Un endroit merveilleux, une villa accueillante et Gloria qui vous fait vous sentir chez vous, et vous revenez toujours avec plaisir.

excellent emplacement en face de la plage avec piscines et plages libres pour satisfaire tous les types de besoins. Chambre propre et spacieuse. Petit déjeuner à couper le souffle sur la terrasse face à la mer. Superbe accueil. Gloria et sa mère super serviables et gentilles, elles nous ont fait nous sentir chez nous. Nous reviendrons sûrment.

Un bel endroit pour passer quelques jours de vacances à la plage. Le propriétaire est extrêmement sympathique et parle très bien anglais. Les chambres sont propres et bien équipées. La plage est à environ 30 mètres. Je recommande vraiment vivement ce logement.

Structure parfaite, emplacement en bord de mer, tranquillité et discrétion .. que dire de l'accueil et de la gentillesse de Gloria et de sa mère .. personnes exquises disponibles, elles m'ont fait me sentir chez moi .. mille mercis !!!! Hélène

Nous avons séjourné deux jours à la villa magnolia et je dois dire que nous avons été vraiment très satisfaits surtout pour la gentillesse et l'amabilité des propriétaires qui nous ont fait nous sentir comme chez nous.Nettoyage irréprochable des chambres et tout le confort nécessaire... à recommander

Nous donnons certainement 5 étoiles à la disponibilité, la gentillesse, la courtoisie et la sympathie de Gloria, ainsi qu'à la propreté de la chambre et des chambres et à l'authenticité du petit déjeuner. Alors que nous donnons 2 étoiles au confort de la chambre (chambre 2) car il manque un petit balcon, souvent l'eau froide de la douche, le signal TV souvent absent, l'absence de frigo, tout cela par rapport au coût journalier de la chambre .

Nous sommes pleinement satisfaits et garderons avec nous un souvenir très agréable, nous avons trouvé un accueil merveilleux, et nous espérons revenir bientôt dans ce que nous avons ressenti comme notre maison, belle, soignée dans tous ses aspects

Positiv: Das Haus liegt in erster Meereslage, direkt an einem Sandstrand. Gloria war ein Schatz und ihre Restaurantempfehlung 200 m die Straße runter ein Volltreffer..

Les propriétaires de cette fabuleuse villa sont très gentils et serviables. Chambres propres et spacieuses !! Le matin, vous pourrez prendre votre petit déjeuner avec une belle vue sur la mer.

Positive: Collocato sul mare, zona porto, i proprietari della villa sono molto gentili e ti fanno sentire subito a tuo agio. La camera era provvista di ogni comfort. La colazione all'italiana non peccava di nulla, neanche di una bella vista..

Excellent emplacement directement sur la mer, nouvelles chambres impeccables, petit déjeuner dans la véranda avec vue sur la mer, parking privé et à quelques km de Gaeta. Gloria et maman ont rendu notre week-end encore plus confortable avec mille conseils sur comment se déplacer et où manger. Merci beaucoup!

🇫🇷Incroyable villa front de mer, vue imprenable, très bien située, propriétaire Gloria gentille et douce.. l'a contactée directement pour organiser au mieux mon séjour. Ps : place de parking également 🇫🇷Situation splendide : villa face à la plage, magnifique panorama sur la mer et les montagnes derrière. Traversez la route et vous êtes immédiatement sur la plage ! Super petit déjeuner. Gloria la jolie et très gentille propriétaire. Nous avons vraiment apprécié. Ps : également une place de parking qui est indispensable en haute saison. De retour bientôt c'est sûr !

Positive: Gloria was a welcoming and friendly host who provided a warm welcome and showed us around the property. The breakfast wad very personalised and was accommodated to meet our tight schedule. Room and property are modern and beautiful.. Negative: I recommend that information about the beaches could have been written down so that we can plan in advance. Would have been great if beach towels were also provided..

Positiv: Die Lage direkt am Strand. Gloria unsere Gastgeberin super freundlich, offen und hat jeden Wunsch von den Augen abgelesen.. Negativ: Tägliche zimmerreinigung ganz nett bei einem b&b aber übertrieben und nicht ökologisch wertvoll.

Positive: It was beautiful, clean and the beach was right across the road. Perfect location for a quiet getaway. Not to mention everyone was delightful..

