  Heureusement, je n'ai dormi qu'une nuit car il ne promettait pas tout ce qui était écrit. xró m'a coûté cher. En plus du prix, ils ont aussi ruiné ma voiture, le propriétaire de l'hôtel n'a pas pris ses responsabilités. Donc pour ceux qui ont l'intention d'y aller qui attend.

  Hôtel qui mérite un 4 étoiles pour le service rendu. Petits prix et petit-déjeuner en chambre sans supplément, chambres propres et réception disponible à tout moment pour toute demande.

  Le prix est bon l'environnement pas grand chose... des bruits pendant la nuit les gens bavardent bruyamment à 4h du matin.... Le petit déjeuner compris dans le prix était très copieux. Le personnel xo très sympa... Je n'y retournerais pas xo c'est peut-être que je suis difficile... alors essayez-le ! Le nettoyage peut améliorer

  Excellent rapport qualité prix, seulement 38€ pour une chambre double avec petit déjeuner (dans la chambre, sinon avec un supplément de 5€ vous pourriez le faire en terrasse). Petit déjeuner copieux même si majoritairement à base de produits emballés, chambres spacieuses climatisées, propres, salle de bain assez grande, balcon donnant sur la piscine d'une villa en face, parking... le seul bémol est une volée d'escaliers sans ascenseur... genre personnel, hôtel ouvert 24h/24.

  Chambre mignonne et particulière sur le thème de New York. Belle grande douche. Le seul défaut est l'anxiété de la sortie ... déjà avant 12h00 (heure prévue) l'appel pour quitter la structure est arrivé.

  Positive: Personale gentilissimo! Accolti a notte fonda con sorriso, posizione molto comoda, camera pulita ma arredamento un po’ datato, consigliabile una ristrutturazione specialmente per i bagni. Parcheggio aria condizionata e servizio bar.. Negazione: Come già detto, consigliata ristrutturazione..

  Positive: Ho soggiornato per 2 notti nel Hotel Stefany con la mia famiglia. Ottima l'accoglienza pronta e gentile 24/24. Discreta la camera fornita e la colazione. Ottima la pulizia. Rispettate a pieno le norme anti covid. Colazione servita cortesemente in camera. Buona la posizione per visitare Pozzuoli e d'intorni. Grazie per la permanenza. C'è stato un piccolo problema con il lavandino all'arrivo, il receptionist l'ha risolto in pochissimo tempo e con molta cortesia.

  Positive: Economico Pulizia Parcheggio interno Caffè della colazione ottimo Portiere notturno gentilissimo. Negazione: Posizione su tangenziale (ma con le finestre chiuse non si sentono rumori) Condizionatore rumoroso Cuscini è materasso scomodi Tappeti lungo i corridoi si rischia di cadere.

  Les salles de bain étaient sales, les courants d'air des fenêtres, les mauvaises odeurs et les douches cassées. Une très mauvaise affaire, je la déconseille fortement.

  Positive: Personal is doing more than anyone could from the hotel, they work hard to keep it clean and in good condition BUT!.... Negative: This place is a real Bordell! 24h non stop through the Lobby are going prostitutes with their clients and they even forget to close the door! So meanwhile walking through the hall you become a whiteness of their laut work, we were there with a teenager, she was shocked! Another thing is a hotel itself is in terrible condition, the towels are used and grey, the bedsheets are with holes, the mattresses hardly keeping their spirals together, in the corner of the bathroom there is a huge mold, some of the ceramics are fell away, there is no drain protection in the sink and bidet, so if something falls down-you’ve lost it forever. There was an open electric plug in the room and broken, open hairdryer in the bathroom. About breakfast-hotel has no own kitchen, all they have is a microwave and coffee machine, so they had to make us hot water for tea we brought with us(once we don’t drink coffee) in that microwave! And they serve plasticine way glasses for breakfast with plastic spoon and knife. So our morning started from sitting on the lobby with tea made in microwave(good we took our tea, they have non) and watching passing of the prostitutes and their clients. I have no idea, who gave this hotel so many stars! Probably their regular clients, but for me THIS PLACE IS NO GO!.

  Positif: proximité avec naples et ses alentours. Négatif: petit déjeuner pas assez varié (biscottes, biscuits) manque de fruits et laitage porte de douche pas super propre pas de cache sur la soufflerie de la climatisation bruyant certaines nuits.

  Pozitív: A személyzet normális, szivélyes Finom a capuccino.. Negatív: A környék, koszos, szemetes. A tó környéke szemétlerakóhely. A Bookingon nincs feltüntetve, hogy ez a szálláshely pásztorórákra is igénybevehető és több örömlány idehozza a kuncsftját. A szállás bejárata előtt ez világosan fel van tüntetve. Nincs ezzel baj. De ha tudjuk nyilván nem ide foglalunk szállást..

  Negatywna: Śniadanie wliczone w cenę... Na śniadanie... kawa/herbata podana na gotowo w plastikowych kubkach, zero pieczywa, tylko suchary, mały pojemniczek z dżemem i nutellą, ciasto odgrzewane w mikrofalówce, każdy dostał po 1 kubku napoju, nie wiadomo z jakich owoców, brak masła....

  Il y a sûrement beaucoup de choses à revoir... Le personnel est très gentil et serviable mais force est de constater que tant le professionnalisme que la préparation font défaut, le tout un peu approximatif. Petit-déjeuner fourni dans des gobelets en plastique micro-ondes. Mauvaise propreté et qualité.
