  Positiv: Hervorheben möchten wir das extrem freundliche sowie sehr hilfsbereite und engagierte Personal! Das Frühstück ist so organisiert, dass man Gutscheine für ein 3-4 Gehminuten entferntes typisch Café erhält, wo man dann ein typisch italienisches Frühstück bestehend aus Caféspezialität, Crossant und Fruchtsaft erhält..

  Positief: Locatie was midden in Como en vanuit het hotel was je zo in centrum en bij het meer. We kregen een fles bubbels koud geserveerd bij aankomst. Vriendelijk personeel.. Negatief: Plek is wel lastig te vinden in winkelstraat waar je met de auto niet mag. Communicatie is ook niet zo eenduidig. Je moet je melden bij een restaurant ernaast en die brengen je dan naar je kamer in een appartementencomplex. Niet een echt hotel dus. Ontbijt krijg je een voucher voor en die moet je inwisselen bij een cafe in de buurt. Niet het beste cafe, ook niet heel slecht..

  Positive: La posizione è in pieno centro, ma nonostante fosse la notte di capodanno non c'era rumore. La stanza era una matrimoniale molto grande che dava sul cortile interno. E' un luogo tranquillo adatto alle coppie. Il check-in si fa nel ristorante sotto, che consiglio per l'ottimo pesce che si mangia..

  L'emplacement est au centre, mais même si c'était le réveillon du Nouvel An, il n'y avait pas de bruit. La chambre était une très grande chambre double donnant sur la cour intérieure. C'est un endroit calme adapté aux couples. L'enregistrement s'effectue dans le restaurant ci-dessous, que je recommande pour l'excellent poisson que vous mangez.

  Positiv: Die Lage ist perfekt!! Kurze Wege zu allen Restaurants, Läden, Sehenswürdigkeiten. Obwohl es B&B heisst (also das zweite B steht ja für Breakfast ;-)) verfügt die Unterkunft nicht über eine Frühstücksmöglichkeit. Natürlich kann das Frühstück selbst organisiert und einfach im Zimmer eingenommen werden. Es hat ganz in der Nähe aber viele kleine Cafès, die ein herrliches Frühstück anbieten. So bekommt man auch viel mehr von der Italianità mit, was ja auch ganz schön ist.. Negativ: Parkplatzmöglichkeiten sind nicht obtimal. Man muss das Auto etwas ausserhalb in einer Auto-(Reperatur-)Garage abstellen. Die Autoschlüssel muss man abgeben. Die Leute sind zwar sehr nett, jedoch ist die Garage nicht immer offen. Also muss man sich gut überlegen, ob und wann man das Auto braucht..

  Positiv: Herrliches Fischrestaurant beim Hotel dabei, Zimmerausstattung entzückend.. Negativ: Kein WIFI, keine Garagenmögluchkeit in der unmittelbaren Nähe, nur öffentliche Promenade, ab 16.00 vollgeparkt...500m Fussweg zum Hotel.

  Positive: Quiet location in the city center. Negative: Shower is leaking. We could not switch off the Air ventilation system in bathroom. The staff came the next day to fix it. Thanks.

  Positive: Great room, with personal style and done with love Appreciated the flexibility and friendliness of the staff Free water and coffee, really nice. Negative: Elevator was broken and we had to drag our luggage up to floors through a very small staircase. It's a bed &breakfast and they don't serve breakfast, that's a bit strange. Small detail: there is no milk in the room for the coffee.

  Positif: Lit confortable, jolie décoration, climatisation, proximité centre ville. Négatif: Le petit-déjeuner a lieu dans un commerce dans une autre rue. Peu accessible en voiture (zone d’accès réglementé), parking éloigné payant..

  Negativ: Das Frühstück bestand aus 1 Crossaint, 1 Kaffee und 1 Saft, nach dem wir dies bemängelt hatten, bekamen wir nach 4 Tagen pro Person 1 weiteres Crossaint. Des Weiteren musste man für das Frühstück ca 2 Minuten zu einem Cafe laufen. Es gab einen Gutschein für 2 Personen. Der Wechsel der Handtücher und der Bettwäsche fand nach 4 Tagen statt, da es sehr warm war, wäre das Wechseln der Bettwäsche und Handtücher besser gewesen. Laut der Beschreibung bei booking.com hat man keinen angegeben Haartrockner und Bademantel in der Ausstattung gefunden. Es wurde nur 1 Schlüssel ausgehändigt, erst auf Nachfrage erfolgte die Herausgabe eines weiteren Schlüssels. Der Zugang zu den Appartements wäre durch fremde Personen möglich gewesen, da die Hoftür (war offen) und Haustür (lag ein Schlauch in der Tür)..

  Положительный: Номер отличный, комфортный, новый ремонт, прекрасное расположение: центр города. Все очень хорошо, полностью соответствует фото. Вид из окна на пешеходную зону города, с террасы на горы.. Негативный: Прекрасное расположение имеет свои неудобства: наличие ресторанов и кафе поблизости, и как следствие - шум до позднего вечера, а рано утром начинают мыть улицы и убирать мусор. Несмотря на это, с этим местом у меня связано много теплых воспоминаний о Комо..

  Positive: Brand new, clean room, comfortable bed, great bathroom. Location in a heart of Como city, not far from train and ferry stations. Very close to bars and restaurants. Friendly staff. Definitely stay here next time.. Negative: Breakfast in a cafe near includes coffee, juice and just a pastry. But espresso and croissant are delicious..

  Positief: Mooie kamer in het centrum van Como.. Negatief: Hoewel het een B&B is, is er niet echt een gezamenlijke ruimte en daardoor is er geen ontbijt van de B&B maar dit moet je verderop bij een koffiezaakje halen (en dus zeker niet uitgebreid; 1x koffie en 1x croissant). Daarnaast is er geen directe eigen parkeergelegenheid..
