  Appartement spacieux, mobilier simple mais tout y est et c'est propre. Bon accueil même pour les amis à 4 pattes et bel emplacement. Nous y sommes déjà retournés deux fois et sommes très satisfaits.

  Grand appartement, propre et équipé de tout, salle de bain avec baignoire et machine à laver, propriétaire très gentil et serviable. L'appartement est très bien situé et proche de toutes commodités. Dans la cuisine, la seule chose utile qui me manquait était le four à micro-ondes, et je recommanderais également de changer les points lumineux car l'appartement restait assez sombre lorsque le soleil se couchait. Cependant fortement recommandé

  Belle résidence, excellent emplacement, appartements bien entretenus, complets avec tout, Mme Graziella très disponible pour résoudre n'importe quel problème même s'il n'y avait pas de problèmes, nous avons pris le grenier qui est à peine disponible, spectaculaire.

  Positive: Struttura comoda per una coppia, soddisfa le esigenze di poter mangiare in una cucina super funzionale! Panorama dal balcone bellissimo e posizione ottima per visitare i dintorni, immerso nel verde. Abbiamo apprezzato inoltre l'organizzazione della raccolta differenziata.. Negazione: Una ri-tinteggiatura dell'abitacolo sarebbe ancora un punto in più!.

  Nous ne sommes pas restés, mais nous sommes allés rendre visite à des parents qui logeaient dans un appartement. Endroit très agréable et caractéristique. Place de parking réservée, grande terrasse et ascenseur. A quelques centaines de mètres d'un supermarché et assez proche du centre de Caviola. A pied, on rejoint facilement le centre de Falcade après environ une demi-heure (selon l'allure).

  Kladný: Hezké místo, klidné, trochu dál od lyžařských areálů. Apartmán pro čtyři osoby dostatečně prostorný. Ochotný a příjemný pan majitel. Nemluvil sice anglicky ani německy, ale domluvili jsme se i s naší částečnou znalostí španělštiny, která je italštině podobná.. Záporný: Určitě by bylo vhodné, aby bylo v apartmánu kompletní povlečení na postele. Byly jen prostěradla. Naštěstí jsme si vezli s sebou, takže jsme to neřešili. Ale kdybychom je neměli, určitě by se mi nechtělo spát pod nepovlečenou dekou. Postele v ložnici byly fajn, rozkládací gauč v kuchyni byl sice krásný, asi i nový, ale příšerně vrzal při sebemenším pohybu. Také byl dost slyšet hluk a pohyb z jiných apartmánů..

  Положительный: Путешествовали большой семьей с тремя детьми. Несмотря на то, что номер двухкомнатный, площадь большая. Удобная ванная комната со стиральной машиной, гладильная доска и утюг, отлично работает wi-fi., отопление регулируется, парковка прямо у дома, на кухне есть все необходимое, если чего-то не достает, всегда можно попросить у хозяина аппартаментов. Есть лифт (в трёхэтажном-то здании).. Негативный: Недостатков нет.

  Positive: The location is in the most beautiful place i have ever seen!!! Its so lovely and quiet. The host was so willing to help us with the check in ours and met us there when we arrived. The communication was throw google translate but he had such a will to help us and understand us. Thank you a lot!!. Negative: The shower pressure was avery slow and hard to shower with it..

  Pozytywna: Przestronny apartament z trzema balkonami. Pokoje i łazienka duże, nie brakuje miejsca na trzymanie sprzętu. Kuchnia i łazienka w pełni wyposażone. W budynku winda. Okolica piękna i cicha.. Negatywna: Byłoby miło, gdyby ręczniki i pościel były w cenie apartamentu. Przy pełnym obłożeniu apartamentów może być problem z parkowaniem.

  Positif: appartement très spacieux, a proximité de magasins pour faire des courses. Nous sommes venu à l'occasion d'une course à Alleghe, donc nous avons pas pu forcément profiter du lieu comme il se doit.. Négatif: la proximité avec les voisins, qu'il n'y ait pas le minimum tel que : liquide vaisselle, éponge, torchon....

  Pozytywna: Prosty dojazd dwa skręty z głównej. Gabrielle reagował szybko załatwił hydraulika który naprawił kran w kuchni. Mały supermarket 100m, większy 200m. Negatywna: Pojawiał sie zapach z kanalizacji na klatce schodowej, w apt nie :) Brakowalo gniazdek w kuchni ale to pewnie kwestia standardu budowy z lat 90?.

  Appartement idéal pour visiter les Dolomites et rester quelques jours. L’arrière de la maison, comme l’avant, est idéal pour garer les motos et les faire contrôler: vous avez un supermarché à proximité, une station-service, un magasin de randonnée (plans, équipement de montagne) et deux grands restaurants italiens. L'endroit est calme et la propriétaire très sympathique: à notre arrivée, elle nous a donné une bouteille de vin.

  Ma famille et moi avons séjourné 2 fois, à la mi-janvier et la première semaine de juillet. La ville de Caviola où se situe la résidence est un point stratégique pour accéder à un peu de tout du col de San Pellegrino à la Marmolada, de plus les appartements ne manquent de rien et le prix est abordable. Merci à Mme Graziella toujours gentille et serviable.
