watch me without offering to help. This is just common courtesy; if you make the mess, clean it up. No activities at all. I understand covid, but there can still be small activities. Everything including gym needs reservation, but is not noted anywhere. If this was noted, I would have reserved in advance. When I emailed staff they left unanswered questions. With what this place is charging i would have been better off booking a cheaper hotel with this level of service and amenities....
