  Très bel appartement propre avec une vue magnifique sur le magnifique paysage. Très belle patronne. J'y retournerais sans hésiter.

  Nous avons passé 5 jours dans l'appartement Sassongher et nous nous sommes bien amusés. Appartement propre et bien rangé qui a tout, y compris le local à skis. Idéal pour deux personnes. Mme Marlis très gentille et disponible pour tout. Je vais certainement le garder à l'esprit pour cet été aussi.

  Hôtesse super gentille et courtoise qui était toujours serviable et accessible. L'appartement était propre et étonnamment grand avec la possibilité d'utiliser le jardin. L'équipement de la cuisine est bon (machine à filtre, machine à expresso, lave-vaisselle, cuisinière avec beaucoup de casseroles et de casseroles). Nous aurions été heureux de petites choses comme du sel, du poivre, du café ou du sucre.

  Excellente structure qui a conservé à l'extérieur les caractéristiques d'une ferme typique mais qui à l'intérieur est divisée en petits appartements bien structurés, accueillants et équipés de tout le confort. Le propriétaire nous a accueillis avec beaucoup de chaleur et de familiarité, restant disponible tout au long du séjour et répondant à certaines questions et demandes le plus rapidement possible.

  Positive: Abbiamo soggiornato nell'appartamento al piano superiore, assai confortevole, di un edificio tradizionale situato nella parte alta di La Villa, nei pressi del castello Colz e della chiesa. Il balcone grande, ad Est, con sedie e tavolino, gode di una splendida vista verso l'Alta Badia e il gruppo delle Fanes; un altro balcone più piccolo, sul lato opposto, guarda verso la montagna soprastante (nel parco naturale Puez-Odle), il bosco e i sentieri, cui si può accedere rapidamente dalla casa. L'ampio soggiorno, la camera da letto, il bagno e la cucina dispongono di un arredamento moderno, comodo e funzionale. Ottimo l'isolamento termico: malgrado i primi rigori autunnali (minime intorno allo zero e massime inferiori ai 10 gradi), abbiamo potuto fare un uso limitatissimo dell'impianto di riscaldamento, godendo sempre del tepore domestico. Squisita la gentilezza della signora Marlis, proprietaria dell'appartamento. Complessivamente un soggiorno piacevolissimo. Da ripetere.

  Positive: Posto incantevole in un'ottima posizione sia per la stagione invernale che quella estiva. Casa molto accogliente e completamente in legno dall'aspetto curato, accogliente e luminoso. Credo che lo stabile sia stato costruito/ristrutturato di recente..

  Positiva: La propietaria era encantadora y vivía en la planta de abajo del apartamento. Nos ayudó mucho a planificar y a dar informacion sobre los servicios de alrededor. El alojamiento estaba impoluto y el entorno extraordinariamente bonito..

  Positiv: Die Gastgeberin war total herzlich, man fühlte sich sofort wohl und willkommen. Wir bekamen gleich mal in paar Tourentipps für die nächsten Tage. Die Wohnung hatte einen praktischen Zuschnitt, es fehlte an nichts.. Negativ: Hier gibt es nichts zu meckern!.

  Positiv: Sehr sauber und modern eingerichtet. Schöne Terrasse, auf der man draußen sitzen und essen kann. Sehr nette Gastgeberin. Ruhige Lage, da am Ortsrand gelegen. Täglich frische Semmeln auf Bestellung und zum Kochen alles vorhanden. Wir kommen gerne wieder!. Negativ: Der nächste Supermarkt ist am anderen Ende von Stern und zu Fuß etwas weit. Von der Unterkunft gute 15 Min., wenn man nicht mit dem Auto fahren möchte..

  Positiv: Es hat wirklich alles gepasst + täglichen Brötchen Service und kostenlosen Äpfel. Modern neuwertig eingerichtet. Küche ohne Backrohr aber mt Geschirrspüler. Gerne buchen wir hier wieder. Bad mit Fußbodenheizung. Heizung im gesamten Appartment sehr gut.. Negativ: Bei 6 Nächten Aufenthalt ein 2 Satz Handtücher wäre nett. (Wir haben aber nicht nachgefragt).

  Pozytywna: super warunki, pełne wyposażenie kuchni, przemili gospodarze. Blisko stoki w La Villa i do Corvara, Przepiękny widok z okna na stok i góry. Warty polecenia. Kazde pokój oddzielnie sterowany ciepłem. Podgrzewana podłoga w łazienkach. Wszystko zadbane. Między sypialniami a pokojem dziennym dodatkowe drzwi. Super narciarni. Jestem bardzo zadowoleni. U PAni mmozna sobie zamówić pieczywo ,kotre z samego rana w koszyczku czeka pod drzwiami..

  Positiva: La dueña fue muy amable al asesorarnos con el lugar y al dejar postrecitos en la cocina y chocolates en la cama, muy linda! El depa muy bonito y súper cómodo, tenía todo menos microondas..
