  A tous ceux qui me suivent (mot de Cavaliere) L'emplacement est excellent. La chambre est excellente avec une kitchenette vraiment utile. Quartier très calme. Propriétaires très sympathiques et accessibles, honnêteté et professionnalisme à louer. Supermarchés bars à quelques mètres. enfin le prix est vraiment abordable merci nous reviendrons

  Deuxième visite à La Spezia pour nos week-ends. La première expérience, avec la première maison d'hôtes a été fantastique. Ce dernier, aïe nous, un peu décevant. La chambre est basique, le service idem. Heureusement le temps était excellent et par conséquent le temps passé dans la chambre était très court. Peut-être que nous étions pleins d'attentes à cause de la première expérience.

  Positif: Emplacement idéal pres de la gare. Nos hotes étaient tres gentils et accueillants. Nous avions le numero de Maria afin de pouvoir communiquer facilement. Pour conclure: petite chambre proprette convenable pour visiter les 5 terres sereinement.. Négatif: Le petit déjeuner ! En fait l’hébergement ne fait pas de petit dejeuner mais nous propose des bons pour un « petit dejeuner italien » dans un café plus loin dans la rue. Le petit déjeuner italien se compose d’un café + croissant, ou equivalent cad un lait chaud ou jus d’orange en brique indistrielle.

  Positive: Excellent location- few minutes from the station and a minute from the pedestrian town centre . Everything was clean and my room was cleaned and fresh sheets put in everyday. Room was comfortable and spacious. Maria the host was exceptionally welcoming and helped me a lot. Perfect for visiting Cinque Terre as you can be there in a few minutes by train..

  Positive: Il soggiorno è andato bene. I proprietari della struttura sono stati molti gentili e disponibili. La camera andava bene tranne per il bagno: il box doccia è troppo piccolo, ci si sbatteva contro il box e ci si faceva male ogni volta che si faceva la doccia! La posizione di questa affittacamere è comoda se raggiungi La Spezia in treno perchè la struttura si trova vicino alla stazione centrale, però se arrivi in auto la situazione cambia, nel senso che i parcheggi sono tutti a pagamento e se vuoi parcheggiare gratis devi andare a parcheggiare lontano più di un km dall'affittacamere! E poi non è detto che trovi subito il posto libero per parcheggiar l'auto, devi essere fortunato a trovarlo!. Negazione: Il soggiorno è andato bene.   Positive: Vicino alla stazione. Vicino al centro. Buono il rapporto qualità prezzo.. Negazione: La mancanza di parcheggi gratuiti nelle vicinanze...La Spezia non ne è ben fornita purtroppo. Forse ci vorrebbe una rinfrescata all'ingresso della casa..

  Positif: Malgré la situation avec le coronavirus nous avons été super bien accueillis ! La guest house est tres bien située a 300 m environ de la gare pour aller aux cinque terre! Nous avons eu un petit dejeuner compris dans un bar pas tres loin qui etait tres bien. Notre chambre etait tres spacieuse, tres propre et les hôtes etaient adorables! Sejour parfait!.

  Positive: Easy to access from the railway station. Someone writing that the place was hard to find, tha is not correct. We got good instructions in advance to find the Inn. The owner was very helpful and nice. Room was very spacious compared to any other place we've been. Shower and bathroom in very good condition.. Negative: Not much to do at the Inn, but I guess that's not what we would even be looking from our accommondation..

  Положительный: Очень удобное расположение, до вокзала La Spezia Centrale 5 минут, до порта 15 минут. Рядом пешеходная улица с многочисленными магазинами и ресторанчиками, которая ведёт прямо в порт. Дают купоны на завтрак (кофе и круассан или булочка) в кафе неподалёку, которое работает с 5 утра. Чисто, уютно, есть небольшой холодильник. Отличный вариант для путешествия по Cinque Terre.. Негативный: Не очень удобно подниматься с чемоданом по лестницам..

  Positiva: El alojamiento está muy cerca de la estación de tren. En 5 minutos andando se llega. El desayuno es en una cafetería de la zona, incluye una pieza de bollería y café. Todo muy rico. Habitacion y cuarto de baño amplios. El colchón muy comodo. La habitación dispone de nevera y el Wifi es muy rápido. Negativa: El acceso al alojamiento es a través de un garaje y la puerta de acceso al mismo es muy estrecha.

  Positiv: Die Lage ist toll, nah am Bahnhof und an der Hauptgeschäftsstraße, trotzdem ruhig. Sehr nette Gastgeber. Das Zimmer ist sauber und das Bett sehr bequem.. Negativ: Es wäre toll, entweder einen Insekten Schutz am Fenster zu haben oder zumindest einen Anti-Mücken-Stecker für die Steckdose. Der Eingangsbereich ist wirklich nicht sehr einladend..

  Положительный: Прекрасное расположение рядом с вокзалом, очень удобно для поездки в Чинкве Терре. Мария очень милая хозяйка, с ней легко можно было связаться в случае надобности. Номер полностью соответствует фотографиям на сайте.. Негативный: Комары (но это проблема не апартаментов, а, видимо, региона)..

  Excellente maison d'hôtes, dans une position très pratique même pour ceux qui arrivent en train et qui souhaitent ensuite voyager en bus ou en ferry. Chambres propres et propriétaires très serviables et gentils.

  Positief: Eigenaresse is heel aardig en behulpzaam. Gaf ons direct heel veel info met aantekeningen op de plattegrond, treintijden etc. Kamer was ruim en schoon. Locatie tov trein en bus is heel goed (trein 4 min) waardoor je makkelijk overal heen kan. (Cinque Terre, Lerici en porto Venere). Negatief: Op de BB valt weinig negatiefs op te merken. Prijs is goed. De stad la Spezia viel ons tegen. Ongezellig. Sfeerloos. BB ligt in steeg, uitzicht rommelig. Parkeren niet mogelijk bij BB, maar ruim 10 min lopen op gratis parking (wel met camera’s). Kan op parking erg druk zijn (bij ophalen van onze auto reden er vele auto’s rond op zoek naar een plek). Wees op tijd op treinstation, hoogseizoen heel druk. Wachttijd een uur voor aankoop ticket. Let op ! Cinque Terre dagkaart niet in de automaat te koop maar op perron..

  Je vais noter 5 pour l'attention, le couple de messieurs qui dirigent l'endroit est très sympathique et garde l'endroit très propre et confortable. L'emplacement est parfait car vous pouvez vous promener dans le centre-ville et la gare est à 4 pâtés de maisons.Les salles de bain sont petites mais comme vous n'arrivez qu'à dormir, c'est bien pour le prix!

  Appartement propre et bien situé, très proche de la gare. Très bonne attention personnelle, ils parlent un anglais parfait. L'entrée de l'appartement fait un peu peur, voir photo (porte marron)

  Personnel très serviable et agréable, excellent pour visiter La Spezia et les Cinque Terre, position stratégique pour ceux qui arrivent en train, puisqu'il est à 300 mètres... Pour ceux qui arrivent en voiture, il n'y a aucun problème car à 10 minutes (Piazza d 'armes) il y a un très grand parking gratuit.