Positive: Beautiful villa few steps from the beach. Lady of the house is wonderful. She will help you with everything - where to go to trip, how to go there, which restaurant is good and many other things. And she makes delicious cakes for breakfast. And september is the best month to visit. Weather is sunny and warm, but there are very little other tourist in town, so beaches and sea are all yours..

Positive: Accoglienza calorosa di Gloria gentilissima e disponibile. Posizione eccellente con vista sul mare e a due passi dalla spiaggia. Stanza nuova pulita e spaziosa.Weekend da ripetere sicuramente. .e non ultima la colazione in terrazzo ...tutto eccezionale.

Positif: Petit déjeuner préparé par l hôte inclus ( non indiqué lors de la réservation) Acceuil très chaleureux et hôtes très disponibles et sympathiques. Parking gratuit à disposition mais limité à 1-2 voitures (confirmer la dispo avant) dans la rue ils y a pleins de place le soir cependant mais parking payant A 2 min de la mer, l hôte nous a même réserver dès transat en direct avec les clubs de plages à proximité..

Positief: Gloria en haar moeder zijn sinds mei 2019 de B&B begonnen. De kamers en het verblijf zien er daardoor erg nieuw uit. De kamers zijn modern, ruim en netjes. De badkamer was ook top. Onze auto konden we gratis parkeren in de garage, waardoor onze auto ook nog eens overdekt stond. Het strand is 50 meter van de accommodatie. De airconditioning was goed en maakte weinig geluid. Je had veel keuze bij het ontbijt. Bij het ontbijt op het balkon had je een mooi uitzicht op de zee en Gaeta. Gloria heeft ons geholpen bij het vinden van een goed restaurant en maakte zelfs voor ons een reservering. Gloria en haar moeder zijn zeer gastvrij en lieten ons zeer welkom voelen. Al met al een aanrader om hier te verblijven!. Negatief: -.

Positiv: Die Hotelzimmer des familiengeführten, hübschen Hotels befinden sich in einer neu renovierten Villa. Schon bei der Ankunft fühlt man sich sehr wohl. Die Zimmer sind sehr sauber und gut klimatisiert. Die Gastgeber sind überaus freundlich und herzlich. Auf Nachfrage erhält man tolle und hilfreiche Ausflugstipps. Entlang der Straße befindet sich auch ein sehr gutes Restaurant. Unser Auto hatte einen Platz in der Garage bekommen. Wir kommen gerne wieder! Positive: Perfect location beneath the sea, with access to many water sport activities. Great sea view and the host was so hospitable..

Positive: Staying at Villa Magnolia felt like we were staying with family or good friends. We had an amazing 2 night stay here. Our host Gloria was glorious! Gloria had emailed us re arrival time, but we had no working Internet to respond, but she welcomed us with coffee and biscuits even though we were early. Our air conditioned room was spotless, comfortable, with seaviews and a balcony. The bed was very comfortable and the pillows were great. Bathroom was modern and efficient. There was also a roller shutter, which was a great barrier for light. Plenty of storage for luggage. On-site parking was free and under cover. There is no lift, but only one flight of stairs. The B&B, with lovely established gardens, opened in May 2019 and has 3 modern guestrooms, with host on-site. All have ensuite. Breakfast of cereal, yoghurt, fruit, croissants etc is served on the balcony or inside and Gloria makes a great Cappuccino. The B&B has a private garage for parking. Situated opposite the beach, the location is superb. The beach is quite calm, with multiple options for hiring sunbeds and umbrellas. There are cafes, restaurants and a market nearby. Gloria helped us with bookings, directions and suggestions for visiting nearby Gaeta. Loved it!. Negative: We only stayed 2 nights!.

Belle villa du début des années 1900, habilement rénovée. Excellente gestion pour la disponibilité et la courtoisie. Beau jardin, face à la plage, panorama, petit déjeuner sur la terrasse et place de parking.

Positiv: Wir hatten einen sehr netten Empfang und auch während des Aufenthaltes war man sehr bemüht, das wir uns wohlfühlen. Am Abend hört man das Meer und hatten einen sehr netten Ausblick. Das Zimmer ist hell. Alles sehr sauber!. Negativ: Die Dusche könnte ein wenig größer sein ;-).

Endroit enchanteur pour le panorama qu'il offre. Il est situé directement sur le front de mer. Très bon petit déjeuner, nous l'avons apprécié, chambres neuves et propres. Recommandé.
